The staff here was amazing- from checking in to departing. Front office mgr Grayson Southard was just super pleasant to work with and helped us will all our needs to make this trip very comfortable. Definitely worth every part of our stay.

Hotel met all my expectations for a clean comfortable environment, comfortable room, good breakfast, and a competitive price.

Front desk manager allowed an unauthorized person to walk into the hotel, access the elevators and my room without permission. I told them the person was unauthorized and stole a key but the front desk manager walked the person through the hotel and to my room for the unauthorized access. Im still accounting for what is missing

This was our first time saying at this Hotel. We were impressed with almost all the aspects. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and looks great. There were only two downsides: first is that the rooms don’t have a microwave. Second is there the hot water in shower did not get hot.

I like that it was a small property I won't stay a big hotels the staff was great convenient for the Silverton great way to spend New Years at the Silverton and walking over to Hyatt Place your staff is awesome

Exceĺlent Stay at the Hyatt Place in Vegas

Excellent stay at the Hyatt Place in Las Vegas. Clean and comfortable rooms, staff were incredible, breakfast every morning was excellent. Plenty of free parking and free wifi....but the best benefit is the hotel is 100% smoke free AND ZERO resort fee.

If you don't like staying in a casino hotel while in Vegas, this is the place to be. Easy access to freeways I-15 & 215. Ample Free parking, and waking distance to Silverton Casino if you need to gamble. Good free breakfast. Relatively new hotel so no maintenance issues.

While our hotel room was spick and span with impressive service from room staff, the flaw with our shower door may need fixing. Aside from that flaw, EVERYTHING about this place is exceptional, making our stay was worthwhile!

Need to have a bartender for the bar or at least someone knowledgeable of making drinks.

Very comfortable, clean, and convenient! Property located off of the strip, but not too far away. Staff is amazing! Free breakfast is on point. Amenities and pet acceptance wonderful. All around perfect.

Nice and clean property

If you want something away from the strip but not too far, this is a great choice. I, however, was greatly disappointed at how dirty our room was and lack of toiletries and towels. It was evident the room was cleaned half assed from the previous guest.

Nice and clean

I was visiting for work at the Grand MGM and usually like to be “out the way” when I’m off the clock, so this hotel was perfect! There was also a Target, Marshalls, and a Dollar Tree in walking distance!? Just make sure you walk before peak heat times! The fitness room was nothing crazy elaborate but it didn’t feel rinky-dink at all! The BREAKFAST WAS PERFECT: waffles, FRESH fruit, granola, the bar was open, all that jazz. The pool was a perfect size. Only thing is, it’s in the shade for of the building so it was a little chilly for my taste. The ride into town felt like 5 minutes ha, so not bad at all. And for my people, there was a Cracker Barrell right around the building in a different section of Silverton Village area

Vegas Raider trip!

This hotel is perfect for a quiet relaxing stay, away from the strip. Friendly welcoming front desk. Room was spacious, shower was invigorating. Had a mountain view room. Easy access to fitness room and outdoor pool. Breakfast included. Definitely recommend. Our go-to hotel when in Vegas for overnight stays.

Loved everything about this place. Would stay here again! Only thing was I reserved a King room whi h a check in was not available and only had queen beds available.

The hotel is located at least 15 mins away from the strip. The area is in a quiet and safe area. There are dining options surrounding the area. The hotel room itself is very nice, in good condition, and clean. Our room includes a microwave and refrigerator. Our stay was very comfortable and the hotel also provided hot breakfast. Amenities include fitness center and pool. The hotel does not charge resort fee or parking fee. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended!!!

Exceptional! Our room (corner view) was clean, excellent view of Vegas, bed was comfy. The lobby was nice. Staff was very friendly. The pool area was nice, The spa was hot ( the only thing is that there were kids in the spa with inner tubes, which was a liitle annoying when I was trying to relax). Other then that, eveything was good and will stay here again.

For us personally, it was great not being on the strip, but still very close to the strip. Clean and quiet!

Property is super clean and the staff is very friendly.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful with any (very few) questions asked of them. Our plane flight was rescheduled and the staff allowed us to stay for an extra few hours. (of course, this was an added charge). The complimentary breakfast was great and the pool area was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay conveniently located.

Simple and Comfortable

It's not fancy, but sometimes simple and comfortable is way better! Friendly and helpful staff, clean, relatively quiet. Breakfast, not grand but a good solid way to get the day started.

Very nice

Got a beautiful corner room with an amazing view. Room was clean and comfortable, loved it. I do not like feather pillows but most nice hotels have them so it’s ok. I did not enjoy the noise of people slamming doors on repeat all night long deep into the AM. I realize this is Vegas but being more out of the way I was hoping for a good night sleep, based on reviews stating how quiet their stay was. Luck of the draw I guess. No fault of the hotel, but if you are actually looking for quiet, this is just like any other Vegas hotel. Did like the close was to bass pro and food.

Excellent customer care and service

Everything was great. The staff was always kind &prepared to care for you. Wonderful and clean interior &exterior. The cafe the hotel hosts was clean, spacious &the food was excellent. Security doors after hours like many others make you feel safe cause no one without a key card can enter. Thank you for all your hard work &caring for your guest. My first time in Vegas and it left a great impression on me for the rest of the trip.

Amazing overnight stay

Wanted a hotel that provided an overnight stay that was quiet, comfortable with ample parking. We loved this place! In town for the Rolling Stones, this hidden gem delivered!!! Pool and fitness center were easy to access. Breakfast was nice and hot, staff very welcoming. Room was clean and had plenty of towels. It was the perfect location, simple quick drive to Allegiant Stadium. Will stay here again.

Excellent service, nice hotel, the pool area was awesome and private, the only detail would be the mattress, mine had an overused side, like sleeping in a hammock ( but not that confortable)

The check in was easy and fast. Lobby is immaculate. Rooms are great, water pressure and temperature was fantastic. Staff was helpful. Morning breakfast had options for all and check out is at noon which is unheard of in the hotel industry if you ask me.

They let us check in early. The room was incredible and clean. The pool is a hidden gem. Breakfast was free and outstanding.

Room was spacious, comfortable and nicely updated

Everything was good and have no problems with reservation, plus breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed Amenitys minos parking, do to having a truck and trailer had to park pretty far but not a big deal.

The entire property staff is amazing. We stopped here after failed travel plans exhausted.. super happy to find this place.

it was quick and good deal

This property smelled of wet dog in the lobbie and rotten egg on the elevator. Anybody with allergy issues would struggle here could only handle 2 of 5 days and had to change hotels. The spa was over chlorinated as well and the front desk might as well had been empty. Our room was also not ready at time of check in. Avoid ! Avoid !

Everything was great except pull out couch smelled of weed.

This is a nice hotel but if you are traveling with a pet the $75.00 pet fee per day is excessive. Most hotels charge less.

Great location, modern comfortable rooms

This hotel is located adjacent to Silverton / Bass Pro Shop. Easy access in & out, the room was well sized and appointed. Very enjoyable stay. Would 10/10 stay here again.

I was very disappointed that the hot tub was broken again and the shower water was not hot.

Facilities were clean, nice room, and friendly staff. Only complaint is dog area doesn’t really exist. Only a dirt area with rocks that got into my puppy’s feet. Poop bag dispenser was empty and the same trash was there for at least two days, until I brought that to their attention. They are dog friendly though. Glad we had parking lots to walk in at least.

No complimentary water in the room. Bathroom is tiny, not good for 2 people trying to get ready in the morning.

The cleanliness was remarkable, the continental breakfast was very impressive.

Had a water main break so smelled musty and the staff was rude because of the problems they were having - said since Sunday they have been in a nightmare No food available and the water pressure was pathetic - not a Hilton like hotel it’s a refaced one star hotel with a Hilton sign out front

I have stayed here before and it was fine and pet friendly. I booked a room here and was turned away because we had a cat. I still had to pay for the room and had to book another room in a scramble that WOULD take the cat. Further, they did not help us find another room or make any suggestions for a hotel chain that DID take cats. We made some calls and learned La Quinta will accept cats. The hotel would not refund our money. Needless to say, I am done with this hotel chain and my husband and I travel a LOT.

The rooms was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable.

I stayed there for a night. I booked accidentally however, it was very good I recommend.

No much choice of food and places to go at that time

Positives: Nice, new, clean hotel with nice staff and a decent (but small) breakfast. Negatives: Paper thin walls means you hear everything your neighbor is doing, even closing the window shade. No complimentary water.

I really enjoy staying at Hyatt; it's always my first choice when I travel. However, this time I booked my reservation through hotel.com, and the experience left me feeling quite inconvenienced. To begin with, I was informed that I couldn't make any updates to my room because I had booked through a third party. I was also unable to apply my Hyatt member benefits to my reservation, which was surprising and disappointing. The most frustrating part of my stay was when an Asian receptionist told me I had to vacate my room by 12:00 pm and wait for my next day's room to become available. This was particularly inconvenient as I had a lot of luggage. Fortunately, another receptionist kindly reminded me that I could check for an available room by breakfast time, allowing me to avoid waiting until noon and saving me a significant amount of time. Another issue I encountered was having to call twice and wait for more than 30 minutes to receive my towels. Additionally, there was no extra blanket in the closet, which I believe should be a standard amenity. Despite these challenges, overall, my stay was good. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the staff service.

Very clean property. Breakfast very good. Usually hotel breakfast is not good. This was perfect. I recommend this place to anyone.
