The staff went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were satisfied with our stay. I especially want to give a shout out to Ali and gaawi(I hope I’m spelling his name right) who both worked at the coral restaurant. The food is amazing at this restaurant. Overall from checking in to checking out was a breeze.

Everything you need for a beach/ pool relaxation holiday but also only a 10 minute walk to the metro so you can explore wider Doha.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was so nice and clean and the staff were all wonderful . Would highly recommend!

Allowed us to check in at 8am instead of 3pm, free of charge. Service was wonderful overall, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautifully clean and the sea view room was spacious and comfortable

Excellent hotel in Doha

This is really a good Hotel. Especially when we had a club room. The staff was very polite and professional. Especially Jess’s was super friendly and made every visit there enjoyable. Hotel beach is very good and there was plenty of space get sunbeds etc.

Great location, great staff, great value

Excellent location with gorgeous views of the sea. The staff were friendly and the hotel was pristine with good selections of restaurants.

The intercontinental was a nice property. Convenient and had all the facilities you need. The service at breakfast was good but the system for ordering hot drinks needs to be improved. Orders were getting mixed up and duplicated . The front desk staff need to be trained better. Lots of eating time and didn’t seem to go that extra mile for those staying with them. I often found that other customers would skip the queue and the front desk staff wouldn’t say anything and I’d have to wait even longer. The front door staff are wonderful and very helpful. I came at Christmas time to get away from the Christmas consumerism but found that the hotel pandered to this even more with the whole Christmas theme. That was a bit tedious. Beach is the best asset of this hotel.

Fantastic stay at Intercontinental Doha Beach. The absolute stand out was the amazing amount of choice available for breakfast as well as the option to eat outside by the pool. The room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. The staff were very gracious and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in booking to stay here again. Thank you!

Wonderful Hotel

This is an outstanding hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful any time, day or night. Food at the Coral restaurant was outstanding with a "to dream about" buffet every day following a different theme. The pool area and the private beach are outstanding. A gem of a hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental and definitely will be coming back and recommend to anyone wanting to visit. Everything was spot on and the staff are helpful and friendly and always cleaning making sure the premises are shiny and spotless. The food variety is wonderful and delicious. The housekeeping staff are really clean especially Ahsan who kept our room looking pristine. The staff at the restaurant (Coral) were really helpful and friendly especially Trisha, Aya and Yam. Thank you so much and hope we see you soon again :)

Great hotel and location

Great location and facilities. Would highly recommend the club lounge as the staff there were amazing and definitely the best in the hotel, especially Agnes. Beach front location is perfect and close to all local amenities and tourist spots. Be sure to check your bill and several people had extra things added to their bill erroneously e.g. mini bar charges, etc. La Sur and Novocento are great for food and service.

Wonderful place, outstanding staff.

A wonderful hotel and a beautiful beach. The bedroom and bed was so comfortable and very well appointed, and I love the Byredo toiletries. Everything the fantastic but the thing which made it really outstanding were the staff and the amazing customer service. It was a perfect mix of very friendly and relaxed but helpful and attentive without being fussy or over the top. Every member of staff was a credit to the hotel, they made a great stay into an outstanding stay.

Cleanliness limited, very less communication between staff. Breakfast is very poor, a lot of things broke in room including new side of building. Housekeeping was not great at all. Would visit Qatar again but wouldn’t stay in this hotel. I have visited many intercontinental hotels however this by far had to be the worst.

My two major gripe are the following staff where not attentive especially when we arrived early hours in the morning. We were actually quite shocked, and the support provided was not adequate for hotel deemed to be a quality hotel. The other incident a party was occurring at 3 in the morning and noted it to reception and they took another 30mins to resolve it and yet again had to high light the matter.

A big beautiful property, great beach, pools, restaurants and bars, plus a very friendly, helpful staff. Our king room with sea view was also big and luxurious. Great free breakfast too with a huge variety of international options.

I had an unforgettable stay at the InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa! From the moment I arrived, the level of service was beyond exceptional. Every staff member went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. The food was delicious, and the attention to detail was remarkable. Special thanks to Jude at concierge, May in dining, and Momodue from valet – they truly stood out. I can’t recall everyone’s names, but the entire team deserves recognition for creating such a welcoming and luxurious environment. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beachfront hotel. The service was exceptional, and the location made for a perfect getaway. All the staff were extremely helpful, always attentive and very polite. The rooms were spacious, and the view amazing. Looking at the building from outside at night, it was beautifully lit up, and memorable. Well worth every penny spend on this stay. Also special mention to Elzoubair from reception, who went above and beyond to help with a cable for my power bank. Thank you.

Wow just wow where do I begin from the arrival the staff of this hotel have been incredible the service from the most friendliest doorman to breakfast staff. Shout out to May and Philip and Masum at breakfast service from the morning welcome smile to providing t Us with all we need nothing was ever to much. All the staff from by the poolside the beach bar the room cleaners are so welcoming friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful kept very clean fresh loungers are plenty at poolside and beach. We stayed Bed and breakfast and 💯 the best breakfast I've had in all my stays in hotels and I've stayed in many resorts in many countries. Again shout out to all the staff and I will definitely be back thanks for making mine and my daughters firsr stay here in Qatar Doha memorable. Can I just say the doorman Momodu his an asset to this hotel very pleasant polite throughout our stay he asked us how our day was always smiling big thank you.

Nice place and nice staff

Excellent hotel but limited in having nearby eating places, you will need to catch a taxi to a nearby mall to eat out. Dining in hotel is expensive.

Very nice hotel, half board package could be clear

The hotel was very nice in design, nice rooms, right by a beach etc. The bit that let it down is that the advertisement of the half board is not very clear. It advertises a lot of restaurants which makes it seem like you get a lot included in the half board package but there is very few options in reality. If this was clearer in advance then perhaps we would not have felt let down.

It's a beautiful area and the hotel itself. Very helpful service staff, delicious food, large beach and salt water in the bay, there is a swimming pool in front of the hotel and a lot of places where you can sunbathe. We stayed for five days, you can use the American Uber system to get around the city. There are very polite people in the city, everyone speaks and understands English, I recommend spending time in this hotel. Vancouver Washington, September 2024

Had to wear long trousers in club lounge after 6pm when in my opinion dress shorts would be sufficient

The staff were amazing. Denson, Agnes and Charisse in thw xlub lounge were outstanding. The club rooms were qell worrh the extra money. Most relaxed check in and out ever.

Hotel Con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, in un’ottima posizione, pulito moderno elegante. Great staff, and a true 5 star property.

The staff was excellent in most areas of the hotel, especially the gentleman at check-in. He was extremely helpful and welcoming. I wish I could remember his name. The doorman was also very friendly and we enjoyed talking to him as we waited for our transportation. The entire hotel was clean, beautiful, and appeared luxurious. I loved the fresh flowers everywhere. The breakfast buffet was so-so. The food was not especially great for the price so I feel we overpaid.

Honestly me and my wife are so sad to be leaving, the service, facilities and the views from the room/ Beach were just incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay the was not a single request that could not be done. The Breakfast buffet is the best you can have anywhere and again the staff were always ready. The level of service and cleanliness is unmatched. A massive thank you to all the staff for making my honeymoon a memorable one. I will definitely be coming back, hope to see you all soon.

The outside grounds of the property is really good but the inside is lacking as it felt a little dated and needs a renovation.

Amazing staff, from the staff in the Coral dining room, concierge, reception and the Belgian Bar, and special mention to Akki in the Belgian Bar. Everyone was polite and courteous and made you feel special

Our stay superseded my every exception. From the staff, our room, the culinary delights, views and cleanliness this has been an experience of a lifetime. We are already discussing future visits and will only stay at the amazing Intercontinental Doha Beach.

Good but not perfect

Everything was good. Kitchen, Service was really nice. All waiters and other people from Service stuff were very helpfull and Polite. But one thing they should change. In the beach Area they have La Mar Club. Thet is loud music almost all day!!! If you expect that you rest…, forget it!!! It is something like disco club… something unbelivable.

This is a very nice, fancy property. Our stay was short so we did not get to take advantage of all it offered. They room was very nice and clean. The gym facility was excellent. The dining buffet by the pool was absolutely fantastic - Best falafel I have ever had and the lamb was excellent along with the Shwarma. There is a metro station about 500m from the front entrance to the hotel that goes to/from the airport without ever having to change trains. We also took the train into town to the market. It was about $6 for an all day pass on the metro - what a great deal and super convenient. We would stay here again if ever back in town.

Another wonderful stay! Just returned from another holiday here but this time with parents - we all had an amazing time! Clean hotel with great facilities and service. The call prior to stay is a very nice touch and the hotel acknowledged our return with cake and room decor on arrival. The room was great. Lots of lovely staff, all very efficient, friendly and helpful, from taxi meet and greet to Reception security, front desk, housekeeping, waiting staff and pool and beach. As always the club lounge staff were excellent and so was the food and also facilities there. Special mention to Kanthita (sorry to see her go), Denson, Leon, Sandy and Lita who have always stood out for brilliant service and for being very welcoming and friendly with us. Rowena was lovely too this time. Really friendly staff at the pool bar and pool/beach area (Kalpa, Rogers, Ishmaran). A special mention to Nipun at the pool and beach though, who goes out of his way to make sure everyone has a great time down there. Nipun helped us every day and enhanced our stay. We had great fun with paddle boarding which we had never thought to try before. He deserves the recognition for his efforts in overseeing all the activities etc down there. Great to meet him. We hope to visit again!

Great hotel

Lovely hotel. Staff are super helpful and friendly. They gave me an early check-in and late check-out which was great. Very nice, well-maintained pool/beach area. Good location - walking distance to Katara (if it's not too hot), and a short taxi ride to the Souq Waqif. Byredo bathroom products which is a very nice touch.

A great place to visit but avoid Ramadan if you wish to drink alcohol or experience all the facilities of the hotel as some areas were closed.

It was an excellent stay. The hotel facilities were excellent. The food was excellent. The staff were all amazing. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I have had.

The customer service was top notch. They even gave me a cake on my birthday. Really very clean every corner in this hotel / resort. Would definitely come again

Excellent hospitality The taste of food at the restaurant was poor and unfortunately we had to find food options elsewhere. The desert was good but the starter and main options tasted poor, not fresh. There would also be a lingering smell of cooked meat in the evenings on our floor coming from the restaurant (we were on floor 3) which was unpleasant.

The beach is brilliant here as is the food that is served there. Hotel is super clean just like Doha as a city and staff at reception such as Khaled, on the beach and security are courteous and helpful. The negative for us was that it was a little noisy in the nights we stayed but that might be because our room was near the lift and we could often hear people talking or moving whilst trying to sleep. But that aside, an overall great hotel.

Our overall experience was an awesome one! All started off with a great, warm, caring welcome and a thorough walkthrough of the entire stay from Gita at Check in. Then, upon arriving at our room, we were amazed with one of the best room decors with roses and rose petals setup by Ismail and the team and a cake with a lovely personalised card from Gita Sundari which made us feel so special. Alhumdulillah!! So thoughtful! I must not forget the original email which kicked this off from Sylvia Atieno from the Reservations Team who listened to and help make our experience a fabulous one. Thank you! We then had an unfortunate experience that night after unpacking our suitcase when the air conditioning unit failed and leaked into our bathroom causing a mess and raising concern. However, the staff were quick to help and resolve and thankfully no accidents. The managers, Gita, Arveen and Takee made an executive and a wise decision (given the circumstances of my wife's birthday) to upgrade our room to another one that was available within seconds who understood what was going on and helped make our stay a memorable one. All staff at Coral in the Catering area especially John Edward, Trisha, Shanni and so many who I can't remember their names have been outstanding! Also, a massive thank you to Addib and the rest of the Housekeeping team who looked after us throughout. Top marks from me all round. Customer Service was TOP CLASS! Facilities, beach area, food, pool - all was on point a
