3 minutes walk from the station

Rooms are small but clean,bed was comfortable and the bathroom also clean. As a layover for the night the hotel was located in great spot, just a couple of minutes walk from Shin Osaka station.

Clean rooms, good amenities, nice breakfast

Very convenient. Shin-Osaka station is just around the corner. You can see bullet trains from a window (of some rooms).

Qaulity

There was no air conditioning in room like advertised I couldn’t sleep and when I open window bite by mosquitoes.

A bit too noisy for comfort

Too noisy. If you have difficulty sleeping with noise, this hotel is not for you. Located just next to the shinkansen tracks. Its noisy from 7am to 11pm. Hotel is conveniently located 3 mins walk from Shin Osaka station though, with a nice Okonomiyaki restaurant (もんちゃま also known as Monchama) nearby, few shops behind the Family Mart. There is also Matsuya just outside Shin Osaka Station.

Good business hotel near Shin-Osaka

A relatively standard business hotel that's within a 4 minute walk to Shin-Osaka Station. A variety of amenities are provided in the lobby for you to bring back to your room, including UCC Drip Coffee. The room itself was also clean, which is more than can be said for similar business hotels in this price range. If location and cleanliness are your top priorities, this is a good choice, although the 10 am checkout is annoying.

Very close to Shin-Osaka station, and staffs are friendly and clear. Free breakfast is an excellent point.

Strict as to check in time, thus stick to scheduled time. The breakfast was great.

A cozy place to stay

The service staff are very friendly and helpful. They are very effective. We left our luggage in the hotel after checkout. We went for day sightseeing, and came back to take our luggages, and had to rush to Shinkanshen station to catch our bullet train. The staff acted very quickly and helped us to bring the luggage to the taxi waiting outdoors. We were just in time to get on the train thanks to their help. The hotel has laundry facility so we could wash our dresses, that’s really nice. The hotel is pretty new, clean, and very close to Nagoya Station, only within 10 min walk. But the room space is very tight, and somewhat inconvenient when we have to repack our luggage. Other than that, We are quite satisfied with this hotel. If we come to Nagoya again, we will still plan to stay with thishotel..

Needs to be renovated

Common size room for a motel in Japan but hotel hasn't been renovated. Bathroom smelled and pillow was 3" in thickness.

Via Inn Shin-Osaka is very close to Shin-Osaka station which makes it convenient. Rooms are clean-

3 nights

Everything are perfect except Wifi connection. it's very slow and disconnected every 10 min, might be over loading. If this was private trip, it was ok because I don't have to use internet. However, this was business trip. "Normal" and "stable" wifi connection is required during the entire stay. I was unable to read emails relating to business timely during evening. I was able to use stable wifi only around 2-5am. (My coworker who stayed 1 night during my stay also said same thing.) I cannot recommend this hotel to coworkers or other persons who are working with me until wifi connection gets better. Again, others are perfect. I expect it's improved before my next stay. Thanks.

朝食がおいしかったです。パンもおいしそうだったのですが、ごはんとおかずでお腹いっぱいになったのであきらめました。次回宿泊した時は食べてみたいです。

宿泊した際に、従業員の方々に御朱印の切り貼りや、朝食バイキングの配膳をお手伝いしてもらいました。当方は障害があり方手足が麻痺しておりますが、ホテルの従業員の方々のお心遣いに感謝申し上げます。

枕元の時計が１時間遅れてた。 ビジネスマンにとって朝の時間は大切です。テレビの時間で行動していたので、遅れずにすみました。

糟糕透了

房間隔音很糟，整天都聽得到電車的聲音，房間內沒有獨立的空調，不是很熱就是完全沒有空調，枕頭只有一個，又很硬，真的不推薦這家酒店

スタッフさんの対応等では何も問題ありませんでした。カミソリが有料だったのを把握していなかったので、カミソリ代を節約されたい方はご持参ください。

2泊しましたが朝食のスタッフの方々がとても好印象でした。フロントの方がいらっしゃらない時も挨拶をしていただきありがとうございました。

駅から近く、お手頃

新大阪駅からすぐで助かりました。 お手頃価格で、使いやすい。 朝ごはんも悪くはなかった。 ただ、隣部屋のスマホ目覚ましまでかすかに聞こえてきて、防音はあまりよくないから、気にする人にはやや難かもしれません。

新幹線の音がきになる。 喫煙場所がない。

Reasonable price and performance

駅から近いしコンビニも近い。とても良い

一泊で滞在時間は短かったのですが、特段不満も感じず快適に過ごせました。ホテルの朝食はかなり久しぶりでしたが、普通に美味しかったし大満足でした。

Close to JR station, very easy to access. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is ok. Could hear train noise but acceptable Cannot adjust the accurate temperatures of the air conditioner, only 3 level available. It can be too warm.

防音を改善しないと、、、

新大阪近辺に姉妹店もあるが、両方とも壁やドアをケチってるのか、とにかく雑音が酷い。 隣に夜中も行動する客がいたら眠れない。 コップ置く音、ベッド横の壁に足が当たる音、水道の音、定期的にゴトッって音が聞こえる。

方便 整潔

位置非常好，離新大阪站東口數分鐘路程，方便乘坐清晨新幹線，服務好，價格相宜，只是酒店較老舊，但房間整潔，下次下次會再選擇入住。

友人とともに別の部屋を取り宿泊しましたが、向かいの部屋にしていただきありがとうございました。

駅近、設備問題なし。

신오사카역에서 매우 가까워서 좋았습니다. 조식도 좋았습니다. 여기보다 비싼 토요코인은 주먹밥만 줘서 신물 났엇던터라 더 그런지도. 위치,서비스,청결 모두 좋습니다.

とにかく新大阪駅から近いのが良いホテルです。 気になる方は列車の走行音が気になって眠れないと思います(私はグッスリ寝れました)。 シャワーの勢いが弱いのと、排水口がすぐ詰まってしまうので、お値段と相談して宿泊を決められるのがおすすめです。 新大阪駅の近くで5000円以下だとカプセルかドミトリーしか選択肢がなかったので、リーズナブルなシングル客室に泊まれて大満足でした。 アメニティは一部エレベーター前の棚から持っていく必要があります。 スタッフの方も親切に対応して下さいます。

トイレ清掃が行き届いてなく…少し残念でした。またチェックアウト時に、もたついて到着がギリギリになってしまいました。

Tiny bed, scaffolding and wall in front of the window, AC only has on/off setting… it’s a cheap place to sleep near the station if you need to catch an early train. For any other purpose go elsewhere.

早朝でもスタッフさんが対応してくれて、よかったです。

ポットの中に短い髪の毛が入っていて、水を入れてから浮いているのに気づき、捨てて、ペットボトルの水がもったいなかったです。水は買い直しました。ポットからお湯がなかなか出なくて買い替え時と思います。自販機もたまたまか、50円玉が戻るので、100円玉を2枚入れて、ボトルを出す時も、なかなかつかめず、手の甲にあざができました。お風呂の排水もすぐに詰まるので、何回も髪の毛を取りました。食事場所のエアコンが効きすぎて寒かったです。カウンターの女性はにこやかに気持ち良い挨拶をしていただきました。精算はやりやすかったです。便利な立地なので、また利用させて頂くと思いますが、改善点は見直して頂きたくコメントさせて頂きます。

新大阪滞在時は、こちらのホテルを優先的に検討しているのですが、今回、バスタブの排水溝に詰まりがあったのか、お湯が流れない状態になってしまいました。 当然、建物や設備等の経年劣化はあると思いますが、改善頂けると嬉しいです。 またこれは個人的意見ですが、壁にカバンをかけられるようなフックがあると更に便利に感じました。

朝食にタコヤキやカレーが出るのは、大阪らしい。

セミダブル２名で予約したが、お部屋はシングルでおひとりですねと言われた。部屋はシングルだったのかとても狭かった。 また、フロントに何度電話しても出なかった。掃除を希望しなかったため、新しいナイトウェアをもらいにフロントへ行ったら、２枚既にありますよねと言われ、初め新しいものはいただけない様子でしたが、何度かお願いしてようやく新しいものをいただいた。

新大阪駅近く、すぐ横に駐車場(提携外なのでお金かから)もあり便利。駐車場が無料か割引があればありがたい。

必要最低限の設備で助かりました。ありがとうございました。

スタッフの皆さんは笑顔もよく、とても対応よかったです！室内も綺麗でよかったのですが、ただエアコンが温度調節が細かくできなかったのが、少し残念でした、調節できず少し寒かったです。

コンパクトですが、駅から近いのに安価で利用できありがたいです。 フロントの方々も笑顔で丁寧な応対で気持ちよかったです。また利用したいです。

駅の近くで、コンビニや飲食店も近くにあって、良かったです。コーヒーなどのテイクアウトもできて朝食後、チェックアウトまで部屋でゆっくりしながらコーヒー飲めたりしたのも良かったです。 また利用したいです。

駅から徒歩圏内、とても便利でした。

城崎温泉の前泊での利用で

新大阪駅東口（南）から徒歩2～3分と程近く、大きな通りにも面しているので、タクシーでの移動もスムーズでした。チェックインは対面でしたが、チェックアウトは機械で行えるため、スムーズに処理出来ました。今回は朝食付のプランで、1階で朝食を頂きました。品数は多くは有りませんでしたが、大阪ならではのたこ焼きも有り、美味しく頂きました。最近のホテル事情は料金が異常に上がってますが、今回はリーズナブルで満足出来るものでした。次回も利用したいと思います。

駅から近いのは便利｡でも行き方は、分かりにくい。化粧水、乳液のアメニティがあると良かったです。

部屋の広さは十分。掃除もしっかりしている。 部屋のマニュアルには、ボディタオルの無料追加をフロントでもらえると書いてあったが、実際には連泊の場合のみと断られた。

値段と施設のバランスは妥当

The room is tiny and the bathroom is even smaller. I am a relatively short person (1.5meters) and I could barely fit inside. A tall person could simply not get in. The furniture seemed dated and the toilet didn't have the heating that I found everywhere else in Japan. The terrible thing, though, is that it has no noise isolation whatsoever. This is a big deal because the hotel is situated just across the rails of Shin Osaka Station (which is extremely busy) and one must endure the noise of trains passing every 2 minutes during the whole night.
