1 employee was rude and did not want to give us a non smoking room as he said it was not available. I asked another person and he was able to find a non smoking room without problem.
Love this place
Always stay in this hotel every time when travelling in Tokyo
Everything was fine. Room was just too small. Even smaller than expected. Could not even open suitcase.
Prime location in Ginza area, right next to Tsukiji market. Tons of dining and shopping options all around. Room was spacious and clean for the price!
With a lawson downstairs and the fish market right outside, what’s there not to love?
Great location
Easy access to Tsukiji.
Very good.
Do not book this one unless you really like a hard rock bed and curtains that can't block light. Also no sound proofing at all.... In my room the drainer of the bathtub for shower is stuck. Told the staff but they never fix that. It's a design fault I guess lots of rooms will have the same situation.

Very clean and kind staffs
It is close to everything around Ginza Tsukiji, yet very affordable to stay. The property is well maintained and people who work for the hotel are very helpful. The only thing I did not like about was the lack of storage in the room. It is OK if you only stay there for a couple of days, but for anything longer, you need some space to put your clothes and belongings away. There was only a foot long rack with 3 clothes hangers. No drawers, no shelves. Every morning, I had to drag my suitcase open and use that as a storage for stuff.
Dual mode AC/heater, coin laundry, and soundproof units make for a relaxing extended stay.
This is definitely an exceptional property based on all aspects; value, location, access to transportation, property condition and customer service. My stay was flawless, this property being a budget-friendly 3 star property hits all the marks. Highly recommended.
Very good location. Very small rooms, we barely could fit our luggage’s inside. No diversity at breakfast. Two weeks we eat the exact same thing every morning, although it was good. More fruits, and some cereals would have been nice, and also other meats and cheeses.
People and location are good.
The staff were good, check-in process was smooth but not very flexible. If you wanted to check-in early they charge per hour that you want to check-in earlier. But most disappointing part was the noise. I could hear ambulances go past every night/morning. Size of the room was small but that's to be expected for Tokyo. Overall, it was an OK stay just disappointed about the noise.
Great quality.
this is not a luxurious hotel, but it has everything that is needed to be comfortable. i stayed for 12 days and they always provided clean towels/slippers/gown even if i asked not to clean the room. the location is great and easy to access other areas. the breakfast was good and had amazing little pastries every day. i would definitely stay here again.
Second stay during this trip to Tokyo. I like how they provide full size toiletries and it's much better quality than the disposable toiletries in larger hotels (I also stayed at the H***** and the hair conditioner there was so bad). Well pleased and I will return when I am back in Tokyo. Do note that the rooms are small than a 5 star hotel (of course).
Fantastic stay here. The place was conveniently located and right near to Tsukiji outer markets where there are so many food options. Neat and clean hotel lobby, nice and clean rooms. I did not hear my neighbors too much and was able to have a restful sleep. They are strict about the check in and check out hours. I was happy to come back again at the end of my trip to Tokyo. Highly recommended, very good value for the price.
a nice place to stay
Nice
Convenient!
Shower temperature was not hot enough. It was a bit cold, so I’d like to ask the front staff to turn it up. Because it’s winter here in Tokyo.
Tsukiji outer market, Kabukiza, Ginza 4 Chome are walking distance. Very convenient.
Can't find anywhere better with this price
From Narita Airport I took the Sky Access to Keisei_Ueno, then transit to Hibiya Line and get off at Tsukiji. Two minutes walk to this hotel. Excellant location!!! The breakfast was way better than I expect. So many choices that I don't really need a lunch. Daily clean towels. Will stay here again in next visit.
Does what it says
Majority local customers, most of which seem to be there for business, which makes it a less touristy experience. Room is short on storage options for clothes. Reckon it's more for short stays. We overall enjoyed our stay.
The room is small and can't hold anything, can’t find place for our small travel bag. The breakfast is very crowded and food is very basic. Very uncomfortable three-day stay at this hotel.
You won’t be disappointed!
I picked it randomly and was very happy with everything about it, especially the location. The fish market is awesome with great food everywhere! And, the rate was great compared to the other hotels in the area.
Great hotel in fantastic location!
The room was fairly small but spacious enough to move around. The location was great, conveniently located near subway stops and the Tsukiji Market. There were staff that spoke good English on site, which made the check in process easy.
Nicely located between 2 train stations and on top of a 24hour convenience store. Tuna auction has moved away from Tsukiji Market, but there are still sushi shops just diagonally across the road. Even if you requested for no room cleaning service for the day, there will still be a bag of towels, toothbrush, shaver and comb at your doorstep. Would be better if check-in is earlier rather than 3pm.
A nice hotel in a great area, lovely staff, nice room. Free breakfast provided!
Clean and comfortable, great location, convenient to transportation, free breakfast, room is small, but it’s Tokyo, TV is useless, you have to pay to see everything, can’t even see local news.
I stayed this hotel for business trip. It was very nice and convenient location. I will stay again.
I would stay again. Very polite helpful and kind staff. Breakfast was great.
Clean room with no trace of smoking smell. Good breakfast and very nice location in quiet Tsukiji -- close to Ginza but very peaceful.
The staff was very helpful. They helped us book reservations for dinner. Complimentary breakfast was nice. The location is very convenient, right across the street from Tsukiji market.
I like everything about my stay. The Japanese are so polite.
The rooms were small but they were extremely efficient, comfortable, clean and had everything you needed. We loved our stay here and enjoyed the pastries and the Japanese buffet every morning. Walking distance to Ginza and so close to Tsukiji outer market that you can see it from the hotel breakfast room. Lots of restaurants to chose from nearby and even a small Daiso, about 5 minutes away. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
Everything was good except the shower curtain was not clean and smelled quite bad.
Rooms are small but have everything you need. Great location! Walk to Ginza clubs and Kabuki theater.
Very comfortable. Only thing that could be improved is check out time is too early and non-negotiable. Need to pay extra for late check out. Else everything is perfect.
Excellent location right next to Tsukiji Market and metro stations. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, we had a great stay
The staff are very friendly. The room is a bit small, but all the necessary stuff were there. Toiletries were included.
For such a small room, very convenient use of space. View was terrible, facing a building, and there was a condom wrapper under our bed, but otherwise a nice and quiet stay.
Worst hotel
The check out time is way too early. There would be extra charge if you pass the time which the hotel wouldn’t tell you in the beginning. Small lobby. No WiFi. Will never stay here again in my life. Also, the table and the chair wasn’t cleaned when we first entered the room. I even have to wipe it by myself? Worst staying experience I have ever had in Tokyo.
Small but cozy room
The rooms are small, but they are the same in all hotels in this price level, otherwise the hotel is very good - clean, friendly personal, there is anything that you may need during your staying.
Convenient Location, Disappointing Service
Nice hotel with a good breakfast included. Very convenient to the Ginza/Tsukiji area. I’d recommend this hotel except for the service. My husband left his jacket the day we left and the hotel has refused to send it. Everywhere else we’ve stayed in Japan this would have been automatic.
Hotel is very clean although the room is quite small. Elevator is small too. My husband and I stayed there.
This place exceeded my expectations for the price I payed. It is conveniently located walk-in distance to 4 subway stations, has a convenient store(Lawson’s) literally right underneath it, an is surrounded by lots of shopping an great food all around. The place was a bit small as it could only fit our luggage an nothing more, but all we needed it for was a place to sleep, shower, an enjoy our free breakfast everyday. It may be one of the better breakfasts cause it was consistent an had several great items everyday. The location is great, everything from Shibuya/Shinjuku was a mere 30min train ride, an since we were surrounded by soo many train stations, google picked the routes with the least train stops/transfers for us. I would definitely come back an this will be my go to, for my next stay in japan
Our stay was nice. The AC wasn’t working as well as we would have liked it to but overall, room was clean and would consider staying again. Good budget hotel.
Good value and close to Metro. Friendly staff and very clean room.
Good basic hotel near to Ginza station. Convenient to get around the city. Hotel rooms are small but clean and well maintained. Breakfast is ok, though the breakfast room can get congested. V near the fish market so nearby restaurants serve v good sushi. Recommended for a short stay.
The hotel is clean and the location is good close to several metro lines. The fish market is just across the street where we can eat everyday. The breakfast is very good. Staff requires more English training though.
The rooms were compact as is typical of Japanese business hotels, The rooms and common areas were spotless. The breakfast buffet that was included was delicious with a good selection of items. The hotel was across the street from Tsukiji's outer market and a few blocks from Ginza. Tokyo Metro and train station were very close
Very good hotel
This hotel locates near Tsukiji Fish market and close to subway station. Many restaurants and convenience stores are nearby. I booked semi double room and there is plenty of space than expected. Free delicious daily breakfast. I recommend this hotel.
Pembroke Pines Florida.
Very nice hotel in a Great location, few minutes walk to the subway , across the street from Tsukiji fish market, I read some negative reviews and truthfully I think these people are impossible to satisfy.
Near Tsukiji market. Near Convenient Store. Tsukiji Station, Tsukijishio station and Higashi-Ginza station is nearby,
Nice hotel in a good location that was easy to find.
Excellent hotel
The hotel is near tsukuji fish market like 3 minutes walk.... near train station. The LAWSON below the hotel was a huge help to buy stuff.... the breakfast was great. Very traditional Japanese which I wanted since I'm in Japan... walking distance to ginza shopping.... the room is very clean. If you don't want housekeeping for the day, they will leave fresh towels, soaps in your front door. I choose the non smoking floor.... overall this hotel is excellent
Excellent stay. Room was smaller, but that was to be expected in Tokyo. Hotel is close to many things. Subway stations are 5-10 mins walk away (depending on which station you choose). Location is almost directly across the intersection from Tsukiji Fish Market, making it extremely convenient to get to Tsukiji in the early morning. Overall, we were very satisfied with the location and would definitely return!
Budget accommodation in the Ginza District
The hotel is in a great location. The room is small but made up for by the breakfast which is great.
Not A Tourist Hotel
While I agree with previous reviewers that the location is convenient for the Tsukiji Market and Ginza area, one has to admit that this is the only draw card along with decent rates for this hotel. Room: super tiny and made for business travellers and not necessarily tourists. Not enough room to keep your luggage and not space to keep your clothes. If you need to iron, you have to request an iron from reception. Mattress wasn’t comfortable and pillows quite hard. Also, we stayed for 9 nights while it seemed that most people were staying here short term. We initially got was must have been there worst room - on the first floor with hotel rooms facing the busy street with the bed placed right underneath the window so that it never went fully dark - and this although we arrived at the hotel way before checkin so saying that no other room was then available doesn’t count especially considering we got a slightly better room one floor up after calling reception the next morning (that room was then only prepared for 1 although we were 2 people). Breakfast: I’ll keep it short - don’t count the free breakfast as a perk unless you only stay for one night and have no expectations of your breakfast. Probably one of the worst hotel breakfasts we had. Staff: while most of the staff is surely trying to be helpful, again the staff selection indicates the hotel’s focus on local business travellers as only a few can speak some basic English.
Great location
Very nice hotel. Room is very comfortable and value for money. I can reach Tsukiji market in a few steps.
Nice stay
Near to tsukiji market and train station. But the room a little smaller than expected. Breakfast provided with reasonable price. Friendly staff
Great position, near station, two stops from Ginza
This is really a business hotel, not set up for tourists, small rooms, a bit of a challenge to fit two suitcases but stylish and well positioned, very close to Tsukiji station which has a lift to take suitcases up and down, so easy to get to and from. A Lawson's convenience store on one side and an Excelsior Coffee shop on the other, added to the experience. Breakfast is complementary but very Japanese, no bacon and eggs here and no cereal either, but good enough if you are a bit adventurous. Most restaurants nearby feature sushi and sashimi as the hotel is very close to the fish market. Not much else around if you don't like sushi.
Walking distance to Taukiji Market.
Excellent location. It is very closed to Tsukiji subway station, it is also a walking distance to Tsukiji Market. You can eat at some of the restaurants at Tsukiji Market at a very early time. Some people lined up at 5am just to eat the fresh sashimi. They are lot of local food to try at the Tsukiji Market. You can also walk to Ginza if you have the time. The hotel is very clean and the room is a little small which is expected around Tokyo area. The hotel complimentary breakfast is a bonus. They have good selection of food and the food are very delicious. Lawson convenience store is below the hotel. You can get almost everything from the convenience store. Their Tuna Onigiri is the best. The hotel lobby is on the second floor and that is a elevator to go to the lobby from the first floor, next to Lawson convenience store. Please use the elevator if you have very heavy luggage because that are a lot of steps that you have to climb in order to reach the second floor.
Nice place to stay
Easy to access from Higashi-Ginza Station and Tsukiji Station. Just a walking distance from Tsukiji Market and Kabuki-za Theater. Staffs were polite and helpful. You can only check-in at 3pm. So if you arrived early, you can stored your luggage at the hotel first.
it is always good to stay there
Convenient location and comfortable stay
Convenient location, just 3 mins walk to the subway station (築地市場),the room is modern and stylish design with comfortable bed. The check in and check out process is efficient. Moreover, the breakfast is good.
excellent
convenient location, housekeeping is impeccable
well located; tsukiji market is literally just across the road and tsukuji station is a stone's throw away. quiet room and housekeeping does a good job! if I had to be picky, it'll be down to my allocated room looking right into the room of the hotel beside. But this is really a minor point since we just kept the blinds down and really just needed a comfortable room to stay it. Room could fit 2 of our large luggage cases - one under the table and the other by the doorway. thanks for the pleasant stay!
Convenient location to everywhere
It's just two stops away from ginza so accessible to many places and tsukiji seafood market is just around the corner, if you want to try for fresh seafood and auction early in the morning this hotel would be perfect place! The room is relatively small as it's located at town but a lot of choices on the food near the hotel.
Great stay but small room
A side from the size of the room, the stay was perfect. Loved the breakfast and toiletries. Please note that the signage of the hotels isn’t visible walking from the direction of the Higashi Ginza station as it faces the opposite direction.
Clean comfortable hotel
The hotel was very clean, with a decent breakfast and polite staff. Our single rooms were comfortable. We asked for quiet rooms and were facing another buildings wall however that was totally fine for us as it shaded the heat from sun and any road noise for a good sleep.
Great small place to stay near Tsukiji
Nice, but small place for two people to stay. Very close to Tsukiji Market. Staff are very friendly and speak English very well. Check-in and out was very easy. Free baggage storage in the hotel after the 10am check-out.
Comfortable, clean, centrally located
Hotel is conveniently located near metro and Tsukiji Fish Market. The breakfast buffet was quite good. Lots of options for eating out and shopping in Ginza.
I've stayed in a few 3 star hotels in Japan and this is probably the best I've stayed in. They all have tiny rooms but it's perfectly adequate. Some of these hotels have a smell of cigarette smoke but the smoking floor in this hotel is the top floor and there was no smell at all, even one floor below. It's a perfect location as others have mentioned, there's a convenience store on one side,a pretty good cafe on the other side, lots of good cheap restaurants and cafes within a couple of minutes walk etc. Ginza is a great shopping and entertainment district very close to the waterfront and the central part of Tokyo. Also there's a direct train to Haneda airport from Higashi-Ginza station.
Great
Staff were all super helpful and the hotel was very clean and new. Breakfast was included - it was simple, Japanese fare. The hotel itself is right across the street from Tsukiji market, which is a definite plus!
Very friend staff and good location
We could hear traffic noise from the room on level 8
Overall, I enjoyed this hotel for its excellent location, proximity to the subway system, modest but clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and satisfying free breakfast. The one objection I had (which was a serious concern to me, as a cautious international traveller) is the lack of safety deposit box in the rooms, though I did find a workaround.
Very nice and clean. Small but we knew that. Right near subway station and Tsukiji fish market. Only complaint was late checkout fee was $40 for a extra hour so we passed.
Clean, friendly staff, and great location
It was just an amazing hotel and affordable too. Everything was clean and the staff was just super awesome. Did I mention it's 1 block away from tsukiji market?
Wrong hotel for us!!!!!!
We arrived at this hotel at 6am. Luckily we had the address in Japanese and got there by taxi. There was no English at all on the hotel building naming the hotel so had we not gone there by taxi we would not have recognised it. Although the staff were friendly they spoke miniscule English. They said we could not check in until 3pm. We went exploring until about 1pm then tried checking in again. Again they said 3pm. Off we went again until 2.50pm but they still refused to let us check in. In the small foyer there were others waiting to check in. At precisely 3pm one of the staff came out and handed out numbers to each of us to queue up to be checked in. Unbelievable. We have travelled all over the world and this is the first time we have seen this. Take a number like in a supermarket. To make things worse the room was the size of a matchbox. The double bed (not king) was stuck against the wall. There were no cupboards whatsoever and 2 people could not stand side by side between the bed and the wall. We stayed 3 nights to our regret. The room had all the facilities etc but no space. We had breakfast included but it was all Japanese style. Nothing written in English to we did not know what we were eating. Again the only thing going for this hotel was its location. Keep clear of this hotel.
Great cost hotel..without much storage space
Excellent, central hotel with friendly staff and enjoyable Japanese breakfast. The rooms are small for European/US standards and have very little storage space...but this seems fairly common in Japan
A great stay
The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was very clean. The included breakfast was delicious and gave us a great start for the day. The metro was a 2 minute walk away and the shop directly next to the hotel was great for snacks and had an ATM which came in very handy! Would happily recommend!
Great location for sushi and fish market
Clean, comfortable hotel in a great neighborhood. Room was really small but I think that’s normal for Tokyo. Walkable location to lots of restaurants (we found amazing sushi and Ramen within a few blocks) and the fish market.
Inflexable Management
The management is very unflexable. We were forced to wait in the lobby for hour until 3 pm, the check in time. Even thought the room is ready, as our luggage already in the room. The manager insist rule is rule and we must follow. We must check out before 10 am otherwise penality $5000 yen. Again they said RULE IS RULE and we must follow.
great stay
Easy walk to the Tsukiji fish market and 2 subway stations , great breakfast choices , we arrived very early morning and they stored our luggages until checkin time at 3pm
Convenience location
Close to everything. 5 minutes walk to Tsukiji Fish market. Walking distance to Ginza. Good breakfast.
Good location
The location of this hotel is excellent within easy short subway distance of the Tokyo train station. Very comfortable and good service.
Great location
The hotel's location is great, very close to the Tsukiji Station, Tsukiji Market and Ginza area. Having a convenience store at the ground floor is also very convenient. The room has adequate space for our luggages but there's no closet and very few hangers for our jackets. The inclusive breakfast tastes okay, but the choices are very limited and repetitive. For the 4 nights we stayed at the hotel, the viands were repeated thrice. Overall, it's a good stay.
nice hotel, small room size
fantastic staff and services. Room was very much on the small side, not enough room to fit open a suitcase unless its on the bed. Close to lots of subway stations and the fish market.
Good location, price is fair, breakfast is small not easy to find a seat
Highly Recommended!
Even though the hotel room was small, it was perfect for two people. The room was very comfortable and the service was splendid. The hotel is also near Tsukiji, meaning good eats and a lot to see!
Nice but small
Nice hotel with breakfast and good service. Be prepared for a very small room. They didn’t have any extra pillows so if you’re used to more than one then it won’t be a great night sleep. The toiletries were nice and included a little hairbrush.
Convenient location
Staff are quite helpful & pleasant, English understanding skill & communication is fairly good. Satisfied with Check-in & out service. Breakfast food quality is fresh. Traffic access is convenient , easy to take taxi & even by foot 15 min. to Higashiginza. To Tokyo station or Ginza by taxi takes 10 min. Convenient store is located downstairs.
Excellent value hotel. It is close to a number of restaurants and also has a good view of the rainbow bridge. Don’t let the price deter you. This is in a prime location, and if you’re just looking for a place to rest after a long day this fits the bill. One caveat is that the room is definitely on the smaller side.
