Very nice staff and owners. The B &B gives the authentic experience of actually living in central Florence.

Great hosts. Fantastic location but on top of the market so not super quiet. 4 flights of stairs so be prepared. Not convenient for cars. Must park in parking garage a few blocks away for 40euro per night. The central Mercado is awesome. Just outside the door.

Noisy street vendors and restaurants nearby. Hard to find. Breakfast was fine and staff friendly.

The apartment is in a great location, it’s clean and comfortable and has lots of cosy extras the hosts have taken the time to put together including amazingly clear instructions on the apartment and restaurants and where to visit etc. They are a lovely couple who assisted us with where to park our car and chat to us on arrival. Parking is in a valet parking car park right near the apartment and all the sights are a stones throw from the door. The market is in the square as well.

Nice place to short stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. We notified our hosts that we would arrive a couple hours earlier than the check in time and they had our room available when we arrived. We stayed in the Blue room and it was very clean and modern and the location is great - just 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella train station and 5 minutes from the cathedral. The 2 girls who were working there were very friendly. The only downside I can say is you need to walk up 4 floors to reach the property so just be prepared for that. I would definitely stay here again.

This place surpassed all my expectations. The staff go above and beyond. There are complementary kits in the bathroom and a fully stocked mini bar. The breakfast is continental and easy. Would highly recommend this place.

It is very busy with market right outside the door

Great apartment right next to the central market. You would think it would be loud but, all the vendors go away every evening and it gets very quiet. The bed was comfortable the bathroom was well put together and there was a free breakfast every morning. We walked all over Florence and enjoyed coming back to our nice comfortable room.

This place was a bit unexpected, and this made finding the right door a bit challenging. Once inside, all was great. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the window was entertaining. The true WOW was the breakfast. Sadly, we missed one day because of a tour. The host brought fresh-baked pasteries, cheeses, meats, fruit, and juice. He also brewed us coffee to order and explained the different foods and the people who had made them in their local shops. Delightful and yummy! We would stay here again without hesitation.

We arrived at well after their posted check-in hours (almost midnight) and hadn't expected to see anyone until the next morning. But to our surprise the host was there waiting for us to show us around. He was unbelievably friendly and helpful. They also had everything we could need - including free drinks in the mini bar because it was so hot while we were there. The location is also perfect. It was cool to be able to watch people setting up for the market right outside our window. We can't say enough nice things about this place.

The contacts at the property we so kind and so helpful. There is continental breakfast included and they serve you themselves. I was trying to rescheduled my car rental pick up for a later time and the host graciously called them and handled it in Italian for us. Cute and clean rooms close to Duomo. I wish we would have checked out the Central Market sooner! Full of takeaway food etc. The only thing to know is it is four full flights of steps to the rooms. Would stay there again.

Great B&B - SUPER CLEAN!!! - Recently remodeled with new modern bathroom. AMAZING Breakfast!!!... Mario (the Owner) made sure all servings were fresh and delicious!... I cannot say enough good things about Mario. He gave us (and others) great tips on local restaurants, monuments, museums and nearby towns to visit. Should we go back to Florence (which I'm sure we will) I will definitely stay here again!
