The Jewel Paradise Cove was shutdown prior to our trip and Expedia accommodations sent us to the Hilton Rose Hall. We were unsure of all that was an upgrade but nevertheless we enjoyed ourselves. Bring about $500 for excursions offered at the hotel and don't expect the spa part of resort and spa to be free. If you want adult only fun then please book with that in mind as babies crying and screaming at 5am is not pleasant. Great customer service at the Hilton Rose Hall was the winner. While the food leaves much to be desired I will say the Jerked chicken and curry goat and the hamburgers were great. The biggest winner is Jamaican fried chicken and all the rum strawberry daiquiri you can handle. Enjoy and God bless you on your travels!

The property I wanted to stay was closed , they sent me to different property I had paid for shared shuttle they gave me ride to the the property but not back to the airport . I had to pay sixty extra dollars for the taxi .

I had a allergic reaction to the detergent they used on the sheets, towels, etc…

Just a relaxing spot for 3 days is good

The customer service was amazing from the moment we arrived in the lobby. I was greeted by Donoye (sorry if i misspelled her name) and Tracy Ann.

They cancelled us and moved us to another resort two weeks prior to our wedding.

The scenery was great, the drinks and dining options were good, especially breakfast, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet

It is the people and their love that infused our entire experience. They freely shared the culture, the knowledge and experience of living beautifully black in the Caribbean. The spa at this resort was excellent with very skilled associates. We were blessed the entire time.

The property was beautiful. The staff were accommodating and nice. My family and I enjoyed ourselves especially the pools, swim up bar, and the water slide. Oh and definitely the spa. 😊 The only thing I didn’t like was that there were no elevators, but the buildings were only 3 stories high.

The staffs mannerism was deplorable towards guests

The staff was wonderful and the food was good. Unfortunately, our stay was less than desireable. The rooms and property in general are very dated. When we first arrived, I was extremely disappointed by the room and how dated the property was. I reached out to Expedia because I felt mislead by the property description and photos. The hotel manager reached out to me and switched us to a different room the following day. The second room was better, but still dated. If you decide to stay here, please know the property is not shiny and new. It’s older and could use quite a bit of updating. Additionally, the alcohol selection is subpar. They charge for Jack Daniel’s and any alcohol they consider “premium”. Overall, our stay was definitely not worth the $500 a night price tag. We will return to Jamaica, but will stay elsewhere. Again, the staff was accommodating and kind, but I expected a little more from a Hilton property.

This area was off the Main Street in the back and limited parking. If you love Cats and Bees this is a great location because they are everywhere. I would NOT recommend or ever stay here again.

Terrible service

Overall, the service was the worst ive ever experienced at an all-inclusive in Jamaica. The food wasn't great and was very repetitive. I will not stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff are just so wonderful. The property could use some updates. It has so much potential! We were looking for warm weather, a beach and relaxation and we found that. The friendliness of the staff was a bonus. We are generous tippers which was well deserved.

Staff was friendly, professional, and eager to please guests. Food was excellent. Choices for quiet relaxing spots or areas for people who want to have a party. Overall, an enjoyable experience

The entire stay was amazing, my partner and I enjoyed every second. I would definitely recommend to others and I’d visit your resort anytime. It was a great first time experience.

Solid place to stay. Great location, quiet and quaint.

Its a smaller resort. Very intimate. The staf were very friendly and the selection of food was awesome. The entertainment was excellent. Live music during dinner and dj musin every nite. Nice selection of music. We party every nite until 1am which is unusual for us.

The waitress and waiter are aware well trained and polite🙏🙏🙏

10/10 customer service! Spa was top notch! Alex and Marlon at the bar made it so enjoyable! Food was amazing! You get to taste the culture and their jerk chicken was amazing! Perfect place for couples. Not a club scene but a great time.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience at this resort! We had the Oceanfront Butler Suite, and the service was impeccable! The view was great, and our room was wonderful. We were right on a nice, quiet private beach within steps of one of the pools with a great bar and food service until 2 am. The spa was great, and I got a fantastic massage, and the Glass Bottom Boat tour was fun as well. The drinks were great, the food was good, and the service was exceptional. Butler service was a great upgrade. This resort was very affordable and was WELL WORTH the money. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Where else could I stay in a tropical paradise and also feed and pet tons of beach kitties? Highly recommend!

Rooms need some repairs. Staff needs more training in Customer Service.

My sister and I visited this resort and i must say we had so much fun. The staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant. Miss Janice, TJ, and both Andre’s were absolutely amazing, and their customer service was impeccable. I would definitely return and will be recommending this place to my friends and family. Our favorite part was surviving Miss Janice's ladder challenge – it was definitely a highlight!

The staff is what makes the property so wonderful. Hayne, Tomique, Tenelle, Christine, Raymond all went above & beyond. Returning home is not exciting, because they all really spoiled us to make sure our stay was incredible.

The name does not fit the hotel paradise no it was boring not much entertainment. Limited food choice at the main buffet they did not have night club on the properly. they need to step up there game the rooms out dated need new furniture.

The staff was extremely amazing especially Terry-Ann she is definitely worth meeting on your trip she has the best most upbeat personality and caring heart

The “all inclusive” resort was on strike. They had an understaff not willing to render services.very pushi with gratuity once I needed change for a $20 she replied no change and proceeded to grab the 20 dollar bill out of my hand. Telephone system was not functioning. I had to go to the front desk to place order. All request for amenities and services were denied or cancelled or closed. Property seemed to be remodeling, as wood paneling was being used on stairwells. Poor variety of dinning options. Rude and unkindness was the mood all around. Resolution was a $150 discount to add insult to injury. I do not recommend, there are better properties in the area.

What a joke! The seating around the resort is rusty metal folding chairs and dirty plastic tables. The lounge* chairs have no padding and half the pools were closed. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom- of which the door BARELY closed and when it did I thought for sure I was going to get stuck in there forever. The AC didn’t work in the room. The door at the resort was terrible, the ‘premium alcohol’ was non existent. The best vodka they had was Skol and their ‘top shelf’ bourbon was Jim beam. The facilities were disappointing and we immediately regretted booking there as soon as we arrived. The staff was friendly, and that was their best feature.

The staff was very nice but the food was the worst i have ever encountered at an all inclusive resort.

Property is dated. Not the best beach. Not enough local food choices, perhaps out of season or scares due to recent hurricanes on the island. Location is fine so i hope they'll make some improvement on it soon rather than later.

I loved the staff, the room, and the food. However, the property was outdated; I had just been to the pool and beach. It was my anniversary, and they gave me a cake with the words "Happy anniversary." I appreciated that. I would give everything a 7/10.

Generally a good stay

Nice location and clean facility. Drink quality was poor and little fresh fruit. Service was good although a little slow. Food choices were somewhat limited for lunch.

The property was great. Walkable to nearby convenience stores and on a hip strip for nightlife. The property security made our stay feel safe. The staff was personable and very friendly. Highly recommended.

The resort was gorgeous and the staff was top tier! Hayne was sweet to us and very helpful, so was Tevin

the pools, the amazing staff with their excellent customer service. Big up Rafoy, Tevin and Tenielle to name a few. The room was nice and the property really peaceful.

This resort is one of several that I have visited and it was ok. The staff some very nice some ok. My butler Christa saved this vacation with her kindness and very attentive. The food not very good although the Jerk Hut when open can also save the day. I also liked the room once they switched it for what I purchased at first attempted to place me in a standard and add a butler make sure you be clear about amenities promised with your purchase otherwise it was restful. If I need another place to rest for vacation maybe here I will visit again……….

It’s a very chill, very down to earth kind of setting, but the staff are top of the line; helpful, polite, and friendly. the resort is kept clean, the food and drinks are great, and the nightly entertainment is amusing. will surely go back, God-willing!

Amazing hotel, beautiful grounds, friendly staff. Not the best of location if one hasn't got a car. The entrance not very clear and abit in inviting. But certainly not our first stay and won't be our last.

They had limited juices to make drinks with, i ordered vodka and grapefruit and the bar i was at only had "tang" , so then i went to another bar and they didn't even have "tang" I went on the shopping excursion and they neglected to tell me that the bus was also dropping off 3 other excursions! The driver also stopped at another resort to pickup some luggage then stopped at another resort to frop it off! I spent part of my vacation waiting for slow people that didn't show up on time and dropping off luggage! And i was charged to do so? No thanks! The employees were all amazing! But i have got to give 5 stars to Tommy the lifeguard!! He did everything the he could to make our vacation good!

The roof was leaking and I called and made a complaint and no one came to look at it. It’s my birthday and there were no effort of them, terrible experience. My bed was soaking wet because of the roof

Great property!

The staff were amazing! That being said Elaine was extra attentive and always fun and engaging. The Jade Samurai was a fun and delicious experience. The property was worn in a few places but was sound and well kept. My husband has a gluten allergy and all the food staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The buffet could be a bit tricky to navigate for a gluten allergy in particular mid week, but he never went without. The glass bottom boat was a fun experience, definitely worth the time. We had a quite, layed back week of food, drinks and time in the sun.

The property is a little older but it is well maintained. The food was delicious and the staff was very polite. Enough can't be said about the people at this resort, they make it very enjoyable. Raymond, Terry Ann, Janice and Jena all go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. If you come to Jewel Paradice Cove and have a bad experience, then you didn't meet Raymond. My only complaint is the mattresses are very uncomfortable.

The room was neat and very clean. The evening activities were lacking and hardly enough to keep people entertained and the music was stale and boring. The property was nice but boring. The food on certain nights were bland and very less to nothing in selection. Also it was only BOTTOM shelf alcohol like I understand it’s an all inclusive but to not even have some Wray and nephew at least is crazy . I was happy I brought my own bottle at the airport

Went here for a vacation 27 & 25 year old couple. Definitely the youngest people there and the night club is closed. Staff is amazing! Food is ok. This is definitely a nice place to go to just relax and they have some activities throughout the day.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon there at Jewel Cove Paradise Resort, and we enjoyed our time there. There were things that could have been better, namely, more clarity on certain events. The food was very scrumptious and the fact that you could eat all you wanted was very convenient. The water in the pool and on the beach was very clean and very well maintained. The rooms were clean and well kept. We were a little confused when we went in what was called the piano bar and it was vacant without seeing a piano. Overall it was splendid stay, and we have already discussed future visits and would definitely visit again.

What an amazing time we had! The staff, service and the FOOD were the best we have experienced. This was our 3rd time to Jamaica and we love it! We stayed at Sandals and at Jewel the food was 5 . Our bartender that we were with Raymond A all the way around. All the staff was amazing and helpful and our room was cleaned every single day! The views were stunning! This is our new go to resort. We are already planning on next vacation for Oct 2025 with friends we met at the resort. If you are thinking whether or not to book it.....BOOK IT!!! You will not be disappointed at all!

Food was garbage, no selection at all. It wasn’t really cultured. No buses for excursions because there wasn’t enough people to fill them so we were left to pay a taxi rate on top of the excursions (provided by them of course).

The staff was great,enjoyed our couples massages also relaxing in the hammock was one of my favorite, will definitely recommend this resort,my wife also enjoyed the dining room staff singing happy birthday to her..

They need to refurbish the rooms

I really enjoyed the resort it was quiet when it needed to be and live and fun when it needed to be. The staff was great and very accommodating and the resort was very clean. I would recommend!

Food wasn't all that but the room was comfortable

Enjoy our week, would have liked to have 2 chairs in the room so we could both sit at the table & play a game. Room was comfortable and cold a/c extreme appreciated LOL. Favorite stop along our walks was the coffee hut with the rum cream!

Excellent Place to stay

A great all inclusive option. Beach is man made but quiet.

From the start it was not a good experience. When we arrived we were sat down and forgotten about. A large group that arrived after us was taken care of ahead of us which I believe caused us to have to wait longer for our room. I had to seek out an employee to help since we were seated and told we would be helped right away, which didn't happen. The staff (overall) was not as expected from reading all other reviews. They were not as friendly as described and made us feel like we were putting them out by even being there. Food selection was very limited. Not all restaurants were even open. We were not impressed by this resort and can't understand why so many people make it a repeat place to visit. The sunsets here were awesome but you can get awesome sunsets from just about any beach resort.

Everything was great. Rooms were clean! Staff were amazing. However....I wish more authentic Jamaican doodmwas served. We are there for the Jamaican culture experience. Also the plastic cups were not nice.morw Jamaican muaicw should be played from.mornjnf till night...keep the vacation vibe and energy alive! Otherwise everything was wonderful and I will be returning.
