The staff was very friendly. The room was huge and clean. I like that it did not have carpet. The beds were very comfy. Breakfast was ok, not great.

It is close to many shopping stores and a very nice hotel.

Christmas Day they had no hot breakfast. And all week they did not have lids for coffee cups that fit.

Best Hyatt yet

This property is kept brand new (only about two years old). Super clean. Both electric chargers for free. Easy breakfast with hot and cold. The staff is excellent - Midwestern effusive and helpful. The pool is kept tidy and was super fun with the family! I've stayed at many places around Columbus and this is our new favorite. Believe they also allow dogs (for a fee). Thank you Polaris Hyatt!

A property that didn’t have coffee ready for early departures!😩😩

The room was great, bed nice and soft. Very clean. Facility could use more staff in the breakfast area as the amount of travelers coming through were too much to keep up with the food consumption and clearing of tables. She did the best she could, but breakfasts really needed two staff attending to it.

Starbucks and outback in the same lot

Started off great but ended not so great

My first night was enjoyable. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the following morning, I was surprised to learn that the cost of extending my stay was almost three times the rate I originally paid. I inquired about any discounts available to members, but I was told there were none. As I was in the city on business and needed to finish some tasks before moving back, I decided to check out and look for another place to stay. After searching online, I found that your hotel's online rates were cheaper than the quoted extension rate. Therefore, I rebooked my stay. Unfortunately, my second night was disrupted by several disturbances. At 6:29 am, I was awakened by an annoying beeping sound coming from the hotel room alarm clock. I managed to turn it off and go back to sleep, but about 20 minutes later, the fire alarm went off. I jumped up and frantically tried to get dressed, only to learn from my neighbors that it was a false alarm. This incident further disrupted my sleep and ruined my plans for sleeping in. The following morning, I spoke to the front desk clerk about the alarm incidents and the discrepancy in pricing. She explained that prices change on weekends and that online prices are typically cheaper. While I understand this, I believe she should have informed me of this when I inquired about extending my stay.

Friendly staff and great location.

I thought the hotel was great, very friendly staff, clean rooms. The property was located by restaurants, shopping and easy on and off freeways. Would definitely return in the future.

We stayed on a Saturday night. I usually have trouble sleeping in hotels due to noise inside and out of the hotel. This was very quiet. No street noise either.

Amazing staff and service

Thin walls, everything that happened in the hallways could be heard in the rooms. Housekeeping is slow, returned to my room after 3 pm and it still had not been cleaned. Waffle machine was broken on a Saturday morning and this created a line at breakfast. Something in room 432 made random clicking sounds so my sleep was disturbed on my last night.

The sliding shower door wouldn’t stay shut.

I loved the place. What I don’t like is the fact that they charged me $45.00 on my credit card for incidentals. We just use the hotel for sleeping. We don’t have extra charges. I would understand if they put the card on in case. And my credit card is still pending that charge. If it goes thru, I will dispute it.
