Customer service was excepcional Christian went beyong his duty. After being left stranded by Viator Tours, Cristian secure a Private tour so I could see Viña Del Mar y Valparaiso. Victor was extremely helpful and John the driver couldn’t be nicer. Definitely I would recommend and stay at the Hyatt in Santiago de Chile. Five stars. .

This is a very nice hotel in a very nice area. It’s walkable to shopping, transportation and dining. The area is very clean and felt very safe. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was very good. I would recommend this hotel. The worst part was slow elevators, so not much to complain about!

We had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Centric! Everything was perfect—the hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, and everything worked seamlessly. The rooms were comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made for a truly relaxing stay. A special thank you to Francisco at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us with an issue we had with our airline. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist made a huge difference in our trip. We highly recommend Hyatt Centric and would definitely stay here again!

The staff was awesime..my davorite people were Rodrigo and Francisco!!

Outstanding experience at the Hyatt. The staff were amazing especially the lovely Rodrigo who was so helpful and friendly. Pablo was also wonderful. Will definitely return to this hotel in this breathtaking city!

The property is up to Hyatt standards. What I really dislike is that the hotel asks for way to much personal information. With all the security leaks in the hotel industry I'm not ok giving my email my home address and a photocopy of my ID.

Great location in modern business district with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Metro stop nearby. Lovely rooftop pool area, though pool itself is shallow. Friendly staff that speaks English. They arranged a reasonable transport to the airport for us. Hotel is in same block as Ritz Carlton

The front desk service was superb. The hotel is in great condition, we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Exceeded our expectations

Great hotel in a terrific location. Customer service was very responsive to any issues and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and there was a good breakfast buffet. The neighborhood is great with lots of restaurants nearby.

El hotel está muy bonito, de buen tamaño y buen gusto. La zona donde se encuentra es muy agradable . Las habitaciones son cómodas , limpias y con mucha luz. El check in es lento. El segundo día se les terminaron las botellas de agua , que por que el proveedor no surtió . Uf La alberca en el último piso tiene una vista espectacular.

Great stay, I recommend and will def go back

I was impressed with how good the food (room service/bar) was, then I learned that Chef has a Michelin star. I enjoyed my stay, room was comfortable, location is perfect, service friendly and straight forward. Some common areas could be better. Lobby is extremely warm, gym was impecable, but some of the equipment broken, missing or overused, and elevators were a little "spotty" with fingerprints and marks. Other thank this minuscule details, my stay was perfect and I am planning to go back

Terrible! Americans and Europeans be warned! If you want to pay $150-$200 a night to kick up your feet by all means! If you need ANYTHING, I mean anything you will be sadly mistaken. Worst service of my life here. And I almost never leave a bad review so that’s saying a lot! Avoid this place like the plague there is much better around for these prices!

Great staff, location, and experience

What a wonderful experience staying here. The staffs are very accommodating and super nice. The breakfast is amazing, and so are the room service, pool, shower, and so many things. They were very understanding about check in and check out. The best part about this place is the amenities, everything is nice and new, and they are doing more renovations, which was very surprising considering how everything feels new! Also, great location in terms of being close to a lot of food and shopping centers. I look forward to coming back to what I now see as my second home in Santiago, Chile!

Wonderful experience

Post cruise stay

Our cruise ended in San Antonio and we stayed in Santiago for a few days. The Hyatt Centric is in a great location and rooms are nice.

My husband and I stayed for a total of four nights. The hotel is in a very clean and upscale neighborhood with lots of dining options that are within a short walking distance. There’s also a nearby metro station that is easy to use and navigate. The room was spacious, well designed, comfortable and clean. Staff also friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again.

Last month we stayed 5 nights at the hotel , 2 nights the room was empty cause we decided to take a road trip. This time we booked a 2 bed bedroom and my daughter arrived at 2 am and the recepcionist, who was EXTREMELY rude, charged us and extra 60 dollars for an extra person.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, nespresso coffee in room, free and easy parking, and an excellent and walkable location in Santiago.

No decaf coffee available in the restaurant or in the room. Too little drinking water available in the rooms. There are refrigerators in the rooms with nothing in them and not switched on. These should be stocked with additional drinking water.

All our stay was perfect, the location for business is awesome, the hotel has very nice places to receive clients and do meetings. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. And the most important is the attention we received, Antonio and Cristian always aware how can help us in everything, really remarkable.

Overall good. Restaurant staff friendly but extremely slow and often made mistakes on orders placed. Area surrounding is excellent - shopping, restaurants, etc. Rooms nice (although a little dark).

It is not a bad property but does not have the same vibe or customer service that Hyatt has in other countries. Was a bit disappointed that it did not meet the mark of Hyatt standards. The location is nice but very quiet, especially on the weekends. The check-in process was a mess plus the front desk did not know the area and couldn't suggest any lunch or dinner places. Her response just took a left and you will see. The only friendly person was Christian. He would always great us by our names, and give some ideas of what we can do around.

This lovely hotel was conveniently located in a posh area of Santiago. Lots of nice restaurants and very stylish neighbourhood. I had a great corner room with a view of the mountains. The roof top pool was also nice. The staff were excellent. Could not have been more helpful.

Poor value for money, especially considering the rebooking fee. Check in and check out were very slow and time consuming. All a bit disorganized. However, the bar staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The place was very clean. The ladies who work there were very nice and friendly.

Pleasant and Relaxing Stay at the Hyatt Centric

The Hyatt Centric Las Condes has been the best hotel I have stayed in Santiago. The room was quiet and clean. The bed was super comfortable and had plenty of space for my husband and myself. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of choices. The area felt very secure as well clean. The one thing that needs to be adjusted is the AC since the room was cool, but not cold enough. Even when I lowered it to 19 Celsius, it would not go below 21 Celsius. It was not terribly bad, but it would have been just perfect if the room could have been colder. I would definitely stay again at the Hyatt Centric Las Condes Hotel.

Family of 5 in 2 rooms in early January

This was a family trip and we had two rooms. The hotel was very nice and the area was very nice. We felt safe in the day and the evening. We were not out really late or anything. We would stay there again. the paid parking under the hotel was safe. the gate was not working when we left and had to go back up to get help but I'm sure this was isolated incident. Rodrigo at the front desk helped us check in and he was very nice and helpful.

Great customer experience while staying at this hotel. All the staff at the reception desk were really helpful. I was travelling with family on vacation during COVID concerns that were impacting global travel. Very supportive and helpful staff as I navigated travel changes and exited Santiago. The team helped me make my stay very comfortable and coordinatre safe tours activities prior to my departure

I loved the hotel, but I loath answering surveys. For my taste the hotel is "excellent". That's good enough...

What makes Chile wonderful are the Chilean people and this hotels staff was no exception. Great value for a third of the Ritz Carlton and you can walk next door and get a drink there.

We booked a room for the night and we had a second room booked for us by my friends, also through Expedia. When we realized that we have made a mistake we approached the hotel approximately 10 days prior to our stay and asked them to help us with the refund. They promised to help but nothing happened. We spoke to them during our stay and they said that because it was done through Expedia, and because The Hyatt is a large chain, nothing can be done. We were most disappointed and upset with their poor cooperation.

My stay was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Mattresses were very good quality. Staff was super friendly and check-in/check-out process was easy and quick. The breakfast was superb (5 ! The only one complaint I have is they the room thermostat was not working great because I kept putting my blanket on and taking it off all night.

This hotel was in a wonderful location in Las Condes and has friendly staff and service. We have traveled frequently and didn’t understand the $100 early check in fee if our room is available (especially after flying for 12 hours), but I understand if it is hotel policy. Overall great experience.

This hotel is perfectly located in Av Apoquindo around one of the most important business districts of Santiago. The service is excellent, the hotel is practically new and the food is outstanding. Next time I will stay again in this hotel in Santiago.
