Don’t listen to the bad reviews. We stayed here thinking this would be one of the lower end hotels visited during our trip to Europe and honestly we liked it as one of the best. Our room was very clean and tidy, smelled fresh, view was nice, area was easy to catch the bus into town, the staff were helpful. Only downside is it’s a bit of a walk into the old town but we knew that when booking and the nighttime walks felt unsafe so we took the bus instead. Otherwise would stay here again.

Unclean room. Blood on curtains. Toilet so small you had to sit side saddle on the toilet! No kettle. Mould around outside of shower. Stains on bathroom door. Staff member seemed nice though

It was a nice stay. The property fits more hostel rules but has separate rooms for each guest party. Nice staff at the front desk. Food was ok but a little too expensive for what was included ( or maybe we just hit the wrong date/time). Careful with garage parking if you have a big car. As in many places in Europe everything is small . Close to public transportation. During the summer buses run free of charge.

We had a good stay and the hotel overall was good. Staff were helpful however air conditioning didn’t work I. The room and staff could solve just said to open the window which was not helpful as very hot anyway. Also parking round the area was hard and not convinced although hotel let you unload luggage outside. Loves Annecy and the lake though

Nice hotel close to public transport.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. 8 mins by bus no. 1 to Annecy Gare/main station. All buses are FREE in July & August. Air conditioning doesn't work. Over priced breakfast.

Nice pricing but off the beaten track! Good value for the money.

It was a very nice hotel central to get to town centre. The parking however was tight to get into and had only Tesla EV charging which was no good. Local supermarket charger and parking was only option. Room aircon also didnt cool the room down.

It’s an okay place to stay.

It s impossible to get out of the inside parking without scratching the car. Even with a small car. Its too curvy ans steap... and the cément wall is full of paint's car scratches. But they continue to sent people to park There. IT Coste me à lot of money. Ibis. Never again. And i m not happy Expédia offered me this hôtel.

The bathroom shower is really small and awkward…the shower faces the open side which end up spilling water everywhere

Comfortable and good value

Nicely situated outside Annecy. Lovely rooms and bar but only one person on Reception who was overstretched……

Great location and easy to get to. Noisy street traffic. Overall great value for money.

Leaky Roof!

Overall a nice hotel at a good price despite being 25 minute walk from Annecy. However, on the first night, the ceiling outside our room started to leak during a storm and this was not fixed during the duration of our stay, instead, a bucket was placed and it continued to leak for 5 days. We also found a bug running around one of disposable cups provided in our room!

Perfect base for exploring the area

Staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is a perfect base for exploring Annecy. 30 minute walk or easy to get an Uber. Lovely breakfast. Would recommend

AC didn’t work, breakfast very basic and was included although you have to pay for kids (which isn’t actually detailed anywhere). Location not great, we won’t be staying again.

Good hotel but not location

The hotel was fine but it was quite far from the city centre and train station but we had to book it as there was nothing else available at the time in our budget. There were free buses on the public transport system so we could take one of those into the centre but there was only one bus on Sundays and it didn’t start until 8.40 so we had to walk the 25 minutes back to the station when we left.

The staff was very nice and very helpful but the room itself smelled awful. It stank to high heaven. I had to sleep with the window open and the bugs and who knows what or who else could come in.

The room was enormous and super comfy! The girl in the desk front was super nice, she explained everything that I needed to know about Annecy! The other guys were great too! I absolutely love this place!

Very basic hotel with very small rooms. Towels and bed were very dusty. Deffo not staying there again!

Avoid if you need parking or air conditioning

Checking in was slow and challenging. The parking structure was extremely small with the smallest spaces of any hotel during our 3 week trip. But the worst part was the air conditioning which barely worked, and with the hot weather it was truly unbearable. We barely slept all night. One bright spot was a comfortable bed and pillow, and eco-friendly shampoo in a refillable pump. I can deal with the tiny shower and small room but a hot, stuffy room is intolerable. Finally, leaving the parking garage, the front desk wasn’t answering the call button and three vehicles were stuck for 15 min, unable to leave because there was no answer to open the gate. Truly a terrible experience.

Somewhat outside the main area but a regular bus takes you the 1.5km to the center in a couple of minutes. Parking was only 7 Eur/day and allowed use to be mostly carless during our vacation. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, yogurt, bread, croissants, eggs, and everything your heart desires. Beds were comfortable and we'll stay here again if we come back to Annecy

We stayed in christmas eve for 1 nite. Two ladies (1 Russian and 1 Brazilian) took great care of us and were very helpful in answering all our questions

Nice hotel for a one night stop in Annecy

Hotel is very confortable but room is small ! Breakfast is good with a lot of choice. On-site parking for 7€ / night is very convenient. A few restaurants walkable not far from the hotel (Italian, Kebab, Traditional, ...)

Very good for family,clean, warm in winter, very large rooms, very friendly receptionists and staff.

Leider musste ich bei der Bewertung Abzüge vornehmen, da unser Zimmer etwas zu kalt war und die Heizung den Raum nicht warm bekommen hat. Ein extra Heizstrahler hat geholfen, aber die ersten zwei Nächte waren kalt. Außerdem ist leider um 9:45 Uhr Frühstückseier ausgegangen, obwohl das Frühstück bis 10:30 Uhr geht. Auf Nachfrage beim Personal wollten sie sich kümmern. Trotz Zusage wurde nichts mehr serviert und um 10:30 Uhr haben sie angefangen aufzuräumen. Das war leider kein guter Service

Chambre, salle de bain et literie confortables. Une seule chambre sur trois louées avait le plateau bouilloire. Le personnel de réception a rapidement corrigé l'erreur à notre demande.

Le personnel est extraordinaire, très bien répondu à toute nos demandes.

Il y a un stationnement intérieur mais si on a un véhicule intermédiaire, c’est très serré. Nous nous sommes finalement stationné en zone bleue malgré qu’on avait payé le stationnement de l’hôtel

Pas terrible

L’hôtel est mal insonorisé. Attention au parking qui est payant et pas adapté pour les véhicules (venez avec des véhicules pas plus grand qu’une clio). Le lit est dur et les coussins sont confortables. La chambre est globalement propre mais la salle de bain présente quelques traces de moisissures.

Silenzioso. Camera ampia, molto spaziosa con piccolo balconcino. Ottima colazione. Personale gentile. Comodo bollitore elettrico in camera peccato che ancora presente all'interno filtro di qualche precedente cliente. In bagno presenti all'arrivo asciugamani usati appesi alla porta di qualche cliente precedente. Parcheggio albergo solo per auto di medie dimensioni, quindi abbiamo dovuto cercare parcheggio nei dintorni.

L'un des seul hôtel à pouvoir accueillir notre famille de 5 personnes dans une seule chambre pour notre séjour à Annecy. Chambre familiale spacieuse, lits confortables. Toutes commodités (un petit réfrigérateur aurait été un plus). Petit déjeuner avec un choix suffisant de produits. L’hôtel est bien situé et permet d'accéder au centre ville rapidement en bus. Supermarché, restaurants et air de jeux pour enfants a proximité. Très bon rapport qualité prix Merci à Annie (responsable de l'établissement) et à ses équipes pour leur amabilité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille et reviendrons sans hésiter.

Sehr langsamer Check in. Klimaanlage brachte kaum Kühlung bei 30 Grad C Außentemperatur. Zimmer ausreichend groß. Hellhörig! TV Fernbedienung total kompliziert (Tastenbelegung vertauscht).

Hadde familierom for 5 personer. Funket fint. Litt utenfor byen. Men bra hotell for bra pris. Vennlig i resepsjonen og snakket bra engelsk og forklarte godt når vi hadde spørsmål. God frokost.

Bonjour, Hôtel sympathique, j'ai pu garer ma voiture sur une zone bleue à l'extérieure. Pour rejoindre Annecy nous avons longé la rivière le Thiou 15-20 minutes à pied à l'ombre. Très sympa à faire. Les bus sont gratuits à Annecy en 5 min de bus vous êtes au centre. J'aurai aimé avoir un peu de salade au petit-déjeuner (légumes) autrement le buffet était copieux! Merci

Rummet var väldigt liten, det var en kvinna var väldigt otrevlig mot min make, medans jag var på rummet min man gick ner för att äta frukost då han glömde Ticket man visar att man har frukost, då han började serveras frukost hon sa din ticket, min man sa min fru kommer ner om några minuter, hon var otrevlig och ville att han skulle hämta ticket , tycker att detta kvinna ger inget service som Ibis Hotel i vanliga fall aldrig hade problem. Men man blir besviken såklart.

Rigtig fin hotel til familier. Behjælpelig personale, vores bil var for stor til deres egen parkering, men var hjælpsomme ift. at finde en anden mulighed. Rigtig Fin morgenmad til prisen. Værelset var stort samt rent og pænt. Kan klart anbefales til børnefamilier.

Ankom kl 23:45, så det er meget begrænset hvad vi har nået at opleve, men vi var glade for 24/7 bemanding. Værelset var godt til prisen. Gode senge, rent og pænt og dejligt med en lille altan. Morgenmaden: der var hvad der skulle være. Dog en noget støjende og sammenpresset oplevelse - har været i en børnehave, hvor der var mindre støj.

Convenient to get to the town with bus. Very basic hotel

Hotellet er udenfor byen, dog let tilgængelig med bus. Værelset var beskidt og lugtede, bad ellers om ny værelse med alt var udsolgt. Ville gøre ekstra rent men det hjalp ikke. Ingen Aircondition. Morgenmad er fint.

Agréable chambre très bien insonorisée, et confortable. Cependant les papiers peints et moquettes sont un peu à revoir car pas très jolis, démodés et sombres. Un peu de rénovation serait souhaitable dans l’hôtel en général.

A cidade é um encanto.

A estadia foi ótima, a localização é excelente, relativamente próxima ao centro, estação de trem bem perto, mas tem ônibus na porta, comércio ao lado.Na área do banheiro faltam cabides para pendurar a roupa. Entre a pia e o espelho falta um apoio para colocar escova de dente, pasta e fio dental, pois ficam sobre a pia. O staff é muito gentil e prestativo, a limpeza é boa. O café da manhã é bom, mas repetitivo.

Un ibis... mais vu le prix de la chambre (160€) on espère au moins une cafetière ou une bouilloire. Dérisoire… et puis forcé la vente du petit-déjeuner à son arrivée au prétexte de pouvoir mieu se préparer le matin... bref, je n'y retournerai pas

Hôtel dans un cadre urbain..... Accès parking compliqué pour un véhicule un peu imposant.... Remontées d'odeurs dans la salle de bains ( peu agréable). Mais globalement suffisant pour un séjour de courte durée.

Chambre propre avec une tres bonne literie. La fenetre coté rue semble avoir pris du jeu et laisse passer pas mal de bruits de la ville

Chambre très (trop) petite, mal conçue (on peut se cogner au barres porte manteau. IBIS, Accor, soyez honnêtes avec vos clients et affiché la surface de la chambre et ne postez pas seulement une seule photo de cette chambre ! (Quelle coïncidence !). Pas bureau contrairement à l'indication Hotels.com, seulement un meuble bas....tres inconfortable de prendre un repas ou simplement travailler.

Mauvais sommeil a cause du bruit de la rue

Hotel simple et plutot bon marche. Mais pour moi un gros probleme - le bruit de la route. Tres mauvaise insonorisation par rapport a la rue qui passent juste en bas des chambres.

La chambre était grande comme annoncé sur le site. Petit bémol, du coup la télé au mur semble petite pour cette grande pièce. Les WC sont petits donc difficile d’entrer puis de refermer la porte. Il faut faire l’acrobate. L’accès au parking n’est pas évident car en virage et il y a peu de place surtout pour en ressortir : le risque de frotter est très important. Sinon le personnel était très accueillant et à l’écoute.

A déconseiller

Salle de bain avec colonne de douche cassée, rideaux très sales et insuffisants pour ne pas inonder tte la sdb. Lorsqu'on est assis sur les WC, on se retrouve avec la tête dans le lavabo ! Qt au parking, peu de place pour manoeuvrer, il faut être un as du volant pour ne pas toucher les murs !

Die Toilette ist sehr eng, für etwas übergewichtige Personen ist ein Gang zur Toilette schwierig.

L'hôtel indique qu'il propose un parking, mais a ma grande surprise à mon arrivée à 22h00 que l'hôtel me demande de chercher une place de Parking dans les ruelles adjacente. Merci de supprimer le logo du Parking pour cet hôtel.

Überschaubar. Garage für gute Fahrer mit kleineren Autos. Ca. 7 Kilometer von der Altstadt entfernt.

We hadden twee kamers geboekt via Expedia maar bij aankomst bleek er maar één kamer bekend te zijn. Dit werd snel door het personeel opgelost! De kamers waren prima. Schoon, goede bedden en prima formaat. Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreide keuze. Parkeren is wel een dingetje. Rond het hotel is een zone met parkeerschijven. Van 17.00 tot 9.00 uur is dit niet het geval maar in de periode tussen deze tijden moet je iedere twee uur de schijf aanpassen (een half uur in het gebied dichter naar het centrum).

Einfach und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

Fint och välplanerat familjerum med gott om plats för fem personer. Toaletten något liten och separat från badrummet. En bit in till centrum men gratis bussar (i juli och augusti) går precis utanför. Stor livsmedelsaffär precis i närheten. Städerskan städade bort en av våra påsar med grejer men vi blev kompenserade. God kontakt med personalen. Vattenkokare på rummet.

Bien, mais des points à améliorer

Séjour très correct dans cet Ibis. Très satisfaits du café et du petit-déjeuner, ainsi que du bar où l'on a pu s'installer pour jouer à des jeux de société. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme du quartier et de l'hôtel bien insonnorisé. En revanche, manque cruel de pression dans la douche, signalé deux fois sans amélioration malgré une intervention technique. Le linge de toilette était changé tous les jours (ce que nous n'avions pas demandé) et nous avions deux draps de bain mais une seule serviette de toilette pour deux (alors que nous en avions demand" deux). Dommage!

Struttura senza reception camera pulita ma piccolissima

La proximité avec annecy, on y est en peu de temps, la literie est confortable, grande chambre pour 5 personnes ce qui est rare, bien insonorisé. La propreté était limite, le parking extrêmement difficile de se garer: l'hôtel devrait préciser dans son descriptif qu'il est accessible seulement aux voitures de moins de 4m50, j'en ai été informé seulement au moment du check-in
