Couple retreat

The hotel is well located within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. The service was excellent and the room is modern, clean and great view of the city.

El hotel está muy bonito, tiene una vista preciosa si estás en los pisos de arriba y la piscina está espaciosa, la habitación Deluxe está muy relajante con la tina espaciosa, cómoda y las sales de baño, todos los productos son ecofriendly. Es ideal para relajarse, para ir por negocios o si quieres una escapada. El único detalle que no me gustó es que la habitación no tiene un frigobar, llevé unas botellas de vino y no pude meterlas a enfriar porque no tenía donde. De resto todo muy bien.

A Hotel with MANY small flaws and one BIG flaw. I wouldn't go back. Although it is very well located and the lobby façade is beautiful, I would not return due to the amount of problems and difficulties we experienced in this hotel. We arrived by car and to our surprise the entrance was very hidden and there was no place to leave the car to go to the lobby. I had to get out quickly and leave my family in the car to ask where I could park. We found out that there is no elevator from the parking garage to the lobby, it is stairs to the floor BEFORE the lobby and then elevator to the lobby. If you travel with small children and big suitcases I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. Entering the bedroom, very pretty and modern but the charm disappears when you see the two desk chairs dirty and grimy. The hotel was not full and they gave us a room with a view of the machinery, no big deal But then we see the bathroom and the towels are old and falling apart and the faucet is not fixed and it feels like it will break at any moment. Already asleep we realize that there is a light that DOESN'T STOP FLASHING ALL NIGHT! We complain and they tell us: “it's a motion or fire sensor, it can't be turned off.” APPALLING! We compared it to the family room next to us and they didn't have that but their air conditioning light couldn't be turned off! Even worse. On the second day, we went for a coffee at the lobby restaurant and had two coffees and a juice and an hour later they spoke to me in my room…

Arugementative Staff

There is an attitude of "the guest is always wrong". Very poor customer service to say the least. Contradictory information provided at different times.

Customer Service Needs Significant Improvements

- A group of kids was staying on my floor, running in the hallway, and playing loudly after 10 pm - The reception offered me to switch rooms after 10 pm (I have work early in the morning) instead of addressing the noise situation. To ask guests to move all their belongings after 10 pm – need I say more? - Hot water issues - called several times with no follow-ups and conflicting information received from different staff members. - Reception had a repetitive tendency to argue immediately before even looking into a specific request and its associated facts. This conduct repeated itself throughout my stay. - No proactive approach or consideration for the guest experience.

There is a mix up with the discount on f&b, they give you two different checks it’s confusing, they should oul only give you one with the right info

Clean, modern, great price, good staff. Liked it. Would return if I ever go back to Merida.

No power during 6 hours during our one-night stay, WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN

There is no elevator to get into the lobby from the parking lot. And the door where you can take the elevator is frequently open so air conditioning is waisted. The hotel is new and service is very good!

The staff was really friendly, the food wasn't that great at the hotel but there are a few options within walking distance, and the room was cozy.

El hotel tiene potencial, pero se queda corto. Los terminados de las habitaciones no son buenos. Hay cosas caídas, las juntas enmohecidas, en general la idea es buena pero les faltó en la ejecución para que todo estuviera en armonía. El desayuno es bueno pero hace falta variedad. En general no está mal pero no tuvimos buenas experiencias. No hay elevador desde el estacionamiento. Las habitaciones de dos camas dan a las máquinas y se escucha mucho ruido y eso no te lo dicen. Hubo un incidente muy es agradable saltó la alarma de incendios a las 2 am y nos dimos un buen susto. Lo peor es que nunca avisaron de la falsa alarma y nos hicieron bajar asustados y siempre se justificaron y se contradecían. Esto es muy serio como para no volver.

La zona de alberca no se ve muy appealing, pero si buscas un hotel para vacacionar, tal vez no sea el más indicado. Todo lo demás es excelente, la comodidad, la limpieza, las zonas para trabajar, incluso el restaurante es rico aunque tiene pocas opciones. Importante saber que aunque es muy céntrico el hotel, no hay lugares a los que puedas salir a pasear caminando

Una buena opción en merida. Habitaciones amplias con instalaciones muy buenas. El gym deja mucho que desear y los accesos por elevador un poco lentos.

Buen hotel muy moderno y limpio. Solo que tiene mala acústica en pasillos y los muros parece que no están aislados. Se oyen los vecinos mucho.

Falta capacitación en todas las áreas, no me dieron las cortesías silver, en las habitaciones de dos camas el concepto es novedoso pero las camas están pésimamente hechas, además de que la ropa ni siquiera es de la medida de la cama … no hay manera de que estén bien hechas. El personal atento pero se nota que están empezando y se les van muchos detalles, el hotel muy bien ubicado …

Excelente ubicación, sin embargo no está en la acción de Paseo Montejo y cerca de la Catedral pero si a unos 5-10 mins; la habitación es amplia; trato muy amable. Lo único que no me gustó es que del estacionamiento no hay acceso directo a las habitaciones y tienes que dejar tu equipaje en Ground floor y luego estacionar si no quieres subir maletas x escaleras, sin embargo es solo un pequeño inconveniente considerando el estacionamiento es gratis. Cuando llegas no hay recepción porque esta está subiendo el elevador en el nivel siguiente hacia arriba, no a nivel de calle pues.

Todo Excelente, la comodidad y limpieza, que son mi prioridad, cumplen totalmente, personal muy amable y accesible, volvería sin pensarlo!!!, como sugerencia, cuiden la disponibilidad de los platillos de su MENÚ, para la cena, ya no contaban con casi nada y esto no puede pasar cuando te lo ofrecen de entrada.
