This place is excellent with a big shopping mall, where can spend more than a day 😀

Great breakfast buffet. Rooms were large and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We booked two rooms together with bath tub but when we checkin, the hotel staff said there is only one room with bath tub. So we need to accept it with disappointment but then they told me the other room not available yet 😕 which it was already around 630 PM. Not sure what happen on it so we have to go to dinner first. It was a bit of disappointment.

Hengqin Hyatt a great hotel

The hotel is in a great location where there is a mall that connects to the mall. The breakfast is great. My only complaint is that the afternoon club experince was the worst. There were many Hongkong people due to the Good Friday. The food was bland. We were asked to leave because my baby is crying.

It was a nice family hotel.

The sevice has large room for improvement, the check in was terrible that I booked 2 rooms but could only get one while I checked in. I had to wait more than one hour to get all my rooms ready. And the breakfast was overcrowded, and the outdoor pool was closed, and the in room services was terrible low speed. All and all, the stay was terrible

I was impressed. My family will definitely go back.

比较荒，周围没什么好玩的。除了这家酒店已经开始营业之外，其它的都处于未开发好的一种状态。就是考虑它离长隆比较近才订的。如果不是这个个人需求，不太推荐选择这家。

Great hardware, kids friendly, great spa.

The stay in general was great, as the hotel was new, clean and kid friendly. They have a kids area where we paid a small fees and our kids learnt how to paint and made some cookies. All the staff were friendly and well trained. My wife and I went to the SPA and it was a delightful experience. We were met by Ms Sammi Wang, the SPA manager and she were able to provide a delightful experience for us, especially during CNY where the bookings were full. A big Thank You to her. The housekeeping team on our floor (18th) was also surprisingly proactive in terms of asking if we need help / supplies during our stay. We met different members and one of them was the supervisor and they were all friendly and welcoming. The only downside was our checkin experience as we waited over 1 hour to get our room due to CNY velocity. We went with another family and while we got our room around 3pm (as expected during peak period), they did not get their room till 6pm and we needed to rearrange our evening plan. Furthermore, when we asked for extra blankets, the front desk said they run out! It was a bit disappointing. In summary, we will avoid going during peak times until the hotel has more experience running during peak periods.

Staff is not families on the check in and out system. Guest card system is fault in sometimes. Front desk break a promise to furnish the birthday gift to my mum…..

酒店房間方面很滿意，乾淨，尤其喜歡超大浴缸 設施方面欠奉，泳池太細，兒童playhouse也是很細的（還需要另外附費）太不值得了 創新方商場太少商店，無街可以行 只有講來講去的pokido,獅門娛樂和國家地理 三個也是不太適合幼童去，適合5歲或以上小朋友

酒店很貼心，免費幫我們在房間佈置生日擺設，而且晚上10點還送上了生日蛋糕。房間很大，乾淨整潔。下面可直接到達商場，但有很多未租出的商舖故並沒有什麼好逛。但去環宇城同華發商都打車都不遠。
