Short but sweet

Our stay was very short due to sudden health problems. Randee and manager were very helpful and gracious with our situation. We have made the Hyatt House our go-to hotel, and it remains so: clean, friendly and service-oriented. Will return again - definitely.

Most comfortable beds ever

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Maybe the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in.

The staff were so friendly and very accommodating! I haven’t felt this safe in a hotel in a very long time.

We had an amazing stay! Probably the best hotel in Winnipeg! So clean and the best rooms! Best breakfast! Only thing we didn’t like was that the shower and sink took forever to heat up

Walls allowed outside noise to echo through during the evening, but area quieted down during the later evening and night.

Staff is very friendly and the room was modern and clean. Would definitely say again.

Great Hotel

A gorgeous hotel in Winnipeg. Stayed a couple of nights in a king size suite to celebrate our daughters birthday. Love the room, and the bed is very comfortable. Having a kitchenette is very handy for reheating leftovers. The hotel breakfast was delicious. The pool was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This hotel is definitely our new number one choice when staying in Winnipeg.

Booked the deluxe king suite with kitchen for out-of- town family for Christmas weekend.. Amazing! Staff were friendly and professional. Great location to everything; shopping, groceries, restaurants, entertainment. Rooms were perfect-the overall size, comfort of the bed and all the necessary kitchen needs.. perfect! Even had guests visit the suite (separate sitting area was roomy and comfortable) who were so impressed, they are planning to book a stay too. My only negative would be the minimal parking spots. (But that may also have something to do with some guests who seemingly think they are more important than others and take up 2 spots!) Overall.. great place to stay and will book there again. Thank you to all the staff for helping us make this a memorable Christmas!

Please consider a scent free environment and use of scent free cleaning products. This hotel has many wonderful amenities. However, for people with scent allergies the strong smelling soaps and cleaning products left me and my family with migraine headaches throughout our stay and after. Most public buildings have moved to scent free and hotels should also be accommodating and not want to make their guest physically ill.

Property was fine I. All regards. Decent breakfast, helpful staff. Only oddity was no luggage stand in room and one was never delivered despite three attempts and follow up by front desk.

The room was fantastic, staff were great, very convenient. A couple suggestions. The pillows on the king sized bed were quite small, suggest king sized bed pillows! Shortage of kettles and were unable to get one from the front desk.

I could find no wrong in this hotel. Great room layout, good couch, nice TV, good bed, walk-in shower, good breakfast option. I will stay here again.

Our room was incredibly spacious and very clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is great with a lot of options and the staff is fabulous. We would stay here again.

This hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. They had a complimentary breakfast buffet in the morning that was very good. It is not close to downtown, but I was visiting a friend who lived nearby so it was perfect. It is across the street from the outlet mall and lots of restaurants, as well as The Rec Room if you like to play games. There was a nice pool and jacuzzi as well and a gym and a self-serve laundry. It was an excellent hotel to stay at!

They have all the most wonderful staff. Will definitely come back soon!

My wife and I came here for a 1-night getaway with reward points and it was a great experience. The hotel was very clean, and staff were all pleasant. Adjacent to the property is a hayfield and walking trails leading to Fort Whyte Alive, which was also nice!

Nice sized room and accommodation. Breakfast was excellent, well stocked and fresh. Easy to park, nice gym and pool area. Room was quiet even when the hotel seemed busy. No noise during the night and I'm a light sleeper.

Its our favorite place to stay! Everyone is amazing and so friendly, they remember us every time we come back!

The room wasn’t cleaned for several days despite there being access and no tags on the door. Otherwise great hotel and very convenient.

I really like this hotel because the kitchen area is large and stocked with everything you could need to eat in if you wanted. I did ask for a tub but we got a shower instead which was disappointing

Perfect stay

Beautiful, new hotel in pristine condition. We were welcomed with wonderful service. We had our dog with us and they welcomed him with treats and a ball. Moments after we checked in, front desk called to ensure that the room was to our liking and asked if we needed anything else. The room was incredible, spotless and full of amenities. Would most definitely stay here again.

Very fantastic place to stay. Clean , very good condition in rooms. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in a comfortable & quiet place. The price may be higher then most but you get what you pay for and here you get a very satisfied end result.

The room that we stated was very spacious. The Check-in process was easy and convenient to check out process was easier. Glad i went and happy i stayed

It's our first time checking in this property and absolutely loved it.. will definitely coming back as its just across the outlet mall and lots of resto/store to choose from.. will love to stay longer next time.. this is my family's top choice of "go to" staycations from now on.😊

Perfect hotel for a quick stay before a flight. Super clean, great condition, friendly staff. Breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve had but decent.

We had an excellent experience. When we checked in, we were served by extremely nice and friendly staff. We had a call to the room to make sure the room was suitable. The breakfast was excellent and all aspects of our stay were pleasant and positive. I recommend this hotel and will be back!
