The hotel was overall quite pleasant. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed and a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful
Good location, clean, and comfortable with a decent breakfast—excellent value for money. Very kind and helpful staff, Will stay again when I next visit
The Isis Hotel in Cairo offers a fantastic stay with exceptionally friendly staff. Its prime location, near major attractions like the Egyptian Museum, makes it ideal for exploring Cairo. The hotel is clean and tidy; highly recommended
The staff at the ISIS Hotel in Cairo are welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The hotel’s location is highly convenient and very near a metro station I think It was a good experience
The room we got was super dirty: we can wipe the dust from refrigerator, bathtub, sink, table. Blanket, drape, pillow weren't clean at all. On listing through Orbit, we supposed to have free breakfast, however, the hotel didn't offer any breakfast at all to all guests. Check in time listed at 6am, however, the front desk seemed doubt for this information until we show the booking. Maybe for this reason, he gave us the room that wasn't in use for a long time. We have no choice to check out earlier because we short of time and can't speak their language to request for changing or refund. We booked this hotel for the rate of 8.4 on Orbit, but this is the first time ever we experienced the untrue rate.
Great hotel for a great price, great deal.
The team at this hotel is AMAZING, they REALLY try to do their best to make sure the guests are happy and comfortable. I would like to send a BIG thank you to the team at the reception. Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Mustapha and Mr. Mohamed. Also to the team of cleaning girls, Amany, Nemah, and Lucy. Many thanks again
I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Regards
I loved staying here! The beautiful, spacious rooms at the Isis Hotel are a perfect experience within walking distance of remarkable places such as Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum. The area around the hotel is very active, in addition to having many restaurants and cafes.
It was a quick trip, and I did not focus on all the details, but overall, the hotel is cozy and suitable, and the room was convenient for me with a Nile view. The staff was very good and friendly. I think this place deserves a longer trip to enjoy it.
reasonable hotel with a fair budget. I had a good experience at the isis hotel, from easy check-in to check-out. It was a quick stay, but I really enjoyed it.
You get what you pay for.
Excellent hotel with the best location, as it is very central and you have everything nearby. We had the room with a view of the Nile, and it was spotless. Additionally, you have a fridge and air conditioning. The bathroom was reasonable, and the water had good pressure. The internet also works well, and the staff were kind and friendly, especially the receptionist. Overall good experience
From check-in to late check-out, everything was perfect. Walking distance to the downtown Egyptian Museum and Nile. staff was friendly and helpful I recommend this place
A wonderful stay with a caring professional staff. The location is also amazing, walking distance to the Egyptian Museum, and Tahrir Square. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay memorable, and a special thank you to Mr. Hamada for guiding us and giving us a lot of tips about where to go and what to eat.
Everybody is very accommodating. They are super nice and friendly, with a lovely private room and bathroom The facilities were all clean and location was convenient to everything
convenient hotel for short stays, the location was excellent, the staff was friendly, and they arranged a private car for me...
This hotel is in a great location, as it is close to so many sites in downtown. It is very clean, and the rooms are spacious and updated. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was great. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Cairo
Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, roomy with excellent service . great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
It was a good experience at the ISIS hotel. The location is very good, near the most popular places in downtown. The hotel has nice and friendly staff. A small hotel for a reasonable budget
It's been a great experience at the ISIS Hotel. I think it is a convenient place in downtown, not a large place, but it introduces good service for that money. I recommend it to everyone.
This hotel has fantastic staff who make guests feel welcome and everything went perfectly.
All in all, I had an excellent stay at the Isis Hotel; the amenities were excellent and the staff was very helpful. The room was excellent, spotless, and ideal.
Everything was great at this hotel, including the amazing staff that is friendly and makes guests feel welcome.
Room cleaned daily, and the owner was really helpful and gave good information. Really well located, but not noisy. The bed is really comfy and good size.
The room was neat and clean, and the staff was always pleasant and cheerful. In short, everything was excellent. Keep up the good work. If you ever visit Cairo, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
I come here for one day after a long flight, and I really take a rest after this flight. The place is very good, and the rooms are clean, especially the staff, who are very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
Great gem in a kind neighborhood.
Amazing location right next to everything. Wonderful neighborhood with the kindest people you could ever possibly meet. The area can look a little rough on the outside but the inside of the building was nice enough. Everything was clean and comfortable and the views from the 15th floor at sunset were Amazing. Check in was super easy. The hotel staff were very nice checking us in, showing us to our room and chatting with us when we were in the lobby.
Cheap, Clean and Friendly
We arrived, went to the 15th floor and found the reception. Parking was a circus, was fun to watch. We got pleasantly upgraded to the family room, with 90degrees view of the city centre.. Ali and his team were nice. you have to give the keys to reception when you leave on your tour. Water is not complimentary. 5LE each bottle. Breakfast is very basic. Bread cheese and coffee/tea. We extended and stayed two nights instead of one. When we were leaving. The parking team did not ask for a tip (like everyone in Egypt), but wanted to charge us for the parking even though the booking was with FREE parking. That was one of the things I look for in finding a room, as we have a car. Ali from reception came down and sorted it out and we were able to move our car. Ali and the team,Thank you for your hospitality, it was great to stay with you.
other then the room everything is poor...for breakfast you are given a boiled egg, a small triangle of cheese spread a couple of fino bread and a cup of tea and pay for the next cup ...its not worth for the price you pay
This hotel was excellent for our needs. No extra charge for early check in, near museum, not far from airport. Ali was a wonderful host. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was simple, fresh and delicious (hard boiled egg, bread, cheese, jam and tea).
Great spot for the price. Appreciate the airpot pickup
Horrible
Great location and very friendly helpful staff specially Mr. Ali
Good budget hotel near museum
From the outside the hotel doesn't look like much, as it is on the 15th floor of an old bank building. However, the rooms are clean and large. Many have a view across of the river in the near distance. The men at reception were friendly and helpful. It is a ten-minute walk to the National Museum. It is also near a shopping street. A nearby restaurant will deliver good food.
Clean hotel, poor breakfast and no heating
Location OK: 14th and 15th floor of a skyscrapper, with functioning elevator. 15 minutes on foot to Tahrir Square and Egyptian museum. Room (402 on the door, 602 on the keyring): spacious, clean, nice night view over the junction in front of Hilton hotel, 6th October bridge and Gezira. Big, functioning fridge. No heating in room (impossible to use A/C for heating, as the remote control wasn’t provided), so beware if you are travelling in winter. Erratic WiFi in the room, so if you wish a stable connection your best bet is to go to the reception desk. Ridiculous breakfast, absolutely inadequate for an adult person. Be prepared for self catering. No supermarkets nearby, only small grocery shops with no fixed prices. Fortunately, Abu Tarek koshary take away and restaurant is two blocks away. Overpriced excursions, better try to make a deal for half that price with a local taxi driver.
good location and very friendly people
they send me a taxi to pick up me late at night. the hotel is well situated in downtown, close to the egiptian museum, in downtown. the zone is safe even if it seems the contrary, and many shops and cafes open. and also a very good restaurant. the people of the hotel is very friendly abd they helped me with my torurs. the taxi driver was the best in cairo. very helpful and useful. my advice would be to insist on people dont smoke in the hotel (most egyptians do) and to ask them to turn on the air conditioner all ni all, i recommend this nice hotel
Transportation from airport was supposed to be included, but we were charged 10 usd extra for it. The taxi driver was very nice to us but, everything was very dirty, old toothbrushes in cabinets, brown shower and baths, old stains on the sink. Very unsanitary and not at all maintained. Would not recommend staying here, the bed was okay but everything else was a very bad experience.
Excellent location with views of the nile and easy access to the town. Clean cheap and cheerful. Ali is an excellent host and always there to help and give advice. Also sorted out our trips and excursions with osama who drove us everywhere. We will definitely be back here again
Ostello consigliato. Situato nel pieno centro, a due passi dal museo egizio. Il proprietario Alì molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha organizzato anche tour con guida parlante italiano. Sconsigliato guidare nel centro. Nel complesso buona esperienza
clean hotel
room was very clean and comftable.

The view from the hotel was amazing. But It's the 15th floor. I'm not too sure the safety regarding of the event of fire.
