We find the hotel charming and very Nice service. Good Music at the daytime The bathroom need a kind of up-grating. The dusch was not good. All in all a Nice hotel.

Worse service ever from the restaurant staff

Hotel and beach is lovely , but the restaurant and the staff at the beach …. Words can’t explain how bad it is…. There’s no service , they don’t talk , all have straight faces. Have you ever had to force an order ? I had to force my orders it’s like they don’t want you to be there. Worse service ever. Avoid GUA restaurant at all costs.

Disappointing budget hotel.

This is very much a budget hotel. If saving money is a major objective then the hotel is adequate, but there are a large selection of more upmarket hotels close by that do not cost a lot more. The room decor was very basic, the bathroom needed some renovating and some other dislikes were that the bed only had thin woven cotton sheet to have over you which was not suitable for the cold nights; instead of bottled water only two small plastic cups were provided which were not replaced; there were no tea bags; the hot water system was in the off position and there was no instructions on how to operate it; the only toiletries provided were soap dispensers one of which was empty; there was loud music coming from nearby that did not stop before 2am (location belated). There was no buffet breakfast, it was provided at an adjacent restaurant with very slow service and no selection - a tray of food got brought to your table, service was very slow, and if you wanted juice you had to pay for it. The smell of the restaurant’s kitchen exhaust lingered over the hotel grounds at times. The hotel was well located close to the Side archeology site which is a 20 minute walk away. The beach is across a promenade, and hotel guests didn’t need to pay for sun beds. The reception staff were excellent.

It is a cute small hotel about 15-minute walk to Side’s city center along the sea-side promenade. The grounds are beautiful and very well-kept. The rooms are clean though a bit less charming than the hotel grounds (but I think the management will be changing that soon). The small terraces/patios available at almost all rooms really add to the vibe and enjoyment of the place. The hotel is attached to a chic restaurant with very decent food and good service. It is probably by far the best restaurant in the area. The beach is great and, again, probably has the best amenities among the nearby places: nice sunbeds and stylish umbrellas, clean and nice-looking showers. The Turkish breakfast at the restaurant’s upper terrace is good (though it is the same every morning) and the sea views from there are spectacular. You can tell the management is working hard on converting this place into a very special vacation spot. It is pretty quiet at night which was what we preferred. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent just renovated hotel right near the beach. Friendly staff and probably the best breakfast in Side.

The room was fine. Beds should be more comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was above what you might expect from a place of this calibre. We enjoyed the restaurant with sea view. The hotel is adjacent to the beach, which was amazing and convenient. Free sunbeds and umbrellas are added value.

Oda fotoğraflardan biraz farklı çıktı. Geniş ferah bir oda değildi. Öncelikle banyo çok eskiydi, küfler yerleşmişti ve yoğun bir gider kokusu vardı. Temizlik ortalamaydı. Giyinme odasındaki ışık bozuldu, elektrikler kesildi gibi teknik sorunlar yaşandı sürekli. Çalışanlar yardımcı oluyorlar ama otelin eskiliğinden sanırım bu sorunlar. Makyaj yapmak yerine biraz gerçekten yenileme yapmalarını tavsiye ederim. Bungalov tarzı bir odaydı, üst katta yataktan kalkarken kafanızı çarpmanız olası. Bir ütü gerekli oldu, yoktu. Bunlar haricinde kahvaltı güzel, deniz mükemmel. Kum ve kademeli derinleşen sığ bir deniz. Dalga da yoktu. Girdiğim en güzel denizlerden biriydi. Plajda şezlonglar rahattı, sipariş ettiğimiz yemekler iyiydi. Konumu da antik sideye yakın, iyiydi.

Tek avantajı kendi plajı olması onun dışında otel odalarının fotoğraflarla alakası yok, çok dar ve demode, banyo küçücük, taharet musluğu çalışmıyordu, banyo kapısı kapanmıyordu. Banyolarda elektrikli sofben var.Otelin kendisine ait gua diye bir mekan var kahvaltısı güzel, gua da şık bir mekan ancak plajdaki gua görevlileri sana zorla hizmet verir tavırlarda, suratsız tipler, tabi yabancı kadınlara karşı tavırları yerli turiste davrandıkları gibi değil.

Ortak bir otopark var.lokasyon olarak antik side ye yakın.Deniz ayağınızın altında.kaldigim odaya gelince mobilya dekorasyon vs guzel fakat oda nemli ve basık muhtemelen banyodan kaynakli.Banyonun yenilenmesi gerekiyor.kahvaltı yetersiz.Kendi adıma tek gece olduğundan katlanildi.Ancak gelip tatil yapılır mı bence yapılmaz başka alternatiflere bakilabilir.

Öncelikle otelin personelinden zorla iş yapıyormuş gibi davranıyordu. Temizlik açısından iyi değil. Odaların banyoları çok eski kalmış uzun zamandır değiştirilmemiş. Ve en kötü yanlarından birisi gece uyuyamıyorsun gerek civardaki eğlence mekanlarından gerekse otelin önündeki gua isimli mekandan gelen gürültüler gece 02.30-03.00 civarına kadar devam ediyor ve inanılmaz yüksek sesli idi. Adeta odanın içinde club var gibi. Diğer en kötü yanı ise kahvaltı idi. Otelin ön tarafındaki gua isimli mekanda kahvaltı veriyorlar (fiyata dahil) fakat çok yetersiz. Ve mekanda fazlaca otel müşteri ile dışardan gelen turistlerin ayrıştırılmasını hissettik (otel müşterilerine negatif anlamda). Bu fiyata bir daha tercih etmem biraz daha verip daha iyi hizmet alırım. Tek iyi yanı denize sıfır olması.

3 kız arkadaş olarak ilk tatilimizdi ve çok araştırarak burayı seçtik. Her anlamda çok memnun kaldık. Denize sıfır olması, sahili, odanın güzelliği, önünde oturma alanları olması, her gün temizlenmesi çok başarılıydı. Çalışanlar inanılmaz güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Kahvaltısından memnun kaldık. Ayrıca side'deki bizim gördüğümüz bütün mekanlardan daha nezih bir otel, akşam yemeği yemek için farklı bir yer arayışına girmemiz gerekmedi, yemekleri ve içkileri de çok lezzetliydi fiyatları da dışarıdaki mekanlarla aynı, otel müşterilerine indirimleri de var. Diğer otelleri gördüğümüzde hep iyi ki kaliada kalmışız dedik. Tekrar gelirsek yine burayı tercih edeceğiz :) Nezih ve keyifli bir tatil istiyorsanız tercihiniz kalia olsun

Çok memnun kaldık. Denize 0 konumda plaja ulaşım çok rahat. Özel Plajı çok şık ve konforlu. Odalar günlük temizleniyor tertemiz. Kahvaltısı denize 0 konumda serpme kahvaltı, çeşitli yine çok şık. Çalışanları çok ilgili güleryüzlü. Antik kente yürüme mesafesinde. Çok memnun ayrılıyoruz herkese tavsiye edeceğiz ❤️
