On check in they forced us to buy a second room because apparently parents and their little kids 4 and 7 cant stay in the same room…

This is a wonderful hotel. We stayed only one night as we were catching a flight the next day. It's easily accessible by walking a few minutes from the Zurich airport. The check-in was fast a very friendly. We called to ask for an extra duvet and received it within 10 minutes. The room was very modern and beautiful. We slept very well and it was completely silent despite being next to the busy airport.

This was my first time in Zurich. I wish more airports were designed like this. It was easy to get to. Also, it was similar to "town centers" in the US, so everything (dining, shopping, etc.) was convenient and walkable. This was a really nice hotel. The room service was amazing! I don't order rom service too much, but this did not break the bank and the food was so delicious! Will stay here again if I'm ever in an overnight layover situation again.

AC Is Not Turned On Here

The staff was friendly and the facilties are nice enough. The issue with why we won’t stay here again is that the air conditioning is not turned at all and the room was so hot because of the stagnant air. We went down to the desk 4 separate times about this and each time were told that “engineering will fix this”. Just in walking through the lobby and elevators, other random guests were literally saying the same thing to all kinds of staff there. I literally had to sleep on the floor by the window because it was cooler there than on the bed. It didn’t help that the sheets and blanket, while comfortable, were incredibly hot, too. Unless you always sleep with no air on at all, trust me when I say - avoid this at all costs, airport-adjacent or not.

It was great having the hotel close to the airport for an early flight out. The hotel was great and the staff was great as well. 10 out of 10, would come back.

This is one of the most amazing airport hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Literally a few minutes to walk from the terminal to the hotel. All around the hotel are nice shops and restaurants as an added bonus. Immaculate rooms, very modern, wonderful front desk staff, gym and sauna. The beds and pillows were so comfortable as well and there are nice amenities in the room. 5 stars aren’t enough to describe this hotel. The hotel bar is super cool as well.

Everything was smooth, our room was excellent, the Regency Club was nice, breakfast was great, items in the minibar adequate, staff were friendly and helpful!

Very convenient. Great staff. Clean room. The only complaint was that there was only one option to eat at in the hotel and it doesn't accept euros. It wasnt a big problem because the airport is accross the street with many options, but since there was a snowstorm at my time of stay, it would have been nice to eat at the hotel.

Convenience, although I wish the property description had mentioned that it was a walkable distance from the airport. I stressed quite a bit over how I would get there, when in fact there was no need to arrange transportation to the hotel.

The room design is outstaning, newly renovated, super clean. The bathroom felt like a spa. The staff speaks english and is very helpful. Peloton fitness videos to do before good dining options around.

Did not like room service at all. Paid a hundred euros for breakfast and didn’t get much of anything!! Very small portions and not was ordered.

The air-conditioning is turned off for the winter. We stayed two separate nights same issue and it was very very hot with everything turned off. We could not sleep.

The hotel is near impossible to find from the airport.

This was my first time in Europe and it was a great experience. The staff were very helpful even when I didn't know how to use the elevator as I am from the states. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Dining options were great too without having to venture out of the hotel to find something good to eat. It is also easy to get to it by tram and train since it's close to the flughafen.

Well. It doesn’t get any more convenient than this hotel. We took the train in from Kandersteg and had to leave first thing in the morning for a flight back to the US. When I tell you that the hotel was steps from our train platform and steps back to the airline terminal in the morning…this is what travel heaven looks like. The bed was cozy, the shower warm and strong, the warm toasty croissants and fresh squeezed juice in the morning at 4AM….divine. The frontal staff were so kind and lovely. I will fly through Zurich at every opportunity if it meant staying at this wonderful retreat in the middle of a transportation hub.

A captive hotel for passengers transitting Zurich.

A one night stay. Missing a coffee shop for a simple meal. The Lebonese restaurant in the hotel was expensive. We asked for water. We expected free distilled water since they did not ask us whether we wanted still or sparkling. They brought us an opened bottle of still water and charged us CHF 10.25. It was the most expensive water we ever had.

The Hyatt Regency at Zurich Airport is the perfect choice for travelers in transit and tourists who wish to stay in Zurich. It is well-connected to the city, only 10 minutes away by excellent public transportation. The hotel is new and spotless. The breakfast is superb, and the rooms are comfortable. I am glad I chose to stay at the Hyatt instead of in the city center because I love modern hotels, and the service was fantastic. It is highly recommended.

Very conveniently located for trains buses and planes. The hotel was clean, had a great gym, good food was available.

The Hyatt Regency Zurich provided what I would expect from a Hyatt. However, my low score is due to the fact the thermostat was locked at a very muggy 23c. I find this completely unacceptable and have since read s8milar reviews.

A great hotel, right at the airport, very well maintained, spacious room with nice amenities, convenient to various dining and shopping options, complimentary breakfast buffet has a large selection of food, will definitely stay there again.

Elevators are malfunctioning, takes a long time to make it go to the needed floor by tapping those cards, which it often does not recognize. AC controller in the room literally blocked remotely and room had stale, hot air. Windows can’t be opened in any way in entire building. Proposed room to change appeared to be slightly cooler, but somehow smaller and with defects (curtain falling off, one bed lamp was broken, one usb charging port at the desk is broken). Would not stay in this hotel again.

We were there overnight to cover a 15 hrs wait between 2 flights. It was walkable so we did not lost anytime. Wished the breakfast was not so expensive ... hopefully the hotel is at walkable distance from places where you can eat or purchase something for breakfast. The staff was very nice ...

Excellent stay. Clean and comfortable room. I arrived late about 10pm for one night before our flight. My only complaint is the mini bar / fridge was empty. No beverages. Also, no view and we had the last room on the seventh floor which was quite a walk and my son was on crutches. Otherwise, we loved the room and cleanliness.

Customer Service was phenomenal! My wife and I were we checked in by Lea and she was the absolute sweetest. She made me feel so taken care of. She conveniently was also the same person to check my wife and I out and remembered the details of what our next couple days were going to be and wished us the best. My flight was rebooked and it was a trying day. I booked the hotel because i knew it would be what i needed. It was heaven. I was able to rejuvenate for a long day ahead. It was spic in span, quiet, elegant, sophisticated, with a cloud bed and energizing shower.
