Their Heritage rooms are good but adjacent areas are not cleaned properly and not maintained properly. Carpets are dirty and full of moisture

Property was beautiful. Food was great. Service was unbeatable. Only issue was there was no good place to walk outside the resort.

Great hotel. We didn't eat at their fine dining restaurant. We thought the food at their other restaurants was good (not great) but the service throughout the hotel was fabulous and the bed was so comfortable.

The bathroom was outdated with a shower in the tub. I asked the front desk to change and they said they would but never did. In general the staff wasn't bad, but wasn't great either.

Not recommended- inadequate staff & not trained

Every single aspect of service was rubbish. From luggage at check-in to the worst part which was F&B. Staff didn’t have a clue about their own ordering process T JAL Mahal where we had breakfast. Half the facilities were shut (it was peak season). I will never return !!

I have stayed at ITC Maurya and was looking forward to staying at ITC Rajputana but both properties are miles apart in terms of both location and rooms. ITC Rajputana is a very old property and the rooms are average at best. Breakfast was good but they messed up one of our orders for eggs. Aside from this, we took two meals at Jaipur Pavillion and they were good. The staff at the property was very professional and made efforts to make us comfortable.

I had my worst experience in this 5 star property. 1. The breakfast was not of good quality. 2. Door of our room and towards balcony was broken. 3. The spa experience could have been better but the spa manager only smiled once we made the payment. 4. Worst of all, they threw my belongings and did not cooperate at all. I called them multiple times, went to reciption to understand what has happened but noone was taking the responsibility for it. 5. The person who was managing the swimming pool area was also rude. 6. Very small rooms. Worst worst experience ever. Highly disappointing. No respect for guests. No facilities. Only the cleaning staff was humble. Unprofessional managers.

Amazing property and wonderful staff!!

From check in to check out, the entire stay was amazing with friendly and courteous staff at every point of contact. The dining experience was particularly amazing, the highlight of every day being the vast spread for breakfast, something for every palate and dietary consideration - and if it was available, the staff found a way to make something wonderful to suit our and our kids needs. Very clean, family friendly and centrally located in the heart of Jaipur. Would highly recommend this and any ITC line of hotels.

Excellent

Excellent hotel, with excellent service overall. A point to take into consideration is the speed of service in the breakfast room, cafe and bar. It seems to be a fully respected chain of command for everything. If we needed a glass for a beer or to pour water; we noticed the order was given to another person and then to another one, and 15 minutes later we had the glass. It should be easier. Let alone a coffee or olive oil.

Best hotel

Amazing stay, just wonderful

Everything at this property is luxurious- decor, food, property itself, pool, children friendly. Food was excellent with many options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Dirty and Poor service

This place looks dated and dirty. The rooms feels runned down, and the carpets in the common areas are full of stains. When you walk the corridors you can see the view of an I internal patio and it looks dirty and without maintenance. I decided to stay in this hotel after visit the ITC in Delhi for dinner and it's a lower level of experience by far! The services was very bad!!! Check in was slow and bureaucratic they asked me to feel more forms here than in any other hotel in India. Besides that the staff could not manage to print some documents that I needed for boarding my plane... Just pure incompetence

Experience worth forgetting

Too slow check in, check out was even worse. No invoice provided. Needed too much of follow up for invoice over calls and email. Still unsure of release of credit block. Gym opens at 7.15 am. Room service is too slow. Not worth staying.

Gorgeous Indian architecture in the lobby and well decorated and designed rooms

The linens on the bed were not cleaned . The pillows were the worst. The water in the bathtub did not drain properly. Corridors were very dirty . We did complained to the manager but he did not do anything about it .Except for the morning buffet nothing was good . shame for such a good brand of hotels. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quality and standards have gone down at ITC.

I have stayed ahis location several times. However this time the hotel was not accommodating to our guest needs even after several requests. The standards have definitely dropped at this properly. Additionally, the room had really bad bathroom odor which was not addressed and the room change request was also not addressed. We will not be staying here going forward.

In this property COVID protocols are being followed rigidly.

The property maintenance requires improvement, staff was nice and polite. Food was good.

DIL MAANGEY MORE !!

We had visited Jaipur for my son's exam as schools in Mumbai are still not open .. I must say the staff is very friendly .. at front desk and in restaurent also .. they immediately allowed us early chk in and were very nice and warm . The property unfortunately is bit worn out and seriously requires re furbishment and deep cleaning , exterior of hotel is also way past its glory days and requires restoration of luxury and heritage look. Over all decent stay and very convenient location. Special mention of Sheesh Mahal lounge , where as a suit guest we get free unlimited drinks ( both alcoholic and non alcoholic ) .. but they don't serve any hot and cold snacks along , which i think is standard practice in most of five star properties. But , nett nett GOOD EXPERIENCE !

Good Service but Rundown

While the ITC Service is excellent and the central location is also great, the hotel has become severely rundown especially the corridors and rooms. Good for a quick nights stay when transiting Jaipur

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Courteous staff. The property is big but very spaced out, which keeps it from appearing crowded. 10min walk from railway station is an added benefit.

One of the most responsible & luxurious hotel I have ever been to. They are the best in terms of quality. Right from the hygiene, cleanliness, taste of the food, ambience, customer service, they make sure everything is perfect. I would like to share an incident. We visited ITC Rajputana and stayed there for 2 days, 27th of Dec & 28th of Dec, 2020. When we checked and moved on to our net destination, we realized that my wife has lost her valuable diamond ring. We quickly called the ITC Rajputana reception to check if they have found any ring. They transferred our call to "Lost & Found" department and got to know that they housekeeping team had found it and they have kept it safe with them. Late they asked for an ID proof and told that they will courier it to us without any courier charges as well. I got it delivered today in a mint condition and cannot help myself from appreciating the housekeeping team specifically Lalit & Vedaprakash for being so much dedicated and honest human beings. Lastly, I wish all the success to ITC Hotel and will make sure I share this story with everyone in my circle so that they know how honest ITC as a brand is.

We received excellent service from check in to check out as expected from ITC. The property was clean, the food was good as was the ambience.

WASTE OF MY MONEY

Do not be decieved by the look of the lobby. The rooms, hallway, service and food are less than mediocre. Hotel is 28 years old and if you see the cleanliness of the hallway, anyone will be astonishing. I have stayed at a lot older hotels with no renovation and it never felt that dirty or Dinzy. On top of it customer service is horrible. It is not a 5 star hotel. It may say it but it does not reflect in their hotel and service. We cut our short trip because it was so dissapointing and did not want to waste our time and money anymore. Trip was not good because this whole experience with ITC Rajputana.

No internet service had to call for help every few hours. The price per night was too high for the facility and services

Courteous and efficient staff. Tasteful and imaginative decor - taking the traditional motif and giving it a modern twist. Very nice public spaces and spacious rooms. Bathrooms need updating.

I have always stay at this property when I am here in business but this will be my last time. This is my 4th room they have moved me to and I’m awake at 3am with a splitting headache from the mold smell in my room. Every room has had some problem from water damage to mold or just plane worn out. I heard the lease was just renegotiated and itc was planning to walk away from the property, so it has not been kept up at all. The gym had water damage on the hardwood floors, carpet is old and worn out in common spaces. It just needs a major renovation. I hate to write this review the staff is very nice and most of them have worked here a long time. ITC has the resources to renovate and hopefully this review will help them pull the trigger in closing the property for that.

Absolutely a wonderful property. HUGE property and so well kept and maintained. Checkout at the reception was a little unresponsive and not prompt and little laid back inspite having told them that to pls keep the bills ready 20 minutes in advance.

The hotel facilities are amazing. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The restaurants in the hotels have great variety especially the breakfast buffet. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Unaware concierge and reception staff

This hotel has no idea about its rooms. I was travelling with Infants and specifically asked for interconnecting rooms. I was told that my rooms are interconnecting. But when I arrived in my rooms they weren’t. After all the hassle I finally got my rooms. The bed covers had not been changed. My pillow case was dirty and it was smelling. I complained about this the next morning since it was too late that evening. The hot water comes intermittently. I had to wait 6 minutes in the shower before the hot water started to flow. Then during the shower it kept switching between hot and cold. I complained about all this and told them I have another reservation after one day which I will cancel because I want a comfortable stay. Now I’m back in the hotel and they assured me that my rooms are interconnecting after confirming this to me 6 times !!! I come to the room and again there’s no interconnecting rooms. I am tired and would like to rest. But I’ve spent 40 mins outside the room trying to get the rooms I had asked for. I would never stay with an ITC ever again.

This is probably the only hotel in a place as touristy as Jaipur which charges for wi -fi. Even a 1 star hotel provides free wi fi. Despite giving clear instructions to the house keeping/room service staff, the number of times a door bell is rung, is rather discomforting. I had to get to work during the night time which means that during the day I had to sleep, but despite keeping the room on 'DND', the staff called the room phone.

Impressive Lobby, quick check-in/check-out. The Peshawar restaurant is very good and you also have the possibility to have a set menu with small portion of different dishes to try the Indian cuisine. The room is not soundproof.

The service of staff was excellent and helpful. The location of the property is very central.

Firstly, during check-in staff could not locate my reservation in there system which was reserved 4 days prior to check-in, I have to reach multiple people to check for confirmation early in the morning 4:00 AM. The main manager is off duty and asked to wait until he start his shift at 7:00 AM. In the end had to go through hard time and figure out things. Keep in mind drivers out side charge two times lesser than what hotel is charging for using hotel cab service for guest to visit different places they need to consider the fact and not just be money grabber. Remaining was good.

Once a great 5 star, now a 3...

Pathetic level of service by staff. Once a great hotel. Duty manager Sourabh especially has an attitude problem and is not customer centric. I have not seen 5 star hotels trying to nickel and dime their customers for WiFi, especially considering the city was under a security threat and the police had shutdown mobile internet service.

Pool, location and decoration. Very helpful staff! Amazing food and service.

1) people freely somke in non-smoking areas and there is no one to stop them 2) staff response is inconsistent - some of theme are friendly and some of them indifferent. I had an issue regarding seats at the breakfast table and they tried to cover as if I am being unreasonable.

Superb! My favorite hotel in Jaipur.

I lead tour groups to India. I have been looking for a hotel in Jaipur for my group. We just tried the ITC Rajputana. When we walked in, I could hear sighs of "This is wonderful!" My group loved the hotel, and I will make this our permanent venue for all tour groups in Jaipur.

The rooms were clean. The staff were warm andcwelcoming.

I had selected this property amongst other 5 star properties for its pool. Infact, it was the pivotal point for my family as we had decided to spend time at the pool-side for most of our time. So it was disappointing to see that the pool was under renovation for the entire of our stay-duration. The hotel team (or expedia) should have kept us informed of this !

Great hotel with fabulous decor and great selection of restaurants and bars. The evening cultural show by the pool is hidden gem. Room decors is good too but can be made better to be at par. Overall its an amazing place for a cultural stay in Jaipur.

Ok experience

Jaipur is not the easiest location to make it to and when paying a decent amount for a hotel you expect a few things. First, the sheets to our room bed were not changed. Second, the room was very loud. This was due in part to our neighbors. Overall, ok hotel but nothing fancy. Staff was hit or miss. Not really worth the price for the area and may stay elsewhere next time in Jaipur.

Mixed bag!!

The property is beautiful but the food lacks the quality and standards. Worst is wifi is chargeable!!

The staff are very well trained in the art of hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was very clean. The service staff was very helpful. The hotel travel concierge arraigned expert guided tours of both Jaipur, as well as a day trip to Agra to see the Taj Mahal. Great gym and spa as well. My only advise would be to have a heated pool so that it could be used in the cold season.

Not sure the upside of the location?

Great hotel overall. The Peshawri restaurant really must be tried, food is amazing. The location is the downside here, not close enough to the old city to walk, not near Amer Fort (as opposed to hotels of similar price). Also, hotel staff not really helpful in maximizing your Jaipur experience. The city isn’t that easy to get around, would be nice if the staff imparted a bit more local wisdom here for people not on a guided tour

This Hotel is older and needs a renovation. Its in a very budy and old part of town. Perhaps good for the business person but I would not recommend it to the tourist. Stay near the airport.

It was an ok experience. not like you expect from ITC. We got a room with 0 view and 2 abandoned balconies where the pigeons have their bathrooms. The shower was so dirty that the water was not able to drain. Not comfortable mattress. the room was not at all as in the picture at the time of selling.

Recommended by Indian friend to stay. You walk in and it us grand and really amazing reception area. Booked 2 rooms. Placed on 2 different floors and can only access floor with room key card which they only supply one per room. I room very nice on 15 level, the other much older at end of long corridor 12. By busy train station which is not pretty. Also asked for 1 room with twin beds not provided was a double. Communual areas and staff very nice. Restaurants expensive even for UK. It is very expensive for these things not to be perfect. Also have to pay for WiFi about £4 a day which just seemed ridiculously backward not to include in room price. Pool area lovely and mock tails great. Birthday cake for friend was great too. Overall mixed, a few small improvements including g could make it very good overall but expensive

Trip with family

We had a wonderful stay at Rajputana..this being our second stay at the property. Best part about Rajputana is it’s central location..everything everyplace you want to visit is within a radius of 3-4 kms. The hotel itself never lets you down with its service, food cuisine, pool and the rooms. All in all a wonderful stay again. If it’s Jaipur you have to stay here.

Smelly and bad service

Our room smelt terrible, like mould. The service in the cafe (coloured chairs) was very slow, staff were too interested in watching cricket and not interested in serving us. The overall hotel facility was nice.

Glum faced paras at the reception looked tired and overworked. Rudely asked for Aadhar card..downright racist traditional welcome with sandal and flowers was just for foreigners...I am taking it up with higher authorities at itc

Majestic Hotel in a beautiful Jaipur

Jaipur is one of the best place to visit in India. ITC hotel lobby is majestic. Service is great. Good food. Good atmosphere. Room is spacious but the bed is so soft, not to my liking and they charge for wifi, which surprised me as a luxury hotel this should be part of amenities.
