Lovely B & B with great view , very nice clean and spacious rooms

Well designed B&B with lovely sized and comfortable room and ensuite facilities, beautiful view over Airlie and perfect for couples. Only 2 guest rooms separated from each other by a shared guest dining/lounger area so nice and quiet. The shared balcony was spacious enough for two tables to have breakfast at or sit with a glass of wine and watch the sunset after a great day out. Lovely hosts and the location, while up on the hill behind Airlie Beach is an easy walk down and an invigorating walk back! Breakfasts were generous with cereal, toast, yoghurt, fruit and tea/coffee plus fruit juice a good start to the day. Didn't use the pool facilities but they looked very inviting for when weather is warmer. Would look forward to staying here again.

The property has an amazing view looking north across the water of the Whitsundays. It is a very quick and easy walk to main part of Airlie Beach. Karen was fantastic, providing a beautiful breakfast as we sat enjoying the view on a gorgeous QLD morning. She also gave us a ride to our next destination to save us trying to book a taxi. We would highly recommend for a short or long stay inAirlie Beach

Lovely room with a view

Lovely spacious room. Very clean. Great view. Very nice communal area and outside area by pool. Walkable for restaurants in town (up hill but not too bad). Lovely fresh continental breakfast. Highly recommend.

The accommodation was neat and clean, well serviced with all the necessary amenities available. Steve and Karen were very nice and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and memorable.

Very casual and home like surroundings with the most amazing views

It was a very nice place to stay for two nights: Proximity to the centre of the town and beautiful view of the ocean. On top of that, the hospitality was excellent. Highly recommendable! Cheers.

A late review for a stay in November last year. Stayed here either side of a 3 day sailing trip . Large, clean room with two aspects, beautiful seaviews.. Hosts made us very welcome and stored our luggage whilst we were sailing. Breakfast was taken on the veranda - no choice but adequate and lovely to enjoy the wonderful view. The use of the pool was much enjoyed. Would certainly recommend a stay here in this peaceful area of Airlie Beach.

This is just a beautiful place. Really well laid out, gorgeous views and a lovely, comfortable, spacious room & ensuite (suite 2). I chose it for the peace and quiet and I was really happy I did. I’d highly recommend it and will be back!

Pristine room with a stunning view of the town and harbour, a short walk from the main street in Airlie beach. Friendly host and delicious light breakfast.

Great B & B

I booked this by mistake, but it was the best mistake ever. The host, Steve and hostess, Karen, were marvelous. The room was spacious and clean with everything provided. Karen even put my washing through and hung it out! The breakfast was very nice with plenty to eat. It was within walking distance to Airlie Beach yet far enough away for peace and quiet. A great place to stay.

Quiet, beautiful view, friendly and accommodating staff. Close to everything but not right in the middle of it. Loved it.

In quiet area away from main party area.

You will need a car to get to this B&B because it is away from town. That is what I like. Lovely quiet spot with great views& friendly owners. Lovely continental breakfast in lounge are to start you day. There is a pool to use & enjoyed my stay.

Great hosts

Location was great and having the pool was very nice. Only complaint would be about the carpet. It needed to be cleaned or replaced. Host are very nice and helpful.

The accomodation and service were excellent

The air conditioner in room needs repair as it did not make enough cool air and had a very loud knocking sound making it impossible to sleep

Everything is great!

Everything was great. Lovely view , big room and they let us leave our bag there for a couple of days while we went on a sailing trip. Breakfast is delicious

Comfortable stay, polite hosts.

The room was nice and comfortable. The hosts were polite and attentive. Location is only a short walk to the main strip of Airlie. Only downside is lack of parking.

great location, quiet, private.

Very comfortable room with only one exception. Air conditioning set and not able to alter. Was set far too cold, even though outside temperature was very warm. Otherwise a lovely place to stay and would certainly stay again.

On the hills over Airlie

Nestled in the hills, you see blue seas from the common lounge balcony. Quiet location, away from main street, yet only a 4min drive and you are there! Parking on the footpath out front. Continental breakfast had the best yoghurt ever!

Lovely b&b and fantastic views but

It is up a steep hill which we walked easily. It's walking distance from town and lovely hosts, views, room, breakfast etc etc. If u r concerned about the hill just get a cab it's well worth it.

This bed & breakfast is run by a very friendly couple. They were extremely helpful in booking our last minute excursions and transfers and were always pleasant and full of information for us. The king room is large with a mini fridge and a water boiler. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful each morning. The location is very close to the center of town, about 8 minute walk. Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend to a friend and I would definitely stay there again.

Great view, friendly hosts

Island view was perfect for our flying visit to Airlie. Friendly staff/hosts, awesome bed and a brilliant view from our room. Delicious breakfast ready on request was perfect

Not much of a view!

I was disappointed in this place. First off, I really thought there would be a better view of the islands (since it is called the "Island View"; second the decore was very plain and drab; and third, although it is somewhat far from the town center the noise travels up the hill and all I could hear until very late in the evening was the bad music and drunk folk from the bars below. Last but not least, the breakfast was a total disappointment - it was just toast and cereal. Not worth the cost.

Overall we were very disappointed. Room was not serviced each night, no choice with breakfast, it's on top of a steep hill. Wouldn't stay there again.

The Best Bed & Breakfast

If you are looking for Bed and Breakfast accommodation, this is for you. Modern, clean, tidy, very spacious and welcoming rooms. Large pool. Fantastic friendly operators. Whitsunday water views. Close to everything! Absolutely perfect. My second stay here and I shall be back.

The "beautiful tropical breakfast included" (in tariff) never happened.
