Staff was friendly and helpful.
Nice hotel close to airport recommended by Australian friends. Thought it was odd that even though I had booked my room a week prior to arriving that when we checked in we were told the room had been booked out the previous day and was no longer available. Then told I needed to pay an extra $13US per night for a room. I had just flown 15 hours plus travel to and from airports and really didn’t feel like arguing over the $13 x 2 nights, just wanted a room key asap! Doubt I would recommend to others as a result.
Very noise
Tired
Very tired and dirty hotel.
Need refund. Hotels and Hyatt both need to refund me.
Convience
stay there for two nights quiet good dinner
Jorge and Ro at the restaurant were amazing. Great service!! Thank you!! Also front desk staff were very good and very helpful. It was a great experience especially with the restaurant and food. Also great shuttle service, the best I've seen!
Not a good hotel for connection. Breakfast was good. The room was old, but clean enough. The problem was noise & transportation for connection. The hotel was supposed to be very close to the airport, but we had to call for the shuttle and nobody picked up for the first 15 mins we tried to call, then we had to wait for the shuttle for another 15 mins and it took another 15 mins to get to the hotel. This was exhausting at 11pm in the evening. Once we checked in, There was a truck right outside our room fixing a bursted pipe. It has been going on for a while but the reception still gave us the room. By the time we checked in and unpacked, we noticed the noise and was told it will be done in half an hour. It went on until 3 am in the morning and we had a sick kid sleeping so didn’t want to wake her due to the early morning connection. Worst of all the hotel seemed like it’s next to a gate but it was not walkable - and the shuttle only run every 20 mins. Totally not worth staying at the hotel if you have less than 12 hrs connection. Will never stay here again!
A c noice kept me up all night and the shower head wasn’t working appropriately!
I arrive at 12:30 am and the room was not clean wait for 30 minutes in the lobby to get the key
Going in the wrong direction
It was a great hotel, just getting old now. Needs serious renovations to bring it back to where it once was
Elegant entrance to hotel and rooms, nice bar and restaurant. Convenient shuttle to the airport.
Didn’t want to stay… happy we did!
Wasn’t planning on staying the night in Dallas, but weather and cancellations had other ideas. The staff did an amazing job of checking in hundreds of people who were travel weary, exhausted, and out of sorts, handing out bottled water, keeping the line moving swiftly, and cranking out food and drinks well into the later hours of the day. We didn’t spend much time in the room as we had an early morning flight home, but the bed was cozy, the room clean, and hospitality more than I would have expected. Hope I never have to stay here again in such circumstances, but super happy it was there when we needed it!
People were helpful
Great hotel, clean and convenient.
Easy access to all terminals
Waited two hours to check in due to inadequate front desk staff.
My flight was unexpectedly canceled, and I found this hotel nearby as a last-minute option. Despite the hotel being a bit outdated, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the rooms were. The staff was friendly, and the convenience of its location made the situation much less stressful. While the decor , walls, hardware etc could use some updates, the cleanliness and comfort made for a surprisingly good stay. You had me at clean bed and clean room!! Thank you.
great way to save the day when you're stuck
It's a good place to spend the night when you've got an early flight or get stuck in Dallas due to airline problems. Very convenient, kind staff.
Very convenient place to stay. Nice and clean, staff are great and free shuttle bus is very handy.
The room felt like an overcharged motel6 and not to bash motel6 because I’ve been in motel6 rooms that were cleaner than that. What appeared to be makeup lines on the bed, fingernail clippings on the dresser with the tv, and like someone had blown their nose on the desk; and yes Hyatt, I did take photos. The stay was brief because of an unexpected layover and thank God it was.
The location is excellent, and the shuttle services are great. The on-site restaurant was amazing, too; however, the room was the worst part. The bedding is super thin, the bed is uncomfortable, and the pillows are horrible.
Was able to easily walk to the airport
This provided a quick, comfortable and safe place to catch a few hours of sleep between our flights.
Toilet was very noisy after use. Overall the hotel was dated. Over priced for its value.
After a long day of traveling all you want is a nice place and some good food and we found it! Very welcoming staff, very clean and nice. We ate at a restaurant there and had the most delicious burger. Nice quiet room too. So glad we stayed here. In the morning we had a breakfast buffet and greeted by a smiling Abigale who was friendly and sweet. Buffet was delicious!!
The rooms are pretty sizeable.
Easy parking and lots of choices to eat and drink
This hotel is well maintained and I assume it is usually quite comfortable. But it was a bit cold outside when I was there recently for an overnight stay. It was impossible to get the room warmed enough to make it comfortable and the bed covers were very thin. The food — I had both dinner and breakfast there — was very good (although dinner was marred a bit by the dominance of big screen TVs showing college sports).
Good hotel, clean, shuttle and convenient location but lacking food options.
We appreciated the pre-arrival emails making us feel welcome with info about free shuttle to and from airport. The hotel is very nice, hot shower with good towels and a comfortable bed. We have a very early start tomorrow so appreciate being comfortable
Second stay here as a layover to catch a flight out of DFW. Entire process was easy and friendly.
First, not an on airport hotel. It is near the airport but you have to take a shuttle, not like other airport hotels that are connected to the airport. We prepaid and reserved a king bed, but we’re out in a two queen room. The first room had a loud humming noise so they switched our room. Then we come back from dinner to unwind and watch TV and the TV doesn’t work. Would never stay here again
The check in process was one of the most unprofessional I’ve ever had. The much older woman at the counter was flirting with a very young pilot on behalf of another employee. They ignored me for several minutes and then when they did check me in were very distracted and unhelpful. Big fail.
Loved not having to worry about getting to terminal on time.
Inside of airport
It is a cheap imitation of a fancy property. Lights were broken in our room, small pillows, no hot water for showers and inconvenient to get to amongst the DFW airport grounds. I’d try somewhere else.
Custumer service Exelent
Staying again
Great place, convenient , good parking and shuttle service
Easy check in
Old hotel, and it shows.
This is a commuter-type hotel, not a “Wow” experience. If you understand that going in, you won’t be disappointed. At least they validate your parking ticket.
Great stay! All went very well! Clean and nice property!
Staff very friendly. Shuttle driver, front desk and cashier in lobby shop were very helpful and friendly. Room is very clean and comfortable as well.
Great for layover
Great place to stay for an overnight layover
Our kids loved the view of the planes taking off and landing from our window!
Convenient to airport. Decent amenities. Comfy bed. Nice staff.
Great check in and restaurant was super!
It was a great stay in the airport for an early flight
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Very friendly staff. Nice and cozy
Clean, excellent
Restaurant/bar always great friendly staff and good food.
We had a woderful stay at this hotel. Very clean and customer service was excellent.
Too tough a location to come and go. Smelled like jet fuel whole time there. Really, really annoying going in and out of the airport property.
The line was out the door for check in when I arrived. I thought this can't be so I went to the front of the line to ask customer service if this was the line for check-in. I received a response laced with attitude as if I was stupid for asking. After 45 minutes when I finally reached the front of the line, the person who checked me in said this was normal for this property. This will be my last visit.
No issues...
Excellent location for a night stop before an early checkin.
Convenient hotel
We needed somewhere to stay for one night en-route from London to Mexico and this hotel was ideal as it’s close to Dallas DFW airport with free shuttle service.
Service was good - food was great and location to get to and from airport the best
Hotel was convenient for my family after our flight was cancelled. We all needed rest after a long international trip.
Don't make a reservation here!
I had an overnight layover and thought it would be nice to get a room close to airport. Then my flight was delayed and eventually cancelled and, even though I contacted the hotel right away, they would not do anything to help me out and charged me a full night stay. Lesson learned...don't make a reservation, just show up and see if they have a room.
The shuttle service was not great but the hotel itself was good.
Close to airport, clean and has a great restaurant.
It is very close to airport and well organized.
It's okay
I stayed in mid-October, but I can't get a deposit refund until November. However, there is no e-mail address that can be contacted by the hotel anywhere. It takes about 20 minutes to send a shuttle to the airport when I contact the hotel at the purple pillar zone waiting for the hotel shuttle. The staff were generally in the middle of being kind and easy-going The facility was rather old, so the elevator was rattling and the carpet on the floor was uncomfortable to move with luggage. Above all, I didn't want to use the gym and free washing machine at all.I felt like I wasn't taking care of it at all
Fast & easy - friendly staff!
.
Quick stay after a flight cancelation, the staff was very friendly and helpful even so late at night.
Excellent- very convenient
Great convenient stay.
I always enjoy staying here. It's very easy. The shuttle was fast and easy for me. The food is good. It's quiet and nice. Good room, good bed. I never worry about my stay at this hotel. Very convenient.
Sleep, fly… that’s it
Airport hotel… stay then fly somewhere. No other reason to be there. Very close to airport with shuttle. Food in bar good. Pillows on bed almost pointless- they need improving and the shower is pretty poor.
It was exactly what was needed!
Excellent hotel and very convenient to airport. Excellent facilities and first class breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff and reliable shuttle service.
Great stay
A very busy hotel with limited dining options. Great staff and good amenities.
Conveniently located to DFW, you can walk to Terminal C. Clean, large rooms, friendly staff.
Nothing to do with property. Flight was cancelled so couldn’t go there. Stuck in North Carolina airport
The DFW Hyatt Regency was immaculate and the staff was delightful.
Only bad thing was the trash cans didn’t have bags, other than that 13/10
Not at the same level as other Hyatt Regency Hotels.
Early flight
Great stay close to airport but was difficult to walk with luggage to the airport. Definitely wait for the shuttle.
Decent. $45 for a Caeser salad in plastic clamshell is ridiculous.
The Hyatt was immaculate and the staff was spectacular.
The staff was very friendly.
Very convenient for an early morning flight. !!!
The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. Terrible night sleep
Good check in and very polite
Na
I came to this to meet up with friends i had the best time of mu life
Convenience
Convenience! Shuttle service is awesome
Great location obviously. Good option for early flights.
Conveniently located at dfw airport BUT could use some TLC as of property condition.
Great view of airport. Good soundproofing so very quiet. Clean, good beds. Friendly staff. Only negative is the shuttle service to and from the terminals. Very long time to get an answer on the phone when calling for the shuttle. Very long wait time for shuttle arrival. Very very very long walk from the middle of the terminal to either one of the shuttle pick-up points at the ends of the terminal. Long wait time for driver at hotel for shuttle drop off as well.
all good update check in computers
Very nice & helpful staff
Food was a bit pricy and you can hear the airplanes, but they had earplugs and the food was high quality. Overall very good. Would stay again.
Very welcoming rooms and nice environment in the lobby however the infused water is being made wrong if you look and grout in water you imagine that taste . Please squeeze a little of the fruit into the water with infused slices thanks
Great service from the staff. Cleanliness, everybody was very kind and helpful…
