Still a good hotel.

The hotel location is very good but the place is getting rundown especially the toilet. The the room has unpleasant smell.it has a good restaurant on the 21 floor with good view but the food are very bad is a waste

A quick stay at Injap Tower Hotel

This room was small but comfortable, showing a bit of wear but kept very clean. No hot water- just room temperature, but that was sufficient for showers. Had a microwave, refrigerator and water pot, and daily coffee and tea were provided.

Rooms are awesome and the staff are very professional. Also love how the hotel is walking distance to SM mall.

Toilet not functioning well. Was fixed right away by the maintenance guy. Tv was not working even it was fixed.

I booked at this hotel knowing they have a gym. When we checked in the gym was closed because the 2 treadmills weren't working.

Old hotel, staff is excellent though, linens are not fresh and has tears. The water has a distinct smell, shower pressure is low.

Only one elevator was working so we had long waits. The wall paper on the walls was coming off.

Good location as it is opposite the big SM city mall, literally 6 minutes walk. Staff are friendly & helpful. Facilities though were very poor for a 3 star.. Toilet was broken, flush not working. It was disgusting. Good thing I only booked for 1night.. Breakfast was worst.. Food is almost inedible, sugary drinks & not a lot of choices.. I will rate this hotel as 1 star, not 3 stars.. I will not book to this hotel ever again..

Injap really did improve their service one thing changed was when you check in theres no porter or bellboy following you in your room upon checking in which feels more your safe since nobody knows what you’re room you’re in

Overall, I enjoyed the stay.. We have been there many time before.. If I had one area to mention, would be breakfast! I did not feel this options was very appealing, and options were generic at best!! Needs more fruits, options with juices .. etc etc,. Plus it was not free… Paid for something that was not too impressive!!

Great service. Staff are very respectful. Room and bathroom need upgrade. Table have water damage and mold. TV needs upgrade: volume, reception and channels need upgrade. Bathroom drainage smells like septic.

The rooms were small but clean 3 star for sure. Breakfast was ok the eggs were cold no warming trays. I’d stay there again but it’s definitely only a 3 star hotel.

Iloilo for Dad

One of the better hotels in Iloilo City, due to its convenient location! Our Dad was admitted to Mission Hospital in Iloilo City, and Injap was just around the corner, making it easy to and from the hospital. There were taxi cabs waiting on the side for an even better transportation experience. The hotel staff were very accommodating to our needs. The only thing we had an issue with is that they only accepted cash for room service food, and we werent able to charge to our room. Also, the water pressure and temperature were not the best! Overall, great experience, great location, awesome breakfast buffet and outstanding staff & customer service!!

very good and convenient stay

The hotel is in front of SM Iloilo, which was great because of all the food and shopping complex. Breakfast could be better, but we were happy with the bottomless coffee and drinks, and the omelette station.

i like the ambiance of the place. What dismayed me a but is that the television has only 1 channel iption. I expected it to be connected to a cable to enjoy various shows. Also, no spoon and fork or any stirrer. Only, cups in the room, ni glasses. i hope these missing things will be provided in the immediate future. Overall our stay is good

near SM iloilo

I’ve been staying here whenever I’m in iloilo. But the property needs a little face lift since it’s been showing some age. The water pressure in the shower is low and does not have hot water. Taking into account safety, service and accessibility, I would still recommend staying in this property.

Shower caddy and toilet paper dispenser were broken. Bed was made but sheets were not replaced.

The hotel needs update and renovations. Cleanliness is disappointing. There’s some moods and dust in our room. If the hotel will be renovated or keep clean we might come back. If not we might consider newer hotel in the area in our next vacation. Location is the only advantage of this hotel.

Staff are friendly...facilities are clean...except few renovations...

Property was across SM shopping mall, very convenient. Breakfast buffet was included in our stay, not too many options, but it was decent. Swimming pool was dirty. Some of the tiles are cracked in their hallways, you have to be careful when walking. Bathroom mirror has so many dark spots, low shower pressure.

The property is old and in need of maintenance.

cochroaches and ants are everywhere internet is so slow ac smells weird and leaking water outlet is only two overrall 2 of 10

Shower was really bad. No water pressure. Water was hot and cold, not consistent. Ants seem to pop out in certain places. Bedding was old and the room looked old too. Not as advertised. The picture in this site should be updated. What made it bearable is the customer service and the food at horizon cafe plus the location.

Overall a good stay for the rate. Complete basic amenities, relatively clean and quiet. I only had 3 not-so-good experience: 1) shower not consistently heating, like 3 mins hot and 30 secs cold; 2) lots of black ants if you leave food on the table even just for a few mins; 3) elevator is slow and sometimes goes down even if it indicates going up. Despite these 3 points, it's still good for what it's worth and I will return for future business trips.

Stinky smell.

Service is good. Clean the room everyday. Staff are friendly. The only thing that i hate was the smell . It stinks every time we use the bathroom or flush the toilet we could smell the sewer or whatever that smells. I love the location close to SM City . They need to find out what that smells. We even bought the spray and my husband sprayed the shower and toilet but the smell still there.

Excellent accommodations...

Our stay was excellent. We had 50 guests in for a celebration of our 10th Anniversary in their Horizons restaurant and the staff was so accommodating and professional. The food was great. Our hotel room was very comfortable with a lovely view of the city and the location is very convenient to shopping. What makes our stay so nice is the staff, from the front desk personnel, to the restaurant staff, maintenance personnel, room stewards, and well as the security guards, everyone is very professional, capable, and friendly. We've enjoyed it so much we extended our stay...

What a great start to our 10 year anniversary that well celebrate at the hotel. I booked 5 rooms for us and family traveling in. The staff was excellent. They worked to put the family rooms close to each other and were very patient when we had requests. The desk staff were very helpful, professional, and personable. The restaurant shift supervisor and staff were very helpful as well. The bellman are always helpful, as well as the security personnel. Courtesy, friendliness, and efficient- what more could someone want in staff members? Thanks

This is a great price for this hotel, very convenient to public transportation and shopping. I highly recommend to anyone traveling in the area. The only complaint I have is that there is not enough water pressure on the shower. The breakfast is great and pretty reasonable. I would stay again.
