Our rooms shower was not in the best conditions it made crazy noise when we would shower. And the AC was not cold some days

Beautiful stylish decor. Comfortable room. Nice toiletries, towels and bedding. Personable and professional staff. Good breakfast. Hotel is next store to an amazing group of restaurants.

It was a great experience staying at this wonderful hotel. The staff was really there for me and it truly was a great experience. We did room service the day we arrived and that was also an enjoyable experience. They even got me into my room a little earlier than expected. 5 stars!

Great place to stay in Guadalajara! Location is central to pretty much everywhere you may want to go in GDL. The staff can't be more friendly or helpful. No hesitation in recommending it. Only non-positive comment is that their own Marriott website can offer the worst price (i.e., highest--and by a lot). It is a shame since it would be great to be able to book directly and know that you are getting a fair deal.

Location, safe and great area.

We had the most amazing weekend in Guadalajara. The hotel is so clean and gorgeous! The staff was all super friendly, from the cleaning ladies to reception, valet, doorman, bartenders. I took a weekend trip with my teenage daughter and she said this is by far the best hotel she’s ever stayed at. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you JW Marriott!!

The refrigerator in our room was not working. When I called the reception, they said it was placed as storage. big nonsense. We also had to call a few times when we wanted something for the room. room services are bad

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The staff are amazing and I had no problem getting a table at Zibu. I am definitely coming back again.

Everything is very good, except the Wi-Fi. For some reason, the Wi-Fi in my room is very bad and the hotel can not fix it. It caused difficulty for my work.

The stay was good but I was overcharged on my bill. I am trying to get it straightened out.

The room was dusty, fridge was not cold, no coffee machine, executive room coffee machine sucks, pool closes early and no one ever at the bar. Surrounding area is ugly!!! The stafff is nice that’s the only good thing. Other than that nothing special about this hotel at all. Would never go back!

The property is beautiful, I have stayed in three luxury hotels in Guadalajara and this is by far my favorite. It's not too big, it's just small and cozy enough, the lobby area is beautiful, the rooms are lovely, appointments are all great, the food is delicious, it is quiet and comfortable, rooms are large also. I know it is new, a few things in the bathroom were a little slow, toilet flush, shower makes a funny noise, but no big deal. The entrance area is clearly marked but it's a little tricky as it's off of a major highway and ubers/taxis need to go around and come back, but the location is lovely in Country club area and you can walk back into the quiet and green neighborhood. Also I didn't have a view, just looking at another building but I was there for work so didn't really care, all and all a beautiful

The property currently is short staff and room service had a lot of errors throughout our stay. The best part was the lobby bar both young ladies did an amazing job. I believe one of them was Ana, I can't quite remember the other bar tender’s name but they made up for the unsatisfactory of the property.

The room was fantastic the stay as well, but the room service was beyond frustrating. Most of the menu was unavailable, and the order kept coming incorrectly, the person delivering kept forgetting the card machine and the food always took 45 minutes, and was always cold. The president of the hotel even came to apologize which was nice, but it was frustrating, as I booked the room to relax at the end of a long trip, and it was stressful.

The room was like new but many things of mantener was broken the shower and toilet hold it

We were very comfortable at this hotel and appreciated the friendly, attentive staff. The food in the restaurants and room service were both good. But there were also some wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

A la altura de los demás JW Marriott , solo que el personal del de GDL superó en todos los aspectos a los demás en su magnífica atención a sus huéspedes. Servicio Eficaz y amable . Comida, amenizada , deco y demás también 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Todo muy bien

No me volvería a hospedar en este hotel, se escucha muy alto el ruido de afuera dentro de las habitaciones y además duraron como 6 horas para lograr que el aire acondicionado enfriara.

No pudimos dormir porque la temperatura de la habitación es automática , la regulan siempre a los mismos grados y no le puedes subir ni bajar

Es un hotel muy bonito, habitaciones limpias, la cama es muy cómoda. Buen servicio del personal. Buenas amenidades, se siente un hotel del lujo. La comida es buena, pero falta variedad en el menú. Lo único que hace falta es que la TV sea smart TV, ya que solo hay TV con cable.

El hotel está nuevo y muy bonito. Pero todo lo demás es terrible e inaceptable. 1. Reserve una habitación de 1 cama king size, la primera noche no tenían disponible 1 cama y me dieron una con 2 camas. Inaceptable. 2. aire acondicionado bloqueado. 3. servicio en Zibu pésimo y tardadisimo. 1.5 horas para recibir la orden. tardamos 4 horas en cenar. la comida está buena pero el servicio INACEPTABLE. 4. bar de la alberca dice de 8 a 8 nunca hay nadie que atienda. 5. las recepcionistas te atienden de mala gana y no están dispuestas a ayudar. 6. cuarto alfombras llenas de polvo, mi hijo con alergia no podía estar. 7. llegué a las 5 pm a mi habitación y nadie había entrado a limpiar. me quejé en recepción y no hicieron absolutamente nada para remediarlo. NO ES UN HOTEL 5 estrellas. felicidades al congierge

Fallas con la regadera

El único contra fue la temperatura de la alberca. Muy fría, no la pude disfrutar.

Se negaron a darme factura, hay hoteles más económicos y mejor atención, no avisan que te va a cobrar el estacionamiento y te fastidian
