Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is immediately adjacent to the terminal which makes it perfect if you are just stopping one night before flying on somewhere

The best location for airport stays. Over priced but probably consistent with market demand. Unimpressive breakfast . Looks fancy but taste is fair and many things not very fresh. Rooms are nice but a bit small. Great linen. Nice amenities. Staff generally nice. Some rude/some nice fairly normal . Status is everything at these hotels. Price on Orbitz better than IHG website. Power went out for 4 hours one night with no back up. Was a rare event.

Fabulous hotel

Most convenient hotel at the airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food (at least Breakfast) was good, fresh, and hot. Have stayed before and will stay again. Note that one of our bags was delayed (International flight) for 5 hours. It was perfect to stay across from baggage services.

A very warm welcome. Friendly, professional staff. Prompt check-in Room Service was a bit slow, but the food was delicious. One comment: food intolerances are serious. If you advertise gluten-free food, please have it in stock, you're a large hotel chain. No excuses!

The best thing is that the hotel is very clean de io international arrivals. There are signs for the hotel in the arrival hall. Room service breakfast was excellent. Received assistance with luggage to go to the domestic terminal in the mornimg

This is a great hotel within a short walk of the airport arrivals area. It is the most convenient hotel at OR Tambo and is also extremely comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I can’t fault it, although it’s expensive!

It is an excellent place to stay when arriving and departing Tambo International. Quills restraunt is a must! Five-star dining! USD vs. SA Rand is 17.3 vs. 1 USD. You can eat like a king and queen for pennies on the dollar.

The staff was great. Especially Zee who we got massages from. And the man named Pleasure lived up to his name.

It was just for 1 nite but they did allow for a late check out. And stuff was great.

Always our hotel of choice at OR Tambo Airport for an overnight stay before flying to our next destination. Kindly extended our check out until 2pm as our flight time was delayed

Our Favourite Hotel

The IC is always a welcoming venue after a long international flight. The hotel is well appointing. Some improvement works currently underway, but no inconvenience. The restaurant provides high quality meals with an expansive menu. The staff are first class, friendly and efficient. A great place to chill out prior and post a safari holiday.

We had a great stay - lovely comfortable spacious room, delicious beetroot gazpacho and a great varied breakfast.

Quill’s restaurant is a five-star plus. It offers exotic meats and an incredible South African wine selection.

They were flexible as I had a change in plans and had to reschedule and they kindly allowed me to push the stay by a week.

My Aunt and I stayed one night on our way to Zambia/Bostwana for a 10 day safari. The room was very comfortable, the restaurant had amazing food and the bar was great!!! Highly recommend it! Would definitely stay again.

A brief 1 night stay - and we usually stay at a Safari Lodge but this was an excellent option just steps from OR Tambo International terminal - safe and convenient and the food and staff were amazing.
