Nice pools and easy beach access.

it was awesome, love it.

The bed was by far the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on at a hotel. The hotels next door had day beds out by the beach, but this resort did not. No music playing. I would not stay here again.

This was our first time to Guam. The Hyatt is a definite place to stay when visiting. The pools, view, and food is awesome

Layover on way to Palau

Nice hotel. We stayed here on a layover to Palau. They allowed us a late checkout at no charge. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and they charge $150 round trip for the shuttle. It’s definitely excessive. The food in the restaurant was very good.

It’s a bit old, and is in need of new toilets. But overall an excellent family resort with children around 5 to 10 years old. Breakfast was crowded at times but otherwise sufficiently good. Pool is large and although a little tall for my son, it was perfect for little children with floating vests. Also the two water slides were fun. I brought a cheap water filter shower head that you can replace the original shower head with, as the water is a bit rough. Also I bought lots of water bottles and kept in the fridge as free bottles weren’t given every day. No need to buy sun screen at local store as they sell everything one needs at the hotel store.

Best hotel with kids

supposedly given an "upgrade" only to know that we were thrown into a room beside a room ongoing renovation!!! cleaning of room wasn't even done at 3pm, we had to call so that room can be cleaned

Great customer service

Check in time is at 3:00. We came at 3:30pm however we were told room is not ready and we will be upgraded but we have to wait because the room is in progress of cleaning. So we agreed. We waited for one hour and a half before we got a room and it is not the room that we were told. Room was dusty. It has feathers of birds on the floor and has a cockroach.

The room was dirty and couldn’t get any better. You can’t tell from the pics but the bathroom is not closed off from the room. Had booked the room with the breakfast add-on, but the option disappears when you pay. Tried to contact the hotel to resolve it, but no response. The geyser fountain drowned out the ocean and the artificial frog noise was distracting.

I spent wonderful time during stay at this hotel. It was a convenient location from airport and there are many nice restaurants near hotel.

Housekeeping was terrible. Pool was dirty. Very limited dining options this time

Still recoverying from the typhoon

It was amazing on how well this place was still functioning after the typhoon destruction. The area around the hotel was still messed up, some items were not in stock at the time of my stay, but these were minor. My only real gripe is on multiple times I informed the staff that two baby seats were broken, multiple times they were given back to me to use during my stay. I feel sorry for the first person who gets Karen'd because of this issue.

We visited this hotel shortly after the worst storm in decades, and the staff was so helpful and everybody is was just doing their best. It has a great location and we will definitely be giving it another shot as another time.

Overall ok

I liked how spacious the rooms were and pretty surprised with how quick the elevators were. Definitely would stay there again when the occasion rises. Everything was very clean and convenient

The staff was amazing friendly & helpful. Gorgeous, clean grounds, rooms & common areas. Beach was breathtaking & clean. It was a perfect stay!

Location

Stayed 7 nights with large family (2 parents, 1 grandma & 4 kids; 0, 3, 6 &10). Deluxe ocean front rooms were very clean & comfortable. The children absolutely loved the pool especially the slide; beach was nice and kids enjoyed some basic snorkeling; enough variety of fish and coral for kids but better at nearby Gun Beach. Breakfast buffet included in our rate was very good with enough variety and worth the bit extra per night. Most dinners were outside with several options within walking distance. We had some meals at Kitchen Cafe & poolside which were good and actually reasonably priced when compared to outside restaurants. The only constructive critique might be to have beach chairs, umbrellas & service available FOC. Not really that big of a deal though. The best part of our stay was the fantastic staff in every department. Our trip was great but we had a problem at the end resulting in my wife and infant daughter needing to stay behind and I had to return to Tokyo with rest of the family on Christmas eve. The staff here went above and beyond doing what they could to lessen the impact of this very unpleasant experience for us. It was clear that they genuinely cared and even offered to help in their off time if we needed anything. I would like to personally thank Conrad and the entire team at Hyatt Regency Guam. Their personal touch is what makes a difference in customer experience and why we will be back with them again very next chance we get!

The pool was awesome and the room with ocean view was amazing. The room service selection was not great. There was not enough variety and the food that we did order was not good at all. The breakfast was amazing but quite expensive. The ambience at the hotel was beautiful and the staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel was nice ahd the elevators worked great, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style and included standard cooked dishes like eggs and bacon. There was also bread, muffins and Nutella. The tables and chairs were also nice and the atmosphere was good. The wifi worked great.

Hospitality & Discretion Training Required

Housekeeping staff was excellent. Pool bar staff unpleasant and slow, pools were excellent. Some of the servers at Kitchen Cafe buffet breakfast were intrusive. Was often told “fully booked but will waitlist you” when trying to reserve lunch and dinner tables at Kitchen Cafe and Niji restaurants. The front desk staff, which you must call for table reservations, room service -for everything, seemed to become less judgmental and much more respectful once my stay was based on a hotels.com booking.

The room was really nice, because it was an upgraded room due to poor check-in process. Upon arriving at the hotel for checking in at the scheduled 3pm check in time, I was told that the room was not ready. I was told to wait in the lobby until they could fix the room. I was okay with it until the front desk clerk told me that I just booked the hotel the same day. Regardless, whether it’s the same day or not, I already paid for the hotel. Therefore, I was expecting a room to sit and relax. I was given a complimentary happy hour and a late check out and free breakfast. I guess that made up for the delayed check in. But I hope in the future, I could just get the room and relax.

The location is nice. Not only shopping, but access to beach as well. The pool is also nice. But it seems the building is a little old.

Very nice. Got a upgrade. Everything clean and staff friendly. Don't use their airport shuttle – it's $75 one-way. I took a cab for under 30

The hotel is so full that we couldn’t get cleaning services every day.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hyatt. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is classy and the grounds/pool are fantastic and beautifully landscaped. It was not too crowded so we enjoyed the many different areas of the pool, it’s waterfalls and slides. Great for the kids. Only wish elevators were a little closer to our room and that the hotel had a small store that was open later. Beautiful room as well; however, we noticed a subtle smell coming from the headboard, possibly from adhesive used to secure the padding to the board or from the paint as they appeared to be brand new. Shower water pressure not so strong but not such a biggie with me. Would stay at this hotel again when in Guam.

Good hotel

We were early to check-in but the hotel advised that we could utilize the pool while we waited to check-in. We took advantage of their offer and they stored our baggage while we were at the pool. The hotel room was a good size for my family of 5. The beds could have been more comfortable. It was hard and the pillow was too soft. We sucked it up for the night and just enjoyed the poolside throughout the day.

The overall experience was great. It would have better is we were able to get room service instead of only at breakfast. We had complimentary breakfast but had to go the the deli shop and there wasn’t a sign of what came with the complimentary breakfast so once we had ordered we ended up paying for all because what we ordered wasn’t part of the package. They need to have a sign if that is specific on what the complimentary breakfast is. It was misleading. They kept everything very clean and many workers were always around cleaning areas once members left areas.

Room and F&B need improvement. Pool is great.

Pool and the beach is amazing. Breakfast needs improvement especially to fresh fruits and salad section. Room condition are poor with ants running around in bathroom and lot of stains here and there. If you care about the cleanliness of the room might be challenging to stay.

The atmosphere and design was pleasant. Great view. But needs to be quieter. WiFi was not always reliable. Biggest complaint is there was no hotel beach property to relax on. Seems you leased the space to business charging for chairs umbrellas and leisure activities. Was really an eye sore and disappointing

While the resort itself was ok, our hotel room was a huge disappointment. The furniture was old, dated, and damaged. There was paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom and there was dust coating the sides of the mirror. For the amount we paid for our stay, we definitely expected to arrive to a nicer hotel room.

Hot tub! Very clean and hot :) So rare to find this! Entire property was clean and in top shape. Staff absolutely lovely!

If not up to the standard of other Hyaats around the glove, is very old building and too expensive.

The pool area was beautiful, good restaurants on the ground. Housekeeping was terrible. Had to call 4 days out of 7 to get coffee, more shampoo, bed made. Just terrible

Friendly front desk and staff, nice beach front with noticeably new sand; but the hotel is aging and needs considerable revamp~ room was spacious and the non-carpet flooring and wooden bed headboard are steps in the right direction to prevent bed bugs~ we stayed in a room with a ceiling that needed work which didnt hamper our stay, but didnt escape our notice. overall though, a pleasurable stay~ thank you!

The pool was great. They have slides. They have exhotic birds and a relaxing koi pond area. You can pet and touch the birds. You can ask for fish food too! Service is great. Temperature was consistent. The hotel has a great ambiance.

The best thing is that all the staff are friendly and kind. Other than that, everything is spacious, the restaurant and club lounge are comfortable and the food is delicious, the pool and poolside are comfortable, and the beach in front of the hotel has a particularly high level of transparency and a lot of fish.

グアムにもう少し活気が戻ってくると良いですね。クラブラウンジ付きのプランはとても満足出来ました。

日本語が分かるスタッフが少なく、 大変でした。 せめて、一人ぐらいは常駐して欲しいです。 携帯の翻訳が必須でした。

다좋았지만 세탁시설이용이 불편했고 룸에서 전화를잘받지않는부분 그리고 전화응대가 좀 불친절하다

so disappointed when they have a event, they blocked convenient facilities so couldn't use it without any explanation. Compare to price, no clean room status. Only good thing was pool

冬にグアムで常夏を

2024.11/18から4泊で滞在しました。 目の前がプールと海のオーシャンビューとDFSや街も近いので水遊びも街をぶらつくのも楽しく利用させていただきました。 ホテルズドットコムでリーズナブルにも利用できてとても満足です！

施設、食事、スタッフすべてにおいて素晴らしいと思います。また泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。

한국직원분들 덕분에 체크인,조식,기타문의 모두 수월했습니다. 청소크레딧은 4박부터였나봐요. 조금 낡았다는 느낌을 지울수 없지만 만족스런 숙박이었습니다.

クラブルームに6泊しました。へやの掃除も早く、タイミングあわないときはラウンジのスタッフに言えばすぐに対応してくれました。 接尾は年数分古いですがリノベーションもあり快適でした。 人が多くなく、朝食は一階のレストランでとれましてかなりお得感ありました。 夕方のカクテルタイムが17時から19時になっていました。素晴らしい景色とスタッフのおかげで素敵な滞在となりました。次もこのホテルにします。

日本語のできるスタッフが居てくれて助かりました。格式高いけれどもリゾートなこともあり、敷居は高くない印象です。素敵な時間をありがとうございました！

部屋は清潔で、夜は静かで良く眠れました。 ビーチもプールも気軽な気持ちで行き来できる距離のため、ショッピング以外は基本ハイアットの中で過ごしていました。それくらい居心地が良かったです。 大きなショッピングモールにも近く、あまり移動はせずにホテルなどでゆっくり過ごすコンパクトな旅行にしたい方にはおすすめです。 些細なことですが、当方ロングヘアーのため、部屋に備え付けられているドライヤーの風量を気にしていたのですが、コンパクトながらしっかりした風量のものが部屋についていたのでそれも良かったです。安心してプールなど楽しめました。 朝食はブュッフェ形式で、何を選んでも美味しかったです。洋食がメインではありますが、ご飯やお味噌汁、納豆などもありました。バランス良く色んな種類の料理が用意してあるので、子供を含むどんな年代の方でも満足いく内容と感じました。 ホテルのスタッフの方もみなさん親切でした。 またグアムに行く際にはハイアットに泊まりたいと思います。

하얏트 계열답게 좋은 호텔 수영장은 조금 작다

対応不備が残念。

朝、コーヒーポットが壊れていて交換依頼をしても来ないので二度連絡しても結局来なかった。 待っていたが予定があり夕方戻ったら新しいのが置いてあったが、壊れたポットも回収せず残されていて呆れた。 また、掃除依頼もポット交換の際午後で依頼したのに部屋に戻った際掃除されていなかった。 翌日掃除依頼を連絡して出かけ、戻ると掃除はしてあったが、ゴミの空き缶は回収していたのに空き瓶は残っていた。 メモ紙もきれているのに補充なし。 高価ホテルなのに信じられない対応だったのが残念。

海も綺麗でシュノーケリングが楽しめる。ただし遠浅でかなり沖に行く必要がある。部屋および窓は大きく快適。スタッフはほぼ親切だがプールのタオルおばばは感じ悪い。

リノベーションをされているので、綺麗になっています。カーテンの不具合がありましたが、フロントデスクに伝えると、すぐに対応をしてもらえました。細かいことにも即対応してもらえるところが、とてもよかったです。 同じエリアに電子レンジ、ウォーターサーバー、洗濯機、製氷機があるので、とても便利でした。 他のホテルの口コミでは、水を買いに行かなくてはならないとあったので、ウォーターサーバーがあるのはとても助かりました。 いろんなホテルの口コミを見ると、グアムのホテルは全体的にどこも古くなっているらしく、いくつかのホテルはお部屋がカビ臭いという書き込みや、風呂場のカビの事が書いてあったので、そんなことがないようにハイヤットホテルにすることにしました。もちろん、ハイヤットホテルは、カビの臭いもカビもなかったので、安心んして泊まる事が出来ました。 プールもすいていて、綺麗でした。水路の様になっているところや滑り台もあるので、子供も楽しめました。干潮の時に奥の方までシュノーケルをしに行くとハコフグや色んな色の熱帯魚も見ることが出来ました。治安も良く、ちょっと歩くとレストランもABCマートなどもあるので便利でした。 チェックインの際の日本語で対応して下さったスタッフの方が日本のホテルのフロントデスクよりも言葉遣いが綺麗で接客も素晴らしく、さすがハイヤットホテルだと思いました。 また、来年も行きます！

今回で3回目ですが、以前は25年前だったので、かなり建物などの老朽化を感じられます。あと、アメニティも少なくなっていました

3시 입실하니 락스 냄새로 문을 열어 둬야 했어요. 오래된 느낌의 룸 상태가 아쉬웠지만 오션뷰로 기분을 달랬어요. 직원은 친절하셔 기분이 좋았습니다.

가족여행 잘 했어요

가족이 머물기에는 최고의 구조와 넓이, 청결도는 무난 했어요 오션뷰 나오는 발코니, 넓은 야외 수영장, 직원분들 친절하시고, 환경비용으로 청소비용 10불씩 리펀드 되는 점도 좋았던 것 같네요 호텔 바로 앞에 클럽같은게 있어서 밤에 조금 소리가 들리는것과 침구가 조금 오래된 느낌이 있는것 정도가 단점이었네요

수영장이 좋습니다

台風で飛行機が欠航となり延泊なったのですが、ホテル側から、すぐ対応をしていただいて同じ部屋にいられることになりました。良かったです。

４泊５日、8月上旬に滞在しました。初日からマグカップの中身は汚れていた。３日目にはクリーニングも入らず、タオルの補充もなく、シャワーブースやバスタブには髪の毛が残ったまま。翌日こそはちゃんと掃除してね、と電話したけど、４日目も汚いまま、ボディソープが空っぽに。３日目からバスダブには浸かれませんでした。立地とプールはいいので、自分で部屋掃除道具持っていく覚悟がある人にはいいんじゃないでしょうか。プールは幼児2人も気に入ってました。でも、2度と行きません。2度とハイアットも使いません(いつもはIHG派)

한국인 직원분들이 상주해 있어서 심리적으로 편안했어요

８年ぶりのグアム。 初めてハイアットに宿泊しました。 スタッフの皆さまとても親切で快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 お部屋のトイレのドアがなぜか外から開かなくなってしまいフロントに行ってその旨を伝えたら直ぐに対応して直しに来てくださいました。 その他のスタッフさんも皆さん笑顔で色々と教えてくださりとても気持ちよく滞在できました。 お部屋も広く今回大人3人で1部屋のツインベットを申し込みしましたがチェックインして部屋に行ったら簡易ベッドが置いてありその心遣いにも感謝でした。 ABCストアまでは少し距離がありますがホテルの中にillyコーヒーショップも朝6時からオープンしていて美味しいコーヒーや朝食のサンドウィッチ、スパムおにぎりなど美味しい物も売っていて何も困りませんでした。 またグアムに行ったらこちらを利用したいと思います。 さすがハイアットリージェンシーホテルだなと 思いました。
