Old but well maintained.

The staff was incredible and very attentive. The only two issues I had with the room itself were that the air-conditioning didn't blow cold air (they did bring in a small fan to help battle the heat) and that the sink and shower drains were VERY slow to drain. You will finish your shower foot-deep in your filthy water. The location is an older building with stains in the carpet, but the room was large and open.

good hotel

the hotel is strategically located near the shopping malls and a walking distance from the train station. some staff can speak english and are accommodating. the room is good but it looks old.

Really like this hotel. A few mins walk from the train station, and sitting in the center of a big shopping areas. Clean and friendly staff. Will stay again next time.

Nice, large and affordable rooms in the middle of an extremely dense shopping district offering just about any item one could need for an extended stay at a variety of price ranges. Tooth care and grooming kits provided along with a dish of fruit and a hand written welcome letter. A $400 yuan deposit is required upon check in and is returned at check out. Desk staff seems nominally proficient with english. A very good place to stay.

Great price for what you get

Near shopping center and subway line. The food shop is a lot in underground line.

Hotel Jen A Great Choice

Our stay at Hotel Jen was amazing. Room was big and cozy. Top notch service staffs. Great location!

i liked my visit with professional service from door to room service. Always polite and prompt. The restaurant service was excellent as well. with great food.

Always some issue when staying here

Got a notice from the hotel on the second day of my stay saying there will be maintenance of the water tank from 1AM to 4AM. Woke up the next day around 7AM and there was no water so I couldn’t take a shower nor flush the toilet. Around 9AM water came but there was no hot water and it was brown. This continued until 10AM and I had to leave for the airport. Luckily I had some bottled drinking water so at least I was able to brush my teeth but very unhappy I wasn’t able to take a hot shower before checking out.

Room is clean and staff friendly and helpful.Food in the restaurant is very good.

Counter staff and concierge very helpful. Comfy bed.

Room too warm!

Been to Shenyang many times but this was the first time during the winter season. While it's cold outside but extremely warm inside. The windows can't be opened and although the AC is set to "cool" at 10 degrees C, it's still blowing warm air. Had to turn it off completely. There was a power outage one night around 12:10AM. Not sure it was the whole building or just the floor I was on. Got tired of waiting and went to sleep around 1:30AM. Woke up by a loud noise and noticed power was back on around 4AM.

Great location

Right next to walking district and very convenient for shopping and eating. Walking distance to Shenyang train station. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices. Very good hotel and will come back to stay when visiting Shenyang!

Smiling and helpful front desk service

Location is near the train station yet not so crowded, good for access to other China cities. The front desk service is excellent .

Great location, good for business travel

Great location, 3 mins walk from HSR Shenyang Station. Counter service is so-so, took me 20mins to complete my check-in. The room is a bit old, but it's fair enough with this price.

The front desk people are very friendly. They let me check into my room a few hours earlier. Free fruit cup from the room service. Room is kind of old, but overall, it's an ok hotel.

hotel close to shopping and transport links

Hotel was excellent staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms very clean and superb health club. Only had the Buffett breakfast and this was ok although the standard of food served was not always good had better on previous stays at this hotel. Upgraded to the traders club where the breakfast offering was better. Would recommend hotel to others no problem.

Smooth landing in snow

We landed late at night and had arranged transfer to hotel, happy to see driver greeting us at airport lobby. Reached hotel smoothly and check in in no time wasted and upgraded to deluxe room without asking, sure a plus point.

close to aill

THE HOTEL STAFF DID NOT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH.it was very difficult to talk with them they upgraded my room and charge my credit card without me knowing about it. The food in the hotel was very good.THE ROOM WAS ALWAYS CLEAN. My wife was not happy at all would not stay here again.

It is located in good location, next to parkson shopping mall and can get restaurant, subway in the mall.....very convenient. breakfast food is good too. in the hotel room itself, toilet bathtub is low height....unconventional this way. the water for shower require a pull from the tube outlet, also unconventional...

Traders Hotel Shenyang China

Excellent and helpful staff!!!! Everyone spoke good english and was very courteous and helpful. Only real issue was the TV was not flat screen, but thats ok...real compaint was that the air conditioning didnt work so the room got hot. The time i was there was winter so they may have had it turned off, but none the less the room got hot at night. Great location, good shopping

Traders Hotel..great location to everything

Great place, only issue is the rooms are too warm. AC doesn't really work well. But the people that work there are very friendly, helpful and speak good english. Very welcoming place...i would highly recommend it...only problem is the summer time, it may be too warm. Maybe the AC works better then. Great shopping nearby.

Impressed

I was impressed by the Traders Hotel in Shenyang. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms were comfortable and conveniently furnished. The bar was re-stocked daily. It's worth it to spend the extra money for a Club Level room. The Traders Club is comfortable and conveniently located. There are plenty of good restaurants and shopping within walking distance, as well as a movie theater and a Starbucks.

HOTEL FOR THE FOREIGNER

IT IS MUCH MORE BETTER IF ALL THE STAFF CAN SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND IN ENGLISH. IT IS MUCH MORE BETTER IF CABLE TV TO BE INSTALL WITH ADDITIONAL INTERNATIONAL CHANNEL. IT IS MUCH MORE BETTER IF "MUSLIM" RESTAURANT TO BE OPEN INSIDE THE HOTEL.

對面商場多食店，去沈阳車站有方便

初めての瀋陽で不安いっぱいだけど、空港バス乗って瀋陽駅前で降りたらすぐ目の前にホテルあった。瀋陽駅前直ぐ目の前にあって、周りの料理店安くで美味しい、ショウピンクも便利だった。

很熟悉的一家酒店，位于市中心太原街，交通便利。酒店的设施不算新，但是很舒适。前台和客房服务人员态度很好，办理入住和退房非常快。这次没有看到HBO有点小失望，要是卫星电视频道再多一些就好了。

部屋の空調は古くて、切り替えができない、秋の時に、寒いです、部屋の掃除は毎日やっているけど、コップとかきちんと洗わないです。お風呂は浴槽があるけど、シャワーが固定して、使いにくいです。

瀋陽駅から近く便利でした。 スタッフの対応もテキパキしていてとても好感を持てます。 部屋は広くて使いやすくアメニティも充実していました。

相変わらずの「心地良いホテル」

以前(約１５年前)より瀋陽滞在では利用しています　ホテル名は変わりましたが相変わらずのサービスで良い印象でした　価格も手頃で立地もよく良い印象でした 部屋には新たに調理器具が取り揃えてあり長期滞在にも良いと思います

Well managed hotel

First of all: The hotel hasn't been renovated for a whole while and the rooms have seen better days. Nevertheless it is still ok and reflected it the reasonable prices. The rooms are very spacious. The service has been extraordinary with a lot of extras that the hotel would not have had to provide. The management certainly knows how to make a guest feel welcome with small gestures. Therefore the very good rating from me. Staff I met on the hotel floors was very welcoming and nice. Staff at the reception was mixed with varying levels of English skills as well.

出張で利用しました。特に問題も無く、非常に良いホテルでした。また、日本語のできるスタッフも紹介してもらい、色々と丁寧に対応頂けました。

バスタオルの無い日がありました！！！

チェックイン、チェックアウトの際にフロントで ちょっとしたトラブルがありましたが 日本語の話せるスタッフの方のおかげで 快適に過ごすことができました。 丁寧で親切、接客態度が最高でした。 あと 外出して帰って来た時の部屋の清潔感は すごくありました。 細かいところまで 綺麗に掃除してくれてる スタッフの方に感謝です。 また瀋陽に行く時には 利用したいと思います。 マイナス面は 部屋のトイレがウォッシャブルでないのが 残念。 エレベーターを使用する際 カードのエラーが 何度もありました。 インスタントコーヒーが 不味かった。 回りの部屋のドアの閉まる音が うるさすぎる。 次回 利用する時には 改善されてるといいですね。

審陽駅から徒歩5分くらい、繁華街の中心に有り便利。設備も新しく朝食も良かった。残念なのが、部屋の床の掃除がよくなく、髪の毛が多かった。
