Very nice clean room. Unfortunately the bed was hard and pillows were not that comfortable. We would recommend this hotel if you want to stay up and party as there is a bar next door that is very loud until 6am.
After I booked with a request for a shower chair they came back to me and offered a different room than originally booked. Room was tiny and didn’t even have a chair! I think I paid too much for that room as original room was bigger and had a king bed specified
recommended
nice room, with AC. A bit noisy in the evening, i guess there is a pub just underneath the hotel. otherwise very central, offering good breakfast
Place was as expected, great for the price. Close to local bars and restaurants. Great staff and ambiance. Rooms were clean but the beds were a bit uncomfortable but met my expectations
Close to restaurants. Dislike they are aware of problems with water falling from the ceiling bathroom from upper level showers and they don’t fixed.
The stay was incredibly pleasant. I have used JC Hoteles before in another location and will consider using them again. Very clean, friendly and helpful. Although the room didn’t have a view it was incredibly quiet, which helped with getting a good night’s sleep.
We had to book this place last minute, so I suppose you pay for what you get. It’s the kind of place where the balcony door almost falls on you when you try to open it. The fridge ran hot and the hair dryer ran cold. You need a rock climber grip to try and open the shower. Very central location, though!
Nice place. Clean. Safe. Spacious bathroom. Minutes away from metro Granvia and Puerta del Sol. The only downside is that there is a famous bar underneath, and it's is noisy until late at night. Bring ear plugs!
Excellent!!
First of all the location is the best as I had only 2 days to visit Madrid. Clean and comfortable room. However I loved the idea of naming the rooms with different countries. Also, the customer service was proficient. I truly recommend this accommodation.
- Big rooms - Reliable Wifi - Great location - Windows do not lock and they are ceiling to floor - Clean but strange smell from the bathrooms
Location is 5 stars.
The hotel was in a great location. Although small, it was good for me. An chair or small bench in the room would have been helpful.
WOULD AVOID- NOT A SMOKE FREE HOTEL
Stay was horrible. Falsely advertised as smoke free rooms. Was placed in smoked filled room on check-in. I refused -they said hotel was booked (they were charging me $144 euro/night). I threatened to leave - somehow miraculously they found another room available - next door; ALSO has some smoke as well (probably shared air conditioning/ventilation). Next door to El Sol nightclub - loud music/people milling outside window until 5 AM most nights. Limited toiletries - one small bar soap(1 inch square)- had to buy extra soap/conditioner/shampoo. Safe (in both rooms) were not functional. Pros - central - steps from Grand Via subway station/Puerto del sol etc. lots of eateries. They provided 2 small bottles of water (although the refrigerator was not on) WOULD AVOID BEING PLACED IN ROOMS - "SAUDI ARABIA" AND "TAJIKISTAN" (the give names to rooms, not numbers)- both on the first floor. FYI - as a gold member of hotels.com - they were unhelpful .
The themed rooms were amazing and very clean. Staff was extremely helpful!
Great location.
Excellent location, good price. Would stay again
Awesome staff
Fantastic location for sightseeing
Excellent location for getting the most out of your time in Madrid.
Ubicacion excelente y gran amabilidad Buen preci.
Excellent!
This hotel was an amazing value. It is new, trendy and well-decorated. I love the country theme! the services and the theme are excellent and the location unbeatable. Hidden gem! If I had to make one suggestion, there could be thicker bedding for the winter. The bed had summer bedding.
This was,a totally brilliant stay could not fault any thing it was just perfect for us
Excelente ubicación
Avoid if you can
Room was awful. Barely space to walk around the bed. Just one chair as furniture. Very little storage space and shower leaked all over the bathroom floor We checked out and found somewhere else on the day we arrived. Terriblemente
Good Hotel
Forced to share bed.
Booked a room in the afternoon for two twin beds. Checked in to find out that we were given a room with one bed. Was told there were no other rooms available and he did not offer to check if one of their other nearby properties could accomodate us.. I asked to cancel the room as there are dozens of nearby hotels and was told it was on refundable. Forced to share bed with traveling companion who it a fitful sleeper. Was unable to sleep all night and spent my traveling day with no rest.
150 euros per night is too expensive for that kind of room. It was clean with a modern look. However, it was dark and too small. The personnel was very kind and serviable.
Everything was fantastic. The service was great. We had a work emergency that we had to cancel one night but they didn’t accept it. That part was a little annoying and the pictures in the room were a little too much. Otherwise great great great location.
Very nice hotel
Central location but thin walls
Good location near multiple metro stops and within walking distance to main sights in central Madrid. However rooms have very thin walls such that you will hear noise (i.e. complete phone conversations, plumbing, etc) not only from hallway but also room next to you. So would not recommend for longer term stays unless you are prepared to be woken up at odd hours on multiple occasions. Room was clean and great water pressure for showers. However AC unit did not fully work in my particular room and it sounds like other rooms had similar issues as well.
They were very nice and caring from Juan to Alexandro, Francisco, and etc. Thank u
Great spot in Madrid! Close to all!
We just spent 3 nights at JC Jardines during our Spain vacation. Yes the rooms are tiny and a little uncomfortable for the luggage BUT they make up with those mattresses! The begs are super comfy! The location is ideal, walking distance to most main attractions in Downtown Madrid. Steps away from the train lines in Gran Via and Sol... food literally steps away... The staff was very nice and friendly and always eager to help. Specially the guy that received us on Wednesday night! He was super nice and helpful! (Forgot his name! I’m horrible with names) Place was very clean. Everything worked well. Definitely will stay there again!
Great location, weak on service
The hotel requires you to ask for the breakfast that is included in the price.
Great hotel! Friendly staff great service and awesome room.
Great location, clean, safe, nice staff...and a great price.
The hotel is walking distance from Puerta del Sol. There is a local 100 Montaditos and it makes it lively and great way to spend your night in Madrid.
This was a great little value hotel in the heart of Madrid close to everything. Nothing fancy, but everything you need for a basic trip to see all the major tourist sites. It is just off of one of the major streets that runs from the Gran Via to Puerto del Sol so you can't get any more central. The desk people were really friendly and very helpful and the room and property were kept very clean and tidy. The rooms are kind of small and the beds a little hard, but really great for the price you are paying. There is not much storage space(one small closet with a safe and frig in it) and it would be great if they had those things that keep your suitcase off the floor, but they don't. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Madrid city center as long as you want value and a great location and nothing fancy.
Comfy bed and clean bathroom!
Perfect location. Clean and fresh room. Smaller than had been expecting but still perfectly acceptable. Shower utterly amazing. So nice to have free water and Pepsi Max in the fridge!
Property was very clean and modern. Our room had lots of space and was cozy. Staff was friendly too. Would stay again.
Different type of hotel, but I really enjoyed staying there. Friendly and helpful staff. Free minibar is a really nice touch. Conveniently located just up the road from Sol.
I will be back
Clean room, close to everything
Great Location
My experience here was great! The front desk was friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and cute. The location couldn’t have been better - tons of bars and restaurants around and under a 5 min walk the Puerta de Sol where the metro and a lot of tour buses pick up.
Brilliant place to stay
Excellent location, in a quiet side road but in the heart of the action. Modernised to a high standard, super clean, great staff, free wifi and the water and Coke in the fridge much appreciated. A coffeemaker would have been nice, but a great value hotel that I thoroughly recommend.
Very close to shopping and plazas. Bit noisy at night.
Great stay at JC Rooms
Excellent centrally located hotel, able to walk to all the sites within 20 minutes. Clean and great service, a couple minutes walk to multiple metro stations and shopping.
In the heart of central Madrid
Very good location everything in the centre of Madrid is walkable from the hotel.very reasonable price per night.
Pleasant surprise !!!
It was a pleasant surprise !! Is in center,a walk distance of everything. Very clean. They have heating, free mini bar included,a lot of toiletries included(inclusiv toothbrush). Is in the center of every where :) And a very good price :)) P.S.Safe included.
Stay here! Affordarable with everything you need.
Very clean, stylish property in the middle of everything. Close walk to several major sites. Endless shopping, and food options right outside the door. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Excelente ubicación el personal es muy amable
Muy buena ubicación y personal muy amable
Una opción buena
Bien
The location is excellent!
Hotel minimal, discretamente pulito.
Excelente localização e condições do hotel
Ottima l'ubicazione

Very bare bones hotel. However, shower door didn't shut properly and it leaked all over the bathroom. The cleaning lady took our little sheet they gave as a blanket (no comforters available). When we asked the front desk for a replacement sheet, they didn't have one, so we had to suffer in the cold AC at night. I wish there were a few extra linens and towels available.
