Conveniently located hotel

Conveniently located hotel with parking close by (2/3 min walk). Room comfortable but AC doesn’t work so we slept with the window open. Breakfast was good

It was a great stay. I loved the place. Staff was very helpful and nice.

It is a good property about 5 minutes from the train station. Breakfast choices were good. Room was good size as was the bathroom. The rooms are a bit dated and could stand a refab (just a little tired) but all that being said, it was a good hotel.

The location was great and there was a variety of eating options around.

The hotel has a great location, the room was clean and the service was very polite. The aircon is not very efficient and the window was facing a bust street. But otherwise everything else was accordingly to the description on the website.

Good stay

A nice comfortable hotel. Closeness to the station was a plus for me although it does mean that it’s a bit of a walk to the centre of town. Biggest nuisance for me was the key. Because there is only one key to the room you are required to leave the key with reception before going out and bundles of keys are given to the cleaning staff. Fine if you leave for the whole day but twice I returned after a couple of hours and had to wait while my key was located somewhere in the hotel to allow me to access the room. It’s time the hotel upgraded their system on this. Free breakfast was a nice touch and was perfectly adequate.

The location is excellent being close to the beautiful old town and the new town. Parking prices are very fair. Front desk workers are friendly and helpful. Rooms are more than adequate. A free breakfast is an unexpected treat. Cold air-conditioning was welcomed. This was a great find!

A night in Metz!

The hotel is nice, clean, conveniently located next to the banhof, within close distance to Center Pompidou on one side, and the old town on the other side. We had a pleasant stay, will stay in this hotel again. Thank you for the experience.

Very comfortable

Comfortable hotel very close to the center. The rooms were clean and spacious. The air conditioning was working properly and our staying in this hotel was generally good. Very good breakfast and service on the average. Parking available on the street and for free only on Sundays and bank holidays. Recommended.

Our ibis experience - Metz

This ibis is in a great location within walking distance to all major attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful when answering questions. Our room was somewhat dated but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The air conditioning worked well and was a nice feature of the hotel. We had breakfast at the hotel,and I must say it was nothing to brag about. We have had much better at other ibis.

Good for a short stay!

The staff, was very, very, kind & helpful! Tea kettles were not in the room, however they had a sitting area with tea making facilities, as well as small pastries served at all times. The breakfast was good.

No coffee/tea making facilities in room, coffee available in lobby. Excellent location for train travellers. Station about about 150 yards away. When I arrived receptionist did't speak English but rattled off in French presumably details of breakfast times etc. Night clerk did speak some English.

Slow check in and dirty room.

The check in took 26mins, the staff were not to be found! Once we received our room, it had a dirty bathroom, lots of whiskers in the sink and hair on the floor. The shower leaked badly. The room also has this silly two door arrangement making a little difficult. Overall not a good stay and would not recommend that you stay here, there are much better 3 stars around.

Centrally located city hotel

Had a few issues trying to access hotel due to unfamiliar one way streets that Sat Nav did not identify. Check-in was very efficient and very friendly and advice was given on local parking conditions. Hotel was in easy access to central eateries and provided an excellent base to explore Metz.

Great value for your money. We were just passing through Metz and needed a place to spend the night. The hotel was very convenient, comfortable and the reception staff were very helpful.

Meh

We were traveling from Nurnburg Germany to Paris, and chose a city midway to break up the trip. We were only given 2 choices when we looked for hotels, and went with All Seasons. The hotel is an old building, that from the outside is decent looking. Nice architecture. The inside is terribly outdated, though. We were at the end of a dark hallway, and the light at that end wasn't actually working. The room was OK...very harsh chemical smell, and the bathroom was not as clean as I would like (peeling paint, hairs on toilet!!!). They did provide 2 separate twin-type beds for the kids, and the size of the room was decent compared to the typical European hotel we have stayed in, but if I was to do it again, I would try to find something else. It was OK for one night, but I def wouldn't stay there longer. It was also pretty expensive for the quality. The breakfast buffet was not great, either, serving stale croissants, and not much else.

Metz

All Seasons hotel is conveniently located particularly for the rail station and from the main motorway - both far enough away not to be distrubed by noise. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and reflected the good price we paid. If you're touring and only staying in Metz a few nights, this is a great place to stay, and great value (with breakfast included). We would stay there again - very friendly and helpful staff.

A very useful address

Excellent, clean, copious and fresh breakfast with everything except eggs and fruit salad. (croissants, bread, toast, cereal, yoghourt, ham, cheese, apples & oranges to juice). Only complaint : in a room for 2 there should ALWAYS be 2 chairs. A small weighing machine would be nice but is not vital.

All Seasons- Metz

Room was nice, bed was comfortabel. However internet was slow and there was no tea or coffee in the room. When I did want a cup of tea there was no milk avalible. Otherwise was a great place and I would recommend it.

very convenient stay

We stopped for one night on our way back to the UK from Austria. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. The staff were very friendly. The only negative is the lack if parking but we knew that before we arrived. Breakfast was fine. Overall a good stay.

Hotel All Seasons Metz was okay - close to train

The room was big for europe. The main center was a 15 minute walk. Train station very close. They lost our reservations but had a room for us. Called Hotels.com and they took care of it. The hotel restaurant was never open but the breakfast in the morning was good. The town itself is ancient and has some great history.

Enig min puntje. De temperatuur op de kamers was wel erg warm om in te slapen. Raam kon bijna niet open en de temperatuur van airco werd niet koeler.

Accueil agréable à mon arrivée et beau bâtiment historique. Mais déçue pour un Ibis Style. La déco est vieillissante même chose de la chambre. Salle de douche décevante. La douche vetuste et très étroite, il faut se faxer pour y rentrer. Salle de petit déjeuner très triste. Bref j’ai été très déçue. Le bâtiment est beau, bien placé et avec un personnel sympathique. Je vous souhaite d’avoir les finances pour faire les rénovations pour en faire un magnifique hôtel même si bien sûr les prix seront plus élevés.

Metz, une belle surprise

Week-end découverte de Metz et l’hôtel proche de la gare est parfait pour cela entre centre ville et musée beaubourg.

Bon emplacement pour un séjour court

Jolie chambre dans une bâtisse historique très proche du centre-ville. Petit déjeuner correct. Par contre, pas de parking et le stationnement est cher et limité dans la rue. Le fait qu'il soit très proche de la gare peut être pratique pour certains, mais le secteur est plutôt mal fréquenté le soir, il faut le, savoir.

Établissement vraiment vieillissant qui ne correspond pas au standing habituel d'un ibis style. Les points positifs : check in rapide, accueil sympathique. Points negatifs : salle de bain vétuste (rideau de douche et peu de pression) , moquette partout peu hygiénique, isolation phonique entre les chambres pas top)

Nous avons séjourné juste une nuit dans cet hôtel, de passage sur Metz à l’occasion d’un roadtrip. Tout était très bien. Petit bémol pour l’absence de fenêtre qui s’ouvre dans la salle de bains. Sinon parfait. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant

Chambre ayant vécu, pas rafraîchi. Pas bcp de place autour du lit. J'ai du débranché la télé pour passer et ne pas me prendre les pieds dedans. Salle de bain d'une autre époque. Tout cela est vieux et manque d'un grand coup de raffraississement : chambre, salle de bain et même commun (tout en moquette d'une époque révolue)...

La dame nous a envoyé vers un autre ibis alors que c’était bel et bien le bon. Celle-ci nous a placé la Chambre près de l’ascenseur je n’ai pas réussi à dormir de la nuit, pour une chambre à 100 euros c’est limite. La chambre est toute petite et pas tres soignée

Avis très Mitigé

Menage fait vite fait. Sol de la salle de bain pas propre, cuvette de wc avec 1 poil et de l'urine sous la lunette... Sinon bonne literie et calme. Petit déjeuner avec du choix mais pas des produits de qualité (jambon= plastique). Personnel serviable et agréable.

Bon séjour globalement Mais lors de notre arrivée. Il n’y avait qu’une seule et unique serviette de toilette. Nous avons due aller en chercher d’autres. Contrairement à l’annonce, pas de téléphone dans la chambre, pas de baignoire, pas de sèche cheveux et la planche à repasser est une option d’après l’accueil. Tout cela est frustrant comparativement à l’annonce de notre réservation.

petite chambre, salle de bain très très petite (incluant les toilettes), de nombreux cheveux dans la douche et lavabo : à se demander si la ménage avait été fait. Pas de serviette de bain (seulement 2 serviettes pour les mains). Matelas très mou : la nuit a été difficile !

Pas dans les standards

On est clairement pas dans les standards des Ibis Style habituels. Propreté moyenne de la salle de bain (moisissures) et de la moquette. Plus de gel douche et vu qu'il n'y a même pas une goutte qui est sortie, ça ne date surement pas d'hier. A ce prix là, ce type d'erreur ne pardonne pas.

Chambre trop chaude pour dormir sereinement (22 - 23°c), malgré le réglage du chauffage positionné à 16°c. Obligé de devoir ouvrir la fenêtre à plusieurs reprises pour rafraichir la chambre.

Ideale ligging in het centrum & nabij station betalende parkings, gastvrij & vriendelijk personeel en charmant gebouw. Verbeterpunten: badkamer verouderd, matras versleten, slechts 1 klein dun hoofdkussen en het koffiemachine in de ontbijtzaal was elke dag stuk. Het ontbijt was volledig & lekker, zelfs in Corona-tijden. Wanneer de verbeterpunten aangepakt worden, voor herhaling vatbaar.

Der er mulighed for parkering i midten af avenuen brug EasyPark, da der er max to timers Parkering indtil kl. 19 derefter gratis til kl. 09.00. Morgenmaden middelmådig, kunne have været bedre på trods af coronavirus. Fint værelse med godt badeværelse. Afstand til centrum (gågaden) max 10 min på gåben

Buona sistemazione al centro di Metz

Ottima posizione, colazione eccellente, camera un po' piccola, ma nel complesso una scelta raccomandabile.

Il y avait un très bon petit déjeuner avec une salle agréable. La chambre était plutôt grande.

très bel hotel à l'architecture intérieure vraiment intéressante. la chambre spacieuse, la salle de bain agréable, les toilettes séparées, une très bonne insonorisation, tout était nickel. la literie pas assez ferme pour moi, mais avec un surmatelas pour un meilleur confort, chacun ses gouts à ce niveau là. le petit déjeuner très bien, juste un bémol sur l'aménagement des ustensiles, pas de cohérence : les bols et tasses à gauche de la salle alors que la machine à café est à droite, les assiettes ça et là... mais bon rien de dramatique non plus ;-) le personnel très aimable, nous a indiqué un parking avec lequel l'hotel a un partenariat : résultat 50% de réduction ! un très bon séjour dans cet hotel ibis.

Nur für eine Nacht

Für eine Nacht war es ok. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Frühstück war chaotisch. Es fehlte ständig etwas.( Geschirr, Besteck, Brot etc. Man musste alles nach ordern. Personal war überfordert.

correct pour une nuit

chambre très petite, salle de bain vieillote. Service du petit déjeuner complètement dépassé, malgré un choix très limité. La réception doit aider au petit déjeuner, ce qui m'a fait attendre 10 minutes pour pouvoir payer ma chambre (malgré le système d'appel en place à la réception).

Excellent accueil de la part du personnel, mais pour le reste, je trouve que ça se dégrade. On me remet la clé d'une chambre qui avait été utilisée et dont le lit était défait. Les grands lits sont en fait deux petits lits mis côte à côte et le clou, c'est que la réception de la TV est tellement mauvaise, voir absente, qu'on ne peut que compter sur son téléphone pour suivre nos programmes préférés. Cette fois-ci je suis un peu déçu, je me demande si je ne vais pas changer d'hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour.
