Very welcoming and engaging especially for Kids too, was great o spend a night just before our flight back to the UK.

Wonderful stay, clean and spacious room, safe, close to airport (5 min drive) w free transport, great restaurants and food options. Staff was most helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the spa which was reasonably priced. We had 4 people and had a king/sofa bed. They offered a 2nd rollaway bed, just wished there was a 2nd regular bed given the room size was large. Would definitely stay again, we were sad to leave!

We had visited to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary, on request the management had made some decent arrangements like decorating the room and presented a nice cake in our room. Great place but with the new Metro construction getting to and from the airport (about 400 yards away) is a real challenge and a huge traffic jam. So allow an extra 30 minutes or so.

Marriott Sahar Mumbai: A Haven of Warmth After a Long Journey Checking in after a grueling 9-hour flight with my daughter, I was weary and in need of a welcoming space. The Marriott Sahar delivered in spades. The front desk staff, particularly receiving staff (special mention to Rupal), exuded genuine warmth that instantly put us at ease. The hotel's bustling atmosphere, filled with international guests and business travelers, could have been overwhelming for a child, but Rupal's open hospitality made it feel inviting for the child. But it was the next morning that truly cemented our positive experience. Rupal surprised my daughter with a beautiful platter of fruits and a rose bouquet, sparking pure . It was a small gesture, but one that spoke volumes about the staff's attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile. The breakfast lounge staff also deserve recognition for their patience and understanding. Overall, the Marriott Sahar provided exactly what we needed on our vacation: attentive service, a welcoming environment, and small touches that made us feel truly valued. Thank you for helping us create wonderful memories.

Clean hotel, spacious rooms, bad restaurant

Hotel is good, clean with spacious room. Bathroom poorly designed with just partitions next to the tub and second bed. Didnt like it as a tripple room. Can't understand why hotels dont design a closed bathroom and toilet. International cafe was mediocre. Thai curry was awful, jasmine rice undercooked and pizza wasnt great either. An ordinary city restaurant would serve better food.

The staff was sensational. This is not the first time we have stayed at the JW Marriott and while it is convenient to the airport and a long way into the city the Staff makes staying at the hotel our favorite place to be in Mumbai!! Dining in JW Cafe. The chef does a fabulous job. The Manager Pramod Kumar is top of class. He takes care of his guest exquisitely. Sakshi, the floor manager takes care of all the details for us! Fabulous. We were there for a week or more each stay and she was gracious! Bhumika Dey who works at the front desk managed issues, helped us to arrange office space for business meetings when none was readily available and helped us celebrate our 39th Wedding Anniversary. Yash at Romano’s was the best waiter we have had in India thus far. He learned our favorites. Knew our wine selections and made sure we had our favorite table each night we were there. The chef at Romano’s prepared some amazing Italian dishes that we kept going back for. We felt at home at the JW and will be back. Joy

Very close to APT. Large and modern property with very good facilities. Unfortunately unpolite guests with kids where shouting in the middle of the nigh!

This hotel has great service great rooms great facilities and is super close to the airport. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the cleanliness is paramount. This is a safe haven away from the chaos of Mumbai cannot recommend highly enough.

The property was very convenient as it is adjacent to the airport. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. Food was delicious and there was a huge selection of dishes. The staff member who helped us with our luggage took really good care of us, got us to go tea, water bottles, helped with our transportation. The pool area was very nice and clean. The areas around the hotel were noisy and not pleasant.

Hotel is good and very close to airport but too much traffic to enter and exit the hotel. No Bar or entertainment in the hotel

We used the same property a week before as well and were generally happy with the room. Upon return from our cruise we re booked at the same hotel. The room availed was stinking of urine and what was horrific was that the house keeping team didn’t realise and expected us to use the room!

Hands down, best hotel I've ever stayed at worldwide. We stayed for 16 nights and didn't have a single bad experience. Everyone was so eager to help and please, pricing was totally reasonable, and the hotel was very convenient (considering Mumbai, it wasn't close to everything, but it was close to the airport, away from most noise, and an easy taxi drive everywhere!). Everyone was so friendly to the kids, no matter how rambunctious they were! We would absolutely stay here again.

A Mixed Experience at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar

he hotel itself is decent, and Ms. Anni in the lounge provided excellent service. The lounge experience was a highlight, offering a pleasant environment and attentive service. However, there were challenges. Some items in the room needed attention, affecting overall comfort. The major issue was a marriage celebration in the banquet hall, with loud music persisting past 10 PM, against the law. Despite staff efforts, the situation continued until well past midnight. Having to go to the lobby three times personally added to the inconvenience. While celebrations are part of hotel life, adherence to noise regulations is crucial. A more robust implementation of rules is needed for a harmonious guest experience. On a positive note, the staff, particularly the duty manager, were apologetic and empathetic. Despite the challenges, the hotel staff's efforts leave me hopeful for improvements. I recommend JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar with the hope that my feedback contributes to a better experience for others, suggesting reinforced compliance with noise regulations.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. I paid for transportation from the airport, but there was none for JW Marriott when I arrived at Mumbai airport. JW Cafe restaurant Manager was imposing buffet dinner when I was asking for something from the menu and I had to look for an alternative place to eat.

Great hotel to stop and recover from a long flight and jet lag. Staff is efficient, attentive and always available. Food options at the breakfast buffet were great but quality could a little improved.

My bedding and bath tub were dirty, and had spots. Shower had hair stuck. During check-in and dining, the staff were using cell phone frequently. It’s not the experience that you want from a 5 star hotel.

Marriott, I am always happy to stay with Marriott, wherever I go. My last trip to JW Marriott is really a very nice experience. 5 Mins Walk from Airport.. Making it a nice place in terms of proximity. Breakfast spread is really nice and we enjoyed a lot. Overall staff, services are pretty great. Special mention about the Guest relation Staff Zaima, an awesome personality and have taken every care to make sure our requests are taken care. we were few friends booked separately and with a smiling face managed to give rooms in the same floor and sorted out all little things we asked for. This attention to details always make a stay more memorable... Thank you for the experience

We stayed one night at this very nice hotel. They arranged an airport pickup for us, as well as a drop off. The drive from the hotel to the airport is about 5 minutes. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast Buffett was amazing (as was the room device).

excellent hotel clean and quiet

The walls have barely any sound dampening installed. Even the the slightest conversation of the next room was easy to here. Not expected in property of this magnitude. Overall experience Could have been better. Not just saying, the whole month of stay in india, I stayed at St.Regis, Oberoi, Taj and lastly with you guys coz wer next to the airport. But was the worst of all 4. You guys are way behind other properties and can do lot better.
