Nice stay but the hotel is kinda old

Very clean and comfortable. Amazing staff. Area was awfully dirty.

Below average experience. Our room wasn’t ready at time of check in and staff didn’t even try to compensate us and they gave us smoking room and i’ve asked for non-smoking and they're response smoking room is the only available right now. Room was spacious but very old. In summery I Would not recommend to book in this resort they are many other alternatives to choose.

Very beautiful hotel with lots of dining options and a beautiful beach setting. The spa is also an amazing place to relax and get the most comfortable massage.

Great hospitality, great food.

The stay was nice the hotel garden and sea side is very good with a nice play area for kids and a walk into the sea crossing a small bridge. The staff in the garden restaurant are very nice, my only comment is that the service can be slow and the food does occasionally arrive cold during breakfast, nevertheless, we need to know that it is CORONA times and they are doing a good job.

The facility the location the atmosphere are positive points for this hotel Customer service at check-in, and more senior staff related to guest relations and reception are mediocre to say the least. Pool guard and breakfast staff are good, actually perhaps one of the really good ones I’ve seen for a while.

Grate sea side escape

Perhaps due to COVID-19 or overbooking, the check in process was delayed. However, later in my stay the manager reached out to me and offered us a late checkout. He was very thoughtful, polite and wanted to make sure that our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Bot a Jumirah hotel

This hotels hold the name Jumeirah but none of its standards

One of the most beautiful hotels in Kuwait. Location is ideal, very helpful staff. They upgraded me to a club floor on the spot. Staff are very helpful and kind. Breakfast is excellent. The whole experience is awsome.

Jumaira is my best hotel but not this time. First, curtain not close. Second, when i came back to my room at 1:00 am, I found it very hot because room service turn off air condition. I could not sleep until room get cold again. Third, room service did not change used towel.

The room not on the level of Jumaira. The parking service very bad.

Three days in Kuwait, great stay.

very good for family visit and it has a huge shisha bar and good pool

Place is fantastic and staff are very friendly but needs more care as business facilities as the business centre is poor and the internet Wifi connection is very poor, Room was very nice, house keeping is fantastic twice a day passing by and restaurants needs more varieties, Also the most important is that pharmacy is far from the hotel

Very wonderful experience and comfortable stay. All the hotel stuff are professional and expert in making your stay enjoyable with extra care. The hotel is very luxurious and there is nothing you will need and will find it missing in the hotel.

Getting stuff from housekeeping is a nightmare

The house keeping service is horrible. I asked for extra bed in suite for my kids and it took them more than an hour to bring it, then, i asked for extra pillow and took 45 minutes to get it. Next day, i asked for extra towels and it never came.

I really liked the hotel, good access, location (distance to airport / city), and above all luxury. Very relaxing and great hospitality as well. My one grief was the excessive security which takes away from the relaxing atmosphere.

20 hours a day kindergarden

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, outside is nothing and sorrounding is highways. The corridor are like a 20 hours kinderganden with sreaming children and door shots all the day until midnight.

It was amazing shows that i am not in kuwait

Very friendly staff I was greated by Mr Shahid at the reception, he was very professional and friendly. Room was ok as the windows in my room were very small and did not open, I asked for a room with a normal window and staff were very happy to accommodate with no issues at all. Beach is very nice and clean, food was great including the breakfast buffet. Over all I was happy with my stay.. well done

- Kids club should accept children without parents presence, as the idea of having a kids' club is to free the parents and have/ keep their children in safe hands while they enjoy a spa time, or quite dinner/ cafe etc. - Car parking should be expanded and have it at the same place of the hotel (not outside the hotel on the free piece of land), as for me, I don't like anyone to ride my car and I like to park my care by myself, not to mention that I have witnessed guests experiencing waiting valet time reaches 15 to 30 minutes, therefore, the hotel should keep this in mind. I suggest investing in parking lots. Thank you after all.

1- It is so fare from all the city sightseeing. 2- Hotel on the sea but don't expect to see the sea !! Cause there is no rooms facing the sea view. 3- Hundreds of meters long with only one single elevator. 4- Security procedure is uncomfortable, a security guy asking about your name & your room number each time you access the elevator !! In addition to the self-inspection at the door and the car check on the gate !! 5- All restaurants is not that quality at all.

bad experience in price coz I make booking from Expedia site with 260 KWD per night but thy charge me 331 KWD per night extra the tax . so I bay around 230 KWD more than my amount.

The room and the bath room sizes is smaller the anther Jumeirah hotels the breakfast restaurant too crowded and the food is average the valet parking service very bad overly all didn't like the hotel

Good hotel but Poor Service

was not perfect

I loved staying at the hotel . A lot of services provided are really helpful . the security around the hotel are scattered and make you feel safe . The food in the restaurants was one of the most Delicious foods I ever tried regarding sea food at SALT and the breakfast was always fresh with a lot of selection to satisfy all tastes if possible . The mint restaurant is all about Bar food and regular eats which in my opinion a bit over pricey for this type of cuisine . The shower in the room is a negativity . the shower is hanged low with no hook to hold it above you and the bathtub is small so you can't lay down and relax while attempting to get a bubble bath . room service were a bit slow on 2 or 3 occasions but the hotel was crowded so it was acceptable . The staff are very polite cooperative flexible smiling and professional . I hope they keep up what they are doing so we come back more and more .

Excellent hotel and service

My stay in this hotel was worth the cash spent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food quality was excellent in the room and in the restaurant. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is away from rush areas, so it takes minutes to reach your destination.

Slow service during both check-in and even worse for check-out A lot of noises from corridors , When the next room door is closed you feel someone just got into your room so i had to wake up several times

Jumeirah hotel

Actuelly this is second time spent a holiday there, honestly one from the best hotels in Kuwait and the most luxurious, However the stuff very helpful and kindly. I really recommend it especially for people who planning to visit Kuwait in summer. and all facilities new and very modren and all swimming pools outdoor, gym quite small but acceptable. There are 3 or 4 resturants and i recommend pepper resturant (Steaks house). Finally don't miss the Spa especially the salt room the only one room in the middle east
