Very pleasant stay at Suzhou Hyatt Regency hotel, hotel staff are generally very polite and helpful. I would give 4 out of 5, the only problem is their breakfast was not as good as expected given the price

Great modern hotel, well located

Modern hotel, located close to the Suzhou exhibition centre , Metro and Mall. Rooms are large. Breakfast was tasty, with mixture of Asian flavours and European pastries / cereals. Staff speak English and friendly.

I got mosquito bites on the 19th floor in my room on the first night. The staff immediately put some repellent the next day so the problem solved

Enormous room, great amenities. Huge comfy bed. Carpet so thick in hallways it was hard to push suitcases.

The service is great and it seems that the goal of this hotel is to make customers happy. Just wish it can improve the food variety and quality in lounge. We are very satisfied with the overall experience in stay and will come back again.

A relaxing getaway

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary. We were thoroughly looked after by the staff particularly by Dany. She even organised a surprise decoration in our room. Very comfortable, great service and wonderful staff. Thank you!

Awesome staff and great room.

Awesome hotel, close to the train station. The staff was really helpful and warm as well. The hotel feels like it's higher than just regency hyatt, pretty close to grand hyatt.

Excellent staffs and property, good location to next to subway entrance

Luxury hotel near the lake and metro.

The design of the hotel is ultra modern. The large, well-equipped rooms twist round a hollow inside. From Reception you can look up to the ceiling which is nearly 30 floors above. It is an amazing site. My 22nd floor room had spectacular view over the city. Many of the surrounding buildings are decorated with LED lights at night and look amazing. I would recommend taking the breakfast option if offered as it came with a nightly cocktail package and offered great value. I must make a special mention. Lee, who manages the Regency Club on 28th floor made out stay an absolute pleasure. He made us feel welcome, helped greatly to arrange a trip to the local city of Hangzhou and was full of suggestions about how to spend our time. It can be quite daunting for a Westerner wanting to travel by train in China but Lee even arranged the tickets for us and told us where to pick them up to avoid queuing. I also need to mention the Concierge team. Sabine in particular was brilliant in helping to print off our boarding cards, arrange extra chains for the room, provide ice buckets etc, etc.

Nice location and nice hotel. Very helpful and quick staff

Very helpful and smooth check in. My room wasn’t ready (I was early). I went for lunch and when I came back an hour later my cases were already in my room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable; room service was good and the Market Cafe buffet restaurant is an excellent deal!

No help with luggage. Breakfast was overcooked (bacon like beef jerky, dim sum overstated).

Suzhou business trip

Had an enjoyable business trip to Suzhou for the first time. Enjoyed the stay at Hyatt Regency much. Very clean and calm neighborhood and an international and professional atmosphere. Professional and reliable experience that lived up to expectations. Spring seems to be a perfect time of the year to visit area.

A reliable choice

Very comfortable and clean. The staff were efficient and friendly. It is positioned near shops, restaurants and the metro, all very convenient. Very happy to stay here again.

Warm room in winter at Hyatt Regency Suzhou

The room too stifling hot, sweat when get out of bed and wake up during midnight because of drenched in sweat.

Nice room, friendly staff

Had a great experience at Hyatt Regency in Suzhou. I think this place would be extremely suitable for a business trip - it is in a central location (CBD area), and wifi is based on overseas connections so that access to FB, youtube etc is allowed without having to VPN. Room was comfortable and clean. However, as a tourist it is not close to some of the major attractions in Suzhou (e.g. the famous gardens). There is however, metro right outside the hotel which makes it rather convenient. A plus to the hotel staff for their service as well: I called room service for dinner and they could tell I was sick over the phone hence also provided ginger tea, which I thought was extremely sweet!

Nice hotel close to eateries and the mall.

The cafe staff who served my first cup of morning coffee at the breakfast buffet came to my table without any spoon, milk, and sugar. And the cafe was only about a third filled at that time.

Suzhou getaway

The hotel was a lovely, hyper-modern escape, with nice amenities and a very helpful staff. The dining was great. The location provided easy access to the subway directly into the old city. The view from our room was great as well.

Nice hotel!

Nice business hotel with comfortable rooms and good location for those that have business matters in the SIP. It's really a business neighborhood, so not many places to visit around, but some malls .

以蘇州同標準的酒店，凱悅整體比W 跟香格里拉勝出。 地點佳，早餐稍微有油煙但豐富可口選項多，瑕不掩瑜。 房價也可以接受。

電掣十分複雜，很難弄清楚需要的燈光。溫度鎱的調教方法亦沒有説明！我早上九時check out ,櫃檯只得一人， 需等待很長時間！

立地も施設もサービスも素晴らしい。

落ち着いたホテルで、とても居心地がよかったです。日本語ができるスタッフの方もいました。ただ、ホテルの朝食のブッフェ会場やルームサービスの方には、英語が通じませんので、簡単な中国語は覚えておいた方が便利です。

無所不在的菸味

訂房時特別注意這是無菸房，也特別註明要無菸房。Check in 後進入房間聞到的就是菸味，與前台反應清潔人員來檢查後告訴我們只能開窗散去菸味。我們不能接受這樣的處理方式，再次與前台反應後前台就幫我們更換房間了。除了這個狀況之外其他都符合凱悅飯店的水準。另外房門外走廊上還是有菸味的存在。

設備は良いが、英語があまり通じなかった。 hotels.com での予約は朝食込みだったのに、朝食が入っていなかった。朝食込みのプランはもともとないということで、これはhotels.comの手違いのようだった。 ただスタッフは英語が通じないにもかかわらず、一生懸命だったので、過ごしやすかった。

朝早くに到着したので荷物だけを預けたかったのに英語が全く通じなかった上チェックインの手続きをしないと預けられないというようなことを言われた。早朝だったのでもちろんチェックインできる部屋はなく部屋を探すのにかなりの時間をかけたのにもかかわらず最終的に部屋は準備できてないので外出してる間に荷物を部屋に入れておくと言われやっとの思いで荷物を預け外出。戻ってきて鍵を受け取るのに英語の通じるスタッフがおらず待たされ受け取ったが荷物はまだストレージに放置されたままで結局自分で部屋まで運ばなければいけなかった。Hyattなのに英語のできるスタッフがあまりにも少ないのと横との連携ができていなかったのに少しがっかりした。何かあった時に言葉が通じないのはとても不安である。

总体很不错的体验。房间宽敞明亮，直接能看到金鸡湖。泳池还有按摩池，湿蒸房及泳衣甩干机，很干净整洁。早餐品种丰富，但吃完早餐身上有一股油味儿，这点需要改善。

건물 외관 및 내관이 너무 멋짐. 방도 모던하고 깔끔하게 잘 되있음. 조식 예약을 깜빡했는데 직원이 서비스로 해줘서 너무 고마웠음. 다만 아쉬운건 주변에 공사지역이 많아서 8시쯤부터 시끄러워서 잘수가 없음.

服务待提高

服务实在很一般 没有比四星好在哪里 酒店在做送红包的活动 抽到了折扣券 也没有写清楚一次只能用一张 大堂吧消费了 把三张折扣券给服务员 只折扣了一张的费用 结果三张券倒全部收走了 另外 我们订了两间房 前台说是相邻的 结果房间之间差的很远 也没办法换 员工需要加强培训

商旅的好選擇

基本上是符合Hyatt level的酒店,雖然早餐選擇性有限,且健身房旁的淋浴設施不大,但整體清潔度還是很好的.而且離shipping Mall很近, 很適合差旅時的選擇.

従業員に教育が行き届いておりレベルが高いが、レストランでマナーが劣悪な地元客への対応が全く不足しており、激しい騒音やバスローブにスリッパのままの姿も平気で許すのは、ハイアットの水準を著しく低下させている

園区の便利な場所にあり買い物や食事にも何の問題もありません。部屋も清潔ですしフロント対応もいいです。朝ごはんは特に良いと言うわけではありませんが普通に美味しく食べれます。

物有所值

已经第二次入住蘇州凱悅酒店，員工非常有禮貌，房間很舒適，早餐選擇多，也很好味。以後再來也會再入住。
