The beach is very close as is the shops,bars,restaurants. The hotel food could have been hotter. Most staff were very friendly and approachable

The staff are what male this place so incredible. Don't get me wrong, the location and facilities and food are all amazing. But by far the most wonderful, genuine and funny people work here. The girls at the front desk were so helpful every single day and made everything about the experience so relaxing. If we ever get the chance to come back to Crete this is where I would book! I hope management knows how important their people are! Rate them 1000/10!!!!

Excellent location - the hotel is on the beach front along a strip of hotels and restaurants, but most of the rooms are set back. This strip is about a 5 minute walk from the main strip walk so it is a really convenient location. You can rent sunbeds on the beach for €12 but there are other restaurants/hotels that offer beds for the same price. The hotel gives you beach/pool towels and you pay €2 is you want them changed during your stay. The room was spacious and quiet and we were given a room upgrade which was amazing as we were on our honeymoon. We had an outdoor spa and loungers on a spacious terrace. It was a very private space and we felt very secluded, with a lovely view of the beach. The breakfast was plentiful and warm each morning and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We made use of the spa which was okay but the services were offered in a pushy way, as was the feedback

Pleasant smart looking hotel. Eco friendly, with good showering facilities both in and out of the room. Food generally good with a variety of options, although drinks are an additional charge. Has evening entertainment 3 times a week. Could do with a larger pool however easy access to the beach and sea.

Weather, was great. From transfer from airport to hotel driver was helpful and respectful. Hotel was clean staff Great to talk to if help was needed or anything. Room was super clean no complaints and would return again.

I was very pleased with this property. The beach was great. The food and drinks at the restaurants on the property were very good. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.

Everything was perfect; nothing much to say; maybe next time we will love the spa included to spoil even more our holidays!

A chersonissos pearl

Knowing that prefection does not really exist, this hotel has a great progres to it. whether it is brand new or reburished (not sure), either way it looks amazing. you can't possibly locate a hotel at a better spot than this one, being few steps away from it's own beach & at beginnig of promanade streching all through chersonisos. Though i got at least two hours ahead of check-in time, i still got my room ready for me in a matter of minutes. the staff is very welcoming, always with a smile ready to answer any kind of question and help to best they can. the room was very spacious like the rest of the hotel, beds were comfy, wifi & a/c are very good. pool area & beach are very beautiful and offer their service in a very fair prices. Overall, this hotel is exactly what i was looking for, and it has exceeded my expactations, so no doubt i wil be back.

Hotel was overall slightly underwhelming, particularly for a boutique hotel - it was not boutique. Pros: - good size room and large terrace which we loved - swimming pool decent size and easy to get sun loungers - we used the spa (has a massage and facial) and this was lovely Cons: - customer service lacking, when we arrived we were passed between three different people to check in also not shown to our room - we asked for a taxi to the airport for a journey home to be booked, when we arrived to checkout I asked that once our taxi arrive they let us know as we were going to sit round the corner, no one came to get us, instead we went outside and got in a taxi (no idea if it was the taxi the hotel had booked!?!) - information about the local area and things to do lacking in the room - the room had only one coffee cup for a two person room - even when the room was cleaned this was not noticed - waterfall shower head was broken and instead water came out just one side of the head - edging around bath was coming off really badly so we didn’t have a bath as it was not correctly sealed - towel rail I put a towel on and it immediately came out the wall unable to support the weight of a single towel - rooms lacking toiletries instead there’s just a soap dispenser in the shower... not boutique hotel standard - $8 charge for sun loungers on the beach! This was a lot more than other hotels many who had their sun loungers reserves for guests only free of charge

I liked that it was so near the sea. The food was very good and staff mostly very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel is relaxing. Good facilities. I found the pool a bit disappointing as the bridge over it meant I could not get a full length done without hitting my arm off it.

The hotel was very clean. The restaurant food although not a great choice was really good. Swimming pool was very small, sun beds lovely but most parts of the pool we’re shady a lot of the day. The resort was not for me very busy but must confess did not research. The beach was awful so crowded. Because we like to go to beach every day we found a lovely resort just 10 minutes away called anissaras beach it was lovely and we visited the beach bar/restaurant called Captain everyday it was lovely. We got a taxi there for 9 euros. The staff at the hotel were lovely.

The hotel is modern, clean & near the beach. However the rooms are small, very noisy & basic. Our partial sea view was exactly that with a large derelict area & bins making up most of it - not pleasant. Unfortunately the outside space, which is well done, is in the shade for most of the day & the pool is small - it’s proximity to the beach being the only saving grace. Whilst there was plenty of breakfast options the quality was not great.

We really like a hotel and stuff. The only minus is that Infinity suppose to give as a special honeymoon dinner end up they gave this dinner to 80% of their guests.

Lovely and clean and a great pool area. The ‘private’ beach was a little crowded and the area apportioned to Infinity Blue wasn’t only being used be their residents. The sun beds were being rented out to whoever sat in them including families with children. Whilst this wasn’t a problem to me at all, it may have been an issue to others bearing in mind it was meant to be adults only.

Breakfast was really good. Offering a great choice. We were only staying B&B so I can’t comment on lunch or dinner service. Pool area and sun loungers were disappointing. The pool is small. Close to a narrow beach that gets very busy. Rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of wardrobes/drawers. Staff were friendly and always took care of anything we needed. If you like a busy night life this is a great location.

Perfect relaxing vacation.

Awesome, trendy little boutique hotel. The staff was amazing. From the reception to the restaurants, and the pool/beach to the spa, the staff was top notch. There’s also a pool and the beach which was nice to switch between. Lastly, the location was awesome. About 25 minutes from the Heraklion airport, it was right on the strip of restaurants, bars and nightlife.

Lovely room with sea view and jacuzzi. Great service and team around all day. Great buffet breakfast with a large choice of all kinds. A couple of technical faults during our stay but staff keen to resolve and constantly on hand updating and ensuring facilities clean and working as they should. Would definitely return

Our room was very basic, not really a four star hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The cleaners however left our patio doors unlocked one day then open the next, our room was on the ground floor looking on to the pool and next to the entry, we were lucky not to have anything stolen. Reception didn't really seem to think it was an issue. The following day the cleaners just walked in at 8am, no knock and the door was locked, there are no do not distub signs so you are the mercy of the cleaners schedule if you are looking to lie in.

Unfortunately we arrived at infinity blue and they had given away one of our rooms. They did eventually make arrangements for us to stay in a nearby property for a night and then provided us with the rooms we were expecting. During this process however, one of the reception staff accused ny friend of being pregnant although she wasn’t. All in all, a terrible checkin. The property redeemed itself with its spa facilities. We bought a spa package each and were able to spread our treatments throughout our stay. The ladies in the spa were incredibly professiona and you could tell they really wanted you to feel pampered and relaxed. Would definitely use the spa again.

The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Their service was exceptional. The food however, became cold very quickly which spoiled it rather. It would have been nice to have a few of the British TV channels in the TV as an option. BBC World news was available but something lighter to watch before bed would have been welcome.

It would be impossible to heap enough praise on how my wife and I were treated throughout our stay. It appeared completely natural for each and every member of management and staff to go out of their way to ensure that we received the best possible attention and service and what we equally appreciated was their genuine warm and happy smiles when carrying their duties.

It’s newly built and modern facilities, very clean and friendly staff . Overlooking the beach and easy reach of amenities. Excellent location with lots to do boat cruises , water sports etc. Local Greek food to eat at the taverna’s with great service, staff go out of there way to help you relax and have a wonderful time .

It is in a really lively part of town, places to eat, dance, drink, sit on the beach, boating .... renting cars, 4-wheelers. Everything is literally right there. The prices were acceptable and the hotel lovely. The staff were amazing and when we inquired about a gluten allergy, the chefs were more than willing to review what had gluten and what did not.

Despite the resort of Hersonissos being quite vibrant, the hotel is in a quiet location. The food is top quality and the preferred cuisine of various nationalities is catered for. The pool area is scenic and peaceful. All staff were personable, efficient and helpful.

Staff were brilliant, knowledgeable and attentive Rooms were adequate size, although we requested a twin and got a double, wasn’t the end of the world. Food was good. Check in was efficient and friendly. Location was fantastic, not far from beach, bars and restaurants

Great location, friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. The only negatives I would have to say would be that the buffet didn't have a lot of variety and wasn't the best quality. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Staff were fantastic, polite,helpful, responded quickly to any concerns. Hotel is superbly clean and well organised. I didnt rate the food. It was rather bland and mostly only just warm rather than hot. Only stayed 5 days half board but was pretty tired of the food on offer. I definitely would come back to this hotel with its fab spa -again the three wimen in the spa were fab. Treatments excellent. Next time I woukd only have breakfast and explore the many other eating venues lically..

This hotel has an excellent location. Close to the beach and within easy walking distance of the restaurants, bars and attractions of Limin Hersonissos. The hotel facilities are very good, with pool and attractive garden area for relaxing/sunbathing. Bedrooms are good and the deluge shower is wonderful. Cannot fault this place. It was a really good find for us.

Infinity Blue

The hotel was lovely, very modern. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We had booked half board & on check in we were offered a 5 course meal in the al a carte restaurant on the beach front which was very tasty & the service was excellent. The choice of food in the hotel was good, there were lots of variety & some traditional Greek recipes. The hotel room was spacious, lots of coat hangers & space for clothes. The bed was kingsize & very comfy. There was a bit of late night noise on occasion from other guests & the room keycard makes a ringing tune noise which was a little annoying as you could hear nearby rooms opening there doors so I’d advise to take earplugs. The hotel & room was very clean & had housekeeping daily & novelty shaped animal towels was a nice touch. There was a kettle & tea making facilities in the room with Douwe Egbert coffee. As you can’t drink the water in Greece it would have been nice to have bottled water in the room but there was a shop next door to the hotel & the prices were reasonable. The weather was quite cloudy during our October stay so we only sunbathed by the pool one afternoon when the sun shone & didn’t take a dip into the cold water. There are plenty of bars & restaurants nearby for food & drinks. We did use the spa facility & had a massage as a couple, it wasn’t the best massage we’ve had & a little off putting as the young girls kept whispering to each other. Overall this hotel was really nice & good value.

Great place, nice location, comfortable rooms!

Great location, comfy beds! Never figured out how to set up the netflix, and the jacuzzi tub never actually heated up in 3 days but everything else was great. The breakfast is SO worth it, but dinner is better along the ocean walk. Service was great!

The hotel has a good location and nice rooms but this is the only positive point. The receptionists are not helpfull, not friendly and not well trained. there where no bellboy and we had to carry our luggage to the suited that are 3 blocks away from the main reception and location on a second floor with no elevator. The room is not clean at all, the towels had stains on it, their no amenities even we stayed in a suite. Hotel not to be recomended

Only stayed one night - great boutique hotel! Stayed in the newest wing that just opened! Very Stylish, contemporary, design! Clean! Right in the beach! Minutes to town and all the restaurants and shops! Great location! Wish we had more time but enjoyed our short stay!

Great position right on the beach

Lobby of hotel could do with more chairs & air con. Bridge over pool very steep making it difficult to carry luggage. Towels changed once in 7 days & old towels left. Pillows very cheap & soft . Otherwise room very nice. Open milk left after use. Had to buy our own coffee & milk as only two tubes of coffee & two tiny pots of milk, hence the maid didn’t bother leaving any. Room & private jacuzzi was very nice. Breakfast was disappointing . However would recommend hotel for position & staff on the whole were good.

Great budget stay

My wife and I were had a debate about how we should rate this hotel but overall it was fine. Nothing special, but a bit above average. Good breakfast with a very good variety for all tastes, and decent coffee. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Maria. Our only complaint was with housekeeping, one day we got missed completely, no big deal, but the point needs raising. On another we were knocked at about 0900! The small lift to the annex we were in was a bit poor, and two adults with cases would struggle to fit, especially if (and this happened a couple of times) you are sharing the lift with a rubbish bag. It felt like a service elevator, slightly unfinished and very cramped. There is parking, but it's on the street, we were there at a very quiet time of the year and occasionally had to park a couple of streets over. The facilities (pool, spa etc.) were unused by us so I can't comment on them, but the pool looked Ok, plenty of sunloungers abounded. The room was just OK, with a small balcony, but I think we were in one of their budget rooms. It's on the edge of town, though this is no bad thing and it's very handy for bars and restaurants. We didn't try the in house evening meal, but if the breakfast is anything to go by the 10 Euro price tag would make it great value. The WiFi was a bit iffy, and the in room fridge was just OK.The bathroom as fine with a decent shower. This was a great value stay with no real complaints.

Little things could make a difference.

Clean, tidy nice hotel. Our room had a few problems, small but can make a difference to your stay. Every single fitting in the bathroom was loose. Toilet seat wasn't secure, twisted when you sat on it. Shower head rail, loo roll holder, towel rail and hairdryer all unsecure. Lovely near beach, although only had 8 sunloungers on "private beach". Great for nearby restaurants and bars, very friendly area.

It was ok.

The hotel is beautiful, feels very modern and brand new. The beds are not comfortable and like many European hotels, the king bed was two twin beds pulled together. The shower was great and the bathroom was spotless. The WiFi throughout the hotel was terrible — barely usable most of the time which makes it difficult trying to plan out things to do in the area or check in at home. They charge you for beach towels which I think is sad since it’s a “beach resort hotel.” We didn’t use their beach as it was 6 euros per day per person for chairs, umbrellas and WiFi, again, why?? The pool area is beautiful and wasn’t crowded. The location is perfect for a holiday in the area, close to the shops and restaurants and beaches.

Great location

This is a beautiful hotel. Quite minimalistic. The rooms were cleaned every day. There was a large variety for breakfast. The reception staff were very helpful. I needed an iPhone charger and one of the young lads let me borrow his. Above and beyond service. The location was five mins walk to the beach. Away from the very busy town. But only ten mins walk into the busy harbour. A great holiday was had by all.

This hotel was perfect for what my sister and I wanted. It is located in a great location just 3 minute walk from the main strip of restaurants and bars. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were always happy and welcoming. I would definately return!

An Oasis in Hersonissos

We arrived at the hotel to find a smart, clean, and relaxing reception area. The reception staff were extremely welcoming. We were informed of a small problem with our room that necessitated us staying at a nearby hotel (only 2 mins away) for the first night. As a matter of an apology, they offered a complimentary dinner at their restaurant (which is fine dining experience in itself), a free massage for my wife and I and use of their spa facilities. We were really impressed with their kind offer and all the gifts were greatly enjoyed. Our rooms were clean and large with a view of the sea. There is a stunning roof bar with an incredible view of the town and sea. Although the weather was incredibly hot and we didn't do as much sightseeing as we had hoped for, Infinity Blue was an oasis to get away from the menacing heat. All the team were lovely and made us feel special but special thanks to the well dressed ( even in the extraordinary heat) and highly knowledgeable manager Nikos, his reception team of Ionna and Antonios, and their passionate owner George who instructed his team to prepared a last minute vegan meal for my wife. George has created a high spec and innovative looking hotel. He is an inspirational man.

Loved the breakfast! Good choices and gorgeous view of the sea from the top floor. Minimalistic design of hotel is harmonious and clean. Awesome location at the end of a busy strip of motels and restaurants. Nice small beach directly across from the hotel. Helpful, attentive staff. Would love to return!

Fantastic staff

Five star service, what makes this hotel stand out is the excellent service. we arrived late at night to find the most delightful helpful cheerful receptionist you could meet. she was helpful throughout the stay . The manager count Dracula was amazing, over and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for helping with the boarding pass. we did not see enough of him, however he has trained the staff so well we didn't need to. The cleaning lady was brilliant. standards were not as high in the restaurant. the food ranged from excellent to poor. The entertainment was fantastic. George at the pool bar was great. this is an easy hotel to recommend. it is not worth staying anywhere else in Crete if problems occurred they were sorted out quickly, I only have praise for the team. we are looking forward to returning. Tips mali beach is great for families. palace of Mali waste of money. shop around for trip prices.

good location near the beach

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely spa at the hotel and upon arrival you receive 15 minutes free massage which was a nice addition to the stay. The beach is extremely close and there are many resteraunts along the coast over looking the ocean. The only downfall was that we ordered a double bed in the room and on arrival our room had two single beds.

Very clean & very modern

The hotel is about 50 metres from a great little beach, when you get in you notice how new & bright it is. The staff are among the nicest we've met. They give you a voucher for one person only to have a free massage within the first 2 days of arrival so you can fight it out amongst you for it,. We were given 2 fair sized single beds pushed together rather than a double which we selected. The hotel is mixed with smoking & non smoking, & there is no separation in the restaurant which ruined our eating experience. Also we had half board yet no drinks or refreshments (soft, water, tea or coffee) are included in the evening session so beware to take extra cash to cover this. We went in the 2nd week of October 2016 for 10 days & during the last 3 days the season ended & the town closed down dramatically giving a ghost town like atmosphere. The restaurant food menu was very limited, with seemingly the same choice most of the time, & some strange options, Bed & breakfast would have been a better bet. There is a spa & beauty/massage section on the lower floor & a small outdoor pool & relaxation area outside & a pool table inside if you don't fancy going out although the town is only a 5 minute walk away. No kids running round screaming so easy to chill.

If you have limited mobility, please be aware that the bedrooms are not entirely suitable and the showers in the bathrooms are no "roll in, roll out" as stated online. Some are difficult to move a wheelchair around in.

Great staff + good & quiet location

Really enjoyable stay made better by very friendly staff. Area is nice and quiet, with the main strip of restaurants and bars a few hundred metres away. Perfect for young or older couples who want quiet getaway as it's adults only. Breakfast was always very good and had a nice offering, dinner was good, but similar most nights! We did a couple of meals out - one at coast cafe next to the hotel and one at taverna harakas in old hersonissos, both excellent. I'd recommend getting a car so you can drive about, we did a day in Heraklion and also drove to Dikteon cave (where Zeus was born). Overall no real negatives!

Great location on the beach

Hotel was designed very well but they missed top scores for the little things. Staff were great and took good care of the guests, hotel was in a great location, roof top breakfast was wonderful with lis of selection and the pool was wonderful. We found that in the room you could hear everything from the hall way, doors opening and closing (slamming) people talking etc. Our particular a/c was also quite noisy in the night. All the fixtures in the room seemed to be poorly installed, every hook was loose and the shower head was cracked from falling. We also had to ask for additional pillows as there was only two in the room, which I thought was a little stingy. Anyways, I would yes stay here again as the important items; service, cleanliness and location were all top notch.

Great location

Very close to the beach and rooms were very good. Unfortunately some aspects of the room weren't great... The AC kept leaking and the bathroom toiletries weren't great. Breakfast had limited options at times. The spa was not upto standard ... The jacuzzi had no bubbles but there is a steam room and sauna - all of which you need to pay to use unless you are getting spa treatments done. The pool area and pool bar are very good. Most staff are very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Yannis. The beach in front of the hotel was well kept and although you pay €8 per couple it is worth it

Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Essen im Hotel, wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet und auch Abendbuffet mit sehr viel Auswahl. Das Pool ist leider nicht direkt am Meer, was man auf den Fotos denken könnte, aber preislich ist es wirklich sehr gut, insbesondere mit Halbpension. Die Lage ist ok, mit kleinem Hafen und vielen Bars gut zu Fuss zu erreichen für das Nachtleben.

Top excellente calme à-côté plages

Soweit ok.

In zwei Minuten ist man am Meer. Die Anlage ist auf mehrere Häuser verteilt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick. Das Zimmer war groß und wurde täglich sehr ordentlich gereinigt. Etwas missverständlich fanden wir die Angabe privater Strand. Die Liegen sind nicht inklusive, sondern werden mir 12 EUR am Tag berechnet. Die Liegen sind nicht wirklich in einem guten Zustand, es gibt auch kaum Auflagen und diese sollten auch ausgetauscht werden. Das gilt auch für Liegen am Pool. Der Pool ist ok. HP war in Ordnung. Täglich wechselndes Angebot. Getränke etwas überteuert. Der Speiseraum befindet sich im Freien und ist nicht klimatisiert. Insgesamt eher junge Leute.

Der Check In war ganz gut, wir mussten uns mit dem Handy einloggen aber da das Personal sehr zuvorkommend ist ging das super. Wir wurden herzlich begrüsst und wir wurden persönlich auf unser Zimmer gebracht und uns wurde alles super erklärt. Das Hotelzimmer mit Wihrlpool ist sehr zu empfehlen und ist am Abend sehr entspannend mit abwechslungsreichen Beleuchtung. Der Pool war sehr gross und die Bar servierte das Essen direkt an die Liegen. Der Strand war nur etwa 2 Min Fussweg und war sehr sauber und gross. Im Hotel gab es immer frisches und leckeres Essen und genügend abwechslung mit vielen Früchten. Man wurde auch ab unf zu gefragt wie man sich fühlt und wie der Aufenthalt bis jetzt war usw... Wir hatten uns noch eine Massage gegönnt die von den professionellen Damen geleitet wurde. Die Atmosphäre bei der Massage war der Hammer. Es hat alles super geklappt von A bis Z wirklich alles top und gerne wieder! Danke.

Bellissima struttura, ristorante ottimo e personale cordiale e disponibile. Posizione tattica vicino al mare ed al centro. Fuori mano se si desidera fare il tour delle spiagge. Molto pratico per le visite archeologiche. Distanza effettiva dal.aereoporto 20 minuti. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Eneste klagen er at man må betale 20£ per person til middag og var ikke så veldig fornøyd med maten til middag så endte opp med å spise på visst cafe som er rett ved siden av(maten der er ekstremt god, anbefales sterkt). Rommene er ryddige og rene.

Hotel davvero bellissimo, design moderno, arredato con gusto. Ubicato in posizione ideale per visitare sia i dintorni che il resto dell’isola. Camera spaziosa e luminosa, letto confortevole. Pulizia impeccabile. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ristorazione ottima, con prodotti di alta qualità. Consigliatissimo!

Mittelmässiges Urlaubshotel

War ok. Essen war sehr gut, abwechslungsreich und vielfältig. Der Service beim Essen leider schlecht. Mussten lange warten nur schon um zu bestellen. (D.h konnten/mussten schon 1.5 gänge essen bevor wir bestellen konnten) Das Getränk relativ teuer. Tische im essbreich sind sehr Nah aneinader. Wir hatten unter der Woche jeden abend Live musik während dem Essen was leider etwas zu laut war und man sich nicht mehr unterhalten konnte. Was seht schade war. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und schön. Leider extrem ringhörig. Wurden in 5 von 7 Nächten wach, da andere Gäste laut vom Ausgang oder auf dem Balkon/flur gesprochen oder Musik hörten. Bett unbequem und decke nur ein tuch. Standort gut, wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. Personal freundlich, jedoch oft am Handy.

Sympas pour être proche de tout

Sympa et bien placé pour se rendre à la plage ou en ville. Les appartements avec jacuzzi c est pas mal, Par contre pas de piscine SPA et l'acces hamam est payant!! Au resto, pas de boissons gratuite même pas de l eau !!, le prix des boissons rest correcte cela dit. Les fruits proposés ne sont pas gouteux par contre les desserts sont super bon.

Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel! Sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Eigener Pool, Meeresstrand 100m. Feines, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, das uns schwelgen liess! Nachtleben fussläufig erreichbar

The hotel has an ideal location and is very easy to reach by car. You can get to Malia, Agios Nikolaos or Heraklion very quickly. The water park is also very close by. The hotel is surrounded by a huge promenade with many tavernas. However, it is located in the background which makes sleeping very pleasant. The rooms in the new building are very spacious with a huge balcony. The staff was very good and always helpful. We especially noticed that the general manager himself was working, which for us reflected a good working atmosphere. The food was very varied every day and there was always something special. I am very happy to recommend the hotel to others, as we had absolutely nothing to complain about and had a lovely stay.

Wir sind als Paar angereist und waren überrascht wie ruhig das Hotel doch ist trotz der Partymeile ! Für Paare ein muss! Hier kann man was erleben und entspannen. Vorallem die Massage bei Pavlos war super !!!
