We spent our last night in Tokyo here, so we had the convenience of being near Haneda for our early check-in for the following morning. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Tenkubashi Station on the Keikyu Line. At the station the exit for the hotel is clearly signposted, so it was easy to find the way out of the station. The hotel check-in is done at the self-service screen and all was straightforward, we had prepaid for our stay. Our room was on the 9th floor overlooking Haneda, it really is that close! There was very little noise from the airport, so we weren't disturbed by the noise of traffic or planes. The room was bigger than expected, and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary pyjamas and slippers are provided, as well as basic toiletries. My tip for dinner is to jump on the train at Tenkubashi Station and travel one stop to Haneda T3. There are numerous restaurants to choose from landside in Departures. We ate at Diversity Diner, a very good vegan option. The hotel provides an excellent complimentary shuttle bus transfer to all Haneda terminals, which leaves every 20 mins. It took aprox 15 mins to get to T2, which is the second stop.

The place was spotless and the staff were kind when it came to check in. The room was nice and comfortable and it was not far from the monorail to the airport.

The hotel was fine, it was clean and smart, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would have liked a better view from my room but otherwise it was fine. It has a very corporate/ business feel to the place, which isn't a bad thing, but its not really my style if that makes sense.

Even though it is right next to the airport, which we wanted for convenience, it wasn’t that loud. Never heard a plane take off. I booked the wrong size room, the staff helped me change the room, (small fee). Very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed our stay!

Very close to Haneda with free shuttle so if you are in and out this is a good option. I had some time to spend here but it's not in a convenient location in terms of walking access to services and restaurants. Self check-in so I didn't speak to any staff at all.

Stayed one night between flights. Very good location, the bus to the airport right at the door. Rooms small but for one night it’s ok.

The hotel was good value, and the breakfast was really good. The room did smell a bit like smoke, but otherwise perfectly clean. The transport from the airport was a little challenging, so it could be a little clearer what the timetable is - we ended up just getting a taxi after we couldn't figure it out.

Everything was clean. People were helpful and friendly. He held on luggage for us. Only thing is if they had shuttle to the airport in the afternoons other than that, everything was great.

This was a nice property - newer, clean and with spacious rooms. It’s in a really convenient spot very close to HANEDA Airport, and there’s a free shuttle bus hourly to the airport. Easy check in and check out. There’s limited dining nearby - you’re going to have to walk 500-700 meters to the handful of small restaurants in the area. Breakfast is free and from 5am daily, but is basic.

The hotel was clean and the room comfortable. Nevertheless two of the decision factors I used for the choosing of the hotel were fraudulent or of not good quality. The first one was a trick the hotel play on their guests trying to use the airport shuttle. The check out time is 11:00 AM but the last shuttle to the airport is at 10:00 AM, therefore most of the guests missed the shuttle service. The information provided to guests about shuttle hours is not clear and in Japanese not in English. In addition most of the front desk staff does not speak English or if they do is very poorly. Also the free breakfast buffet is not good at all and is mostly catered for Japanese even though they provide a western breakfast that doesn’t resemble any breakfast I usually get in USA or Europe. Overall I don’t recommend this hotel even though the price is reasonable but I found better hotels around the area with similar price and better location and restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was terrible and the shuttle to the airport deceiving. The checkout time is 11:00 am but the last shuttle to the airport is at 10:00 am, so is design so you miss the shuttle. Because the staff does not speak English well, the information was lost in translation. This trick is rare for Japanese people that are very honorable and it took me by surprise. One of the reasons that I book the hotel was the airport shuttle and the free breakfast and both were not of use. If I have to do it again I don’t recommend this hotel.

My two small kids have stayed here twice in the past 2 years and we love it. The rooms seem sound proof, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and the hotel is very quiet. We love how close it is to Haneda airport.

This is a best choice for my family of three! It is very convenient to the Tenkubashi line and very near the Haneda airport! Here are the list of things we loved: 1. Free breakfast! - staff are very nice and courteous! Always with a helping hand 😊 2. Accessible to public transportation especially the train station. 3. If you get lost, just look for the way to Haneda airport! 4. Free shuttle to and from Haneda airport. 5. There is a laundry area lol 6. Very near the anamori- inari shrine

Very close to the Anamori Inari shrine that contains a lot of good cuisine options. Also very walkable distance from the Tenkubashi station.

Such a great stay! Close proximity to the airport, an incredible Shinto shrine, and a Family Mart for quick bites and other needs. Also a quick and beautiful walk to the train and monorail stations. We will definitely be coming back sometime!

This was better than I expected it to be! It's just like a business/airport hotel, but it was really nice! The smoking room was huge and well ventilated. Laundry was easy to use! They offered late check out since our flight was delayed. Room was clean! My only complaint would be I wish the TV was a little further from the wall. I wanted to plug my laptop into it to watch a show but couldn't. Other than that, it was a very clean, inexpensive hotel close to the airport to stay at the night before our flight. Oh, I do wish the shuttle service to the airport went past 10am. Our flight didn't leave until 4pm(delayed to 7pm) and it would've been cool to take the shuttle there.

Got a taxi from the airport to the hotel after flying from London via Dubai as a family of 4. There are 2 hotels with similar names and we ended up at the wrong one, So at 1am we had to walk our luggage and 2 children through the dark streets in the rain. ITs very confusing having two hotels with the same names. Room wise, very small with 4 beds and a sofa in the room but we were only there for 1 night so for that it was perfect. Close to a train station to transfer into Tokyo.

Clean comfortable room. Shuttle only runs at night. No dining on property, must walk several blocks away or take taxi. No shopping. Japanese breakfast with vending machine available. Limited English speaking staff. Would probably not stay again because of inconvenience.

We arrived at 2 am from a flight into Tokyo. Unfortunately their shuttle service does not run at that time so we had to taxi from the airport. Check in was smooth with the night attendant. The room was comfortable, clean, had no odor and did not smell of fragrances which we were thankful for. The hot and cold air in the room worked great. Breakfast was good, though very limited in variability, not offering much variety for dietary restrictions such as dairy, however it was appreciated all the same for a quick morning meal. There is also a train station a few minutes walk away from the hotel entrance which offers access to the rest of Tokyo during checkout with ease.

The only option was a self checkin. Property was clean, but I thought I had booked a room with 2 beds; when I questioned this I was simply told “no” and that there was nothing else available. That was disappointing. It's a close train ride to the airport but we opted to take a taxi as the shuttle only ran for a few hours in the morning and late afternoon (not when we needed it).

Had to take taxi from airport to hotel but less than $10 US. Convenient train location to exit Tokyo via Shinkansen.

I needed an extra night and one man told me there was no rooms. So as I was checking out on 23rd, I asked the female and (it was pricey), but she did accommodate us. Should have been able to pay original price, since I was already a customer.

Very quiet considering how close we were to the airport. Efficient check in process, free amenities such as slippers, toothbrush, coffee/tea as well as in room tea kettle and dishes. Adequate breakfast…Just missed the sign that indicated breakfast service ended at 9:30 not 10 AM. Definitely would recommend staying here. Grocery and drugstore within walking distance.

Easy check in. I came in middle of the night from the airport and was able to check-in easily. Very clean and comfortable.

When you walk in the lobby, it doesn't get a feeling of welcoming hotel lobby because mostly it's automated, including check-in, which is fine. But there is no 'space' except for some chairs to relax or chat with friends if nobody is allowed to go up to the room, which is rather odd.

I left my sunglasses in the room and later realized and called the hotel. Of course, they have it. I absolutely no doubt that I would recover my item.

Great property for a short stay near airport. Took one star off because shuttle from airport to hotel only runs every hour. Lots of 24 hr convenience stores within walking distance of hotel. Train station a few minute walk away.

Very nice & convenient hotel near haneda. It’s a 2 stop on the keikuy express train from the airport. We’d arrived at 1am & took a taxi for 1300 yens. The breakfast was basic but sufficient. Checkin via a kiosk. It was easy, quick & painless.

Very nice hotel close to Haneda Airport. Check in is a bit awkward, as it is done through a machine, and doesen't start until 3:00 p.m.; no flexibility. Comes with a breakfast which is just okay. Also, no shuttle pick up at airport until later in the afternoon, which is probably timed to coincide with official check in time. Access outside these times would be through taxi or a short ride on a train. From train stop it is about a 3 block walk to hotel. Furnishings in room are fine, and place is clean.

Near Haneda airport, by metro station, nice hotel, great breakfast, clean, nice. Comfortable bed, hard pillows.

Super convenient to get to and from. Very close to the airport and there's an airport shuttle. The rooms are spacious. Really enjoyed having a bath tub, most of the hotels in Tokyo were standing showers. They let us drop off our luggages so that we can go explore.

Glad I chose this hotel! Located right next to the tenbashi station and terminal 3 airport. Room service cleaned the room everyday for my 10 day vacation there. Breakfast was free and it was good— very simple. Front desk didn’t speak that much English but they did go above and beyond to understand.

Staff was very friendly. Very close to the airport. They put us in a smoking room and did not inform us previously. When we asked they stated they had no other rooms. So please confirm beforehand if you do not want a smoking room. In the U.S. you do not need to say something if you don’t want a smoking room so that was the main thing we didn’t like.

The location was perfect for what we needed. We needed a one night stay before heading home from our trip. The staff are helpful and they provide a map to a few places you can go and eat at.
