We booked this hotel for last minute stay when our luggage was delayed by the airlines. We had half board package with breakfast and dinner included. It was convenient. Staff in the restaurant at breakfast was super attentive and made our experience memorable. They provided choices with freshly made food. We would stay here again.

Nice property in the middle of busy Delhi. A calm oasis. Everything is clean and appropriate. Staff are very attentive, if not overly so. If possible, stay pool side. Rooms on the front can be loud with heavy traffic noise.

We stayed this hotel several times. It is very convenient to visit business place.

I had lost my phone in the washroom. The manager did his best and found my phone alleviating a huge problem for me. Much appreciated and will be using this hotel again for sure.

The property is well maintained and has attentive staff. My stay was really good.

Peaceful inside the property - nice respite from the hustle and noise of Delhi. Cafe restaurant offered an expansive buffet - had dinner and breakfast here and really enjoyed my meals. Convenient and reasonably priced car service is available (costs 10x more than Uber but well worth it for the peace of mind of safety - especially since I was traveling solo & woman). It’s overall a lovely property and would’ve rated 5 stars if the toilet in my room didn’t clog. That’s not acceptable for this calibre of a hotel.

Great and comfortable hotel

This hotel is located in South Ex. approximately 20-25 minutes from the Delhi Airport (depending upon traffic). The buffet breakfast is excellent. The restaurants within the hotel are good but not great. Overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff is very courteous and super helpful.

High end very busy My Indian friends love the expensive restaurants there.

Its a 5 star busy hotel, which mainly caters to the very high end. Staff is very busy, but nice and accommodative. Food and services inside is super expensive. Front lobby entrance is busy and congested with lot of activities. Luxury and comfortable stay overall.

The property was nice and quite, this is very important after spending the day out in the hustle and bustle of Delhi. The tooting of car horns stops and removed from your mind.

I have been staying at the Hyatt for many years for my business trips to Delhi. In that time the hotel has maintained excellent standards for room quality and cleanliness. There are many restaurant choices and all provide excellent food quality, some of the best that I've experienced in visiting Delhi over the past 20 years. Staff are always polite and helpful, and these are the reasons that I shall continue to stay at the Hyatt for future visits

Incredibly outdated rooms and hallways. It wasnt worth the price of the rooms. It also was very musty with how old the rooms were

The drive up hotel entrance portch is terribly narrow, so there is long line of cars waiting to pull up. It can take upto 20 minutes to reach the entrance. The valet is busy, the bellman is busy, there is no one to help. It's crowded like crazy. We had booked an executuve club King room, but got a run of the mill room because the hotel was sold out. The check-in staff is ok, not very friendly or helpful. There is always a wedding or event going on so the hotel looks busy and crowded and noisy.

They get you by overpricing everything.

Hotel refused to change my rate to one that included breakfast. Charged me Rs 2450 for one breakfast. The bathrooms have frosted glass walls and the staff make a great living draping them with sheets for tips. Stuff is broken (electrical outlets, washbasin drain etc) so that the staff can make money fixing it for tips. Would not stay there again unless there is no alternative. Rooms are uber small. Laundry rates are even more than US rates and basically you would be better off buying new clothes.

Sorry, old rooms, hair dryer sun standard, noisy, guest services are not helpful when it comes to general hotel information such as gym classes - yoga. All in all a very very underwhelming stay. Also coffee reduculousöy expensive and local tea - higher than london Mayfair prices!!!!!!

I have stayed here before, I really like the property, however find some of the staff slow and not very responsive

After several requests for a room close to the elevator and being promised the same even upon a reminder within 24hrs prior to check in, the room allocated was the LAST room on the block...When we called back they said it casually -must have been a miscommunication but we do not have nay other rooms available. RIDICULOUS for the likes of such brands !

The hotel is your classic sort of 80s style monster Hyatt type of hotel. It's a very busy hotel in all areas. I was disappointed upon arrival to find out that the hotel is not participating in the Hyatt Passport program, but they did upgrade me...thank you for that. I think Expedia should be aware and let customers know. Executive (Regency) Floor rooms are small, so if there are 2 of you with a lot of luggage, then it's tight. Room needed a refresh, but everything appeared to work fine. Health Club was OK, Massage was excellent at nearly $100US for 60 mins. Food and Bev OK, I prefer quiet dining, but the cafe is more akin to dining in NY Grand Central Station...a lot of confusion of who has tables where etc and just sheer volume of people. Best restaurant was their Italian restaurant. Most employees were friendly and responsive. I didn't feel that there was anything amazing at this hotel and so it would not be my first choice to stay here again

I was not able to travel and the hotel was completely inflexible with the reservation. I had suggested being able to use the money for a future reservation. Will never stay here.

Thier phone system was name sake. It took me 2 hrs to hold Front Desk. 30 minutes to reach in room dining and another 30 minutes for guest service. You request one thing and they will call you after 45 minutes and will say, I am bringing this in few minutes

Their services sucks. if any gust requires help, they will reach guest after they passed away. I hope this statement is sufficient to explain their services

Credit Card Scam!

After I checked out I was told that my deposit (10,000 INR) would be returned to my credit card immediately if they charged 1INR (?! never heard of such practice). I agreed, but I haven't received my deposit so far! On top of that, when I left - my card was debited INR 22,123 without any explanation! And when I left India and landed in Europe - I got SMS that my credit card was used again, for INR 1,220! Someone is abusing my credit card there, I can't reach the hotel on the phone number that YOU gave me for the property, and on Hyatt website I can't even find this hotel! This is a horrible experience, I feel scammed and I will probably not use hotels.com any more, because I can't do anything now!

I liked the decorations in the lobby, the room decorations beautifully decorated, I had an excellent stay and enjoyed the food was superb. All the staff at the hotel was very humble, friendly and helping laundry service was good, the towels were clean fresh, I could go on more, I would like to come and stay at the hotel again. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks to all the Hyatt staff who made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Keep it up

I used to go to Hyatt as a kid with my family. It was after 10 odd years I visited this property again, have to say it is one of the best hotels in Delhi. The staff was very warm and helpful. Good food options, lots to choose from. I would highly recommend this property.

The condition of room ambience and size was like a “ 2* star hotel. The behaviour of check -in staff was so rude.in dining at night was such a poor quality food against the charges they took. Taj group cost is higher but their room /staff and food is amazing. I m taj member and tried first time this property but disappointed

Classic Hyatt Property

Comfortable stay with good food and service.

We were charged 14k INR for two bags of laundry, not informed of the price beforehand, and repeatedly lied to after the fact. When I called the front desk to ask if this was a mistake, I was transferred around and around and generally dodged. After an hour of this, I went to the front desk. It seems there was a form that we supposed to been given and signed. None of us had been given it. It clearly states that laundry is not to be picked up unless the card is signed by the guest. Of course, I never would have done laundry at this price. The front desk lied to me that my colleague had signed the card. I asked to see it. It had not been signed. They lied again that my colleague had been given the card beforehand. He was sleeping. The front desk asked me to return to my room because I was cold, transparently using my physical discomfort to persuade me into dropping the matter. After 4 hours of sleep, my colleague told me that he had not been given the card beforehand. The front desk then lied to me a third time, saying that they did not have the ability to reverse a credit card charge. They eventually reversed this ridiculous claim and after another half hour offered a reduction on the fee. In summary, I was charged more for laundry than for a night's stay for four people. The hotel did not follow its own procedures in informing us of the prices. I was lied to three times in an attempt to trick me into dropping the matter. I got 4 hours of sleep when I paid for a full night.

the size of the room for a couple was disappointing. Also, a very small bathroom. Perhaps ok for single occupancy.
