Fast Wifi, friendly service, clean and comfortable

Stayed over the new year, and everything about the hotel made our holiday perfect. Lots of shops and great restaurants in very close proximity, nice views from the rooftop bar, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, and the fastest wifi I've had in my 2 weeks travelling Turkey. The whole staff was incredibly friendly, always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed, and the laundry service was also quick and reasonably priced, which is great as a backpacker who's always on the move and rarely has time to sit in place long enough to have clothes freshened up. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Cappadocia! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

False advertising as to the roof of the hotel.

Rude staff, misleading pictures, false advertising that they have a rooftop with floor spread for pictures with hot air balloon. Photos shows the real rooftop.

Staff was nice, accommodating, and very responsive. If they didn't know the answer to something, they made sure to make it their duty to figure it out or find someone. The morning breakfast was amazing. The lady chef, Nurcan was very sweet and she made sure to make our visit here even better with her 5 star service and cooking. She made sure to make something new every day and even ask for special requests which I've never experienced before Only con: - If you're going to multiple vacation destinations, keep in mind that the laundry is expensive. It was about $20 EUR per laundry load.

The place is clean and staffs are very courteous and helpful. Property is well maintained and safe. Breakfast was good and nice view.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Its location is perfect; Bus Station, restaurants and shopping places are in a walkable distance. Our stay at Kayra Cave Suites was brilliant. From the moment we checked in, Mehmet was extremely kind and helpful and was able to make our reservation for the hot air balloon ride, which went super smoothly. Our room was nice and clean and we loved the setting of the room, the vibe was super cosy. The area surrounding the hotel is so convenient, where there are many lovely restaurants and shops all walking distance which made everything so easy to get around. We were also able to view the balloons fly from the hotels terrace which was a lovely experience. The staff were always very welcoming, polite and happy to answer any questions that we had. They were able to book our airport transfer to/from the hotel with no issues. Esila in particular was so lovely and was able to speak to us in English brilliantly and helpful with our bags which we were able to leave in reception and come back to collect later. Overall our stay at Kayra Cave Suites was excellent and would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel to book at the centre of Göreme.

It was okay, bathroom wand facility looked a bit shabby.

The hotel was great and fit for purpose, very close to the best viewing attractions, only 10 minutes walking to the sun rise hill. Room was clean and unique, staff are kind and helpful, breakfast was tasty and adequate. My only negative observation was the roof outdoor cushions were very dusty and old, they need renovation as its not usable for posing for a picture. Overall. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely small hotel that was very accommodating for our group of 8 travelers.

10/10 hotel!

We took the family room for 4 of us for 4 nights. The room is so big that we all have our own space in room. The location is in the center and convenient to many eateries. The breakfast is delicious and everyone in the hotel has excellent service. We booked our hot air balloon, green tour and airport transfers through the reception. Everything was seamless. We totally enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

The room was lovely, great location and staff were extremely helpful in organising any tours or transport. They even sent me to the airport with breakfast knowing I'd miss brekky in the hotel the day i left. I would highly recommend Kayra to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

Amazing place. Great staff. Everything is close by. The breakfast is out of this world. Only con would be that the water was sometimes cold when showering, but maybe this is because it is winter.

An unforgettable 2 night stay. From the moment i booked Kyra Suites it was a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival. The room was amazing for our family. All staff were lovely and approachable. They organised a beautiful birthday cake for my husband and sons upcoming birthdays. Location was central so everything was on your doorstep. We will be back. Amazing experience. Owner is on site most times and provides amazing recommendations to local hotspots. However what makes this place amazing is the other two full time front desk agents Irem and Fatih. They treat you like you are family always checking in on you and making sure you are enjoying your stay. They will hold your luggage if arrive early or have late flight as well. Would definitely recommend them. Thanl you for everything!
