Clean comfortable stay

A clean comfortable stay in a central location. Staff were helpful. On the downside 1. Construction in the area caused some congestion 2. WIFI was terrible. If you are working, you cannot use WiFi. It was slow and unreliable 3. Room was a little small.

Bedding not comfortable, toilet flooring wet unable to keep dry no drainage. Lift card system very difficult to operate , numerous others guest have problems too going up.

The good thing is that it is next to the mall. Plenty of food options. The worst thing is that my room was not that clean. A bit smelly bathroom and greasy trash cans, fridge etcetera.

Value for money and comfortable

The 1st room has cockroach, 2nd and room has ants. However the service staff is really good.

Check in at 2 pm and still have to wait for the room. The room smell bad because of cigarettes

Day 1 : Asked for extra water bottles TWICW , nothing came . Day 2 : Asked for wake up call . Never happened . Never ever before has this happened in a hotel . Day 3 : Checked out & will never check-in again .

Hospitality is superb.

Great location

We stayed only for three nights. The hotel has all the basics. Bed was comfortable enough, but pillows were too soft. The design of the bathroom means the floor will definitely get wet. For pregnant women, it could be a hazard - I almost slipped twice. Otherwise, we had a comfortable stay and satisfactory breakfast. The location was great - within walking distance to Gajah Mada Plaza and street stalls at night.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable with a fine view of the cityscape outside. I recommend their restaurant, Streats, and the room service was excellent.

Not very impressive for a 4-star

This hotel might have actually done better if they didn't start with giving me 2 badly smelling rooms - one with a smell of mould, the other - of sewage. Terrible start - so bad that I was that close to booking somewhere else and then complaining and requesting a refund. However, then they understood they need to do something, got key cards for 3 more rooms, and even the first of them was OK, so I agreed to stay. Plus some high heels shoes that walked, and walked, and walked right above me. Luckily - not at night :-) The rooms are typical of Ibis Styles, simple and clean (well, when they don't smell badly), comfortable enough and spacious enough. Breakfast was even better than expected, but wifi was useless most of the time. It worked for a few minutes, then was almost gone for twice as much. When I made the ping test, I discovered at the bad moments they had over 80% packet loss. Even when it was good, packet loss was at least 20%. The hotel's location isn't bad, however the street noises are a bit too much for my taste, even at the 8th floor. And worst of all, neighboring room noises were even louder - I had a coughing man the first night and a noisy baby the next 2. Plus some high heels that walked, and walked, and walked.

Helpful & Friendly staff throughout, rooms were not maintained very well, some smells in room, shower area. In room massage was nice feature.

Can provide better food for my breakfast. Every day menu is very similar with little choices.

Express check in and check out, clean and comfy room. Breakfast was delicious!

Happy with my stay at Ibis Styles Hotel. Good location near Busway Station and Gajah Mada Plaza. Room is spacious and clean and breakfast was excellent. Wanted to extend my stay there but rooms were sold out.

The staff was very professional and everyone seemed to be happy working there. The front counter girls very very pleasant. The spa is worth trying. The girls, Andin and Dina were extremely nice, respectful and professional. I will come back. The only down side is the location of the hotel. It’s very crowded and muddy.

Great hotel for short stay in West Jakarta, shopping centre next door, easy to get Grab for transport

A comfy hotel among her range & rate. Location strategic, not far from Central Jakarta and shopping malls. Easy to call for Grab services.

The hotel near shopping centre and previously known as all seasons hotel. Taken over by ibis styles but its not updated in website. Therefore if you take grab service; need to key in all seasons hotel and send message to driver that it change to ibis styles hotel so that driver will know your location for pick up....same if u order grab food also need to send message to driver. Overall service is good, only breakfast is without eggs and sausage

It was an overall great hotel. Wifi was okay, location was great. Traffic in Jakarta however, was the worst part of the experience. But it did make appreciate the hotel more! Much quieter than the outside world!

Clean hotel, feel comfortable

It was a good experience, clean and staffs were very friendly. Breakfast was overwhelming., had lots of varieties. Overall, enjoyed my stay. Also linked to a plaza at the back which was very convenient for our last minute shopping.

Nice stay with accommodating location

It was a good stay, everything was smooth sailing and wonderful, close to shops and malls nearby. Essentially and good place to stay for couples!

Pleasant stay but quite far

Location wise : Quite far from the city center (considering Jakarta's traffic), but near to Old Batavia Town and Ancol. Just a short walk to Transjakarta bus stop. Staff : Very helpful and friendly..though we arrive early we're checked-in in no times.. p/s : we're not provided with face towel since they are pledging for a green course so it is better if u brought yours.

Nice, friendly and great location.

Hotel has very nice ambience , smell, variety of breakfast selection. Staff name Eugene was EXCELLENT beyond expectation. Multi tasking at ease while serving me at check-in the hotel phone was righting she politely ask if she could answer the call.. then walk out just to show us the way of going to the mall outside.. truly customer oriented. Overall hotel is excellent with all friendly staff. If one thing I ask for improvement is with your WiFi.. not need to log in each and every time you step out or change floors.

Friendly and helpful staff

Counter staff (Eugine) was very quick and efficient in handling my issues with credit card billing.

Rooms were updated. Bed was cozy and comfortable! Location is great as it is middle of the strip.

Hotel near mall and busway.

The check-in was fast because there was no queue. I did not have to pay deposit. In the room, two pillows and two bolsters are provided. The breakfast is good. A shopping mall is very near to the hotel.

Nice Place for Biz Stay

The hotel is not well known amongst all cabbies. But no worries, just tell them to head to Gaja Mada Plaza/Tower and take the immediate left and you will be fine. Hawker stalls line up the street at night so if you're feeling adventurous... Any amenities you need can be gotten at the shopping mall/supermarket in Gaja Mada Plaza. The hotel

Convenient location

Everything was great, except for the limited parking and some ants in the room.

fast check in and check out. pleasant service. The room is quiet and peaceful. We had the pool all by ourselves which is great for our 2 toddlers.

Only thing was noise.

Room across from mine left their door open slightly. Baby crying and kids noise were quite loud.

Comfortable and what I expected!

The breakfast buffet was nice. All the staff spoke English. Not really any grouse about my stay except that the sink did not drain properly and the shower stinks when you first turn on the shower. Was the drain. Staff tried to fix it when I reported it but the problem stayed.

not satisfied. the breakfast was so bad . doesn't have spa or massage .I was in other AccorHotel 2 star has spa and massage. staff of reception at check-in was unfriendly and asked me to sign a pledge fine of 1,000,000 Rp if I smoke inside my room . never had like that before.

All good. Need improvement:bathroom too dark-light above toilet not working-, light above sink not directed to your face but to the top of your head, light in shower not pointing straight down, when showering water getting out-need better divider or curtain-, bathroom smells BAD, provide iron loaner.

Good Hotel But Laundry Bag Not Complimentary

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The service was good. However, when I checked out, they asked me to leave laundry bag that I took from the room. I thought with the price I paid, laundry bag supposed to be complimentary for guest. Hhhmmm .... I just felt not good at the end of my stay.

Great choice

This hotel is just great. Bed is very big. We were three persons sleeping in one bed, this is a "super king size bed". Locations is very good, not far from Gambir station, next door to a small shopping centre, where they have good and cheap food. Breakfast is also super great, a lot of choices, and you can also order something to the cook on site.

New hotel, small, but functional and clean rooms

New hotel in a bit of a seedy area, so be aware location may not suit all tastes. But hotel is incredible value for money. Nice bf buffet. Check out the same hotel chain at Thamrin location...usually a tiny bit more expensive, but same standard and better location

A nightmare. After entering my room it smelled a bit weird but I paid no mind to it. Early morning I woke up to a leaking ceiling and wall. After I contacted the reception they sent someone to look and told me to wait. I went down and asked for a room change. The told me to wait till the afternoon. Fortunately some checked out early and they fixed that room for me.

Please be aware that during Ramadan loud music will be played at night, around 3 and/or 4 am. If you intend to sleep during nighttime at this hotel better have noice cancelling headphones or book elsewhere.
