I have contacted Hotels.com re this stay. I am a gold member and was very disappointed in the help I received from Indulge apartments Langtree Mildura. We arrived at 9.30 pm and had not even taken out luggage upstairs. The lock on the toilet door was faulty and I was locked in. Very scary! My husband finally came upstairs and let me out. Their advice was to use the toilet with the door open. I just could not do it, so we booked and paid for another hotel in Mildura, the comfort Inn Deakin Palms Mildura and they were wonderful.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable . Was very good value for money. We enjoyed the layout with having a dining lounge area separate from the bedroom and bathroom. The king bed was comfortable . The room was serviced each day which was a nice touch The location was convenient being just a small walk from restaurants and shops . Would definitely stay again

The check-in process while you are travelling was terrible. If I could have cancelled the booking I would have. The tap dripped all night in our room, until we fixed it ourselves in the middle of the night. The walls are so thin we could hear the neighbours children running up and down the other apartment until late. The apartment itself was clean and well presented, but the stairs were steep, full of cigarette butts and parking was tight.

A nice place to stay. Quiet and a nice room, but the bed was so hard, as were the pillows, maybe time to update the bedding please.

Run down / ageing, no usb outlets, dated facilities, Dirty Pidgeon mess on entry to the building, no atmosphere. Feels like you are staying in an office above Government facilities.

This is the second time we have stayed at Indulge Apartments - Langtree Ave. What we love about this apartment is it's clean, size, amenities, so quiet and that you can walk into the heart of town within 3-5 minutes. The staff are great. We were given the incorrect lock box code to obtain our key, within minutes of calling to advise we were not able to enter the apartment, someone came to open the box and retrieve our key, THANK YOU for the quick assistance.

The bed and pillows are like bricks. If you're going to put a bath in a room, make sure you can organise water pressure. It was a trickle. The shower screen is short and water goes everywhere. I could have paid $90 somewhere else and got better.

The room was very nice but was very surprised by the $300.00 securiry bond they charged to my card. Seemed excessive as even the top hotels in major cities usualy charge 100 at most. Just something for potential guests to be aware of

Handy to shopping center. Quiet. Security Screen door would have been good to allow air in without the need to put a/c on. Very comfy bed.

The Studio apartment was adequate for one night. It was a funny configuration and had no windows. The huge TV in the bed room didn’t work. There was no undercover car park.

Beautiful apartment, stayed in studio room, no kitchen is a bit of a downside. staff is really helpful. Overall enjoyed it.

The accommodation is spacious and spotless and in a quiet spot close to everything. It felt secure. My only issue is that the walls are so thin that at times we could hear entire conversations and noises from our neighbours. They weren’t being overly noisy just normal conversations could be heard in certain parts of the accommodation so I’m afraid this is very off putting to me.

The room we had was well appointed with large walk in shower. We stayed for 5 nights & found it quite comfortable & spacious

2 parks available for four apartments doesn't guarantee the free parking advertised. No duvet on bed just blankets. Sun roof absolutely covered in bugs. Dirty cutlery, we had to wash most utensils prior to use. Soundproofing non existent, neighbours sounded like they were in the same room.

Thin walls

Interesting. The place was fine - pretty clean. My main issue was you could hear noise from the room next door. Not sure what they can do about that, but I wouldn't be back because of the noise. The people were nice to deal with.

The property has extremely thin walls, you can hear full conversations from the people in the next apartment, when their TV is on you can also hear it playing. There is an open bathroom so if you don't like any privacy then this is the place. You can only access the apartment by a large staircase and parking is terrible. You have to park at the back of the property which looks a bit unsafe especially at night and then walk around to the front of the property. Customer service is very disappointing, I had multiple amounts taken out of my credit card and then returned, however, I felt the need to cancel my credit card as the behaviour and communication was very dodgy.

We booked an apartment for 2 adults for myself and my wife. The apartments main bedroom with a proper ensuite, gets locked up and not used when there is just 2 people. The bedroom provided has a sink/ basin in the bedroom in front of the bed. There is only 1 toilet in the apartment which is in the bedroom. The toilet has only a shower screen as a door off the bedroom. My wife is very private when using the toilet as most people are. You do not have any privacy as this toilet is only divided from bedroom by this small shower screen. Early morning situation not good .?? We thought that, that bedroom should be locked up and not used and people should have access to main bedroom with a proper ensuite with separate toilet and shower. Was disappointing.

The property and location were awesome however the air conditioner needs an upgrade. Needs to be more powerful in the bedroom considering extreme high temperatures in the district and maybe consider a support bar in the shower as it is quite high to step into especially for frail and the elderly.

Handy base in Mildura

Spent the weekend away with friends visiting the silo art trail and Mildura was the place we decided to stay. Sunday market down the road at Red Cliffs was well worth it. Watching Lock No 11 on the Murray in operation was a highlight.

Mildura - home away from home

Whilst only there for one night - the apartment felt just like being at home - very comfortable and well presented - access to this 'unmanned' unit was easy and seamless - and a bonus it was very handy to the CBD area - so a short walk to dinning etc ...

I paid a premium for a full kitchen in suite. Lovely apt. Not convinced the less than full height, glass, toilet door directly opening to the bedroom is a good idea however..... The housekeeping stds were ok at best and on one day had to complain they had not even looked into the bathroom - wet towels still on the floor. Floors obviously not swept properly (I have long fair hair, it shows on timber)Carpets not vacuumed daily. (See above) But what I found most insulting was a sign over the kitchen sink telling guests to wash their own dishes or a cleaning charge may apply. Really ??? In a place that markets itself as a luxury accom. option... thats just cheap penny pinching.

Nice apartment average everything else

The apartment was prepared for my arrival with the lights and air conditioning on. I got there much later than planned and it was dark so a nice touch. Like most motels and apartments I've used over the past 20 years on a regular basis, my pet hate is the previous occupants hair in the bathroom. Indulge was no exception. Everything else was fine, I even found a coin under the edge of the bed: it became a gift to a homeless person. This isn't so much a critique of Indulge as it is for Wotif, once I booked I received a SMS requiring I call Indulge so that a $300 bond be held on my credit card. I find this sort of thing irritating at best, and duplicitous at worst. When questioned, the manager (as I perceived it) went in to "defence mode" and advised it was in the "small print on the website and hidden somewhere.... and Indulge have no control over that". I'm sorry, but that just doesn't cut it.

Perfect for two kids and two adults

Short walk to centre of town, close to shops, easy parking, well equipped kitchen, air conditioned, has all facilities for a short or long stay.

Modern, Tidy Room, easy check in

I found this hotel to be easy tp check in, you just grab your key for a safe. the room was very impressive and was well serviced, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Nice apartment close to shops and eateries

Beautiful modern apartment, comfy king sized bed, huge shower but the fridge was disappointing it was tinier than a bar fridge !! Walls were a bit thin we could hear the neighbours which wasn't nice at night when we could hear their aircon switching on and off ALL night !! Good price.

Better suited for families

Stayed here on the way back to Adelaide. We walked around Mildura during the day and came back to relax that night. Unfortunately the tv doesn’t work properly, screen is fractured and needs updating. We were woken a few times to children crying or running up and down the hallway next door, the walls are unfortunately paper thin, with the 2nd exit door leading to the 2nd apartment. If your staying here with a family then it’s ideal, but if you have a business meeting or in our case driving for 5 hours the next morning, somewhere more secluded might be the go. It was a nice apartment with great location to the mall, but our experience was disappointing for the price.

apartment was perfect, close to town centre.

This was a parent get -away. The apartment was great. We didn't take the car so the ease of walking everywhere was a bonus. We arrived in Mildura not knowing there was a country music festival on, so we had even more to see and do than we first thought.

Modern, spacious apartment close to centre

Lovely modern clean apartment within walking distance of the main shopping street and restaurants. Very spacious apartment with large walk in shower, 2 wash basins and separate WC. Bed was very comfortable and king size. The only negative thing is that there are no windows, only skylights, and for the size of the apartment the fridge could have been a bit bigger - it was the size of a table top fridge and there was the room to house a full size one. Parking was fine as long as you came back after 5pm and then you could park outside the apartment for the night. It did mention there was allocated parking but we never found a car park.

Expect no more

When it's Hot in Mildura, you need a place like this to stay in !!!! Yes, it's more expensive than a motel, but you have a separate bedroom, a kitchen and plenty of space to spread things out...(Just like home).

Very spacious and clean

This was a few steps from the main shopping area and so quiet. The apartment is huge and quite luxurious - and exceptionally clean. You can't really cook in the apt but there are plates, cutlery and glasses so best buy something "ready made" down the street to eat in the apartment. My only gripe is that the bedroom does not have any windows, just a skylight - so you have to wake up with the sun whether you want to or not. I also like a balcony and this didn't have one. Be aware there is no lift so hauling luggage up a flight of stairs can be a challenge. Also there is no reception but if any questions they are only a phone call away.

Not as nice as expected

The location was good, but thin walls enabled us to hear bathroom noises, chatter and doors opening and closing. The facilities were good and the servicing of the apartment was adequate on 2 of the 3 days. With one large sliding door, light was minimal, but the view over the car park wasn't as advertised. Didn't meet any staff whilst there

Overall was good,could do with a couple upgrades t.v is old and never had usb or hdmi outputs,shower is so big was nice but a double shower head in there would make it even better,plates were dirty and towels were rough not soft like they should off been.

What we required for a short stay

The unit, whilst its cleanliness and facilities were probably a little better than average, it really isn't very functional. There was no kitchenette and no microwave that the staff member mentioned when I rang before hand. The fridge in the wardrobe of the bedroom with kettle and toaster just didn't cut it. Then when we ate at the table there was no sink or running water to wash plates - that had to be done in the powder room or the main bathroom. We found that disappointing and would be unlikely book here again or recommend to friends

We thought the apartment was lovely and Sarah & Simon were very helpful. Our only criticism is the key lock container needs fixing, apparently we are not the only people to have problems

A touch of class

The location was convenient to the restaurant strip, just a walk of a few blocks. It was closest to the shops. The space for the living areas was great and the kitchen was very well stocked, equipment wise. It made meal preparation easy on "home" nights. The semi open toilet and bathroom took some getting used to.

Hotel is modern and clean but design is a bit strange. No lounge but a separate dining room. I guess it depends what you want.
