The staff are fantastic! Very helpful nothing is too much bother. The only issue I do have is with the door cards, had to go down everyday at least once to get it reissued as it would not read at all on the door reader.

Very clean and very helpful staff. Comfortable bed and bedroom everything that’s needed. A nice little outdoor courtyard sitting area with plenty of tables and a ping-pong table. Very good offstreet parking.

Friendly and kind staff

Staff were friendly and kind. They gave my children Christmas gifts. The location is quite convenient. It would be better if there was an electric kettle in a room.

Perfectly average hotel

The room was perfectly average, as to be expected from an Ibis. It was clean but small and breakfast was okay. Staff were friendly and informative when recommending local attractions (the Parc De La Pepiniere was a hidden gem) and it was handy to have a secure car park for the hotel. Our children enjoyed the table football, small playroom, and mini golf corridor. The location for the old town was good - our 3-year-old could walk there and back without too much fuss. One negative was that there was a bit of a toilety smell outside our room, but otherwise the hotel was clean.

Offers more than expected

Ten minute walk from centre. Hotel has a small bar, children's play things, outside sitting area. Breakfast a bit chaotic but offered fresh orange juice, diy boiled eggs, hot croissants, cheese, ham, cereals etc. Rooms small and limited tv channels. Staff very cheery andvery helpful. Would stay there again if in the area.

Good comfortable rooms, adequate parking. Unusual setting with the rooms being separate from the reception area with a coverered walkway past an open air seated area. Good in summer. Close to rail station. 15 min walk to Nancy centre. Nearly all the restuarants/brasseries were closed for renovation during this stay but a very good but quite expensive restuarant was available nearby

Great Location

Hotel was located near old town. Everything interesting were in walking distance. Only minus is that complementary tea water wasn´t ever hot.

Extremely close to main train station and only a 10 minute walk to the action. Great hotel.

Another great stay

Like the title says, this was another great stay at the Ibis Styles (our first stay as an Ibis hotel). We were in room 120 overlooking the courtyard. The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had 3 windows with rouladens and curtains in the room along with 1 more in the bathroom. The bathroom was good sized with a separate toilet room. My only complaint about the bath was the lack of a door/window on the shower so the whole bathroom showers along with me! Hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great again and they still have some great bread and the self-serve self-make orange juice machine. I like the OJ just for the machine. Safe, secure and inexpensive parking is behind the hotel (overlooked by some of the rooms). The location of the hotel is fine; it's just not in the middle of beautiful Nancy but is only about 10-15 minute walk to Place Stanislaus and maybe 20 minutes to the old town. There's nothing wrong with the location or surroundings; you're just not in the middle/old town. This was our third stay here so the location is not a turn off for us.

Dissapointing with the hotel staff. We had made reservations for 4 rooms, three with two beds an one with one bed. had to request room changes. Had phone mesages that were not given to us. One of the room guests left a jacket in room and called the day we left-Monday July 23rd and requested it be sent overnight servise to Paris Hotel and gave credit card for payment. Called again on both Tuesday , Wednesday and Thursday and was assured it was sent, they were supposed to call back with tracking number but did not. . We left the Paris hotel on Saturday July 28th and if the Paris hotel received it trhey woulkd forward to the states. As of today August 2nd we did not receive it, I would not frecommend this hotel .

Price competitive hotel with good service

generaly speaking , we have been very satisfied of the hotel, with very helpful personel, good breakfast and wi-fi facilities. standard rooms are small for a couple and limited area available.Public places are large and confortable. with free coffee and croissants offered all day long. a very good place for budget sensitive families.

find a better place to stay!

The rooms at the All Seasons Gare in Nancy, France, are so small that my husband and I kept bumping into each other--and we had what was billed as the "suite." I wouldn't stay here again--there are many other hotels, I do think you can find a better place to stay. Not a comfortable room at all--the first thing I thought when I saw it was that I was happy we were only there for two nights. Very chintzy--no amenities (shampoo, body lotion) at all were provided. I think that, for the price, it would be easy to find a better place to stay.

Nice hotel in Nancy

This was our second stay at All Seasons hotel in Nancy. While it's near the train station, that's not a problem in Nancy. Normally, seedy areas are near the train stations in major cities; not so here. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Place Stanislaus from the hotel. Our room, 104, was very small (reminded me of Paris rooms) but clean and adequate. The bathroom was larger than normal and quite clean. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good. Less than 10 Euro private parking is available right behind the hotel's rear entrance. You can't beat the rate; and it's secure and safe. When overnighting in Nancy there's no doubt we'll stay here again.

All Seasons Nancy Centre Gare

A good fair priced hotel approx 15mins from main square. Good secure parking for competitive price. Breakfast was not extensive but good quality. Staff were all very helpful and polite.

All Seasons Gare Hotel: Very nice place

It's a wonderful 2-star hotel. I'd read the reviews here and tripadvisor and were happy with our choice. The hotel exceeded our expectations! I had some initial concerns before arriving about the location since train stations are usually pretty seedy areas. Not so in Nancy. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the train station with zero train and street noise in our room (303). Paid (7 Euro) parking is available (that's cheaper than any metered or parking lot); we took it. Our room was available when we arrived early (around 1115) which was quite a nice surprise. The room was super clean albeit a bit small. But for French standards, it was fine. My only complaint is the bed's mattress could use replacement as both my wife and I kinda veered to the middle of the bed as it sagged a bit. But it was comfortable. The room had air conditioning which was a nice plus. Breakfast was one of the best we've eaten in France. The baguette was plain but the other loaf of fresh bread was awesome! I'd have bought some if I could have found it. The ham and cheese were good; freshly squeezed orange juice from a neat machine; and coffee from an automated machine was good as well. Our first choice hotel was unavailable for this trip. I'm glad it was as the All Seasons is now our go-to hotel in Nancy. We'll certainly be back.

this hotel has it all: free wifi, free breakfast with fresh-squeezed orange juice, free coffee/tea/water 24/7 in the lobby, and a small fitness center. definitely the best place i've stayed in nancy!

Pleasant stay with great value

Overall, this hotel made very good impression on my husband and myself. Adequate service - no fringe like unnecessary shampoo or body lotions, but when they provide service they present very well. The receptionist and workers are nice, room is clean, hair dryer works and breakfast were superb. Again what they have in the breakfast was basic but includes all what we wanted and everything tastes delicious - nice croissant, pain au chocolat, slices of cheese and ham, fresh juice, yogurt and more. Oh, I must mention that they have to-go-cup for hot drinks too. Right on the basics and great price - this is exactly what we wanted. The owner of the hotel must know how to run his/her business. We will recommend this hotel 100%.

All season Nancy

nice hotel with great breakfast. Very nice people and good service. The only thing a little desappointing was the room size. It was very small.

Expected better

Our choice was made after reading good reviews of this hotel. The room was tiny, (with no place to put bags) and had a very musty smell. It was very warm and we couldn't open the windows because there were no screens and lots of mosquitos. The hotel is very convenient to the railway station, but quite a ways from the old center and we could find only one restaurant nearby, which was closed on 2 of the 3 nights we were there. The breakfast was very good and there is an interesting orange juice machine that yields great juice. We would recommend this hotel to budget travelers that are traveling by train, otherwise, no.

Un super séjour, un bel accueil avec une équipe à l'écoute et à disposition. Beaucoup de services à disposition ce qui est très agréable : boissons chaudes en libre service, pop corn, commande possible en permanence, salle de sport, studio de musique et sauna. Les chambres sont très bien équipées et bien insonorisées. On se sent vraiment bien dans cet établissement. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Makkelijk en dichtbij het centrum

Kamer viel wat tegen. Zag er op de foto’s een stuk beter uit. Was in een beetje een vervallen staat, maar wel schoon. Ontbijt was goed en het personeel zeer behulpzaam. De onbijtzaal zag er ook goed onderhouden uit. Parkeren was makkelijk. Voor parkeren moest wel iets extra betaald worden, maar niet veel (dit was mij tijdens het boeken ontgaan). Gezien de prijs nog steeds een aanrader. Vlakbij het centrum. En wij konden de dag van vertrek zelfs zonder enig probleem eerder ontbijten.

Très bon sejours, lit confortable, chambre et salle de bain assez grande. Petit dejeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Les personnes a l'accueil ainsi qu'au petit dejeuner sont très gentil et acceuillant. Le seul bémol de notre séjour, sera la porte de la salle de bain ( style saloon) qui n'est franchement pas top pour l'intimité...

Hôtel bien situé côté gare Nancy Ch au mère un peu petite avec salle de bain wc déroutante: pas de porte, verrier côté lit et douche italienne à côté wc qui inonde tout: bien pour personne seule

L’accès par la rue patton peut surprendre mais une fois à l’intérieur tout est bien : le personnel, agréable, compétent et serviable, les locaux, spacieux, bien entretenus et joliment décorés et l’emplacement, facilement accessible pour visiter la ville. La literie et l’insonorisation sont au niveau du reste : parfait ! A recommander !

Good central location and parking. However very small double room, air conditioner seemed not to be working well. Rooms seemed worn down and outdated. Receptionist friendly, but breakfast seemed chaotic at peak hours. Staff not able to refill and clean and annoyed by request to refill. We would not book it again.

Chambre très bien avec un bureau, des prises au bon endroit, des w-c séparés et une baignoire nickel 👌. Seul bémol, j’aimerais qu’il y ait directement une bouteille en verre avec de l’eau filtrée dans la chambre (flemme de redescendre en chercher). À proximité de la gare de Nancy et pas loin du centre-ville à pieds. Chambre au calme.

Hôtel à proximité du centre ville et de la gare. Bon petit déjeuner. Nous étions garé assez loin. Un peu déçu par le lobby de l'hôtel sans fenêtre, par la petitesse des chambres et les parties communes à rafraichir. Nous n' avons pas retrouvé l'originalité des autres ibis Styles

Sehr freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal. Die Heizung lief im Dezember nur abends ein paar Stunden und die Lüftung im Badezimmer und im Garten läuft ununterbrochen (auch nachts) und ist sehr störend. Am Frühstücksbufett haben sich an manchen Tagen sehr lange Schlangen gebildet und es gibt nur einen Kaffeeautomaten. Ansonsten sehr ruhige Zimmer zum Innenhof und zentrale Lage. Manko: Die Parkplätze im Innenhof sind begrenzt und können nicht reserviert werden.

Hôtel correct , les chambres sont inégales , vous pouvez bien ou mal tomber , est il prévu de les rénover ? Une rénovation a lieu dans la réception qui d’après moi n’en avait pas besoin , elle . Pour l’expérience de passer devant la pizzeria juste à côté en soirée , c’est Halloween tous les jours !

Un confort d'auberge de jeunesse pour un prix Ibis

Les lieux communs sont d'un "niveau Ibis" sans plus. Les chambres sont d'un "niveau auberge de jeunesse". La première nuit a été blanche à cause d'une chambre sous les toits comme tout le 2eme étage, sans isolation avec une clim trop sous-dimentionnée et innéficace, même à 5° et très bruyante!!! la seconde nuit j'ai eu droit à une chambre au 2nd étage, moins chaude, mieux climatisée, mais petite vieillote. J'ai été réveillée par l'alarme du voisin à travers le mur à 7H! le petit déjeuner, très très ordinaire et la salle trop petite pour accueillir les clients et un car de retraités en vadrouille; J'ai dû repartir dans ma chambre et attendre une demie-heure pour espérer déjeuner sans faire la queue dans le bruit et trouver une table libre ... Repas du soir appelé pompeusement service en chambre : 25 euros pour deux conserves, soupe et creme, apportées dans un sac papier, avec 2 couverts en plastique. Ce diner si mal servi a mis 1 heure au lieu des 20 minutes annoncées qui auraient dû largement suffire pour réchauffer l'une des 2 boites ... Ah! j'oubliais le joli jardin qui n'est occupé que par les fumeurs puisque pas aménagé pour le petit déjeuner, même en été.

Der Check-in war freundlich und zuvorkommend, obwohl der Parkplatz wie auch in anderen Rezensionen erwähnt überfüllt war, wurde doch noch ein Platz gefunden. Die Zimmer erwiesen sich als erschreckend abgewohnt und leidlich übermalt. Da bei einem der Zimmer die Spülung kaputt war, durfte in ein besseres umgezogen werden. Im Badezimmer waren Fliesen und Deckenplatten kaputt, was den desolaten Zustand verstärkte. Am Fenster waren an beiden Flügeln unterschiedlich lange Store montiert und mit einem ordentlichen Stoß Raumdeo war versucht worden den Modergeruch zu überdecken. Beim Frühstück ging es zu wie am Hauptbahnhof, das Buffet wurde in einer Ecke aufgebaut um die sich alle Gäste drängten. Der Kaffeeautomat arbeitete zwar auf Hochtouren, trotzdem kam es zu Warteschlangen. Butter, Wurst und Käse waren in sparsamen Mengen unpraktisch in einem kleinen Kühlschrank deponiert. Die Marmeladegläser waren leer, die Teller gingen aus und um 9 Uhr war das Frühstücksbüffet leergefegt obwohl es bis 11 reichen sollte. Einzig positiv sind die guten Betten, die Nähe zum Zentrum und die Möglichkeit zum Parken an der Unterkunft, der Rest ist eine Frechheit!

Les chambres sont vieilles et ce n’est pas la qualité de prestations que j’ai habituellement chez ibis styles. De plus il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bains. C’est décevant pour ce niveau d’hôtel. Par contre le personnel est sympathique.

Modern, fris hotel dicht bij winkels en toeristische plekken. Ontbijt is basis, en personeel werkt hard om het bijgevuld te houden tijdens spits. Bij ontbijt waren tafels en stoelen plakkerig en bestek hier en daar op. Kamer is netjes en schoon. Pluspunt is ruime parkeerplaats bij hotel. Keurig hotel voor deze prijs.

Un peu vieux sans vraiment de style. Le sauna n est pas pret il faut prevenir 1h a l avance mais c dit nulle part.

Bien pour une ou 2 nuits sur Nancy

Hôtel bien avec des chambres plutôt spacieuses, confortables et propres. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais le service est inexistant (tables non débarrassées, pas de couverts). Globalement un peu cher pour la qualité globale

Belle découverte

Séjour agréable. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Propre et soignée. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner très apprécié (machine à presser les oranges automatiques c'est super). Je recommande vivement. Suggestions d'améliorations : la porte salle de bain pas pratique (porte battante) parce qu'on réveille tout le monde. Un coup de peinture car il y a des accrocs à certains endroits (WC) et de la peinture qui s'écaille dans la salle de bain.

Goed hotel als je op doorreis bent

Hotel voldoet prima als slaapplek op doortocht. Buffet is niet heel uitgebreid maar toen wij er waren (om 8:00 am) was er voldoende. Je krijgt ook 2 gratis waterflesjes op de hotelkamer. Je kunt voor 9 euro je auto kwijt op hun parkeerplaats maar ik kwam pas aan na 18:00 en toen hoefde ik in de straat voor het hotel al geen parkeerkosten meer te betalen. Receptioniste was vriendelijk/behulpzaam en sprak Engels. Matrassen waren ook prima. Er was airco, ietwat luidruchtig maar het werkte ok. Enige minpunt was eigenlijk dat er geen deur zat in de badkamer die grenst aan de slaapkamer waardoor vochtige lucht de slaapkamer in komt en er minder privacy is.

Leuk hotel,centrum dichtbij

Simpel maar net hotel. Ontbijt was keurig verzorgd. Medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk.

Prima hotel voor tussenstop

Prima 4p kamer voor een goede prijs. In de stad, maar goed bereikbaar. En afgesloten parkeerplaats bij hotel (betaald). Goed ontbijt en heel vriendelijk personeel. Enige minpunt: erg warm op kamer. Maar was ook daar Hittegolf. Door houten plaat onder bed, iets minder ligcomfort. Want wel goede matrassen.

L'hôtel IBIS Style est composé de 2 parties. Une partie récente qui est à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel et à la hauteur au niveau qualité/prix. rien à redire juste parfait. L'autre partie qui est nettement plus vétuste et qui n'est absolument pas à la hauteur du standing d'un IBIS Style. le prix est identique mais le rapport qualité/prix n'est absolument pas à la hauteur. une chambre tout juste propre, pas du tout spacieuse, la douche toute petite (impossible de tourner) une chaleur étouffante (obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte au mois de février avec les radiateurs fermés). même un IBIS budget qui est l'entrée de gamme des IBIS est nettement plus confortable. Il est vraiment inadmissible de proposer un tel prix pour de tels prestations. vraiment déçu alors que l'hôtel peut proposer de meilleures prestations. par contre le personnel reste toujours agréable et serviable ce qui est appréciable.

Hôtel proche arrière gare. Petit dej excellent avec oranges pressées fraîches. Possède une salle fitness à dispo gratuitement (tapis roulant et vélo elyptique). Certaines chambres ne sont accessibles que par escalier.
