Property is well located and easy to access. Rooms are good size. Had issues with air conditioner not working several days. Also had loss of tv services for 1 day. Staff was very accommodating and provided updates on issue solutions.

Nice, clean, comfortable and save area. Breakfast was great. Restaurant menú for lunch/dinner great.

Nice clean place to stay the night. my first stay with IBIS ever. the rooms are quiet even though the hotel is on a major road. Small basic room but very clean and great use of space. close to major attractions but with a few minutes walk which is nice and encouraged me to explore more of the city than i would have done if it was right on the main few blocks of miraflores where everyone hangs out.

El hotel está bien localizado, muy limpio y el personal muy amable y servicial. Mi único comentario es que, a pesar de estar en una habitación en el 8vo piso, se escuchaba todo el ruido de los vehículos en la avenida. En Perú tocan mucho la bocina de los vehículos, no importa la hora, y se escucha claro en la habitación. Aparte de eso, las facilidades y el personal del hotel son excelentes. Gracias.

Everything was perfect

We chose this hotel to link up with a tour we booked separately which was based on this property. Overall the hotel was good, but the room was small and we they did not offer hand towels for the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was average, but I had seen netter offerings at other hotels in Lima on previous trips. The front desk staff were not very helpful when we checked in, but all other times the staff were very engaging. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night, and it was good Peruvian food.

New building. Very good buffet breakfast. Good location. Felt very comfortable staying at this hotel.

The hotel is very basic but this is what you expect from an IBIS. The location was perfect and walking distance from most things. The staff was very nice as well. My laundry got mixed up with the one of another hotel and I was in a hurry to go to the airport. Errors everyone makes and I don't judge that, but the way they handled it was very professional. They didn't charge me for the laundry and they even hired a taxi to take my clothes to the airport. I am very pleased really and would definitely stay there again. The only inconvenience is that the bathroom floor was not very clean on the first day and it stayed like this throughout my 3 nights.

The property is conveniently located walking distance to Larcomar and Plaza Kennedy. The room was small but had most of what i needed. A small kettle in the rooms would be nice. I was the only person who stayed but the price was for double occupancy, very affordable

One of the 3 stars hotel I have stayed in Lima.

Not the best location but still a good location. Modern building with card access to elevators and room. Good buffet breakfast And very important, everybody treated their guess nicely. I didn't have car but friends visited me and they were able to park in their underground garage for freeAir conditioner, internet, tv worked and had no issues.

Its exactly what an ibis is. Basic, clean and standard hotel. Its perfect if you plan to be out all day. The only terrible thing is that my room only had one plug in which was far from the bed. And I needed to plug in more than 2 things at a time.

I like the service very much, specially Bar Tender Renzo, very professional. The food was very good!!!

All is well. They still implement Covid 19 protocol although not everybody follows. Overall stay at this hotel is very good.

Stayed here only for three nights only before returning to Miami Beach, wished I could have stayed a bit longer. Great location and walking distance to every major shopping and dining spots in Miraflores, Lima. Front Desk staff was extremely helpful and very attentive. Got a room up on the 16th floor and was very quite, no loud guests next door . I arrived very early in the morning on the very first flight returning from Cusco and staff allowed me to leave my bags while I went out for breakfast and lunch. Love their friendly and attentive service. Very impressed with my brief stay and I look forward to returning in the future and booking with them again.

El peor servicio en el counter rompen las reglas cuando quieren , no se saben como trabajar no le recomiendo a nadie ese hotel.

Las habitaciones muy pequeñas. En el baño solo dos toallas, no habían shampoo, shower gel ni acondicionador. En una de las habitaciones que teníamos tampoco había agua caliente. Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación por el ruido en la noche.

No toiletries, not enough towels in the bathroom.It had one hand soap, one 3 in1 travel size bottle for the shower. That's all. Everything else is perfect. Super clean, great staff, good location.

I stayed in Maflores, Lima. The room is clean. The two single beds are small even I am slender. The staff is nice, but they ask me to keep one room keys. We finish the breakfast. I left first and return to the room. my wife was not able to take elevator without key. It is a troublesome. I tried to use safe locker, but fail. I called counter why, the answer is: I need to leave credit card. The breakfast is excellent. The location is good. The taxi service is bad. It take a Long time 15 minutes To get taxi. I told the taxi coordinator drop my wife in airport first , and then to my hotel near the airport. The driver drop me to hotel, then asked more money. I paid driver extra 10 soles. I had nice experience in IBIS in Paris. I have another stay in Calma, Chile, but I will not ask for taxi from hotel.

This was a wonderful area close to the ocean front. It was safe and had many restaurants close by. The staff was super friendly and there was always somebody at the front who spoke english. My only complaint was the rooms were super small. I was told that all the rooms were small. There were also no Iron or fridge in the room.

Beautiful Hotel. Underrated. Most comfortable room I stayed in in Peru and the restaurant is very nice too. No complaints, and I would most certainly recommend.

Lady at front desk very unprofessional, impolite and rude, unwilling to provide any help or info other than the stricktly necessary, refused to save my room key for me so I wouldnt lose it while out and out of the sudden and right in front of herself by front desk in less than 1hr of my check in I was stopped and questioned by another employee about my room number

We checked in super late and they made everything really easy for us. They even had sandwiches for purchase at their 24 hr bar, which was really nice considering we hadn't had time for dinner. Very clean and beautiful hotel. Great breakfast in the morning. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Breakfast was nice. Rooms (or at least the one I stayed) were very noisy. The noise from the motorway was very annoying.

The property is small. I am referring to the common area. The dinning, waiting, and bar areas are all in the entrance way. It seemed very congested as those are all the things you see upon entering. The rooms are small, but sufficient for one person. My room was facing a very noisy street intersection even though I was on the 13th floor. Windows were good though, because they helped reduce the nose levels. The check in process was not pleasant, first impressions were set to be ok. I stuck to doing my own things and just use the room to rest for the most part. Some instruction on how to use the TV would have been helpful.

Convenient hotel in Miraflores

Convenient hotel in a convenient area. The hotel has the basic commodities but it was more than enough for our stay. The breakfast was delicious with big range!

Excellent location, brand new hotel with good facilities. Rooms are very modern and maintained. Only problem is rooms are small, no coffee machine and windows are high and I am not sure why they were designed to be very high. Overall a decent and reasonably priced hotel in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Lima. Would consider re-booking here in the future based on the golden location.

New property with clean comfy rooms. Walking distance to supermarket Tottus just diagonally across as well as to Parque kennedy. This area of Miraflores is peaceful and quiet with alot of residences around. Metropolitano 28 de julio is also right across the street.

As expected of an Ibis hotel, everything is basic but adequate and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location in Miraflores is excellent. Sound insulation is good regarding street noises but is inadequate regarding interior noises from hallway. My biggest complaint is the shower hot water that went from scorching hot to freezing cold within seconds repeatedly, regardless of morning, afternoon or evening.

The water in the shower kept going from cold to hot every 2 seconds. Not starting the day with a nice shower was difficult. The beds are too hard, they only provide two large towels, no small towels, rooms are tiny and there is only plugs in one side of the room, you can't charge purchases to the room at the bar, and some people are the bar can be rude. Location is fantastic though, and security is also great.

It’s very clean and close to shopping areas and restaurants... I would like to have a fridge in the room as well as ironing stand..

Room is a little small but you got what you paid for. Very basic fittings. Location is fine. Friendly staff. A short walk away from amenities, restaurants F&B places. Overall a good hotel for short stay or transit.
