Great staycation spot!

Bathroom Remodel

Nice hotel and great location, but the bathroom in my room was dirty… the floors are filthy, the shower walls are dirty and the paint looks dingy. The bathrooms need a major overhaul.

Great hotel though there is self parking available next to the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and took attention to our needs .. it was a pleasant stay

Hotel in excellent location right next to the Galleria. Only option to park is valet , works well but parking is overpriced .

The room was very nice and clean. The check in process was great, fast and efficient. The only bad experience was that after we checked out, they wrongly charged us for a beer that we never drank. We emailed the food and beverage manager, but he never replied to our email. They did refund the amount wrongly charged but they should have emailed us back.

Very nice hotel, great service and very good location

Manager very condescending told me I was basically frugal for booking with expedia and should of found a cheaper the hotel manager told me “if I was going to complain about the double charges and holds on my card that I should of been aware of the authorization charges.” It takes 7 days to get my money back but she didn’t have to belittle me could have just said nothing I can do hotel policy I can’t waive incidental room charges.

Very clean, nice place. My only complaint was the man who walked into our room the day of discharge without knocking or anything. He just entered with his key. That should not have happened

I’ll definitely recommend this property to friends and family! I’ll definitely come back! The staff was amazing the room was clean and the water in the lobby is infused with fruits and things of greatness 🤗 I only have a problem with paying for parking everyday after what u pay a night! 🙈 but it was very home feeling far as comfort! Not an entertaining place but very comfortable and relaxing! A place for mature adults traveling solo or family! 👍

Great location and wonderful stall

This is one of the best Hyatt Regency hotels I have ever stayed at! What makes it great is the staff and management, they all are very customer oriented and do their best to provide a good experience for their guests. The rooms are clean and modern; and the location is great too, shopping and good restaurants around plus you can get to most places in Houston within 15-20 minutes, very convenient! Will be back again.

Overall pleasant experience

We came for the NYE on December 31, 2024. The hotel was a great pleasant surprise: easy valet parking, fast check-in, incredible staff, super clean, elegant and beautifully decorated! It is right next to The Galleria mall, 3 minutes walk. It has a great coffee shop in the lobby, as well as a bar. Elevators access with room key for safety. Everything was perfect, my wife and I fully recommend this jewel!

This was our first stay at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. Very nice property. Our attendant was very helpful. He made our check in very easy and quick. We loved our room. Beds were comfortable, well kept up, clean and very spacious. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for shopping at the Houston Galleria. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed spending some time at the bar as well.

Check in was friendly, inviting, fast, and they made us feel welcome and special. The room was spacious and clean and the lobby, bar, and restaurant were lively and very well decorated for the holidays. This is a great part of town to be in for the month of December.

Nice hotel and good value

The valet guys were great! I appreciate their promptness and courtesy. We stayed in room 608 and the light bulb in the bathroom needs to be changed out. The hotel was fantastic in all ways 😊

Excellent stay and will absolutely be back for our next trip. Hotel was amazing. So very clean, room was gorgeous and clean. Bathroom was clean. Was not disappointed at all. Hotel staff and Valet were absolutely amazing and friendly. This is now our go to for stays in Houston!

This property offered cleanliness, a spacious room and a very helpful staff. We chose this location due to it being in an area for shopping. There are dining options offered in the hotel and within walking distance around the hotel. I would definitely recommend and will return again for future travel.

I had the worst experience here the first we arrive we were unable to to use the pool they had rented it out to a private party for a sweet 16 birthday party they told us that it would be available at 6:30 when we went to get in the pool again we confronted by a hostile employees telling us that we could not come in they decided to give us an credit for breakfast the next morning we decline because we had reservations for brunch they then stated they would comp us for a night than told the only way they could do that if I chose to be honors member they continued to lue to our faces and passing the buck no house keeping came until 5 pm had to request for towels wash Clothes ran out of toilet paper took them an hour to bring it up to us had to use the bathroom in the gym area they only had 8 channels said no longer have cable if we want to watch something find the app on our phones it was just not a good experience

Property is a cross from the Galleria mall. The only bad I have is the daily valet parking rate is overpriced and that price do not include tip. The valet parking and self parking are in the same garage. The self parking was alot less (even if you go in and out multiple times) because I can park my own car.

From the Valet team to the customer service desk, cleaning crew, restaurant staff and how could we forget bartender Israel who was simply amazing and knowledgeable. Upon arrival the hotel had this great energy. Checking in and out the hotel was a breeze. The room was very clean and spacious. The Galleria was right across the street from the hotel and it was close to other shopping centers and restaurants. I would recommend and would stay again.

This hotel was fabulous.

I enjoyed my stay. As a Houstonion in need of shelter after hurricane Beryl, the shower was the BEST. I was surprised at the Valet parking rate for $50 a night. I also believe that Hyatt could afford to put a microwave and ice machine on every floor. Why would i want ro get on an elevator and ride to the 3rd floor with my food or to get ice? Its not a dormitory.

Reception wasn’t helpful except Elain. Valet parking staff so aggressive and pushy to park your car Hotel was alright Gym machines were broken (Tredmil and Elliptical )

Overslept and needed a late check out time and they were so nice to let me check out late and no charge

The parking was not spoke about before arriving, it is $50 per night and they only offer valet. The room amenities were also lacking for what we paid.
