Don't Stay here - Regrettable Experience

1) Very old hotel, 2) carpet in corridor has holes, 3) hotel corridors have smell, 4) room wall paint is falling off, 5) you can't adjust AC or heater temperature 6) Room was freezing cold in winter in late night

The room was good however the lobby and other areas were average. The area around the property is pretty average.

Though the property is really good and the food is excellent they need to improve the staff standards, asked for warm water to take my medicine the fella bought me hot boiling water n I ended up burning my mouth.

"Poor Location and not for peaceful living

The main issue with this hotel is its location in old Gurgaon. It took our taxi driver nearly 40 minutes to reach from the airport. The check-in staff seemed inexperienced and lacked basic etiquette, such as saying "sorry" and "thank you." While the breakfast was good, there were local parties happening, resulting in a lot of people moving around. If you're seeking a quiet and peaceful stay, this may not be the right choice. The Hyatt group should put more effort into raising the hotel's standards.

Can’t sleep over night due to too much noise around the hotel

The worst ever hotel invisited. No good facility, washroom was too small to take bathe, water leakage, sound from neighbouring room. No proper responce from reception. We have to carry all the lugage. There is no helper at all. I will never recommend to visit this place again in future. Totaly waste of maney

I stayed with this property earlier and had a great experience. This time room service was quite slow and basic room amenities were missing - the hair dryer was not available, some toiletries were not there and cutlery was missing on the breakfast table. The staff was very helpful as usual.

For the breakfast was only Asian. No selection of western food. No water at the buffet I had to ask for water.

Avoid - very disappointing!

Not worth the money! Our room didn’t have an iron although an ironing board was provided! We asked for extra bottles of water at the reception but no one showed up - we waited for an hour! Decor of the room is very basic - need a massive upgrade each room! Staff were polite and courteous. Breakfast was decent - Abhishek helped me massively during breakfast! That was the only highlight. Overall - pretty disappointed. I don’t think this should be classed into a 5* category

Their lost and found service needs to improve. It took nearly 3 hours to get my phone charger back. Rest of the services were excellent.

I only stayed a single night but was not impressed with the overall service. Firstly I receive an unsolicited quote from the hotel through Expedia (titled as a reply to a query - but not one I had made) for car service from the airport, not a issue in itself, but at over 5 times the cost of local taxi services like Uber it seemed like they were taking advantage of the fact hotel is not in the area a tourist would normally want to venture to. Carpets in the hallways were stained in a number of places and the blind in the room had mold stains (an attempt had at least been made to clean the actual mold off), with what looked like small burn marks on one of pieces of furniture. Finally the hotel staff seemed surprised that I would want soap in the bathroom so I could wash my hands.

It a clean property and the breakfast is very nice , the chef is very customer service oriented. The hotel is not that close to Deli and the airport There is a very good eating option called knight rider behind the hotel about two minutes walk

Nice place

Firstly, the receptionist Alok Kumar took a half hour to check us in, secondly he gave us faulty keys more then once, the rooms were not so great and the shower was hard to figure out. They dont let any outside food services inside the hotel you have to go outside to get it yourself.

The hotel was not what I would expect from a Hyatt! The shower wasn’t working as expected, the tv was not working and required you to subscribe to the channels. The customer service at reception was poor as they were just rushing you through their checklist!

Staff did try to resolve issue but had ask for many things which should been done without asking .

Very clean and good service

Stay anywhere but here. I booked 2 rooms for 1 night and: 1. One of the room given initially were not clean. Tradh bins were not empty and a kid found Rajnigandha (Tobacco) pouch in one of the drawers. Staff changed the room when informed. 2. You cannot regulate temperature. Period. Our room was hot and thermostat was not functioning. On calling reception, they sent a peespn to "fix" it who was able to turn it on after opening the thermostat, and make the fan start. The room kept fuether voiling up and after few hours of suffering, we called the staff again. They sent the dame guy who Second room's A/C unit broke down in night and fan stopped working. When informed, they sent a staff to "fix" it. This made the fan work. Work up after few hours due to whole room heating up and noticed cooling isnt working at all to the temperature we set in the system. On calling again, they sent the same guy who turned off the fan thsi time and cited that only heat mode works and cold temperature is set centrally. This means we cannot set the temperature to our liking and stay without ventilation. Absolute waste of money, time and peace of mind.

It was a dated property and things were falling apart. I did not trust the cleanliness overall. Rest of the hotel seemed decent.

It’s very average for a Hyatt

The staff is superb, specially Ajay and Prateek from the breakfast area. They made my stay warmer and enjoyable. They run the extra mile to make things better.

Noisy and over expensive

I messaged ahead and asked for an early check-in. Received no response after chasing. I went to check in and had to pay another full day rate for both rooms at 6.00 am even though check-in was at 2.00 pm! The noise outside the hotel was relentless. Traffic is one thing you expect in Delhi but there was a club or something next to the Hotel that went on and on!

The staff was helpful and attentive. The place is beautiful. The food was excellent. It is very quiet.

This was an overnight stop for an afternoon domestic flight the following day. It is a reasonable journey fron Delhi airport and an inexpesive journey in a taxi. It was a nice clean and quiet hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet. The staff were very helpful indeed and I pretty much overate! No subsequnt issues as a result so an extra bonus there!

Nice and quiet, breakfast is great, will come back next time

This does not meet the expectations of a Hyatt. The room was dirty with hair in the bathroom, table, and sheets, and multiple stains on the sheets. The table was so dirty I pushed it aside & would not touch it. The couch was so dirty I would not sit on it. There were stains on the towels and the hallways were stained, dingy, dirty. Also, the front desk staff were unhelpful, we needed help reserving a car, I asked twice & both times they told me they would help later, later, but never did. We had to arrange it ourselves. The area is also very loud with a noisy restaurant with loud music late into the night just outside the windows. Overall, this did not meet my expectations of a Hilton & I would not recommend it. However, the breakfast was exceptionally great and the bellhops were very friendly & helpful. Everything else, not so great.

It was a typical business hotel, nothing fancy. Fantastic staff and service. Watch out for the noisy next door venue.

The area around hotel is not safe. And Staff is also not proactive. Good for families, business travelers or couples but not for solo women travelers.

Nice place to stay but too far from any attractions

Hotel was due to arrange transportation from airport To the hotel. Tried to confirm 2 and 1 day before arrival. No response. Made my own way. Got hotel,to arrange return trip, 400 more rupees than original quote. Hotel stated it was near airport.Took over an hour to get between the two. Not near. No towels at pool or fitness centre. No hair dryer in the room. Good breakfast though…great chef called Preteck. Lots of staff.

Property is good but staff need to more attentive. I had breakfast at coffee shop but no one came in my table and I was given order to Deepak. I think Deepak is a supervisor and he forgot my order and i was given msl Dosa order and i got onion dosa and i didn't now who is taking care of my table?

Front desk’s Akshay B was very helpful and thoughtful about making our extended stay as easy as possible when our flight got cancelled and rescheduled. I saw that he was dealing with a very difficult and rude customer while he was helping me but he maintained composure and was very professional in this situation. Also, Rajeev R the manager in the breakfast time shifts we attended was such a delight. He made our breakfast experience so enjoyable and memorable and ensured we had everything we needed — he checked in on us multiple times and made us feel very welcome. Absolutely one of my favourite hotel experiences in India, will be coming back and definitely will be recommending.

Budget place lacking good service

The common areas had a classy feel to them, but the room itself was quite basic and seemed a bit outdated compared to similarly priced and branded 5 star hotels. Room had a mini fridge but it didn't work. The real disappointment was the service. Stayed here for 6 nights and really struggled the first couple of days trying to get any help. Even a simple request like asking for some cutlery needed multiple calls, and finally I'd go down to the restaurant myself to get it quickly. By the 3rd night I had already lowered my expectations, and prepared myself for the poor service. Breakfast spread was decent, but can get very crowded after 9 am. Better to go early if you want good service. Once it's busy, it's very hard to get help, or place custom orders. Twice I asked for a Dosa order, only to be kept waiting for ever. Once someone came to ask me if I needed anything, and I said I'm still waiting for my order. After 10 mins I go up to the same person to check, and he has no recollection of our interaction. Then tells me that the live counter is closed now. This is just one example. In summary, don't expect 5 star quality service. It'll be fine when there are less guests, and you get priority. But if there's even a bit of rush, then good luck trying to get any decent service. Rooms also badly need an upgrade. I wish I'd spent a bit more and booked another place. Disappointed overall.

Our stay with Hyatt Place was very comfortable. Few staff members such as Amit Mahara and Semma from Room service, Amit (new joinee) from Kitchen and Sanoop (Chef) took special care of us. We appreciate the service provided by the hotel. We also received complementary goodies, hence thankful to all the staff members. Overall it was a pleasant stay and thanks to everyone for making it so delightful.

Going by name Hyatt and the expectation that follows, this hotel was below par. The room service was slow, and the utensils in which food/beverages were being served was cheap and worn out.

Overall experience was great

It was great experience with Hyatt place. Staff was well trained there and u will feel the positivity from each and every staff. Mr Shubham , Mr Mudit , Mr Utsav and Ms Manju & Yogita, they make u feel like u r staying at home with all the comfort and ease . All security guards doing their work sincerely.

The hotel was really nice but the service was very very slow. Breakfast is good as well but you have to wait a long time to get something that's being made live for you. The overall room service is very slow and you had to sometime call multiple times to get something done.

Breakfast was very good, property is also nice. beds ere comfortable but service is poor. Asked for water bottle and room slippers and waited for an hour , called them 2-3 times but water bottle came after an hour. SO they really need to work on their room service part. Rest everything was good and had a comfortable stay.

It was a great stay here at the Hyatt. The breakfast buffet and dinner were very tasty! I would come back and stay again.

Worst experience ever!!

The worst experience I have ever had with Hyatt property, didn’t know that the hospitality standards could get so low. When I entered the room (wearing my shoes) I couldn’t notice anything and I slept for 2 hours and I woke up, places my feet on the carpet and it was all wet and sticky. I straight away complained at the front desk and called their manager, he told me to have told them when they checked in (the lamest thing I have ever heard because no one comes in bare feet, also it’s the hotel’s duty to check before giving the room to someone else). Very bad service and I am very disappointed with Hyatt.
