Love the grounds of the his property and the spa. Food was ok. Nice room.

Property was nice and well located on the beach. The accommodation was a bit of a nightmare to get to, they should have a map of the accommodation blocks as it was very confusing for instance I was in 3018 but it's located on the second floor.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Feels like a curated jungle. Always come here when we visit Nusa Dua

This was a great resort-style place. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The spa was amazing. Nice close walk to town. This resort lacked entertainment in terms of evening activities, which I am used to at resort-style places.

A blast in Bali!

Absolutely beautiful property with huge lush gardens, nicely appointed rooms, very quiet and hospitable. Staff is smiling, polite, always ready to assist and very efficient.. the hotel and its sister hotel Andaz have fantastic food to offer from Indonesian (Omang Omang which also hosted the delicious and huge buffet breakfast) to Italian ( pizzaria) to fresh seafood (The fisherman’s club @ Andaz). NYE event was a blast. Can’t name all the staff individually but they all participated to make our stay memorable..we however need to mention Eka a great spa therapist!

I went there for my honeymoon and had paid for a king bed room but was given a room with twin beds. Even after repeated requests for a king size duvet, we only had two single duvets. The room had lighting that was not functioning properly and twice the light went out and the engineer had to be called to fix it and we ended up having our dinner with flashlight. In short I would not recommend staying at this hotel

Amazing

An absolutely fantastic resort. Great location on Sanur beach. Pool, gardens, lobby, breakfast all showed a total attention to detail. Good and all as that is, the highlight was still the most wonderful staff. They are all amazing!

This resort is truly exceptional! From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a refreshing cold drink and a cooling wet towel—such a thoughtful touch. The staff are incredibly friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure your every need is met. The level of cleanliness is unmatched; from the rooms to the common areas, there is constant attention to detail, making sure everything is spotless at all times. Every aspect of the experience is designed to make you feel pampered and well cared for, including the kids! We stayed in a Regency Club room, and it was worth every cent. The food options were abundant, and what truly stood out was the attention to my son’s dietary needs—being Coeliac, he was personally approached each day by the staff to ensure his meals were prepared separately and safely. This thoughtful and proactive service made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable, allowing us to relax without worrying about his food restrictions. We will return to this resort the next time we are in Bali, we loved everything about it.

Room is cleaned everyday. Food is great. Would have been awesome to get a free drink or something when checking in on my birthday. But overall it was a great hotel.

The gardens are beautiful. The service is good, but not consistent throughout the hotel. In some areas it’s fantastic, such as the spa and food and beverage, and in other areas like the pool area it’s hopeless. Is a beautiful resort, but unfortunately too many noisy children everywhere. The main pool area which is the most magnificent in the resort was unbearable to relax in because of the noisy children. It’s recommended to use the pool in the spa area because it’s quieter, and it is, but it’s disappointing not being able to relax by the main pool because of the noisy children. Many adults choose to sit on the beach to avoid the noise from the kids at the pool. Although a beautiful resort, I would only recommend this property to young families. If you’re of mature age or have no children I would recommend staying in a different resort.

Beautiful property

This property is beautiful and right on the beach. The safe are amazing- friendly and very helpful. I am a woman staying Solo and I felt very safe and comfortable. Would stay here again

I wish we had a pleasant stay there, instead of scrumbling to pack everything the next morning, booking another hotel, booking another driver and just wasting two days of our trip. Too bad for the impressions Hyatt Regency left us with. I think customer service needs work, pool staff needs work to keep the grounds clean and sanitary because they are nice grounds. Either more staff is needed to patrol the hallways so if guests need help, someone is there to assist. Also housekeeping needs more work - please don’t leave mosquitoes flying in the room before you exit. And there should be a door light/signage if you want your rooms cleaned or one for do not disturb. Front desk staff should assist guests better getting into their rooms - at least in the first day in and out because the corridors are really confusing and need times to memorize. Better light, signange with bigger letters should be installed allowing the guests find their way to the room more easily. Also, the toilet situation - the vents/fan should work. As a Hyatt member, this hotel does not represent the Hyatt well. If you are used to a 5-star rating, staying here will make you feel underwhelmed. For this reason, I will not return here in the future (this was my 9th trip to Bali and I have stayed in 29 hotels within Bali).

Everything about this property is 5 Star except for the fact that they have some sort of master control over the air conditioner system that won't let you set it below whatever threshold they choose. I thought I was doing something wrong at first, so I had the maintenance tech come and explan it to me.

The Hyatt Regency Sanur was a lovely place to stay. The staff are friendly, the room was spacious and very quiet. The adult only pool was very relaxing. The breakfast was outstanding with a huge variety of dishes. There are many restaurants and shops jut outside the hotel and you can walk everywhere. We will be back in 2025!

Enjoyed my 12 nights at the Hyatt. Very good breakfast. Best pool in Sunur. The gardens are magnificent. I enjoyed the Italian restaurant as well as the happy hour from 4 till 6.

Great location. Right in the middle of Sanur so there are dining options either side. I was unsure about the location but am extremely happy with exactly where it was. The pool bar food was perfect and service was amazing. The food in general in the hotel was next level!! We are very fussy with our food but was were extremely impressed! The staff were all so so so lovely! The wifi around the pool was terrible. It force me to relax and not look at my phone so I suppose that was good. The wifi in the room was good. The rooms were so incredibly clean! We cannot wait to go back and have already recommended it to some friends who are travelling there next year!

Beautiful rooms, several pools, lovely grounds and very nice staff. The beach was very shallow and weedy however the tides were very low. Nice long boardwalk with lots of good waterview to eat.

Amazing hotel

This hotel had the most amazing grounds which I could have walked around forever. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were all great. Our rooms were kept spotlessly clean. The choice of pools was also great and the staff very attentive

Very good hotel. We were here for 9 days using it as our base to explore Bali on day trips. We were well looked after and the facilities were excellent.

Amazing staff and food

Property and stay was excellent. Our only comment would be with chairs in the rooms, although they look the part they are or at least we found them highly uncomfortable and not practical.

Just enjoyed a lovely 10 day stay. In general the property is amazing and the buildings and whole area is stunning. It was a pleasure moving around the hotel and the grounds are beautiful. Food was excellent and the beach bar was a lovely place to sit and relax. Disappointed with the speed of service around the pool, had to look for someone to order drinks on a daily basis, it was also unclear which drinks where available from where, one day we got a Mojito the next day they were not being served, we asked for a Pina Colada slush one day and was told they were not available even though we could see the slush machine with them in, on another occassion we were told they could not serve us a draught lager even though there was someone drinking one around the pool! There just needs to be more clarity and better customer service as expected of a high class hotel, but this is a minor point that should be addressed. The breakfast in the regency club were excellent, but the evening offering was a little strange and the objective and offering not clear, people were either treating it as snacks, whilst others piling food high and treating it as an evening meal! This was between 5pm and 7pm only so was also very busy. Generally a lovely hotel and would highly recommend

Love this place! It's a piece of paradise!

Enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt, had a bit of a wait around checking in and had to go and ask the staff what was happening. They sorted it out straight away and gave us an upgrade which was really lovely. The grounds are huge and it takes awhile to find your feet. Didn't eat in the hotel, but did have a few cocktails that were really good. Hotel is well situated but we do prefer to be higher up in Sanur. Hotel is great for families.

We have stayed, lived and worked in many countries is East Asia and generally our experiences have been good. I the Bali Hyatt Regency they were exceptional. The most pleasurable part of the experience was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. They didn't need to be asked for assistance because they offered without being asked. There was ALWAYS a friendly smile and pleasant greeting.

The beach in front of the hotel is lovely, clean, and private. There are plenty of beachfront chairs and it is one of the few stretches of beach in this area that don't have a lot of boats in the water in front of it. The beach makes this hotel worth it. However, it was a 20 minute walk or so to restaurants and there was not much shopping nearby.

The sumptuous, cleverly designed gardens.

I only stayed for a night and the room that they upgraded me to was so well maintained and so comfortable. I wished the coffee and teas in the mini bar were better but everything else was just fine. Breakfast had a good variety. It was nice. I wished I had more time so I get to see the pool and the beach or unwind at the spa.

We liked everything about this 5 star hotel. Half an hour from the airport in light traffic gets you to this oasis of peace and tranquility. Water fountains, ponds, ducks. A brilliant breakfast - definitely worth paying extra for. Beautiful swimming pools. Not cheap - but you get what you pay for.

Excellent but the drinks were expensive

Absolutely fantastic, breakfast was 10/10, service was 10/10 , staff were 10/10 , shame the main pool was closed , the only downside was the drinks at the bars were more than twice the price of nearly every other bar around it, lower the drink prices and I probably would have spent more time in the hotel bars

Great staffs and great services ,the food is excellent just need to add more variety local food ,and need to have dry cleaning other than laundry.the hotel is strategic area ,just five minutes walks from hotel if you want go out to restaurant or bar outside the hotel ,and the restaurant in the hotel itself is great as well and also have a great beach can do walk and ride bycle or just have suntan while enjoying drinks and snacks

Right on the beach. Great property. Would have liked to stay longer. Food was excellent. Service was impeccable. If we ever get to Bali again. This is where we'll be staying. Pool are is wonderful. Beach is perfect.

Beautifully designed hotel with friendly staff

The hotel design is really beautiful and very well thought out. The rooms are large and spacious and we loved the double sink in the bathroom and the little balcony. The pools are very nice, we particularly enjoyed the adults only at the property, much quieter. The ability to walk straight out onto the beach is ideal. The hotel's food choices are great, but there's also some fab places to eat a short walk from the hotel so some flexibility.

Its very clean and quite near to beach highly recommended

Check out process is a complete mess. Took over half an hour and everyone in the line was complaining about flights. They were too busy checking in guests early (even though rooms weren’t ready), at the expense of checking out guests. Not all the desks were open, either. Itemised invoice had many items we hadn’t signed for which we had to dispute. Not a relaxing way to leave.

My first night I wasn’t feeling well. Tara from reception sent me a coconut and a card to feel better. I stayed a total of 6 nights. Yoga and Rusmini were awesome. Great stay. I will be back.

Tranquility in Bali

Beautiful property. Perfect for relaxing beside one of the warm water pools and enjoying the tranquility of the location. You pay a premium for all of the services such as organising transportation, the restaurant, the spa. Cheaper options are readily available by walking down the road or along the beachfront; but the quality of the services was high.

Resort facilities are lovely but our room was dark with overly complicated light switches and a noisy air conditioner. The poolside and spa were really good.

The location in Sanur is good, less than 30 minutes from the Bali airport, the area was not too crowd with people (not like too many people in Kuta) there were variety choice of food and shops around the area. The hotel front gate has security checking in/out cars and people, make us with very safe feeling. The staff was very helpful and nice, the only thing was we stay in Building 3 and it was a little far away from the main restaurant and lobby. We try the hotel Shankha spy, it was good and relaxing for a 90 minutes massage.

My husband I love the Hyatt. Stayed there 3 times in the past 12 months. The pool area needs maintenance. Broken tiles in pools which could cause cuts to the body. We love the pizzeria dining restaurant some of the best food in Sanur. Looking forward to returning.

Solo traveller.

Staff from Rengency business lounge were exceptional. Namely, Dewi, Jaya, Dian, Pasek, Edi, Ledy, Pradnya and Yoga. They made my solo trip! My room smelt moist and musky. When i asked about it they said they couldnt smell anything! When asking for a late check- out they extended by 1 hour as they could not provide more due to room being booked, however, when i said i could pay the room became available for another 6 hours, miraculous! Overall, a good position by the beach and facilities are plenty and accessible.

Attentive staff

Excellent-staff very helpful and friendly

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Nothing was too difficult. Wonderful pool area where you could get food and beverages after 11:00am (a must on 30 degree days!) and lots of comfortable day beds in the shade. Deluxe twin room was comfortable and spacious with air conditioning. Wide variety of food in buffet, and great quality italian food at the pizzaria. Only 30 minutes from Denpasar airport but you do not hear the planes very much and overall Sanur is quieter than other areas of Bali. A very relaxing stay for visitors.

Friendly staff

We had a lovely 3 nights at the hotel. We made great use of beach front location. That particular area of beach was great to swim in. The service was great and all the staff were friendly. We enjoyed all the delicious restaurants that were in walking distance and when we decided to eat in the hotel we were delighted with the quality of food. Will stay again next time we are on holidays in Sanur.

Great 5 star resort with good facilities.

Beautifully decorated room and the resort was well kept. Only downside to this hotel was how confusing and far it is to get from the lobby to your room in different buildings.

Enjoyable stay at Hyatt Regency. Room was comfortable with all the amenities. The entire hotel filtered the water source so it was very good. Spa was very relaxing and nicely decorated. Facilities like the hot and cold jacuzzi was a very much welcome after a day’s activities. There are daily activities in the hotel. The spa missed out my booking for Thursday and was sincere to slot another day with discount and a complimentary 30mins foot reflexology. That was much appreciated. Dining at Omang Omang and Pizzaria was nice. Staff was polite and friendly. I’d love to come back again.

Loved the gardens and space Wi-Fi was a bit patchy

This property has excellent outdoor spaces, but lacks basic checks in terms of allotment of rooms as ordered, cleanliness of rooms, WiFi coverage in room, AC room temperature control and testing of room equipment to avoid faults on arrival.

Thought the breakfast could be better

Lovely Balinese style property with all the added benefits of a 5 star hotel. Amazing grounds, beachfront location, and excellent restaurant. Its beachfront pizza restaurant is equally good. Staff were truly gracious, friendly and accommodating.

Stunning location and gardens. Big and new room, comfortable and elegant. Delicious big breakfast. Nice pool, lovely beach. Staff is so professional and friendly. My expectations were high and I wasn’t disappointed!
