Really lovely stay, staff extremely helpful. Included breakfast had a lovely continental selection and was replenished regularly. Close to metro. Beds comfortable and room clean.

This property has the best customer service, the front desk staff are the friendliest people in France. They all spoke French, English, and even some spoke Spanish, which was helpful for our family. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and available from 6am to 10pm. The problem lies in the uncleanliness. Our hotel room was very dirty from the bathroom to the beds to the carpet inside the room. Our room view was the street and it was very noisy in the morning and late in the evening. The hotel listed air conditioning as one of the amenities, however the four nights and five days we stayed there the air conditioning did not work inside our room and it was very very hot the week we were there, which sucked not going to lie.

Hotel bardzo ładny, położony blisko wejścia do metra. Obsługa bardzo miła i bardzo pomocna. Śniadanie dobre, nie było może ogromnego wyboru, ale jakość produktów na wysokim poziomie. Super opcja automatu do wyciskania soku z pomarańczy do śniadania, oraz automat do nalewania wody 24h. Bardzo podobał mi się pobyt.

Disappointing second stay at this property. We returned to the property after having a positive experience previously. This time we were very disappointed. The room was dirty upon check in. There were cigarette butts and dirt on the carpet. (it is a no smoking property). Fortunately the front desk staff did come and vacuum the carpet. While there is an elevator, it only services the newer portion of the hotel not the older section. Previosly we had stayed in the newer section and did not realize there was no elevator access in a portion of the hotel. The location is good with very easy access to the metro with can take you downtown with no changes/connections. Be aware is gets very busy during commute hours. Staff is excellent and the breakfast is more than adequate.

Clean, great staff and near the station. Good breakfast, too!

Staff friendly, not all were able to speak English so communication was difficult. The room was very small for 4 people and the sofa bed the worst I have ever slept on. The breakfast was very basic with not too much choice, a lot of pastries and the room was too small when busy, some people had to stand to eat. It was a good location, even better if the metro was working, we had to rely on buses and Uber which was costly.

Very good hotel

This is a very good hotel. The staff was excellent, very helpful and kind. Every question we had they always were kind and patient. Also the room was really good with regard to space and cleaning conditions. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

A great place to stay

Our experience at Ibis was fantastic. Mr. Mohammed greeted us warmly at the door and was very friendly and helpful. His reception was worth the price of admission. Additionally, there was a great complimentary breakfast and a 24 hour croissant bar. The room was very clean. The hotel is European small so don’t expect American accommodations. The hotel is located less than 4 minutes from the metro. It’s also located in a very upbeat area with restaurants and supermarkets. If you’re going to Paris and are looking for a place to stay, I would, without hesitation, recommend Ibis.

The front desk man (Mohammed) was wonderful to us. We felt like we were guests in his home. Would stay there again.

Good breakfast, not so good toilet & cleaner

The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly. The cleaner threw away the pump fixer for our bottle which we were confused about. The toilet floor was also slightly unclean. The shower was weak and it was easy to get water every where since there was a gap between the wall and the glass which only extended up to half of the shower.

It’s really friendly stuff...

The hotel is nice and located not too far from the city. However, we were left with no option but to feel disappointed about our stay. We were looking forward to staying at the Ibis but when we arrived we were told that the two standard SUITES that we booked and already paid for were all of the sudden 'unavailable' because of some 'issue' and we were basically told that only option was for the 5 of us to stay in smaller rooms on different sides of the hotel. This was extremely disapointing as my family and I were looking forward to sharing large rooms together and spending time together. That's straight up false advertisement as I could have gone for a better hotel for a different price with single rooms. Especially condering the fact that I called the hotel 6 hours before checking in to make sure everything was all set and confirmed to which they said yes - which btw is not even needed as the rooms have already been reserved and paid for. When I asked why they couldn't reach out to me about the issue (in case something gets overbooked) before arriving or when I called to check, they said they didn't want to 'disturb' us on our journey to the hotel. At least, this would have given us 6 hours to still find a different place which would still meet our expectations. Instead, they just waited for us to get there and deal with it. We were offered to take some free sodas - which also turned out to be expired. Just an overall disapointing experience...

Great stay in Paris and with an amazing staff

This an amazing hotel and the staff the best! Thanks to Sylvan, Mohammed, Maria and in general all the hotel staff that makes our family stay in Paris the best experience. Also, the convenience of the metro just 1 minute away from the hotel. Definitely highly recommended!

I thought it was just going to be another ibis, but this was a really great place. We had a quad room, the walls looked a bit tired and needed a lick of paint, this is my only complaint. Apart from this the staff were exceptionally good and knowledgeable, room was spotlessly clean, a reasonable size and quite comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean, good water pressure. Location of hotel was also good, metro very close, 2 minute walk. 15 - 20 minutes into centre of paris. Overall a great stay.

Is the second time in Paris for me .. the hotel was all right , but the rooms are to small and have a weird smell , food always the same .

We had a wonderfull time. The Hotel is clean, the staff are gentil and the lades in the lunch area were amazing. The Breakfast was a blast! The location is very close to the subway and easy to get to Paris. I definitely recomend this hotel.

We did enjoy staying in IBIS, the breakfast is very good, the staff are friendly. The only complaint I have is the bed arrangement, it advertises one king and 2 singles, I would think there are two real single beds, but it wasn't, they turned the sofa bed to 2 singles. That mean it is a sofa beds, and they are not that comfortable.

Average stay hotel

Helpful staff, average stay hotel. Check-in took a little, but was ok overall. They don't have free available parking, but there is one huge underground parking besides hotel (around 15 euros/24h). Quite small rooms and not very accesible with baggage, as you need to take some stairs after exiting elevator

Breakfast are so great!!! Very good and natural orange juice, delicious croissants, bread, cheese and much more!! very close to the metro station and restaurants. The only problem was the rooms smell really bad, we request another one, but still the same problem. We believe because the buildings are really old. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was close to the underground rail and the hotel was a fair price including a acceptable breakfast for a family. Hotel staff we friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the second bed in the room was a fold out couch that was pretty uncomfortable - this should have been advertised in the description before I made the reservation.

Staff the only positive note.

Room was absolutely hilarious. One could not walk around the bed , but had to climb over it, as room was soo small. Different from pictures shown on website. Heating not working properly-it was cold in the room. You also can hear all what happens in rooms next, above and under you. Breakfast ok. Location ok Staff very nice and friendly. Special note on this. Overall i would not stay again.

Excellent Hotel!

I would definitely recommend Ibis Styles Marie De Clichy as an excellent hotel to stay at in Paris! Checking in and out was easy as the staff were friendly and spoke both French and English. The room and bathroom were both clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious and included pastries, cheeses, croissants, a baguette, cereal, orange juice, and water. The hotel is also a block over from the metro station, making getting around Paris to see attractions very easy.

Absolutely fantastic service by the staff, they were so welcoming and accommodating. They were fabulous. Super close to a Metro stop too.

Outstanding staff that makes this hotel great

Hotel itself is on outskirts of Paris so you must be prepared to travel by metro. Rooms are good in size for paris standard , breakfast basic ( no cooked breakfast) but really good quality which is what we preferred ( quality vs quantity) . Freshly squeezed orange juice was a nice touch. The real difference is made by staff- we stayed in many hotels across the world but staff in ibis beat them all( including SOFITEL). Nothing is a problem- even us sittting in a lobby till late hrs drinking own wine. Thank u !

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was great. It is close to the Mairie de Clichy Metro Station which made it easy to get to the tourist attractions. The local area was nice but many of the small food chains closed early.

A nice and lovely hotel

The hotel is very close to a RER station and had good reachability to city centre. Also the surrounding area is buzzing with restaurants , food outlets and a supermarket located just on the main road. The rooms were very neat (though a bit small) and staff were very helpful. No issues with breakfast or check-in/check-out. I would definitely plan to stay here again in my next trip to Paris.. Cheers!!

Good on a budget

Nice breakfast with fresh breads croissants etc. Fresh oj and good coffee. Small room, shower wouldn't stay up so had to be held. Clean, staff very friendly and accommodating, spoke English. Good price, close to metro

Great hotel for comfort and service

Great hotel. For the price I paid this is the best European hotel I have stayed in. Room is very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. Friendliness of hotel staff especially Mohammed was unbelievable. Close to metro so can get to most landmarks within 30 mins.

Everything was nice... Location close to center area with a near Metro station. I want to thanks the receptionist Lova Andriana who follow my message. I have forgotten my souvenirs from London and she has just send me an email telling me that they have my bag that I left in my room. She has just made my day very happy :) and I am comming back one more night.

Clean budget hotel with good access to metro

Hotel is no frills but a good bargain. If you're not planning to spend a lot of time in your room, it's fine. There are no TV channels in anything besides French. Free WIFI is decent, continental breakfast is free and tolerable. There is nowhere to hang clothes, no in room safe, and the elevator doesn't go directly to room levels... you will have to get your baggage up 5-6 stairs. It was clean and the bathroom was a decent size. The phone in the room doesn't dial the front desk, so any requests will require a visit down to them. The staff was friendly and helpful, but there is no room service or a bar. It was fairly quiet. It is close to the Marie de Clichy metro stop and takes about 20-25 minutes to get to Champs Elysees and requires 2 line changes. A taxi to CDG took me about 30 minutes with 0 traffic (Saturday morning) and cost 50 Euros. There are a variety of restaurants around the hotel. All in all, it's a plain hotel that provides all the basics. If budget is a top priority and you're okay with a short commute, this is a good place to stay. If you're on business in Clichy, this is a decent place to consider.

Paris Getaway

As per other reviews, the room was a bit small, but expected. Location was great, 2 mins walk from the metro, and a few stations from central Paris. Room was much better than expected, and WIFI was fast. Had no complain whatsoever. Staff spoke good English, and were very friendly. Would definitely go back if I go to Paris again!

the bed sheets and the towels have not been changed during our stay . there is no laundry facility but i think we have seen on the advert , there is a laundret. the toilet is very dump and ther is no window or the extract fan was not working properly

Een klein hotel met een hele mooie kamer en badkamer, vlakbij de metro en in een fijne buurt. Personeel was erg behulpzaam. We konden gebruik maken van een interne parkeerplaats waardoor de auto ons hele verblijf beschut stond. Alleen het ontbijt had iets uitgebreider gekund maar dat is een detail. Er waren wel heerlijke kaneelbroodjes.

Gostei da estadia: metrô bem próximo, bom banho e ótimo café da manhã.

Hôtel sans prétentions mais doté de l'essentiel pour un déplacement d'affaires : propre, calme et confortable, sans superflu. L'hôtel est très bien placé : restaurants divers aux alentours (restaurant de quartier, snacks, cuisine du monde, supermarchés et fast food), proche station de métro et bus. Le tout dans un environnement calme. Mention particulière pour l'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel assez rare a ce niveau de prestations.

They offer good customer services... we had an exellent stay at the hotel. No kitchen but breakfast was realy good. Metro near to hotel help us so much. I will recomment it so far for this buget rate
