Stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Staff had been very kind , Kiran , aman and all other people. Amenities are very good. Enjoyed my stay .

great overall with one hiccup

only complaint I had was the temperature of the room. the staff was great in coming to help fix it but they had a hard time doing so. it was way to hot in the room and they even supplied me a fan on the second day.

Aman was very helpful so are all the girls in front desk. Food could be improved . Overall good stay.

Friendly and cordial staff. Hotel has a great complimentary breakfast. Nice updated rooms, clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Only issue what the parking lot wasn’t well cleared of snow.

nice clean quiet

I understand it was snowing heavily but the property staff didn’t care for cleaning the main entrance, parking and surroundings. They were full of snow and slippery. A couple of people and myself were about to fail. Moreover, in the morning, the cleaner man was hovering around tables making everybody not happy enjoying their meals. The staff watching and looking everyone picking up food. unpleasant experience

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Last minute booking since our flight was delayed in Toronto.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel. We were stranded by a winter storm and unable to drive home after our plane had arrived at YYZ. They offered a reasonable rate and were only a 12 minute drive from the airport so we booked in at the last moment. What a treat to be welcomed at this spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming hotel. The room was large and well appointed. The towels were fluffy and fresh. And we had a delicious dinner downstairs, watching the snow fly and the plows whiz by knowing we had done the right thing and stayed off the roads. The staff were wonderful and helped many guests dig out their cars in the morning. We tucked into a great complimentary breakfast spread (the coffee was good and the selection was outstanding!) and hit the road ourselves. With free parking & complimentary breakfast, this hotel was a deal. But to have such great service, delicious food and comfortable & clean rooms, we really felt like we lucked out. I'm already planning to return for a business trip in August. Don't hesitate. Just book yourself a room. :)

Loud and missing soap in shower

The staff were nice. The room was clean and spacious. The only problem was that we couldn't sleep the AC was so loud.

I did not want to leave. The moment I walked through the doors, they made us feel welcomed and like VIPs. The outstanding service from everyone who is working there I have never seen. The ladies working the breakfast area were so kind and accommodating and the breakfast is absolutely amazing! The snacks at the front desk, the restaurant, the staff at the front desk, helping to push the elevator button while my hands were full of takeout. Who does that anymore? So much more I could say about the outstanding service! The rooms are beyond spacious and well appointed with a sitting area but a real one, with a sectional couch! My Mom loved it! The beds were comfortable. The pillows were great. The bathtub which we never see anymore was sooo enjoyed, great shower! Hot water immediately when you turn on the faucet…and a huge TV! I cannot say enough great things. They got it right! I Cannot wait to stay again! This Brand has got everything correct! Oh, by the way, did I mention a check out time of NOON… Yep, I’m not kidding!

This property is the nicest 3-star hotel I think I've ever stayed in. It was very clean, comfortable, and secure. My room had an updated (and very large!) TV which allowed me to cast my own streaming platforms, the check-in was easy and fast, and the complimentary breakfast had tons of options and actually tasted good. This will be my new regular hotel whenever I travel to the area for work and pleasure.

Nice and clean and very affordable

Bed was very comfortable. The seating area with sectional couch in our room was a nice feature. The Bathroom was clean and nicely decorated. I would stay there again.

Extremely disappointed with this Hyatt Place. Generally I really like this chain of hotels but this experience was horrid. One staff member at front desk with one customer in front of me when my family and I entered the hotel. It took 25 minutes before we could check in, with no explanation or apology for the wait. I would rate myself as 1 star for my poor attitude after waiting 15 minutes but that was abysmal. How can you have one staff member on and have people that have prepaid for a room wait 25 minutes for even check in? No extenuating weather or internet issues as the booking went through immediately as soon as they attended to me. I won't be staying here again and it has really created a negative feeling toward any Hyatt Place in terms of being a good hotel.

Booked last second due to an issue with another property ended up being a life saver. Staff was great/friendly, breakfast was good, nice gym/pool, clean, and the hotel was in good condition. Due to the close proximity to the airport there are fly overs but other than that a great stay. Do recommend and would stay again.

It was very clean, staff was ok. I think it is ridiculous that there is an early check in fee. If the room is ready why not let someone just check in without a fee?

Room was decent. Free parking was a plus as was WiFi. I did wish the complimentary breakfast included coffee. Had to go out for that.

Hyatt never failed me

Staff was extremely polite and well mannered. Unfortunately our first night there was spent with no hot water and no immediate fix

Staff is very polite and nice, less amenities in washroom and room, breakfast is repeating again and again except 2 or 3 items. Overall more than average but not excellent.. not exactly value for money.

Very quick checkin. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet except for other patrons allowing their doors to slam each time they left their rooms. Complimentary breakfast was quite nice. Normal checkout is noon, so an added benefit for my stay.

The Hyatt is a nice hotel, and the staff are really friendly. My room was very clean, and the amenities of the hotel were quite good. If coming from the highway, the location of the Hyatt is quite good. The location is only okay if coming by transit, and it would be great if the hotel was more accessible from the street. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I didn't have a lot of time to take advantage of the hotel's features, but this is something I'd love to do if I return.

Les chambre sont plus que ordinaire vieillot sale de bain de motel avec bain douche propreté limite, le déjeuner est acceptable mais ont à voulu souper infecté tout les plats mauvais à immangeable. Rooms were very clean, we enjoyed the pool and the breakfast.

The hotel is lovely, clean and with very comfortable beds. But not having Sportsnet channels as part of your TV package was annoying for someone who wanted to watch hockey in the evening.

Rooms are large however mattress too soft. Heating and cooling noisy. Doors loud when close - wakes you in middle of night. Breakfast is good. Great location for Mississauga visits.

Beautiful Hotel. Impressed with the amenities. The Hotel Gym was well looked after, and I didn’t need to go and find a place to train, as the weight went to 75lb…well done

Please improve your customer experience

We chose the Hyatt for our family and booked two rooms to stay for a few days while we put our family member to rest. We called ahead a week beforehand to confirm that the room would be in a two queen bed and sofa with a view, as that is what they were offering. We checked in at the correct time and the rooms were not what we paid for. We immediately went back to the desk to have them change the 2 rooms or get a refund to stay somewhere else. The man at the desk was a little rude, he was moving his head and saying non refundable. He then offered to accommodate us the next day and failed to remedy that. The bathroom has no fan and the room lighting is not adequate. They need to do better on communication between booking and check in, and follow up. We called ahead of time thinking all is well and still were not happy. This would eliminate most of the grievances customers have. If you are a person who needs special services or are interested in the upsell room have a backup place ready.

Excellent choice if you need to be in this part of the greater Toronto area. Family friendly, easy in and out if you’re driving (free, convenient parking). Good options at the free breakfast buffet, and the coffee was good. Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Overall a solid choice.

Not as comfortable as I expected for the price. Room was too squeezed for 5 travelers.

Very nice newer hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a restaurant and bar on site which was convenient since we were not in walking distance of anything nearby. Continental breakfast was a plus and delicious.

This is a great hotel! The staff was very nice. Very clean. Breakfast was good every day. We stayed here for Toronto and Mets game its only 20 to 25 minutes away not a bad drive at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
