Ikies has to be the BEST accomodation in Santorini. My husband and I stayed in the winemaker's suite and it was absolutely perfect. The view is unmatched, literally breathtaking.. it was very hard to leave!! The staff are so friendly and they work hard to make sure you have the best experience possible. Kristina and Katerina at the reception desk were especially great and we enjoyed chatting with them each day! If we ever find ourselves in Santorini again, we would not think to stay anywhere else. Thank you so much!!

Oia bit of heaven!

Wonderful stay, staff was amazing and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend Ikies, perfectly suited on the edge of Oia with privacy unlike other properties nearby, spacious rooms too.

The property was in excellent condition with great views of the town and Caldera. The staff were very kind and helpful. Easy road access since it’s on the edge of the town. Like most properties in Oia vehicles don’t have direct access, so a short walk from drop off point, with staff happy to provide luggage assistance. Short walk to town but area around the hotel is quiet with plenty of hungry, friendly cats. Good breakfast served on our own patio each morning. Nice jacuzzi in which to enjoy the panoramic views.

Ikies is a must place to stay when you visit Santorini. Its location is fantastic, the property is unique, beautifully maintained and high end in every way down to their choice of furniture. A really lovely space. One of the best features is the service. The team that takes care of you can help with everything from restaurant reservations to boat reservations. 5 stars. I would stay again and again.

Wonderful staff

We recently stayed at Ikies Boutique Hotel in Oia, Santorini for our babymoon, and with so many options for places to stay in Santorini, we feel incredibly fortunate to have chosen Ikies. The location is perfect, situated at the entry of Oia, making it easy to settle in without any hassle. Positioned at the top of Oia, it offers an unobstructed view of the entire island, and it's just a beautiful 10-minute walk to the center of Oia. The hotel's location is ideal, providing a 360-degree view of the stunning sunsets Oia is famous for. Our room was amazing that included a personal outdoor hot tub, comfortable bed and personalized touches. The breakfast and menu were the best I've ever had at a hotel, which was a delightful surprise. More importantly, the service was magnificent. All the staff members were super friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The front desk, Mario and Katarina were exceptionally kind. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was very hospitable and humble, inviting us to sit with him for a drink and chat while enjoying the magnificent view that Oia offers. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere at Ikies made our stay even more special. It's a quiet retreat that offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. We are really lucky to have stayed at this place and to have met such amazing people. We highly recommend Ikies Boutique Hotel and will definitely be going back again!

The best place to stay in Santorini

Amazing from start to finish. The only place in Oia to see the magnificent sunset. Incredible staff, they couldn't do enough for us. We will be back!

Great location, at the start of Oia. Hence, relatively quiet. The Staff and Management team was very friendly and provided amazing service. The property is clean and very well taken care of. We had a great stay and for sure will be back

IKIES SANTORINI was an EXCEPTIONAL property. Location was perfect, staff treated us like we were the only guests there and were very attentive and kind. The views are out if this world, in fact we think it was the best location for the sunset each evening. Our suite was very well equipped with anything we could need, the hot tub was refreshing and eating breakfast and dinner on the terrace, was one of our highlights during our trip. The Pavlova dessert is a must have. Thank you all for this amazing experience and we will definitely be recommending your property yo everyone.

Amazing four days at Ikies in the ship builders suite. The service is fabulous and the view from our private balcony overlooking the caldera and Oia is unmatched!

I had stayed in the Artisans house with my wife for our honeymoon and we felt it to be the perfect atmosphere for what we were looking for. The owners and staff at Ikies are all super warm and welcoming. Between what can be seen of the Caldera and Ioa, the views from this resort were some of the best that we had during our full stay in Santorini. Breakfast service was spectacular and offered a lot of delicious choices, and the room service meals were even better (we recommend the pesto pasta!). I Highly recommend Ikies for anyone looking to vacation in Ioa. Everything about this hotel is world class and we hope to return soon for our second stay!

Such a wonderful hotel with one of the best views of the Santorin Caldera. It's perfect location and great staff made our stay a memorable , relaxing and pleasant . I highly recommend to book in advance . All the staff was very kind and helpful and went beyond to assist us.

Our stay at IKIES was beyond our expectations! We splurged on the Winemaker's Suite because the view in pictures looked incredible. IT WAS! An amazing, custom-picked breakfast was delivered each morning to your balcony for you to enjoy while taking in the caldera. Could easily sit for hours just enjoying the view. The staff and their service are what makes IKIES above the rest. They take care of every detail for you so your only worry is relaxation. Our luggage was lost coming over and the staff was instrumental in getting it located and brought to us. Never in our travels have we ever seen this level of customer service! Thank you to everyone at IKIES for making our time there relaxing and unforgettable.

Excellent hotel in Santorini

We had an amazing stay at Ikies Santorini. Very welcoming and informative information with the front desk personnel. Stunning location in Oía. Delicious breakfast to our room. Overall is a very nice hotel.

Rooms were tiny - but the view, staff, food completely make up for that. Be forewarned that there are stairs even just to get to reception. Not for the faint of heart. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel!

The location was perfect. We had the best view of Santorini day & night from our private balcony The hotel itself was gorgeous. Breakfast was delivered to our room daily. Best service I ever received Hotel staff suggested things to do and places to eat and then made it happen. I felt so spoiled and loved every minute of it. Our room had a hot tub and sauna. It was so relaxing.I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again in the future. our whole experience was what dreams are made of. Thank you.

Lovely staff, great room with a tremendous view (room 12 - ship builder's suite), located at the edge of oia away from the tours and crowds (roughly 20 minute walk to the castle). 11 out of 10. Highly recommend.

The location on the caldera and proximity to Oia village was perfect! The views were amazing from our balcony and jacuzzi! The staff were accommodating and welcoming! They made our stay perfectly enjoyable. The daily complimentary breakfasts were delicious and fortifying for a day's exploring. We absolutely loved this resort!

Perfect in every way

The location was perfect! Just far enough from the center of town that it was easy to walk to but quiet since it wasn’t near the hussle and bussle of the sunset crowds. Our room was the Boatmans and it was awesome! Private patio with hot tub and the best view! Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!

I loved my stay here. I was a solo travel and everything was great. The views from the hotel of Oia and the sunset are amazing, you can see it all without the crowds. The staff too are great lovely human beings and go over and above to help etc. Breakfast and in hotel dining it’s nice too. I would highly recommended it.

Ikies is a magical property located in a quiet part of the caldera but only a short walk to all the shops and dining. We stayed in the Fisherman suite which was so meticulous and right outside the hotel pool. We were literally the only ones using it!!! The staff were beyond incredible and the daily breakfasts on our private patio taking in the breathtaking views were unforgettable. Highly recommend Ikies. A highlight of our trip to Greece for sure!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Ikies. The room and views were gorgeous and the service was exceptional. We particularly loved eating on our terrace, and the white table cloths were a special touch. We can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I had an amazing stay in this hotel! The staff were so so helpful and friendly, the food was excellent, the room lovely, everything super clean and modern. It was so nice to stay just outside of Oia and have stunning views of it from our hot tub on the spacious balcony. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and would definitely return should we visit Santorini again. This has got to be one of our most memorable holiday stays!

Room was really small. $$ its worth paying for the location and rhe breakfast was very healthy and good. I was been told that i would get 3 bottles of water as complementary but they charge me for the water that was not exoected.

We had a lovely stay, excellent rooms with your own balcony and views of the sea. The chef makes incredible Greek meals and the pool , grounds and staff are all wonderful and make your stay a luxury experience.

What an Amazing experience. It was our first time in Santorini and Ikies went above and beyond. The staff is is Exceptional!!! The property has many villas to choose from. We stayed in the Sailor’s House. It’s located far enough from the crowd but close enough to walk into town for shopping, restaurants, etc., which we did every night. The view is breathtaking. Stay here. You will not be disappointed. The ladies were so helping… they provided restaurant recommendations and even did reservation for us. They recommended a sailing cruise which was fantastic. Breakfast was delivered every morning to our terrace. Overall, it’s a great place to stay.

This property’s location was ideal for us as it was not right in the center of the town which allowed for privacy. Very clean, super friendly and accommodating staff and great breakfast. Excellent views and walking distance to stores, town and bus stop. Only downfall was we did not have much space for our luggage or a designated area for it. Would stay here again.

Simply amazing! Perfect location

Perfect property for a perfect little getaway. Ataff were amazing. Went above and beyond for us. Room was beautiful and the views were spectacular. Completely peaceful and located away from all the hussle and bussle so far more private. Would definitely recommend.

We loved this place! The view was absolutely stunning…the pictures don’t do it justice. Our favorite part was the made to order breakfast delivered to our private patio each morning. We sat and eat breakfast overlooking the caldera. Heaven!❤️

Beautiful location. Slightly set apart from the hustle and bustle of Oia although still within easy walking distance of the town. As for most of the resort there is a lot of walking and steps to be negotiated so reasonable physical fitness is necessary.

We had a great experience at Ikies. The staff was so friendly and welcoming and went to any length to make sure our stay was as stress free as possible. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We were so thankful they helped us arrange our COVID test to return to the US as this alleviated some stress. They also arranged our transfer from the port which was seamless. The views were absolutely beautiful and our patio was the perfect spot to watch the sunset.

What a fantastic stay at a beautiful facility with the most amazing views and sunset we have had the pleasure of experiencing. From the moment of arrival, every member of the staff welcomed you and made you feel like you were family immediately! The facility is clean, very well decorated, It exceeded all of our expectations. There was no need to look any further for food outside of the facility, the chef and staff prepared the most amazing food, fresh beautiful and taste beyond what is normally found at a hotel. The staff went out of their way to secure car for a day of island exploring. Private boat tour, and a beautiful sunset massage on our deck. We will recommend this place to all looking for a memorable vacation!!

Outstanding!!!

This was without a doubt the greatest hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. The hotel it’s self is stunning, but the staff with their helpfulness and kindness, puts it over the top. The location is also ideal as Oia can be a difficult place to move about with luggage, and away from congested walkways.

We had a magical time at Ikies in Santorini. The hotel is nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle of Oia, but was still within walking distance. There was also a market nearby and free parking for vehicles. The staff was by far the kindest I’ve ever encountered. It was hard to say goodbye at the end! I would absolutely stay at Ikies again and we can’t wait to return someday! Thank you for a lovely honeymoon!

Beautiful property and outstanding service!! We stayed in the boatman’s room, and it was just the right size for the 2 of us. We spent so much time outside on our patio and in the jacuzzi admiring the amazing views. Watching the sunset was perfect there as well. We got the in-suite couples massages right on our balcony one morning. Loved how clean the room was and the eco friendly bamboo slippers was such a nice touch! Very impressed with everything at this hotel and would 10/10 recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Where to begin! The hotel was simply beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly from the minute we got there. We had the winemakers room and it was absolutely gorgeous, the view of the sunset from our room was worth every penny. The staff answered all of our questions, helped us with our excursions and arranged all of our taxis. Breakfast was delicious and arrived at our desired time each morning. Will definitely stay here again next time in Santorini! Thanks for everything

Highly recommend!

The staff was an all around delight! From check in to check out everyone was beyond friendly and helpful. The location was just outside of the busiest areas which was perfect as it was nice and peaceful and a short walk to heart of Oia. Very clean and spectacular views. Not a negative thing to say!

Charming Greek Hospitality

Wow! Just a wonderful, warm and caring reception desk. My luggage was temporarily lost (and I wasn’t able to immediately find the hotel entrance since the sign was blocked by a parked car), so I arrived grumpy. After the main hostess sat me down with a complimentary drink and traditional desert, her genuine Greek charm and the view melted away my stress. The included top notch breakfast each morning while sitting on our veranda was insane. Importantly, the location. Is at the end of the main part of Oia. It was away from the heavy sunset crowds, but close enough for a nice walk to get into the main strip with tons of shops and restaurants.

Everything was perfect. Cannot imagine choosing another hotel in Santorini. 5 star service with private meals (excellent food with amazing presentation) served on our patio. Stayed in Sailor’s House, which gave us the feeling of having a private patio with our own pool. Hotel staff was accommodating and lovely. Absolutely amazing experience and will definitely come back!

This is the best hotel on the island of Santorini. The hotel staff service as well as food is fantastic! I recommend to everyone. Oh and don’t let the sunset dinner out with a good champagne.

The view of Oia from this property is AMAZiNG! This was my first time in Oia. Ikies is located at the most southern tip of the town which gives you an extraordinary view of the entire town and is within fair walking distance to the city center. The staff at Ikies was extremely helpful and friendly. They truly made our stay such a pleasant experience. The only slight negative was that the pool was not new and could benefit from new tile to modernize the space, but it was clean. Also, the shower in our place (the sailor room) was oddly shaped where it was not comfortable to stand up straight and shower. A slight inconvenience, but manageable. This was not the case in all rooms. I would definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel, ideal location, excellent staff … ABSOLUTE 10! Bravo to the most lovely and friendliest Greeks in Oia: Dimitra, Spiridoula, Katherine and Ido. Ikies staff eased the post covid travel pains and made the brutal travel hoops worth it. They made all the arrangements from sunset cruise, restaurant booking, and a local Dr. to visit us in the room for our covid testing (return back to the states). They even prepared a printed results for convenience. We initially had issues with changing our booking thru Expedia. Expedia refused to change the dates of our booking, even tho airline cancelled our flight. But when I emailed the Ikies directly, they were able to move the dates around. We booked a fisherman’s room. Our breakfast was set up each morning on our private patio with the view of the water. I would highly recommend IKIES and won’t regret your stay there.

The location of the property provides excellent privacy and is a really quite area great for enjoying the amazing view and relaxing. The staff if amazing, we felt very welcomed and were very helpful with anything we needed, excellent service.

I don't know where to start, the greeting when arriving, the genuine welcoming you to their hotel and friendliness, the caring about your stay, etc etc, you will not be disappointed!

Superb Suites & Service

Ikies has the most incredible property and suites around! It has more privacy, charm, and better views than the other hotels on the main walkway into Oia. Their staff was unbelievably accommodating and welcoming Best stay we have EVER had!!

LOVE this hotel! Super pretty property and the white&grey theme is gorgeous. The service is top-notch and the breakfast on balcony is wonderful. We also joined the boat tour and it was very good with nice view, good food & reasonable pricing.

This property and the staff are incredible and was perhaps the best experience I've ever had with the hotel. The staff is exceptionally enjoyable to work with (and even more pleasant just to say hello to) as everything is taken care of from the breakfast on your balcony, airport transportation, and even restaurant and activity tips. The location is on the edge of town, so a bit of a walk to restaurants and the town, but just an extra 5 min or so and it is completely worth it for the sunset and city views. Cannot say enough positive things about the experience and staff.

Ikies is really nice. We loved that it was on the end of Oia, so it was quieter than other more busy hotels. The staff was awesome - they took great care of us. The views from our balcony were breathtaking.

First class views and service

My wife and I had an absolutely lovely stay at the Ikies. The hotel has a very bespoke, boutique luxury vibe and is impeccably well maintained, and tailored towards couples (like most of the island is). I was a bit apprehensive at first of the location (being at the very eastern edge of Oia), but this ended up being a blessing in disguise as we had amazing views of the entire village (and were away from the tourist riff-raff) yet a five minute walk away from restaurants. Breakfast on our private balcony overlooking the caldera was the highlight of each day, as was the privacy of each room’s outdoor sitting areas. The receptionist (Eliza) has the best local suggestions, and was always willing to help in any way. My one complaint is that the bathroom for our room (Sailor’s) could definitely use updating given the high price point of this property. Ikies is definitely worth the splurge!

Upon arrival, we noticed the toilet bowl leaking in the bathroom and producing a strong and UNHEALTHY urine odor in the room. We notified the reception and requested another room. They offered to move us to another room for the first night, but we had to return to the initial room for the second night (without any repairs to the toilet bowl), because they were totally booked and could not fix the problem on time. We requested either a stay in another room for both nights or a refund of our money to seek other accommodation. Initially, they were refusing to return any money insisting that we had the stay in the original room. Finally, after a long evening of exchanges, and when they realized they were wrong, they told us they will refund our money and the refund will be coming from Expedia back to my credit card for the entire amount.

Awesome location If you are looking to have a relaxing and scenic view away from the noise and hustle bustle. Walkable to the blue domes and many restaurants on marble street. The hotel staff is super helpful and we had a great time. It is close yet just far enough from the main road so when you get off the taxi you don’t have to drag your luggage to middle of town as their staff helps out. Something families with kids can appreciate. Bathrooms are new but you will need slight height adjustments if you are over 6 feet:-) I highly recommend this hotel..... They bring your breakfast as per your schedule and lay it out on the table in the patio. Very convenient.

Best Ever!

The Ikies was absolutely amazing. We stayed in the Fisherman's House, which is their smallest room. It was super cozy and comfortable, and we did not feel like we needed more space. The location of the hotel cannot be beat, as it is near the end of Oia. The views from our balcony were spectacular, and we felt like we could enjoy Oia's famous sunsets sitting down with a meal or glass of wine without contending with large crowds and hordes of tourists. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. The hotels' service was excellent. The hotel staff (Eliza and Lisa) were very warm and helpful, suggested great restaurants and activities, helped us make bookings, were very communicative prior to our arrival, and met us during arrival and departure to help with carrying our luggage down and up the steps between the hotel's premises and the parking lot. We had an early flight out of Santorini, and the hotel went above and beyond to make sure that we had breakfast delivered to our room the night before, along with a kettle to make coffee. Breakfast was served each day on our balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean and the town of Oia. Everything was very fresh and delicious. We could not imagine staying elsewhere in Oia.

Everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing! Everyone made our anniversary trip so very special and went above and beyond. They were so kind and welcoming! The hotel is in such a perfect quiet spot with the best views away from the crowds. The room was beautiful and the breakfasts were delicious! We miss Ikies and the staff already :)

Best location in town! Perfect to watch sunset and walking distance to Oia. Costumer service was great and so accommodating. Breakfast and food were ok, but not the best. Decor, ammenities and comfort of room were excellent. Overall highly recommend!

Away from busy town but close enough to walk to town shops and restaurants

Five star is not saying enough....Ikeas, in my opinion, is the best place to stay in all of Santorini. The staff, location, and overall experience are phenomenal.

We stayed at the Fisherman’s house for 2 nights. It was an absolutely wonderful experience. Not only was the rooms clean and comfortable, the view was amazing. The staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. Before arriving to Santorini, they had already kindly offered to help with booking tours and transfers. They also gave use many good recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. All the staff was exceptionally nice and made us feel welcome. The sunset view from the hotel was amazing. In terms of location, it is around a short 15 mins walk to the main area of Oia. It is a less crowded area of Oia, so would be perfect for those who are looking for more privacy. Daily breakfast was served outside so we could enjoy the caldera views.There was a great choice of breakfast options available and preferred time slot can be arranged to suit our schedule. Overall, it has been an incredible experience staying at Ikies and would highly recommend it.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Was very happily surprised when they greeted us straight off the transfer car. The view from the hotel was amazing. Best romantic stay I’ve had yet. The one slight issue I had was the very slow WiFi. Again with a view like that the WiFi was the least of my worries.

Collector"s House

We had a wonderful stay at the Collector"s House villa = ample space for 2 couples and a lovely patie and indoor/outdoor jacuzzi! Loved the location - far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to wherever you wanted. Because the villa is at the top of the hotel, it has less steps than most and very private - no one is looking down upon you! Beautiful scenery at all times of the day as the light cast different shadows on the water and village of Oia. The staff were fantastic - no waiting for anything - so friendly. Would definitely recommomend the Collector's House!
