My daughter and I stayed here for two nights recently.Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed.Beds super comfortable.It did get a littke hot at night but there was a heatwave so it was understandable.Most of our time was spent reading with a glass of wine on the beautiful deck.It had a wonderful hottub and koi pond.Our favorite thing was the host.We had the most wonderful breakfast and both our plates were empty after.Anything we needed she was s text away.We had some frozen goods and we were given a freezer pack and cooler to transport back home.We will not stay anywhere else in Kelowna.A

Beautifully renovated property. Breakfasts were great. Staff is very nice. The Koi fish pond was wonderful.

This is an excellent bed and breakfast. The home is beautiful with an amazing back yard/patio. It is very welcoming and the staff were great! The breakfasts are absolutely incredible, we will definitely be returning if we travel to Kelowna again. It is also just a 3 minute lime scooter ride to downtown Bernard Ave.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Our room was impeccably decorated, clean and comfortable. We stayed in a calming space tastefully decorated in soft lavender and sage. In addition to being spotless, our one hundred year old room was equipped with a high tech Smart/satellite TV and efficient Wifi access. The outside space was relaxing - the perfect spot for a glass of local wine or craft beer. Breakfast was served in the yard each morning and we couldn’t wait to see what work of art the staff had created. Finally, the staff…we can’t say enough about how wonderful we were treated at Chatham House. We felt special and pampered. We will definitely return.

Sublime holiday

Excellent; breakfast served every morning was a lovely experience. A unique property and experience. We also enjoyed the hot tub, even enjoying refreshments served as we relaxed and felt the therapeutic effects.

We had a wonderful stay here. Our suite was extremely spacious and comfortable. The outdoor facilities were well-maintained and nice. We had wonderful breakfasts the two mornings we were there as well.

I am giving 2 to the staff because I booked the bed and breakfast on the same date I wanted to stay, the owner called me back said since she was not in the town, check in time would be 7 pm or she could call Expedia to cancel the booking. I was already in the airplane, did not have time to cancel and book somewhere else. Ended up to check in 7 pm,

Within a pleasant walk to the waterfront and restaurants, this B&B is in an excellent location. Host and hostess friendly an knowledgeable. Breakfasts were tasty visually beautiful, especially with their charcuterie bacon and eggs

Quality B&B

Excellent! Some other guests did not read or respect the rules specified re ‘after-10:00 p.m. quiet (younger female group) plus a family with 2 young children, but that didn’t ruin the vacation for us.

We had an wonderful and relaxing stay here. Response to any questions and needs we had were immediate. Everyone was thoughtful, considerate, and generous with their time.

Our room had all the amenities; fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The hot tub and backyard areas were lovely. The breakfast was excellent. I liked that our room had an exterior entrance so that we did not have to go through the house.

We had the hospitality suite which features two comfortable queen beds and there is a microwave and refrigerator along with a separate shower and powder room w/ toilet. Covid has made changes to the breakfast portion of the B&B experience but we were provided with gift cards for wonderful cafe's within walking distance. The staff were friendly, responsive and helpful.

Beautiful place, great breakfast!!! Close enough to walk to the waterfront where all the attractions are.

It was luxury at its best. They are better than a 5 star hotel. The family suite was spacious and airy. I felt so relaxed in every part of the house. You were able to enjoy all the sitting rooms as well as the outdoor patio which had several seating areas so we could enjoy our meals outside. The staff were welcoming, accommodating and did everything they could to enjoy our stay. It was also very close to the downtown core of Kelowna. We could walk to local restaurants, shops and sights.

Nicely appointed rooms. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfasts were excellent. Very well managed. Convenient location, and quiet off of street.

We loved how well put together the entire experience was at Kelowna Bed & Breakfast. From allowing us to do a relatively late check-in, to the elegant furniture and room details. Breakfast was excellent... we had it outside on the patio every day. We had access to supplies like extra in-room coffee and there were slippers and hot-tub towels. We liked that there was on site parking and nice touches like the skylights, a scented candle and a very comfy bed! Our room was spacious and bright! It was an unexpectedly good place to stay!

The furniture and decor was beautiful and clean. Very quiet, barely even noticed the 4 other people in the house. Was located within walking distance of many great restaurants!

Clean, hi-spec, private and very comfortable. Bath robes would be a nice addition, but otherwise first class!

A great find. Danya was a wonderful host and the property was absolutely lovely. We especially enjoyed the lovely breakfasts and the hot tub at the end of a ski day.

Definitely worth it!

We were driving from Banff to Vancouver and stopped overnight in Kelowna. The Kelowna B&B was lovely and Darcy, our host, was delightful. Highly recommended. We had dinner a Fixx on Lakeshore Drive- the best meal of our 10-day trip.

Lovely Building

Stayed in the Heritage suite which is a lovely spacious room. Beautiful house in a quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to restaurants and lakeside. A 20 minute drive to the vineyards, with Quails gate being our favourite. We stayed 4 nights midweek. Breakfast was the same everyday and frankly boring. Porridge, brown toast, cereal, yogurt and a fruit bowl. The cooked breakfast only happens at weekends. So bored by breakfast that on day three I bought breakfast pastries from Safeway down the road! However on discussion with the owner the plan is for a better midweek breakfast to be provided from autumn. Shoes aren’t worn in the property, which I suppose makes things quieter! Lots of communal spaces available Great TVs with Netflix.

We loved our stay at the Kelowna Bed and Breakfast and we wished we could stay longer. We booked the Family Suite and it was perfect for 4 people. Breakfast was delicious and the back patio is a treat for all. Thanks to Darcy who made our stay fantastic.

Great location and owners very hospitable. Would go back when in Kelowna again.

Anniversary trip.

We had a lovely three night stay at the Kelowna Bed and Breakfast for our 30th anniversary. My husband had asked for roses to be put in the room and they were beautiful. The house has a lot of character and our room was pretty, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are a lot of things to do within walking distance and wineries to visit. My suggestion would be to have more variety at breakfast. Also more things in the room, such as more towels and toiletries. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful home very close to downtown Kelowna. Our room was excellent. It would have been nice to have shampoo and soap products provided. Since now is the age of carry on bags, and I do not bring my own liquid products any more. There was not a place to hang clothes on a hanger, but plenty of drawer space. These are minor things that did not impact our enjoyment of our stay. The hosts are so welcoming and they run a wonderful B&B. Thank you!

Chic and convenient location with wonderful host

Darcy was amazing and the place is beautiful! The room we had was spacious, extremely comfortable and love the interactions with the host and guest. Will definitely choose to stay there again

Good location

We found our queen bed small. Pillows uncomfortable and room warm. We left door open for balcony all night to help cool the room. Stairs to 2nd floor were narrow with no rail. Hotub was very nice.

Kelowna Bed and Breakfast located at a quiet neighbourhood, great area to stay. Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, shops, supermarket and parks. Spacious room and well decorated. the feature and the hidden gem is the backyard! Enjoy having breakfast there, next to the fish pond. Great place for family union and small group visiting Kelowna.

Hands down one of the best B&B places we've visited. The people here are friendly and engaging, and the food is amazing! The renovations to the house were just made and very tastefully done. I would recommend the larger, loft suite as it had plenty of private space to make yourself feel like at home. I wish all B&Bs were as comfortable as this.

Beautiful building, and wonderful garden

The building is beautiful, inside it is sparkling clean and new, and the large garden with a hot tub and comfortable furniture is wonderful. The owners were very friendly. Breakfast was exceptional and they took care of my dietary needs. Coffee and tea available at all hours. Little fridge in the room was a nice touch. Once the niggle in the Wi-Fi is fixed (soon) it will be perfect!
