The hotel is new and room was clear. Comfortable hotel for all categories of tourists
TravellerIt’s a very nice modern new hotel with great food in a good location. The only downside is on staff side, with some really excellent staff who go the extra mile and really get it, alongside some who don’t seem to want to be there. If they build on the top performing staff, they can have a hotel that scores excellent for everything!

Check in to check out was a breeze … the staff were ultra polite and ultra courteous except the one who served us at the bar … while he may have been okay under normal circumstances… he stood for the wrong reasons as he was not as good as the staff at the ground level … kudos to the management … loved my therapist at the spa … she was extremely good and had one of the best massages outside Thailand .. my wife wasn’t too happy with her therapist though .. but all in all loved our stay here and if I did ever come back , wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else

I stayed at a suit on the 14th floor with beautiful view on the famous square, suite is perfectly equipped it has the best bathroom and amenities. The staff is superb the very best team you can ever meet hats up to the management! I had incredible lunch at Nomad the food was amazing and my host Mokhinur was incredible!! I had dinner at tge Asian res at the 17th floor, restaurant is beautiful but food was bellow average and service was v good but rather slow. Royal lounge is nicely decorated but snacks are dry, too small and bellow average. Breakfast on the other hand was perfect at the restaurant downstairs!! Thank you Feruz the lady who checked me in and thank you Bekhruz from concierge for all the help they came out of their way to ensure i have the most pleasant stay. Intercontinental Tashkent will definitely be my stopover every time I visit Tashkent ♥️
