For example: strict limits on towels, stray hairs around bathroom and floors, people begging for money etc. day/night outside the doors, noisy bathroom fans that work periodically, large gaps under doors,

The staff were very kind and helpful throughout the entire stay.

Overall pretty good, I’m pretty picky when it comes down to hotels, everyone should be. It was fairly quiet, Tim Horton a few meters away for convenience in the morning. The only thing I didn’t like was a little smoke smell coming from the bathroom vent, other than that it was good. I would stay again.

As soon as I arrived the front desk staff was very polite, helpful, and got me on my way. When I got to my room it was very clean and well made.

We didn’t get a good sleep due to banging and the loud sounds of doors closing all through the night.

Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Few small items that needed repair like scuffs on the walls, holes in the walls not repaired just right etc. Overall, a good stay.

When my daughter wanted to stay another night you told her that she had to pay cash or had to leave. I paid with my credit card for her so you could have used it again. If you thought that she was lying or using a stolen card than you could have verified that it was her moms card by contacting Expedia for my contact info.

Overall it was good enough for the price of the room, however, the sink was clogged, which made it a bit annoying when trying to brush my teeth after a long day of travel. Left a note for the room service, hopefully they paid attention

Renovated place, room was smelly, front desk solution was to keep the door open and let the smell out. No air freshener available. Bathroom door would not close and rooms are not noise proof. Could hear the traffic all night. Not worth the money paid. Would not recommend.

It is new and up to date the only thing is the breakfast could have more options.

I had a room near the Tim Hortons next door and it sounded like the drive thru speaker was inside my room. This was the first time in the last 3 stays that there were omelettes and sausages left when I was there for breakfast each time around 7:30 a.m.

Rude staff. Gave me a really hard time then refused to serve me because I was annoyed and frustrated, then made up lies that I was "verbally abusive" to cover his a*s when I called the next day to complain.

The best place to stay in Windsor, whether you are in a working or leisure related trip. Very friendly staff, always looking for their guests needs. Should I have to go to Windsor again, certainly SureStay will be my choice!

On arrival, property could use some improvement in the form of decorative planters, benches -- something welcoming.

Close to most things in Windsor and the staff was very friendly. perhaps one area where they could improve, when there are 2 people in a room another wash cloth and hand towel. We had a great stay and the breakfast that is provided is more thanadequate and lots of choice.

Room was clean and functional. Hallway was very hot. Was thankful for a/c. Door had a major sticking problem. Would not shut unless you pressed really hard or pulled really hard to open. I left the "please make up room" thing on the handle twice, but they never did do it. Nice large TV.

This hotel has been newly renovated and was freshly painted and very clean. Staff was supper friendly and very helpful. I cannot speak for the morning breakfast area as we had to be on the road by 6:00 am. The price for this hotel is very good worth the money. Bed was very comfortable and room was large. I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was nice and clean rooms were good. Curiously there was no sign outside and the building is tucked in behind another off the main road so we drove right past it the first time. We were told there was an extra charge for early checkin. Never heard that before and we had a Senior who needed to rest no discount or consideration given. Then on actual checkin we had to swipe our credit card 3 times and sign 3 times for each room for the $200 deposit. I asked why not just one bill for all 3 rooms. Nope no can do. But the rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Check in service was not so good. The rest of our stay was pleasant.

The front staff were pleasant (replaced my non-functioning key card, gave us a new fridge to replace the broken one). They could not provide a logical reason why I was charged extra because I showed up early (room was ready---although it only had 2 sets of towels for the 3 of us---no extra toilet paper---had to ask front desk for extra roll). I can certainly understand paying extra for an extended check out (inconveniencing staff work) but an early check in for a room that was already ready---the staff could have just said the room was not ready----instead they said pay extra for checking in early) For that extra at the very least the appliances should have been checked for functionality, enough towels for guests and extra toilet paper etc...) I don't mind paying extra if you can give me a logical reason for it but the clerk and the manager could only say"sorry, hotel policy" so I said "in other words this is a money grab" Thank you for making the decision to not use you again for accomodations. The pillows were too soft, the door to the bathroom is too noisy and sticks and there were no door hangers to indicate if you wanted maid service or not.

The hallways were nice and wide. The rooms were very modern looking. The breakfast area was a bit small but the breakfast itself was very good with a good selection.

Paint peeling off bathroom ceiling, toilet seat wouldn’t stay up and Tim Hortons ordering speaker by the room( I could hear them ordering at 6 am ), no hotel sign. Seems like you’re under a bit of a reconstruction and bed sheet had a hole and stain on them. These are minor things but they need to be addressed. Thanks for listening

When you ask the staff for an extra pillow and an extra towel and they don’t help you that’s not right or proper

We stopped in here for an overnight for out of town sports. The beds and floor and furniture were good. The bathroom was in need of recalling and grouting at a minimum. The rooms were a good value for the money. Much less expensive than others within driving distance. The area is not great, but I felt safe inside the hotel.

Every time I’m in Windsor, I stay here. The included breakfast, the surrounding dinning options, I will always stay here when in Windsor.

Good stay but being gluten free and lactise free i could not eat much at breakfast

I was very disappointed in my stay as the room was not clean. My bedding, curtains and even my bathtub was had some hair in it. The price was too high. Not a good place to stay I will not recommend it.

I am very disappointed with the service at this location. Booked through Expedia and had to cancel. Called the location and spoke to front desk and was told the room was cancelled. Charges were still applied to my visa day after the booking. Called to ask why and of course got the line that oh we cannot reverse charges. Hmmmmm only place that is not able to reverse charges. Well just want to say they can keep my $128 on that booking. But let me tell you they will lose out on lots of other booking that I book over the year for my family to come visit from many areas. So now it is onward to another Hotel. I hope my $ 128 keeps this business operating. My word of mouth with keeps going. There lose for sure

The hotel is fine. It’s under reno’s at the moment. The room is clean, the walls are thin you can hear everything. The room could do with a new mattress as the one in 107 as seen its days, more pillows would be good as well. The location is good, the breakfast was ok. If it’s just a room for the night you are looking for it will do.

Our stay was great. Two adults and no children, we got a great sleep. The hallways lacked signage to stairs or arrows to direct doorways to the parking so it was easy to get turned around while trying to find the hotel lobby and car park. The breakfast was really unorganized and needed re-stocking. Many guests had to ask for help from staff. Otherwise great stay and we would do this again because it was a great deal!
