My room was very clean and the bathroom. Staff was exceptional. They have a shuttle service I believe every hour to the airport, which is very convenient.

Sahran and Ahmad took great care of us. Also the lady cleans the rooms is very nice and helpful. Super clean property. I definitely recommend it

Staffs are so professional and yet friendly. Came out to bring my buddy and I's luggages in. After the check in formalities, was walked to the room and was introduced himself personally to us, and explain about all the things this hotel has to offer. This is why I'm a Hyatt member, if the price on Expedia and Hyatt were the same, I would have booked on the Hyatt's website myself but it was $50 difference so I booked with Expedia. But overall, tend to stay with Hyatt, due to the awesome beds and amenities and friendly professional staffs.

Best choice for couple or family , this hotel has the best restaurants with great food.Spa free access and swimming pool. We had buffet dinner at Choices and it was excellent. Rooms are spacious and very clean .

The service, the food were exceptional. You need to take a taxi to go to the tourist area but close to the airport. Highly recommend!

Great location close to the airport. Perhaps a 10 minute ride by taxi? Easy to get a taxi outside the airport and the journey cost around $10 USD one way. We had very short stays both times we stayed here (less than 8 hours) because we were connecting flights but we enjoyed the pool and bar before bed and everything was very quiet and clean. A perfect stopover hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel, amazing food, fabulous staff. Yashdeep from the front office at the Hyatt in Doha should be managing the global training for hospitality everywhere - travelling would be a pleasure if he was!

The building was amazing. Inside you felt as if you were in a dome full of light and glass.

Stayed only one night for a layover. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable.

Very clean modern hotel. Customer service was excellent. Nothing negative to say about the hotel itself but the bars/restaurants very expensive in comparison to good local options.

Friendly and helpful employees, good bed,, good shower. Convenient to airport. Have to arrange transportation to hotel ahead of time, but very convenient and less expensive to get a taxi at the airport. 15-20 minute ride from airport to hotel.

Enjoyed my stay at hotel except for the smell of cigarette smoke in our requested non smoking room. Every thing else was of high standard. Will stay here again should there be no smell of cigarette smoke in room.

Terrific hotel--spotlessly clean, convenient to the airport, very comfortable bed. For the money I wouldn't stay anywhere else when in transit in Doha. Highly recommended!

Leisure facilities modern and clean open all day enjoyed the time spent in the pool and sauna. Hotel is of a high standard my only complaint was our room was a bit dated and tired bathroom needs upgrading not worthy of a 4 star hotel but bed really comfortable had a great nights sleep

The staff were very courteous. They helped me to check-in late and allowed me late checkout. They helped me to arrange currency exchange and told me that they had an ATM in the hotel. The room service was excellent. The chef recommended some items that went beyond my expectations

Perfect hotel for a perfect city

We spent two nights at the Hyatt Oryx and couldn’t have been more pleased. The room rate was very reasonable and check in was handled efficiently and in a welcoming manner. This hotel has a very beautiful lobby/multi-story atrium that was very elegant. There is a jazz club, a wine room, a cafe in the atrium and a large restaurant just off the atrium on a floor above the lobby. The large restaurant serves a voluminous buffet breakfast and I imagine also offers a buffet for dinner. We were there on New Year’s Eve so we could see all the special decorations they were putting in place. We were in a basic price level room but both it and the bathroom were very large, spacious and well laid out. Everything seemed new, clean and in good working order. We ordered room service one evening and it arrived quickly and was beautifully displayed and delicious. All the staff at the hotel were helpful, friendly, and available. The hotel is relatively close to the airport (but is not an airport hotel) and also a very short walk from a metro stop. We didn’t use the metro during our brief visit but hear it is clean and easy to use to get around Doha. We used taxis and Ubers and we found the hotel within easy reach of all the wonders Doha has to offer. Overall, an outstanding stay at this Hyatt; I can’t wait to visit again soon. Doha (and Qatar more generally) should be on every traveler’s short list for next destination. Lots to see and do; everything is brand new. Love it!

Exceptional

Beautiful place to stay ,staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms had any facility or amenity you might need for a stay, the room was well stocked with tea coffee. Close to airport. All i can say it was an incredible experience for stay & food was excellent 5 stars.

Only issue was the A/C made the room very cold. Engineers tried to fix it but couldn't be changed. Hotel offered us to move rooms but we weren't interested. Issue could not be fixed but the hotel went above and beyond to fix it.
