Great service, extreamly friendly staff. The jeep tour was great as well as the evening entertainment
Very friendly staff
One of the best experiences we've had. Jamal was very nice and cooperative. best customer service. We arrived late and asked for dinner. they provided amazing food for us. We stayed in Martian Tent. Very comfortable with a private shower. clean room and very nice and friendly people. the tour they provided us was memorable
Jamal
The Jamal Rum Camp was located deep into Wadi Rum. They shuttled me from parking to the camp. WiFi was great in the lobby are and sometimes reached the room. They setup my tour in the morning and everything was great. Jamal was very helpful and welcoming at the place
Jamal and his team were extremely nice. They made us feel at home. Dinner was delicious. They also had jeep activity and camel activity. The bed and pillows need a little more love but besides that it was a very pleasant stay.
Not clean , no electricity after 1 am even in bathroom also we request dinner on phone and when we arrive the cost was too much and dinner not enough for me and colleagues. My suggestion is end contract with this camp cause will affect negative for client satisfaction.
What an experience! Bedouin tent. Dinner is a Bedouin Zarb chicken meal, cooked buried under ground - very tasty, served buffet style, so all you want. The 4x4 excursion into the desert is very fun. The camel ride is excellent. Singing and dancing around the fire pit (this may have been a spontaneous event one of the nights I was there). The stars are amazing. Jamal and his assistants are great.
The people here are very nice, but the facility is so so. We had the most expensive dome tent with AC which is great, but nothing else is provided inside besides the red and blue towels which you don’t want to touch, the color will be all over your skin, so we have to get air dry after shower. The Jeep tour is great, strongly recommended. The sunrise camel ride was not so great, the person can’t control his camels well, and led us to wrong spot for sunrise, we have to walk to find the right spot to see the sun. Again, we loved people there.
Wadi Rum experience
A truly fantastic experience. Jamal, his 5 brothers and their dad made sure we had an unforgettable trip to Wadi Rum. Things are quite basic but considering you are in the middle of the desert it is fantastic. We had our own hut. The place was clean and the bed was great. Wi-fi is sketchy so we had some time off from the internet and instead enjoyed the breathtaking views. Food is good and plentiful. We recommend taking the full day 4WD tour of Wadi Rum with the dad. He is a great guy and he showed us pretty much everything. Highly recommended.
Very hospitable people. Owner’s family are very kind and helpfull. Hiking experience at sunset and during night is amazing. Jeep off road journey is fun.
Passez votre chemin
Einfache Unterkunft in traumhafter Wüstenkulisse.

Great Camp. Jamal was really good at communication. They were able to arrange the excursion we wanted before we arrived. Prices were reasonable.
