TravellerCi è stata riservata una camera diversa da quella prenotata, Nel complesso camera comoda e silenziosa grazie ai doppi infissi. il bagno (cieco) è migliorabile innanzitutto mettendo una ventola e svecchiando un po’ la rubinetteria. Personale gentile e disponibile.
TravellerZona nello stesso tempo tranquilla e vivace con tanti locali e negozi. Fermata metro vicinissima alla struttura, camera spaziosa con un bagno molto grande e comodo, ambiente pulito e silenzioso, personale gentile e accogliente. Wi-Fi un po’ ballerina.

Just terrible and fraudulent
This stay never happened as we could not obtain access to the premises. We had written confirmation that we can check in at 9 as we were leaving for the day and had to catch a ferry. At 9 we were told that we could only get the key at 10, so we had to organise to get the keys at 11 that night. We were even told we had to pay €20 extra for the late check-in, just to have no-one arrive to hand us the keys. Imagine- 11pm in Naples with nowhere to sleep!!! This place needs to be removed from hotels.com!
