交通方便，價格合理。惟衛生清潔需要進一步增強。

This property area is good. Walk 5 mins to one of the shopping mall.

The hotel is well maintained, friendly staffs but most can't speak foreign language like English or Mandarin.

Close to malls and restaurants, Ibis is located in the city center so I was able to explore and walk around. The facilities are great and offers breakfast as well. Very clean and definitely worth the stay.

Nice hotel in a good location in the centre of Surabaya. Good price and breakfast was included. Staff were all very helpful and very friendly.

A good city centre hotel

A nicely kept and well placed hotel but on a busy road. Dependent on room you do pick up on overnight noise.

Kebetulan ada acara di gramedia Expo, dan Hotel ini persis di depannya. Kamar standar, dengan kamar mandi berukuran agak kecil. Rasa makanan breakfast lumayan, tapi pilihan menu agak terbatas.

Good location and convenient to most places

I always enjoyed staying at IBIS hotel chains worldwide and this is no exception. The branding is one of 'value for money'.

Key access for the elevator was not working properly.

Nice and comfortable. No parking for micro bus, it's a bit terrible

Glad to be back

I stayed in the hotel about 3 years, and it was nice to be back. The staff were friendly, and the seafood BBQ on my first day was great. The breakfast was good, and I really enjoyed my stay. I will consider the hotel on my next visit.

Suitable for Short Staycation

The hotel is located across Dyandra Convention Center where the event which we need to attend is located. The location is centrally located in the city but quite far walking distance to eateries, local interests, or shopping centers.

Nice hotel in a convenient neighborhood. Parking space is a bit tight to maneuver, but it's good enough.

For improvement

Staff was sweeping during my lunch time (12:00-13:00) at restaurant. Cleaning up is good but better not to do during customers' breakfast/lunch/dinner time.

Staffs all are good in English snd friendly helpful.

room was nice and clean. good budgeted hotel and can offer you comfort slept.

kamar tidak kedap suara, pelayanan pas pas an.

pertama kali datang, tidak ada porter yang mengangkat koper sampai ke lobby, saya meminta tolong supir taxi untuk mengangkat koper ke lobby. kamarnya 521, eco friendly room dengan design minimalis, tidak ada body lotion, dan hanya tersedia mineral water 2 botol saja, saya meminta tambahan 2 botol lagi air mineral tapi hanya di beri 1. kamar nya cukup berisik, saat ada orang bercakap cakap atau tertawa di koridor bisa terdengar sampai di dalam kamar ( kamar tidak kedap suara) untuk saya yang light sleeper sangat menganggu. literally semalam saya menginap disana, tidak bisa beristirahat dengan tenang. saya memilih hotel ini, karena dekat dengan kantor yang berada di basuki rahmat, namun ternyata salah pilih, seharusnya saya pilih di hotel lain, karena ada beberapa hotel di sepanjang basra. handuk yang di berikan warnanya pudar ( aga keruh, tidak berwarna putih lagi, cenderung putih gelap)

初めての宿泊であったが、受付の対応も親切丁寧であり、スムーズなチェックインができた。部屋も清潔で満足した。またスラバヤ出張の際は利用をしたいと思えた。
