Excellent stay.

Hotel was excellent. Clean and friendly staff. Well worth the stay. Extreme value for money. Breakfast was awesome.

I wanted to cancel the stay at least 10-20 days ahead of time, but they refused to refund me at all. It's robbery. It's a running downhill brand name, they seems to have finance problems. Because they will grad any penny you paid ahead and not refund for whatever reason you have.

perfect hotel, everything nice

The staff cleaning our room is passionate about her work. She folded a little cow using towels to cheer us up, which is excellent and out of our expectation. For the hotel location, since it’s in 4th ring in Beijing, which is far from city centre, it will be good to have shuttle bus to city centre to facilitate tourists.

The staff was fantastic, in particular the concierge. I was in email contact before our trip, and they helped with transportation from the train station, made dinner reservations, and helped with taxis for our large group when we went out. The front desk was always friendly and accommodating, everyone spoke English very well.

This is a fabulous hotel located in a rising business center in Beijing. Close to Wangjing Soho and not far from the airport. Lots of great food here.

About the low quality service

Hotel itself was clean and fine, but the service wasn't that good. I book breakfast for 2 adults and 14 years old from this website, but the hotel said that I have to pay extra money for the child. I believe that he hotel didn't contact with this website, so they didn't know what we booked.

The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Our room was large, bright, and clean, and offered a nice view of a park and some interesting architecture. My only major complaint was that there was still a smell of new furniture/renovation materials. We had our own AQI measuring device, and while the AQI inside the room was very good (5-10, compared to 180 outside), formaldehyde levels were always at the "unsafe" reading (0.10-0.20). When I told the staff about the smell, they provided us with an air purifier, but this didn't do much to get rid of the smell or drop the levels in question down. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. I would stay there again for a short-term stay.

Mi è stata assegnata l'ultima stanza, con una brutta vista, ho chiesto se fosse possibile cambiare in un'altra, mi è stato detto che dovevo pagare un extra, anche se in altri hotel mi hanno cambiato senza alcun pagamento aggiuntivo. in generale l'hotel è pulito, bello, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro

위치는 왕징 한가운데에 쇼핑몰 등 편의시설이 근처에 많아서 최고입니다. 소호 카이더몰 지하철역 스타벅스 등 전부 가까이 있어서 위치도 좋고 시설도 최근에 지은 호텔이라 좋네요. 딱 하나 이 호텔 부페가 수준에 걸맞지 않게 별로 맛이 없어서 그거 하나 아쉽네요 나머지는 가격대비 최곱니다. 다음에 가더라도 무조건 이곳에서 숙박할겁니다 강추!

Fabulous Experience

Very new and comfortable hotel, staff are very helpful and friendly. Great spacious restaurant for breakfast. I stayed for 10 days with nothing to complain. I must re-book it for next Bejing trip. If there is a road sign to show the hotel entrance is perfect cause the outter lane is always fully parked which hinder the driver’s view.

하얏트리젠시 호텔의 장단점

새로 지은 호텔이어서 외관과 실내 모두 깨끗한 느낌입니다. 단지 아쉬운 점은 신축건물에서 나오는 화학물질 냄새가 너무 심해서 건강이 걱정스러웠습니다. 공용부위인 복도는 환기가 잘 되는데 호텔방은 환기가 전혀 안되는 것처럼 느껴집니다. 호텔의 1층 로비는 천장이 높아 보기에도 아주 좋습니다. 식당도 넓어 시원한 느낌입니다. 대지면적이 넓어서 외부경관도 괜찮습니다. 주변에 코리아타운이 있어서 한국인들은 맛집 찾아가기가 쉽습니다.

아주 깔끔하고 조용한 호텔이었습니다 직원들도 항상 웃으며 인사하는 친절한 모습이 좋았습니다.

새로 생긴 호텔이라 전체적으로 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다만 아직 전산시스템이 안정화가 안됐는지 체크이-아웃하는데 시간이 많이 걸리는 건 좀 불편했습니다.

두 번째 숙박. 친절한 직원들. 하지만 여전히 TV의 일부 채널 시청은 불가능.

깨끗하지만 디테일이 살짝 아쉬운 곳

샤워실 배수구 덮게 때문에 물이 넘쳐 첫날 많이 고생했습니다. 덮게를 열어놓으면 괜찮습니다. 그리고 방키에 무슨 문제가 있는지 이틀 동안 매일 재설정을 해야 해서 살짝 짜증이.. 오픈한지 얼마 되지않아 전반적으로 깔끔하고 서비스도 좋습니다. 조식도 괜찮습니다.

Neues Hotel, empfehlenswert

Lage des Hotels ist mittelpraechtig, mit der Metro in die Stadt oder zu den Sehenswuerdigkeiten - das braucht schon eine Weile. Das Hotelteam ist noch am "sich einspielen". Auf emails order SMS reagiert keiner. Am besten anrufen. Da der Pool nur mit Badekappe benutzt werden kann, hat man uns 3 Badekappen fuer umgerechnet 100 Euro verkaufen wollen. Das war dann wohl etwas happig. Das wars dann aber auch schon mit den nachteiligen Dingen. Die Zimmer sind toll, das Fruehstueck grossartig. Man findet gutes Essen in der Gegend. Die Restaurants im Hotel waren noch nicht fertig. Wer shoppen moechte ist in dieser Gegend fehl am Platz.

수영장 수질이 굉장히 깨끗하고 만족스러웠음. 숙박 시설도 최고 만족. 아침 조식도 정말 맛있게 가족이 먹기 좋았음.

왕징 유로파크 근처에 위치한 이 호텔은 매우 쾌적하다. 다만 신설 호텔이다 보니, 아직 didi app.에 정확한 위치가 검색되지 않아 택시로 호텔로 돌아오기가 난감하다. 직원들이 굉장히 친절하다.

신설이라 깨끗하고 실내는 넓지만 주변에 걸어서 이동해야함

넓고 수영장도 좋고 깨끗해요 다만 입구찾는게 힘들고 공원도 공사중이어서 뷰는 별로였어요 낮은 건물이라 객실층이 높진않았네요 왕징소호랑은 가깝지만 자금성쪽이나 싼리툰쪽은 택시비 30-40원정도로 이동하실수있어요
